Hace ya tiempo escribí sobre el peligro de las revueltas del Magreb y el próximo Oriente y dije – posiblemente las revoluciones vencerán derrocaran a los tiranos dictadores, pero después que pasara, porque los revolucionarios vencedores se encontraran con los mismos problemas, con su religión integrista, con su falta de oportunidades, sin futuro, sin trabajo, y encima muchos sin gobierno. Y llegado este momento ¿qué sucederá? Pues ya lo ven, las cosas empeoran y empeoraran más todavía.

 

En ningún país “liberado” las cosas han mejorado, de hecho todo lo contrario, en Túnez ni se sabe que pasa y siguen sin gobierno, en Libia el desorden es casi total, sigue la guerra y las matanzas indiscriminadas en Siria, y entre tanto Europa pagando bombas y municiones, cuando al final paren de hacer la revolución, el pueblo no va a saber qué hacer, entonces que pasara, pararan de matar, no seguro que no, es que no tienen otro trabajo estable, y el petróleo solo da dinero pero no trabajo, y el dinero irá a parar a manos integristas con lo que será peor.

 

En Egipto la situación es mucho peor que antes, aparte de haber perdido el turismo, su fuente de ingresos más importante, han constituido en un régimen dictatorial ahora islamizado al máximo, que les está tomando el pelo, con la entrada de la fracción integrista de los Hermanos Musulmanes, el retroceso que esto va a significar para la libertad la educación y el turismo en Egipto es como para echarse a temblar.

 

La situación general en la zona, está pendiente de dos sucesos: uno es lo que ocurra en Siria con su  guerra civil, y el otro lo que ocurra entre Turquía y Europa, me explico, la revolución siriana por si sola, no tiene posibilidades de triunfar porque el ejercito de Bashar al-Assad es muy fuerte y bien entrenado tras sus guerras con Israel, así que es imposible que el pueblo sirio sin ayuda de occidente, pueda hacer nada. Sí la lucha en Libia no termina pronto veremos qué pasa, puede ocurrir que los desmanes de al-Asad lleven a Europa a proseguir su papel salvador en Siria, ahora no está del todo implicada porque no estamos para dispendios, pero todo puede ser. Si no es así, de una forma u otra intervendrán Egipto y Turquía, ayudados por los rebeldes libios, porque ya puestos.

 

Respecto a Turquía esta juega el papel de padre putativo de la zona, no impondrá la paz, pero no dejara que las cosas se desmadren mucho, ni que occidente intervenga demasiado, porque su propósito final es la de ser la superpotencia militar y religiosa (no integrista) del Magreb y de Oriente Próximo. Este cambio de posición está muy claro porque viendo que la UE no va a avanzar en su composición, Turquía tiene muy claro que no le interesa formar parte de la cola de un león dormido, y que es mejor ser la cabeza de un ratón en crecimiento.

 

Turquía ira dejando poco a poco de ser Islamista moderada, y pasará a ser Islamista definitivamente aunque no al estilo Iraní, así que se cerrara la tenaza sobre Israel y esta situación obligará a cambios socio demográficos muy difíciles de solucionar pero no de prever, el final de esto, será la expulsión de nuevo del pueblo judío de Israel, y la ocupación del territorio por los árabes palestinos.

Bien pues estoy seguro que todo esto forma parte también de los ataques financieros orquestados que sufre Europa, es evidente que todo este planteamiento requiere que la potencia colonizadora de antaño y su influencia se desintegre, porque este proceso es largo y paciente como el carácter árabe, pero como siempre digo, debo ser yo solo el que piensa en algo más que en mirarse la nariz cada día y ver si me ha crecido diciendo mentiras a mi sociedad para ocultarle los posibles problemas para que yo viva bien y lo más tranquilo posible, y los que vengan detrás ya lo arreglaran, pues bueno de momento la ruina de Europa ya está garantizada, así que ya falta menos.

No haría falta hacer mas encuestas al respecto, en la ciudadanía, rebosa el sentimiento del derecho a decidir en Catalunya, y de ir más adelante en busca de su plena soberanía, este sentimiento está bien vivo.

Pero quiero hacer ver tanto para los que se escondieron llenos de terror, y para los que al contrario, esperaban una acción sin pauta, llena de ira y furia independentista, que la gente catalana que quiere una independencia de verdad, sólidamente y legalmente instaurada, no quiere ir a ciegas y sin control hacia ella está claro. Como la propaganda española será a partir de ahora brutal en contra de lo que significaría una segregación de Catalunya del estado español, entiendo que a las conclusiones que hay que llegar es a hacer una gran pedagogía y al análisis de que significaría la Independencia, para la gente catalana y sobre todo para la gente española que vive y a formado raíces en Catalunya, pero que por lo que sea no siente la identidad catalana, me explico Sr Mas, así que con su permiso y con la mayor simplicidad de que sea capaz, voy a plantear algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta para pedir la independencia.

Primero habría que dejar bien claro que no se trata de ninguna “guerra” de la independencia, queremos simplemente recuperar lo que se nos quito, el ser un País independiente y hacerlo de modo totalmente incruento, libre y democráticamente. Antes de empezar nada, se debería estudiar si la Europa comunitaria permitiría la constitución de un nuevo país, supongo que su respuesta seria que esto debería ser negociado por y con España. Si fuese así cosa que doy por hecho, tenemos delante un autentico muro que no podemos saltar, y en estas circunstancias, hay que buscar la forma de rodearlo, mientras también se va atacando de frente hasta conseguir que ambas acciones lo derriben.

No obstante antes de este acto, habría que explicar algunas cosas para que la gente de Catalunya supiese que significaría ser Independiente. Vamos a por ello, lo primero es decir que la mecánica oficial es bastante sencilla pero ardua, no tiene ni más ni menos que unas negociaciones con respecto a las valoraciones de los bienes del estado puestos al servicio de la comunidad catalana y darles un valor compensatorio, porque también es verdad que parte del dinero que utilizo España ya era de los catalanes, y llegado a un acuerdo patrimonial, en un lugar muy solemne y con gran pompa, firmar la Independencia es así de sencillo, porque no hay capitulaciones ni vencedores ni vencidos.

La mecánica pues es sencillísima, pero las repercusiones tienen su miga, veamos España se enfadaría mucho, pues su papel sería como en los matrimonios el amante despechado, así que la reacción seria de ¡ahora veras! Y las trabas serian muchas pero nada más que eso rabietas. Al final los políticos y los juristas nacionales e internacionales, que no nos quepa duda deberán de intervenir, llegaran al punto de equilibrio y acuerdo necesario para sentar unas bases legales que permitan el hecho político de la segregación y la creación de un nuevo estado en la UE.

El primer gran problema sería como se combina la convivencia entre familias que parte están emparentadas en Catalunya y en parte en España, esto sucede en el escalón más primario y base de la familia, es decir entre marido y mujer, entre padre y madre e hijo, para mí este es el punto más delicado, pero tampoco le veo como un asunto insalvable, como hemos dejado claro, que no hay confrontación, hay la entera libertad de optar por la nacionalidad que se quiera, así que la familia que quiera seguir siendo solo española pues nada son españoles que viven y trabajan y tienen su patrimonio en otro país, que sería Cataluña, habrá que gestionar sus impuestos que se pagaran aquí como lo hacen ahora por ejemplo un francés que viva y trabaje en Barcelona, y por supuesto el que no quiera continuar en el nuevo país pues será libre de marcharse, al que con todo derecho considere el suyo, pero siempre por su propia decisión.

Y a los catalanes como nos afectaría, aparte de rehacer todo nuestra documentación oficial: DNI, carnet de conducir, pasaporte, etc., sufriríamos unos meses un boicot de nuestros productos primarios, pero esto no afectaría para nada, porque hoy hay muchos productos que ni se sabe de dónde vienen, además igual que paso en su tiempo con el cava, se pasa pronto y la gente de España no es tonta y lo que les interese lo volverán a comprar y utilizar, lo bueno de esto es que a nosotros no nos afectaría, porque nosotros tendríamos todos los productos españoles a nuestro servicio por aquello del libre mercado del cual formaríamos parte.

El turismo crecería formidablemente, primero por la novedad y la publicidad gratuita que los tabloides y medios de información extranjeros nos harían, explicando el hecho de la independencia de un país pequeño pero lleno de atractivos de toda clase, playas ciudades, románico, Gaudí , montañas, nieve, etc. Esto nos permitiría lanzar el aeropuerto del Prat al tráfico intercontinental, porque el Prat seria nuestro enteramente, ya que habremos comprado la parte alícuota de su valor, al igual que los puertos y todas las otras infraestructuras a España.

Económicamente el cambio es difícil lo reconozco, ¿nos dejarían seguir en el euro de buenas a primeras?, yo creo que si (hay ya países que tienen el euro sin de momento pertenecer al euro grupo) ya que los parámetros de PIB y deuda de la nueva Catalunya independiente mejoran sustancialmente. ¿Este hecho conllevaría consigo la posible salida de Cataluña de los bancos nacionales españoles? yo creo que no, en absoluto, no van a dejar un negocio como el que generaría Cataluña.

Finalmente decir que no creo que las grandes empresas instaladas en suelo catalán se fueran, más bien al contrario, porque evidentemente las condiciones laborales y impositivas deberían ponerse a la altura de las europeas, no de las españolas y además últimamente ya se han ido más que las que quedan, respecto a los servicios básicos anergias, telefonía, etc., así como servicios jurídicos hacienda y demás atribuciones de estado ya se han mencionado que hay que ir componiéndolos poco a poco.

La gente cuando oye independencia, se le viene a la memoria la guerra de independencia con Francia las guerras de los Balcanes etc. Y no es eso, es más un divorcio amigable entre dos países que han dejado de quererse, y que sin amor patrio es mucho mejor pasar a ser buenos amigos, que enconados enemigos, y todo esto sin prisas y sin deslices, con paciencia y con planteamientos dentro de la legalidad posible, pero cuidado no solo la legalidad es española debe haber más porque esta nunca lo va a admitir, porque o mucho cambian las cosas, o siempre estaremos frente al muro de las leyes imperantes españolas, porque España no va a cambiar ni una coma para favorecer nuestro camino.

Bien esta última frase, puesta en el tiempo pasado es la verdadera causa del hundimiento nacional que sufrimos ahora, y que es ya irreversible para nuestra nación. España no ha comprendido todavía que su imperio se perdió, que lo perdió además sin saber sacar provecho alguno de él, y siempre por culpa de su increíble altanería, lo perdimos todo: los territorios, los tesoros, la grandeza, y además diría que no quedo ni siquiera ninguna posible amistad ni la posible colaboración leal y real entre el conquistador y el conquistado, y esto es precisamente la estupidez a la que me refiero del imperio español.

España no colonizo a sus conquistados, los expolio, los robo, los destruyo, les negó hasta su cultura incluso, y no me digan que eran otros tiempos y que aquellos conquistados eran salvajes, este es el pecado de soberbia que cegó a los conquistadores, quizás en esto también tuvo su culpa la religión de aquel entonces, fuese lo que fuese, la realidad es que una nación que acababa de librarse de estar semi dominada por la cultura y las huestes árabes durante 700 años, se encontró con un imperio nuevo y no lo supo asumir y hoy continuamos sin saber asumir que lo perdimos.

El reino de España se dilapido todas las riquezas que podía conseguir esquilmando aquí y allá, en absurdas guerras imperiales en el continente europeo, que además no sirvieron para nada y que si algo hicieron, fue crear la imagen de una España pendenciera, mal carada, y lo peor estúpida e ignorante, porque lucho siempre para nada solo por orgullo, un orgullo mal entendido como la historia nos demuestra, tanta razón tengo en esta dura exposición, que España ha tenido como castigo el tener que vivir hasta hace treinta años, aislada por completo de las políticas y las economías que se iban desarrollando en el continente europeo, la excusa de este hecho no son los Pirineos, es el político y la política española.

Y continuamos igual, seguimos creyendo que somos un imperio y nos lanzamos a hacer todas las barbaridades que se les ocurre a una clase dominante que sigue sin querer admitir ni medir la real dimensión de lo que somos, esta es la causa de la miseria a la que estamos abocados, repasemos el último siglo y medio, artos de reyes y miseria se declara la 1ª republica (1868-1874) que solo dura 6 años España vuelve a ser reino, su sino, la corte el imperio la grandeza, pero grandeza para quien no para el pueblo que sigue de empobreció en manos de esta vez reyes, regentas, y políticos cada vez más sibilinos y poderosos, y con una 1ª dictadura la de Primo de Ribera, muy sui generis por cierto, porque estaba admitida por el rey, es lo de siempre España es diferente si señor, y ya vuelve el pueblo a sublevarse y llega la 2ª republica 1931, que cinco años más tarde da paso al segundo golpe de estado y la 2ª dictadura, como ven aquí todo lo hacemos a pares, a lo grande, eso si siempre vamos a peor.

Y por ultimo cuarenta y tantos años de dictadura, una 1ª transición (porque ya se prepara la 2ª) otro rey, y aquí estamos, el pueblo la sociedad civil, arruinados, descontrolados, desesperados, y clamando justicia y ayuda, y la clase política dominante, negando la verdadera dimensión de la realidad, es decir no hemos aprendido nada seguimos, mejor dicho siguen desde la España política y dominante, sin enterarse de nada, creyéndose que tienen derecho a no sé qué grandeza reconocimiento o autoridad, para hacer lo que les dé la gana. Que es lo que han hecho estos últimos 38 años, al final ya lo ven: ruina descontrol vergüenza y desesperación ¿Qué hace falta para que España se entere de una vez que no es un imperio sino más bien una calamidad?

Si damos por bueno que detrás de cada desempleado hay un promedio de 3 unidades familiares, resulta que la situación de desempleo en España margina a 17.000.000 de personas, es decir al 36% de la población nacional. Qué viven del subsidio que puedan o bien operan en la economía sumergida, o donde sea y como sea, España tiene en peligro de exclusión social un tercio de su sociedad.

 

Y entre tanto el gobierno está en reducciones y recortes de gastos, de subsidios, de salarios, etc., la oposición de preparativos para aclararse entre ellos mismos, los bancos unos buscando dinero, los otros recibiéndolo de nuestros bolsillos, las empresas sin pedidos, sin créditos para invertir, y el consumo no existe, y lo peor es que mientras tanto Europa está esperando a ver que decide nuestro presidente. Estamos en peligro de perder una generación de españoles habituados con el trabajo, especialmente los hombres, y nuestros legisladores no pueden ver más allá del 31 noviembre de 2012 para hacer cuadrar los números del déficit presupuestario, y no estoy seguro de que ni siquiera miren.

 

PP y PSOE ni siquiera han demostrado su preocupación por lo que representa en este problema en perdidas sobre el presupuesto nacional, se trata de gastos millonarios. Así que hoy en día el pesado y peligroso drama de la deuda, queda aumentado y se desarrolla rápidamente con los costes del desempleo, los líderes políticos y sus respectivas políticas partidistas. Son incapaces de enfrentar el hecho de que 6 millones de temibles trabajadores, que han quedado desempleados, llevan años en situación extra laboral. Qué futuro nos queda, la miseria no hay otra, ni deuda ni default ni nada, es la decadencia pura y dura de los valores de la sociedad.

 

Vaya día llevo hoy. Pero no puedo dejar esto así, debo insistir en que las cosas se están poniendo muy feas para todos, y por culpa nuestra, no hay que darle vueltas el bienestar pasado nos está matando, la humanidad no está hecha para vivir holgazaneando, parece ser que debemos tener por que luchar, si la sociedad nos lo da todo lo estropeamos. Como así ha sido, hemos estropeado el equilibrio demográfico y como consecuencia el económico de nuestro país, yo se que suena mal pero no puedo dejar de remarcarlo, el desequilibrio que se ha creado entre los demandantes de oportunidades de empleo, y el empleo que puede ofrecer la economía española, se han desequilibrado por completo.

 

Tal y como se va a desarrollar la evolución de la economía española en la legislatura que viene, les aseguro que no vamos a poder absorber mas allá de 1,5 millones de desempleados, y esto si las cosas en nuestro propio país y nuestro entorno acompañan, yo calculo que el año 2013 se conseguirá frenar la destrucción de empleo aunque lleguemos hasta los 6.5 millones y poder en 2014 reabsorber puntas de desempleados de entre el 1, y el 2 %, es decir nuestro índice de desempleo oscilara entre el 24/26%, será después en el 2015 que se podrá ver una cierta creación de empleo y con suerte podríamos llegar a finales de dicho año con un índice del 20%, creo posible si esto va por este camino y hay reactivación de la economía mundial, que en 2016 podamos absorber como mucho dos puntos, y quedarnos en un índice del 18% de desempleados, es decir una población de 4 millones y no creo que se pueda hacer mas, sinceramente piensen que cada punto de oscilación es el equivalente a 230,000 empleos.

 

Estas cifras no son asumibles por el futuro desarrollo industrial de España, por dos causas, una porque no es necesaria la creación de procesos productivos de alto consumo de mano de obra en el mundo llamado rico, estos procesos se han trasladado al universo BRIC o incluso más abajo, así ocurre que en el ámbito del primer mundo por llamarlo de alguna manera, los aumentos de índices del PIB, no guardan la misma relación que antes con el aumento de la ocupación, en el futuro próximo incluso pueden ir en contra, porque la teoría es: mayor productividad y mas tecnificación. Estos dos factores pueden con toda seguridad reducir sensiblemente la necesidad de mano de obra, mientras paradójicamente la economía del país sube.

 

Esta situación crea una paradoja malvada en nuestro país, necesitamos mejorar nuestra economía para paliar el desempleo, pero cuanto más la mejoramos más desempleo creamos. Será un castigo divino por nuestra lujuria especulativa de los años 90 y la primera década del 2000, puede ser eso y es así de duro, esto debería de planificarlo el nuevo gobierno, no me vale que nuestros jóvenes preparados se vayan al Brasil, la China o a Alemania, son en proporción tan pequeña que no mueven las cifras, la solución está en primar la emigración de los excedentes de mano de obra de la industria que provoco el desastre, es decir la construcción.

 

Si no se enfrenta el problema, al final España será a la que tendrán que rescatar o echar de la economía del euro porque el coste de mantener a 5 millones de desempleados no baja de 40,000 millones anuales, es mucho más que lo que ha necesitado la banca para sanearse, con la diferencia agravante que para la banca es una sola vez, y para el desempleo es una y otra y otra vez un año y otro año.
