Este articulo que escribo es ya el enésimo sobre el mismo tema, y ciertamente me está ya hartando, pero no cejare de insistir en ello porque es inaudito el planteamiento inmovilista que España y concretamente Rajoy y el PP se empeñan en darle, parece que para ellos solo se separase Catalunya y se empeñan en poner delante de nuestros ojos, todas las calamidades habidas y por haber, y se niegan a ellos mismos que les afectaran también, porque cuando hay una separación son dos como mínimo los que se separan, uno solo no puede separarse en todo caso se divide.

Pero no hay manera de encontrar una forma de comunicación cuando uno no quiere aceptar la realidad, así el PP y el gobierno central se agarra a la Constitución actual y no acepta otra salida, no la hay o mejor dicho “no quiere que la haya", así cree que no será posible una independencia de Catalunya, pero esto no depende solo de España sino también de Catalunya, sin embargo que no sea traumática si depende de ambos colectivos, pero el gobierno español mantiene que una eventual secesión dejaría a Catalunya fuera de la Unión Europea y del euro, la pregunta es y España como quedaría ante europa.

Hasta aquí nada nuevo ya lo sabemos con la constitución en la mano y en la cabeza de los políticos españoles, la separación de Catalunya solo puede ser unilateral y por lo tanto traumática. Pero y para España, acaso este hecho no es también traumático, creen en el PP y en el gobierno, que el mundo se quedaría tranquilo, no preguntaría que ha pasado, no les importaría que España de golpe pasase a ser otro país más pequeño, con menos habitantes, y con menos recursos.  

Han valorado las causas, principalmente económicas y de financiación, que, en su opinión, han dado pie al auge de la idea de independencia en Catalunya, han enumerado la larga lista de perjuicios que implicaría para la sociedad y la economía española, la separación de Catalunya de España, acaso a España no se le partirían familias, no se le fugarían catalanes que hoy desempeñan funciones de gobierno y empresariales en Madrid, Andalucía, o Extremadura, o creen que  solo se irían los españoles de Catalunya, pues mire que bien aquí bajaríamos el desempleo al reducir la población, y a ustedes se les aumentaría porque no lo duden las empresas no se irían de Catalunya a España, con esta evolución se irían si se fuese necesario a otros países

Ustedes lo han dicho, no dudan de la "capacidad de los catalanes de constituir y gobernar un estado moderno" propio, y yo añado: europeo y con un claro compromiso de serlo, por lo que cuidado porque quizás en lugar de fugas de Catalunya hacia España, las habría de España hacia Catalunya. Miren si la sociedad catalana no va a encontrar en Madrid un responsable político que vaya a sentirse con la capacidad de modificar la Carta Magna y negociar sin perjuicios, es que tampoco lo van a encontrar los españoles, y no todos están conformes con el actual sistema de estado, promovido y amparado por esta constitución, a las últimas elecciones europeas del pasado 25M me remito.

Ya es imposible seguir globalizando más y más cada día, está bien globalizar los artículos de consumo, las materias primas, los alimentos, los medicamentos, en una palabra las cosas materiales. Pero lo malo es, que sin darnos cuenta este afán globalizador, ha llevado consigo la globalización de las cosas intangibles, espirituales, y de conciencia, y esto no se puede, mejor dicho no se debería globalizar por intereses no muy confesables.

Se está haciendo mucho daño contra la humanidad, al inducirla a igualarse unos a otros, hoy se pretende globalizar sentimientos, religiones, forma de vida, maneras de entender las cosas, costumbres, gustos, sabores, orden, etc. En definitiva se pretende que el mundo sea como la “Coca Cola” igual para todos, esto no puede ser y debemos pararlo antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

Hay gentes y/o razas, que en sí mismos son ya un mundo, pero hay otras que son una amalgama de diferencias que son imposibles de comprender para nosotros los principales inductores de la globalización y que jamás entenderemos, a los primeros parece que los respetamos, los criticamos mucho pero como son tantos los respetamos, me refiero por ejemplo al mundo oriental el ejemplo más claro es principalmente China, les hemos globalizado muchísimo pues visten como nosotros tienen los mismos coches que nosotros, nos fabrican nuestras cosas junto a las suyas pero aquí se acaba la globalización.

Pero no obstante nosotros seguimos insistiendo que si los derechos humanos, que si la libertad de expresión, que si la democracia, que si … no insistamos por favor ellos tienen su cultura, que además es anterior a la nuestra, para ellos y pongo un ejemplo un poco duro, si a los asesinos no los ajusticiasen, tendrían en sus cárceles decenas de miles, recuerden que son más de 1,300 millones de personas si fueran condescendientes como nosotros con según qué derechos humanos, no serian controlables, ellos han de llevar otro orden en las cosas, poco a poco forjaran su mundo a su manera no a la nuestra.

Otro ejemplo es a la inversa, el mundo árabe, ellos solo quiere la globalización material y no toda, pero lo gracioso del caso es que ellos si quieren globalizarnos a nosotros los occidentales, y nos tratan de demonios, y nos culpan de sus males, que son estrictamente suyos, por mucho que intenten culparnos, nosotros no les hemos impuesto su religión, ni por supuesto la nuestra, no les hemos impuesto las dictaduras feroces que sufren, antes al contrario, en un momento de la historia se les intento colonizar y la que se lio, así que lo que tienen se lo han creado ellos solitos.

Pero lo más curioso es que ahora ellos, si quieren globalizarnos a nosotros, imponiéndonos sus costumbres, su religión, y sus derechos, contraponiéndolos a los nuestros, como ejemplo de displicencia hasta se han ganado el derecho a aplicar aquí, la forma de matar un animal para comer, y ya no hablemos de los burkas y otras formas de vestir, francamente si seguimos por ahí nos equivocamos.

Así que en definitiva quiero llamar la atención a la sociedad occidental tan dada últimamente a ser defensora de causas perdidas y decirles lo más claro posible, existen en nuestra tierra varios mundos, por favor dejemos que cada uno aguante el suyo que bastante trabajo les cuesta. Ni somos la única verdad ni los únicos perfectos somos simplemente nosotros y en nuestro mundo nos desenvolvemos bien muy bien pues dejemos a los demás que sigan su camino y preocupémonos que al final no seamos nosotros los globalizados.

Esta señora no se qué quiere decir con sus divinas palabras, artur mas no genera duda alguna sobre la ruta marcada por los catalanes y su gobierno hacia la independencia.

Entender que Arthur Mas escucha a quien le pide que intente llegar a acuerdos con el estado para ver de solucionar el choque de trenes que va a suceder el próximo 9 de noviembre y que el manifiesta su predisposición a que si el gobierno central propone alguna alternativa él la propondrá a la sociedad catalana para su votación no es generar duda alguna sobre el proceso catalán es simplemente ser educado y político pero en ningún caso falso o indeciso porque no ha dicho en ningún caso, que él vaya a cambiar de rumbo ni siquiera que va a ser quien transmita esa petición.

Y no sé porque se extraña usted porque ustedes tienen también el rumbo fijo marcado ante este asunto, y este rumbo no es otro que hacerse los tontos ante una bola de nieve que les va cayendo  encima esa si, día a día, pero ustedes no quieren enterarse y cierran los ojos y sus cerebros y piensan que al final Artur Mas y la sociedad catalana se echara atrás esto lo delatan sus manifestaciones de hoy a este respecto, cuando ha señalado que Mas "sabe perfectamente" cuál es la postura del Ejecutivo, tras lo cual le ha recordado "su compromiso de respetar la legalidad", la cuestión Sra. Santamaría es que el presidente  Mas eso ya se lo sabe de memoria y no rehúye la advertencia sino que sigue adelante y llevara el tren catalán hacia el choque con el convoy de su gobierno la cuestión señora mía es que cuando lo haga, no será sin amparo legal alguno .

La verdad es que parece que a ustedes las circunstancias les van de cara y me temo que esto les puede llevar a engaño, usted ha repetido hoy ante los periodistas, que ni consulta, ni propuesta alternativa para incorporar en una eventual consulta, porque "las mayorías son las que son" y, una vez más, los criterios para reformar la Constitución son muy dispares, caramba esto ahora es más cierto que nunca, si es que a ustedes y según su criterio todo les viene de cara, las votaciones a la UE han desmontado al PSOE y que les importa que también a ustedes, que ya no tendrán la mayoría en las próximas elecciones españolas, según ustedes dado el amplio mosaico de nuevos partidos que han brotado en España gracias a su gran acción política les beneficia porque como bien dice usted no hay un criterio único y claro sobre reformar la constitución la dispersión política española tampoco les importa nada. Pues a seguir así, ustedes adelante por un lado de la vía y Catalunya de frente corriendo hacia ustedes, ya estamos solo a 5 Km, (meses) y 9 metros (días) de chocar, si no se aparta o se frena uno o los dos trenes

LA POSIBLE SALIDA DE UNA ECONOMIA EUROPEA ESTA EN LA COLABORACION DE LAS DOS EUROPAS

Rusia, Bielorrusia y Kazajistán firmaron ayer en Astaná el acuerdo por el que estos tres Estados se integran en la Unión Económica Euroasiática, unidad transnacional que entrará en vigor el 1 de enero de 2015. De hecho esta organización económico-política se planifico como La Comunidad Económica Eurasiática CEEA) se puso en marcha en octubre del 2000 por  Bielorrusia, Kazajistán, Kirguistán, Tayikistán y Rusia  y entro en vigor cuando fue finalmente ratificado por los cinco Estados miembros en mayo de 2001.

Rusia está muy interesada en que esta organización ocupe el lugar que en si tiempo ocupo la URSS y todo parece indicar que poco a poco lo está consiguiendo. Los presidentes de los tres países firmaron el documento que da por superada la actual Unión Aduanera que integra a estas antiguas repúblicas soviéticas y abre una nueva etapa de unión económica y mercado común “soviético”. Otras dos ex repúblicas de la URSS, Armenia y Kirguizistán, cuyos presidentes asistieron a la solemne rúbrica del acuerdo, manifestaron su firme intención de sumarse a la Unión Euroasiática antes de que concluya este año.

El acuerdo contempla la libre circulación de bienes, servicios, capitales y trabajadores entre los tres países firmantes, y les compromete además a la cooperación en los principales ámbitos de la economía, tales como energía, transportes, industria y agricultura. La firma llega tras más de dos años y medio de dura negociación, que concluyó a finales del pasado abril. "El acuerdo tiene un alcance histórico y abre las más amplias perspectivas para el desarrollo de las economías y la mejora del nivel de vida de los ciudadanos de nuestros países", dijo después de la firma el líder ruso.

Putin destacó que la Unión es "un potente y atractivo polo de desarrollo económico, un gran mercado regional que reúne a más de 170 millones de personas". "Nuestra unión posee ingentes reservar de recursos naturales, entre ellos energéticos: una quinta parte de las reservas mundiales de gas y un 15 por ciento del petróleo", añadió. La realidad es que esta “Unión” ha existido desde que siempre desde el imperio de los Zares pasando por la “URSS” y hasta esta última organización de hecho siempre es la misma pero adecuándose a las nuevas organizaciones y tiempos internacionales.

De hecho esta unión no modifica nada, porque en realidad siempre ha mantenido Rusia el dominio económico y político de todas estas Republicas, todo esto son movimientos propagandísticos que necesita Putin y Rusia, porque en realidad, piensen que esta enorme extensión de tierra que es la Euro Asiática Rusa,  es muy rica en petróleo,  pero está prácticamente vacía, estamos hablando de menos de la mitad del Mercado Común Europeo lo que todavía hoy insistimos en llamarlo la “Unión Europea”.

Estos movimientos geopolíticos que intenta Rusia y que la europa occidental, no les hace caso, serian como vengo diciendo la posibilidad de terminar con el desempleo europeo, si nos dedicásemos a acordar un convenio de integración o colaboración entre los dos mercados comunes, el del este y el del oeste. Para hacerlo solo es necesario olvidarse de una vez por todas de la Unión Europea y volver a instituir el Mercado Común de la Europa Occidental, esta organización podría mantener perfectamente la estructura monetaria y económica de la actual “Unión  Europea” que es la parte que sería muy complicado cambiar cara a los mercados internacionales.

El otro aspecto, el político, soy de la opinión de hacer caso a Londres en lo que respecta a la independencia definitiva en la acción política de cada socio que constituya esta unión de mercado comercial y económico, si esto se hiciese sería muy fácil intentar un tratado de colaboración comercial con el mercado euro asiático y poder así invertir en la construcción de infraestructuras en Euro Asia y establecer la movilidad de capitales y empresas.

Que ha tachado de absurdo el actual "choque" entre "la ley y la legitimidad democrática" porque "lo normal es interpretar las leyes para dar cauce democrático al proceso".

Estas palabras la ha manifestado el President, tras la intervención del presidente del Cercle, Antón Costas, quien había reclamado al president, que dé una "segunda oportunidad" al diálogo con el Estado. El presidente catalán ha insistido en qué el Govern está dispuesto a escuchar una oferta que llegue desde el Estado, incluso en forma de reforma constitucional, si es "seria y creíble" y si se somete a referéndum para que sea avalada por el pueblo de Catalunya. "En lo único en que se nos puede llamar intransigentes es en que creemos que cualquier oferta debe pasar por las urnas", ha dicho Mas, porque, de lo contrario, el problema catalán "se cerraría en falso".

Ante la manifestación de Antón Costas, respecto a que esta misma petición se la presentaría a Rajoy, en la sesión de cierre del evento, Mas no se ha mostrado confiado en que haya ningún movimiento desde el Estado en este sentido. Porque, ha dicho, "hace falta liderazgo y capacidad de asumir riesgos". Ante la no autorización del referéndum por parte del Estado, Mas ha asegurado que su contrapropuesta es reclamar al Gobierno que deje aprobar al Parlament una ley de consultas propia que ampare la del 9 de noviembre porque "no sería vinculante".

Esto a pesar de la manifestación de Artur Mas, sobre su incredulidad respecto a la aceptación de dialogo por parte del estado central, a mi modo de ver abre una puerta enorme a que se pueda y tenga que llegarse a algún tipo de acuerdo o negociación, porque ahora la cúspide del mundo empresarial catalán ya quiere intervenir, ya no ve el proceso independentista ni tan imposible ni posiblemente tan malo,

Además, Costas ha subrayado que el problema no es solo catalán, sino que afecta y mucho a toda España y que, paralelamente al proceso de consulta, España debe afrontar algún tipo de regeneración que pase por una "reforma legal y constitucional".

El presidente del Cercle d'Economia ha negado que la institución se decante en un sentido u otro o que apueste por una tercera vía porque "somos una organización transversal", sin embargo, ha reclamado ante Mas "esfuerzos" y "gestos" para que haya un "diálogo" entre instituciones. "¿Por qué no nos concedemos una segunda oportunidad en el ámbito del diálogo político?", ha apelado Costas directamente al presidente catalán.

No sé que saldrá de todo esto pero para mí es muy significativo que la elite económica catalana y que figuran muchos a nivel nacional, entiendan que esto no es un capricho político sino social de los catalanes y que empiecen a entender que no pueden ir en contra del proceso catalán, porque no perjudican con amenazas o indiferencia a solo Catalunya, sino que una eventual salida no negociada de España por parte de Catalunya pondría en muchos problemas a España, y por supuesto a sus negocios allá.

YA VOLVEMOS A TENER PARADA LA UNION EUROPEA LA CAUSA SON SUS PROPIAS ELECCIONES

Con un poco de suerte y ganas quizás podremos decir que la crisis económica europea se habrá frenado en este 2014, pero desde luego no superado, que es lo que habrá que hacer a toda prisa, de lo contrario la deflación o la estanflación de la economía se nos va a instalar en los próximos 10 años en la euro zona, y en España durante unos 15 años calculo yo. Esta desigualdad no es una impresión o un pesimismo personal, ni mucho menos es el tiempo que necesitará España para construir un tejido industrial nuevo que de dos condiciones indispensables para el país, una es la obtención de recursos económicos y otro muy importante la creación de empleo.

Mi plan para que esto no sea tan y tan largo, tiene dos vertientes, la política y la económica, está claro que una sin la otra no funcionan bien, el problema está en cómo conjugarlas porque la política que hasta ahora está en manos de los Gobiernos, los partidos políticos más o menos clásicos, han dejado que por sus incoherencias se les estén infiltrando numerosas tendencias políticas que en el fondo lo que harán de momento, es complicarlo todo mucho mas esto harán más lentas sus reacciones ante cualquier problema o toma de decisiones.

Sin embargo, la economía no tiene nada de democrática, es rapidísima en reacciones, no se debe a nadie es absolutamente libre, demasiado diría yo, y en muchos casos bordea la ilegalidad. Es decir política y economía son de hecho y a la vez complementarias y completamente antagónicas, y sin embargo no hay más remedio que hacerlas convivir en armonía más o menos paritaria.

Hay que dotar a la política de mucho más dinamismo y de dureza en su toma y aplicación de decisiones. Para ello hay que insistir en la unidad europea de verdad, hay que ceder desde las naciones que la componen cuanta más soberanía nacional mejor, hay que ordenar las leyes y la constitución europea, de forma que sea de rango superior a las leyes y constituciones de las naciones que formen la Unión.

Por ejemplo una ley o norma comunitaria ya sea de rango político o económico, debería aprobarse no por unanimidad como hasta ahora, sino por mayoría simple o cualificada según el rango de la ley en cuestión, y reflejarse obligatoriamente si no tiene cabida en las constituciones nacionales cambiando estas sin dilación ni discusión alguna, así no podrán las naciones retener o alargar en su beneficio y a forma de chantaje político algunas veces, acuerdos y leyes previamente aprobadas y validadas por el Consejo Europeo en el cual ya están representadas legalmente.

La Unión Europea debería ser consciente de que todo aquel País o Nación que no esté de acuerdo en someterse a esta rigidez, debería abandonar su estatus de miembro permanente de la Unión Europea, no hace falta pensar en la expulsión total podrá seguir formando parte de la misma UE pero en calidad de asociado o agregado, volviéndose a la figura ya vivida de ser simplemente miembro de un Mercado Común Europeo, pero no tendrá ni voz ni voto ni percibirá ningún tipo de subvención del fondo europeo de compensación.

Tendrá las ventajas de libre comercio con la unión y podrá en el momento que lo solicite y cumpla los requisitos y parámetros adecuados, pedir la reincorporación total de pleno derecho a la Unión Europea, aceptando incondicionalmente las leyes de gobierno y fiscales de la Unión. La Unión Europea debemos de comprender que es mejor ser pocos y todos unidos, que muchos y sin unión alguna. Este primer y gran paso nos llevaría sin duda al cabo de unos años a la total unificación europea.

Una vez tomada esta decisión política, dura muy dura, deberían aplicarse medidas reactivadoras de la economía europea, partimos de la base que ya se ha sostenido la caída, lo que hay que hacer rápidamente es buscar medidas de reactivación, de la economía, para que se inicie el próximo 2015.

1º.- Aumentar la masa monetaria circulante de euros un 20% y a la vez devaluar el euro en también un 20%, es decir poner el euro a un cambio de 110 dólares más o menos.

2º.- Bajar el interés del dinero al 0,00% hasta 2016, tomando el relevo de la FED, que previsiblemente lo subirá en el primer trimestre del 2015, a partir del 2015 año, en que esta bajada del dinero y la devaluación del euro habrán reactivado la producción quizás habrá subido la inflación, si es asi ir aumentando el coste del dinero en medio punto anual hasta el 2020 (final de la década maldita) a la que llegaríamos con un dinero con un coste del 2% % como máximo.

3º.- dejar que la inflación suba hasta el 3.5% como tope máximo llegada a esta cifra, si es que llega, se estabilizara y empezara a bajar por la presión del aumento de los intereses y por la estabilización de la reactivación de la economía que en teoría habrá tenido lugar.

 

Con estas medidas económicas se reactivaran las exportaciones y la producción interna, el consumo interno se acelerará, así como también el flujo crediticio a las empresas y particulares, con estas medidas se debería de reactivar el mercado laboral, las importaciones se retendrán al subir su precio, esto equilibrara la balanza de pagos y evitara la posibilidad de una excesiva inflación.

El conocimiento de los intereses del dinero y su evolución futura prefijada, permitirá la concesión de créditos a la inversión y al consumo y su cálculo en lo que respecta a sus costes de amortizaciones, dato objetivo y que es muy necesario para la toma de decisiones de inversión en empresas y del gasto por los particulares. Por supuesto será necesario el control de la evolución de los planes establecidos, de ahí la importancia de los puntos relacionados con la gobernabilidad política de la unión, porque si algo no funciona como sería de esperar, no se puede estar un año para rectificar en un sentido u otro.

 

La Unión Europea debe entender que en estos momentos no es ningún coloso económico, más bien al contrario, y no puede permitirse sostener una divisa que está muy por encima de su valor real, esto debe pararlo de inmediato porque es lo lógico, todos los parámetros que dan valor a una divisa están por los suelos, no hay productividad, hay deuda galopante, un desempleo promedio al 12%, no tenemos recursos propios, mi pregunta es clara como ya conocen mis seguidores, que da valor al euro para que se cotice un 37 % por encima del Dólar, solo hay una explicación la especulación internacional, todo esto es duro, muy duro, pero es cuestión de decir basta, estamos aquí, y desde aquí remontaremos para ser verdaderamente el gigante europeo que queremos ser.

LA UNION EUROPEA SE NIEGA A VER EL DESATRE ECONOMICO Y SOCIAL QUE HA CAUSADO

El Gobierno alemán recalcó hoy que la consolidación fiscal debe seguir siendo una prioridad de la política europea y negó que la austeridad esté ligada con el auge de "populistas, euro críticos e incluso enemigos de Europa". Así lo aseguró hoy en un encuentro rutinario con medios de comunicación el portavoz del Ejecutivo alemán, Steffen Seibert, al ser interrogado sobre la posibilidad de que la canciller Angela Merkel diese tras los resultados de los comicios más importancia al crecimiento y al empleo que a los ajustes presupuestarios.

El portavoz explicó que los temas que ahora están cobrando relevancia son "el desempleo, el crecimiento y la competitividad", pero subrayó que "la política presupuestaria razonable continúa siendo importante". El Gobierno alemán mantendrá su curso pro europeo para lograr un buen futuro", yo supongo que se refería no a europa sino a Alemania porque si no es así o este portavoz es ciego o no lee la prensa internacional que llega a Alemania.

No sé de qué hablarían ayer  los líderes de Los 28 en su reunión informal en Bruselas si sobre elecciones o sobre personas, pero puedo creer que también lo harían sobre "contenidos" políticos ya que las elecciones han puesto de relieve la necesidad de consensuar una agenda de prioridades en materia de crecimiento o empleo, que Merkel no se esté planteando una suavización de la política de austeridad que ha promovido en Europa y que ésta sea la causa del avance de populistas y euroescépticos en muchos países de la Unión Europea (UE) es una casi declaración de guerra social (de momento).

Que  el auge de las nuevas fuerzas políticas que han surgido desde Dinamarca a Grecia, pasando por España y por supuesto Francia por poner unos ejemplos tienen fundamentos diferentes y en su mayoría, “razones nacionales" es cierto considerarlo así pero lo que está  claro es que las nuevas tendencias políticas vienen empujadas e impuestas por los resultados de los planes de austeridad desbocada y sin calculo alguno emanadas por el imperialismo de la fuerza económica de Alemania o de la canciller Merkel como prefieran .

Si la UE no rectifica rápidamente los meses de la UE están contados. En su último informe de Estabilidad Financiera, publicado hoy, el Banco Central Europeo (BCE) identifica actualmente tres riesgos para la estabilidad financiera de la zona del euro: un revés abrupto de la búsqueda global por rentabilidad, dada la débil rentabilidad de los bancos, (porque su negocio natural no funciona no tienen dinero impuesto para poder prestar y hacer su beneficio) y el resurgimiento de preocupaciones por la sostenibilidad de la deuda soberana.

El BCE añade que se ha producido una mejora en los riesgos soberanos "con la implementación de la consolidación fiscal y de reformas estructurales, aunque el progreso ha sido desigual" pero es evidente que muchos países no podrán jamás, no ya pagar su deuda, sino que muchos ni tan siquiera costearla, es urgente encontrar el camino de la industrialización  de la producción de bienes duraderos y que produzcan valor añadido a las economías europeas sobre todo las más afectadas, a juicio del BCE, las instituciones financieras necesitan tener suficientes colchones o seguros para afrontar un posible ajuste desordenado en los mercados financieros que empezara a ocurrir cuando los EEUU retiren del todo su plan de ayuda y suban el precio del dinero.

Esto en cuanto se refiere a la economía y que no tiene nada que ver con los resultados de las votaciones pasadas, pero es que esta la otra vertiente la social que esta ya peor que la económica como español me referiré a mi país  los jubilados de  hace una década, imaginaban que gastarían gran parte de su pensión en comer en restaurantes, viajar y comprar juguetes para sus nietos. Pero en la actualidad, el dinero de su jubilación ayuda a sobrevivir en muchos casos a dos o tres familias según sean las pensiones de los jubilados.

Estos hoy, están proporcionando una red de seguridad que ha permitido que muchas personas de la generación más joven escapen a la pobreza pese a que el desempleo se encuentra en los niveles más altos de la historia española. "Nunca pensé que tendría que ayudar a mis hijos con parte de mi pensión", dice un jubilado español, de 79 años, que trabajó 35 años de administrativo en el Banco de España. "Estoy orgulloso de hacerlo pero me preocupa un poco por ellos".

En gran parte del sur de Europa, las pensiones han sido la fuente más estable de ingresos durante los últimos cinco años de dificultades económicas. En España, aumentaron un 8,3% entre 2008 y 2012, según las estadísticas. Por contra, los ingresos de las personas entre los 30 y los 44 años -el mayor grupo de población activa- cayó un 2,8% por la pérdida de empleos y los recortes salariales. Mientras que muchos jubilados  cuentan con unos ingresos estables, aunque ya se han estancado, sus hijos viven inmersos en una inseguridad muy común entre la generación más joven, incluso para los que tienen trabajo. Los jubilados representan el 17% de los hogares españoles pero financian a un porcentaje equivalente al doble de familias.

Italia es parecida: los ingresos de los pensionistas aumentaron un 4,6% entre 2008 y 2012, mientras que los de los trabajadores con contratos a largo plazo - el principal tipo de empleo - cayeron en el mismo porcentaje. Cuatro de cada diez italianos recibió ayuda financiera de sus padres el año pasado, según un estudio de la asociación agrícola Coldiretti.

En España, más de uno de cada cuatro personas en edad de trabajar está en paro, y la tasa entre los menores de 25 años que tampoco estudian se encuentra en el 55%. Este desfase de ingresos entre mayores y jóvenes apunta ya a un problema crónico impuesto por la crisis: cómo reequilibrar los sistemas de bienestar europeos para hacer que sean sostenibles y justos en términos sociales. Es lo que debería preocupar a la Unión Europea, y no el porqué han emergido nuevas tendencias políticas peligrosas o no este fenómeno político no es nada más que gente decidida bien o mal a arreglar los desperfectos sociales que las medidas de recortes de los déficits presupuestarios  de la Sra. Merkel.

Si no se cambia de criterio ni los bancos podrán mantener sus ratios de confianza por falta de actividad, ni los pensionistas podrán seguir manteniendo a sus familias, y detrás de esto no lo duden, vendrán las revoluciones sociales que hasta ahora se mantienen en un fino hilo de equilibrio que si se carga mas se romperá y si esto ocurre quien sabe donde volveremos si a los años 1939 o más atrás a 1848 yo puestos a elegir prefiero volver a 1848 y cortar las malas cabezas que no han sabido mirar mas allá de sus narices, que no a 1939 y arrasar con todo queda claro.
