Según informaron fuentes oficiales, los recortes ascenderán a unos 2.000 millones de euros, de un presupuesto de defensa para este año de 36.500 millones de euros.

Los recortes afectarán principalmente a los contratos de suministro de armamento y otros equipos militares firmados por el Ministerio de Defensa, a los planes de modernización de las Fuerzas Armadas y a los programas de investigación. Esos pedidos y programas, que representan un 68% del gasto total, se reducirán en un 7% (1.700 millones de euros).

El experto militar Ruslán Pújov precisó que ese recorte no afectará en ninguna medida a la capacidad de defensa nacional de Rusia, aunque matizó que eso sí se convertiría en un problema si el Gobierno decidiera seguir recortando el gasto militar. A mí me gustaría saber de quién tiene que defenderse Rusia no veo que nadie la amenace digamos bélicamente otra cosa es las sanciones económicas precisamente debidas a su agresividad así que o mucho me equivoco o Rusia lo que tienen que hacer es defenderse de sí misma y quizás esta reducción sea una buena manera de empezar a defenderse gastando menos en un enemigo fantasma y gastando más para la mejora social de los rusos.

Como buen país no democrático avisa que estos recortes no afectaran en los salarios de los militares, un apartado que el presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, considera intocable, más aún en un año electoral, ya que en septiembre hay comicios legislativos. Tampoco deberían verse afectados los programas de rearme estratégico, es decir, los misiles intercontinentales (Tópol y Bulavá), submarinos atómicos y los bombarderos (Tu-160). La fuente oficial también destacó que los recortes previstos no influirán en la actual operación aérea en Siria, que comenzó hace casi seis meses.

Hasta ahora, Putin se había negado a reducir los gastos militares, aduciendo que el programa de rearme hasta 2020 es crucial para la defensa de los intereses nacionales.El ala liberal del Gobierno ha abogado en numerosas ocasiones por disminuir los gastos en defensa, al considerar que es la única forma de mantener intactos los programas sociales. De hecho, el drástico aumento del gasto militar fue el motivo de la salida del Gobierno en 2011 del ministro de Finanzas, Alexéi Kudrin, estrecho aliado de Putin desde su llegada al poder.

En diciembre pasado Putin aprobó una nueva estrategia de seguridad nacional hasta 2020 que permite, en caso de que la diplomacia no surta efecto, el uso de la fuerza para la defensa de los intereses nacionales. Curioso verdad si uno lee entre líneas se da cuenta que Putin es tan inseguro, que como decía yo antes, ve el enemigo en casa sino como se explica una estrategia de seguridad nacional.

Sería interesante como siempre digo que ahora que la UE se ha bajado los pantalones ante la Gran Bretaña y se han abierto las puertas a un cambio de estructura europea pasando de Union Europea tomada desde el punto de vista de que la unión de las naciones que la componen, pase a ser una unión realmente de intereses comerciales de libre circulación de mercancías y sin tanta intervención en los esquemas políticos y económicos de las naciones es decir que vamos directos al Mercado Común Europeo, (del que nunca debimos salir) bien en estas condiciones insisto en mi criterio de que habría que entablar negociaciones respecto a que Rusia pudiese entrar como miembro en este nuevo esquema en pocas palabras como una Gran Bretaña más.

Quiero aclarar lo que puede dar a entender el título de este articulo porque puede llevar a confusión ustedes mis seguidores conocen que el que les escribe no es socialista, sino que soy independentista catalán y por lo tanto mis preferencias se inclinan en los partidos y política catalana concretamente en “Junts pel SI” quiero poner esto de manifiesto porque necesito que mi lector no vea una relación entre mis sentimientos y mi criterio político que defenderé en estos momentos.

España está en una situación en que como se dice vulgarmente se ha quedado con el culo al aire, una situación que pocos esperábamos sucediese tan rápido y tan claramente la situación de la política española ha pasado de tener que elegir entre dos partidos y dos políticas a tener como ya he dicho hace unos días un abanico de cuatro posibilidades y curiosamente dos de derechas y dos de izquierdas representadas a su vez por cuatro formaciones políticas que van desde la extrema derecha a la extrema izquierda.

Esto lleva a los españoles a estar un tanto confundidos porque no se termina de entender que pueden convivir tanto transversalmente como por tendencias políticas y esta es la experiencia que España tiene que empezar a creerse que puede vivir y conseguir que la renueva políticamente por completo haciéndola mucho más abierta y moderna que lo ha sido la primera España de la transición. Nos encaminamos sin solución a una España de “Socialismo Centro izquierdas” en el estricto sentido de la frase es decir vamos a ser dirigidos por un gobierno que su cabeza será posiblemente socialista pero que tendrá que gobernar también con ideas y proyectos de centro derecha y de extrema izquierda.

En mi opinión, esto es extraordinario y es lo que España necesita porque ya no se puede seguir gobernando o desde la derecha más conservadora o desde el socialismo más blando que ha sido siempre el PSOE. España necesita ponerse a la altura de las políticas modernas Europas esas que necesitan pactos que necesitan ceder y que buscan la transversalidad de las sociedades humanas que habitamos las naciones y que cada vez más tenemos ideas y necesidades más dispares por lo que las políticas tradicionales no completan la satisfacción promedio de la población es decir siempre gobiernan en minoría respecto a la satisfacción del pueblo.

Bien esta es la ocasión de cambio en España y llegado a esta conclusión creo que por votos y por personalidad le toca hacer esta transición a Pedro Sánchez y es por eso que titulaba este artículo en el sentido de que España necesita más al líder que al partido político, porque tal como creo que terminara la investidura y formación de gobierno ningún partido político podrá imponer su política exclusiva sino que se tendrá que buscar la política homogénea de las tres tendencias de acuerdo a la realidad económica de la UE  la política internacional y la realidad nada halagüeña de la sociedad española.

Así que, con su permiso, doy por elegido a Pedro Sánchez que se dispone a intentar la cuadratura del círculo, y que no dispone además de mucho tiempo para lograrlo. Trabaja ya con la hipótesis de que Rajoy va a declinar la oferta de investidura para formar Gobierno, y que el siguiente en recibir el encargo será él. No será hasta entonces cuando comiencen oficialmente las negociaciones con otras fuerzas políticas, pero eso no quiere decir que la dirección socialista permanezca de brazos cruzados: trabajan ya en un borrador de propuestas de medio centenar de hojas.

En cualquier caso, Sánchez maneja ya un borrador de cerca de cincuenta páginas que recoge todas aquellas materias con las que cree que se podría forjar un acuerdo de izquierda a derecha, que incluyera a Podemos y a Ciudadanos, pero también a Izquierda Unida, al Partido Nacionalista Vasco y hasta a Coalición Canaria. Los únicos con que no se cuenta son con los partidos catalanes, cosa que a los catalanes no nos preocupa sino todo lo contrario, nos refuerza en la idea de que España ya da por hecho que, de una forma u otra, Catalunya se independizara de España.

Los socialistas dividen este documento previo en cuatro grandes apartados, con los que creen que sería posible tejer alianzas de uno a otro lado del hemiciclo. En primer lugar, una agenda económica que consolide la senda del crecimiento, pero sea capaz de desmontar las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno del PP que han incrementado la desigualdad y debilitado los derechos de los trabajadores. un proyecto de políticas sociales que recuperen y blinden los derechos básicos, como la sanidad, la educación o la dependencia, que han sufrido una merma considerable en los últimos cuatro años.

Como tercer apartado, Sánchez buscará el acuerdo en una agenda de regeneración democrática e institucional, que incluiría abordar de una vez la reforma de la Constitución.
Finalmente, el texto recoge el compromiso con la construcción de la Unión Europa e incluye propuestas para definir e incrementar el papel español en el debate de las instituciones y las políticas de Bruselas. No va a ser fácil el acuerdo, pero Sánchez confía en que cuente con suficiente tiempo para intentarlo. Así se lo expondrá al Monarca si finalmente recibe el encargo de preparar su investidura. Tres o cuatro semanas se maneja como un tiempo más que prudente para constatar si el pacto es posible.

PSOE, Podemos y Ciudadanos. Este es el pacto con el sueñan muchos barones socialistas (y el que escribe no es seguidor de ninguno de estas formaciones e ideas políticas también creo que es la solución que ahora necesita España para iniciar un cambio cara al futuro) creo que Pedro Sánchez también ya lo ha propuesto más de una vez para tratar de desencallar la situación política y poder rechazar a la vez un pacto con el PP de Mariano Rajoy y un acuerdo de izquierdas que implique el concurso de nacionalistas vascos y soberanistas catalanes. Pese a que la formación de Albert Rivera ya ha dejado claro que no quiere saber nada de un acuerdo con la izquierda anti austeridad, los socialistas insisten en la idoneidad de este pacto a tres.

Yo como decía creo que a España un pacto así le convendría porque si bien es cierto que parece contranatural si lo analizamos no lo es en absoluto. Mi teoría para justificarlo es la siguiente: es evidente que el Partido popular se ha suicidado el solo durante esta última legislatura ha perdido la credibilidad la vergüenza y lo peor la honradez con estos lastres, no puede, y no debe gobernar hasta que remueva sus cimientos de arriba abajo. Dicho esto, es evidente que le toca al segundo partido más votado que es el PSOE y que si no al completo si ha hecho una limpieza considerable sus políticos en activo son otros son de otra época y aunque todavía hay luchas internas por ver quién manda más esto es soportable.

Pero es también evidente que el PSOE no puede gobernar solo le faltan escaños asi que debe buscar una coalición que le dé una mayoría de gobierno confortable, aunque existan luchas internas dentro de la coalición, además esta coalición no habría de representar una rotura total con las tradiciones españoles es decir quizás no sería bueno pasar de la derecha más cerrada a la izquierda más extrema que sería el caso de una coalición PSOE/PODEMOS con apoyos nacionalistas e independentistas, esto hoy en día quizás sería demasiado fuerte para parte de la sociedad y el capital nacional español.

En estas circunstancias entra en juego Ciudadanos que ocuparía la figura de lo que debería ser la nueva derecha futura así podría ejercer un tanto de moderador de la izquierda más extrema y a la vez podría ir formando la nueva derecha cara al futuro. En el fondo este triunvirato representaría bastante bien la composición social española que está claro está compuesta por socialistas de centro, socialistas de izquierdas radicales y conservadores liberales de derechas y es más los escaños que representan cada uno de los tres grupos yo diría que guardan proporcionalidad con la realidad de la calle.

Creo sinceramente que esta coalición es un “planteamiento constructivo para España”. Aunque reconozco que es “difícil”, Sería bueno intentar llegar a un consenso que, desde mi punto de vista, tiene que ser de cambio, progresista, pero razonable, moderado e incluyente, con las circunstancias tan críticas en que España se mueve por las dificultades de la economía global tiene que formar un gobierno lo antes posible que pueda gobernar y que además sirva para cambiar las estructuras ya viejas e inservibles con las que hemos llegado hasta el desastre actual yo creo que los componentes políticos de los tres partidos propuestos están fuera de la decrepitud política de los fracasados políticos del PP, y por sus edades y conocimientos nos pueden acercar más la política europea al menos creo que todos hablan inglés. Y una cosa muy a tener en cuenta cuando se reúnan con el Rey, parecerá una reunión de jóvenes estudiantes y no de un nieto (el Rey) con su abuelo.

El Gobierno de Ucrania decidió imponer un bloqueo comercial a la península de Crimea, anexionada por Rusia en marzo de 2014. “Por decisión del Gobierno de Ucrania quedan prohibidos los suministros de servicios y mercancías desde y hacia Crimea”, escribió en su cuenta de Twitter el primer ministro ucraniano, Arseni Yatseniuk, quien agregó que la medida entrará en vigor en un plazo de 30 días.

El jefe del Gobierno precisó que la prohibición no es extensiva a objetos de uso personal, a algunas mercancías de primera necesidad y a la ayuda humanitaria. En cuanto a los suministros de energía eléctrica a Crimea, Yatseniuk subrayó que podrán llevarse a cabo si son autorizados por el Consejo de Seguridad Nacional y Defensa de Ucrania. Y me imagino que también tendrán mucho que ver con el gas ruso si llega a Ucrania sin problemas o no.

La península de Crimea no está unida por tierra a Rusia, por lo que depende en gran medida de los suministros de Ucrania. Recientemente, el corte del suministro ucraniano de energía eléctrica a Crimea dejó sin luz a cerca de dos millones de personas, casi la totalidad de población de la península, cuyas autoridades se vieron obligadas a declarar el estado de emergencia. Es lógico la clase política de Ucrania y su oligarquía es demasiado rusa todavía y la corrupción ya era en la Unión Soviética una manera de diferenciar al buen miembro del partido de la uniformidad social general

EL BENEFICIO ECONOMICO EL ARMA QUE FALTA PARA LA INDEPENDENCIA DE CATALUNYA

Revolver otra vez todo lo que nos está pasando a los catalanes que queremos y buscamos nuestra independencia como nación parece como una obsesión e incluso puede resultar una monotonía pero con todo y con eso hay que insistir porque los famosos “muros” de que los políticos hablan que es estado español nos pone delante son ya casi incalculables, de todos ellos es evidente que el principal en una lucha que pretende ser incruenta civilizada y democrática el más difícil de salvar es el coste de la preparación de las estructuras del futuro estado.

El gobierno de España ahora se ha inventado que nos puede ahogar económicamente con la excusa de que Catalunya se gasta sus dineros (los de Catalunya) en costes relacionados con la independencia que esta fuera de la ley lo bueno del caso es que sin poderlo demostrar resulta que Catalunya tampoco puede rebatirlos, y esto es el muro que ahora hay que saltar para ello sería conveniente que se crease una organización civil sin ánimo de lucro que se dedicase a preparar todos los estudios y organizaciones necesarias para hacer la desconexión en el momento político que sea considerado oportuno y posible con España.

Pero esto es evidente que no se puede hacer desde la Generalidad porque como bien dice el gobierno de Madrid esto está fuera de la ley básicamente si se consumen fondos nacionales que no están destinados a este menester. Será todo lo absurdo y desleal que se quiera porque en el fondo los dineros que recibe la Generalidad son se los catalanes no del resto de España, pero también es verdad que son para todos los que viven en Catalunya y aquí hay mucha gente que no es catalana hasta el punto de aceptar la independencia de España, y que conste que no quiero decir que se excluyan ni mucho menos es decir si Catalunya llega a la independencia muchísimos seguirán en Catalunya pero de esto a pagar o sacrificarse por ello va un abismo.

Mientras en Catalunya y muchos catalanes seguimos confundidos, la independencia no es cosa solo de los políticos, la independencia de un pueblo la consigue el pueblo y luego este pueblo elige a sus representantes para que la organice y gobierne esto los catalanes estamos queriendo que se haga al revés y por esto hoy no funciona ni funcionará. Lo he dicho muchísimas veces, el pueblo más o menos agrupado en organizaciones civiles ha empujado al conjunto de ciudadanos a pedir y luego exigir la independencia de su país, de Catalunya.

Pero cuando ha conseguido que se llegasen a movilizar las fuerzas políticas que lo gobiernan y cuando se han hecho unas elecciones eso si un tanto confusas pero con unos resultados mayoritarios a favor de la independencia, incomprensiblemente el pueblo ha desaparecido del frente revolucionario, porque una independencia no es nada más que una revolución no se engañen. Así que quieran oírlo o no, ahora nos encontramos que Catalunya se ha quedado sin “soldados” y lo peor sin “armas” para hacer la revolución.

Se han quedado al frente de la batalla unos políticos que no tienen detrás al ejército que se suponía les apoyaría, donde están la ANC y Ómnium cultural, no me digan que están incluidos en “Junts pel Si”, ERC y la CUP, porque ya ven que no es verdad, todos aquellos millones de revolucionarios que nos manifestábamos en las grandes y espectaculares y festivas  movilizaciones de los pasados 11-S hemos desaparecido, no sé si asustados por lo que de verdad nos tocaría sufrir y sacrificar para obtener la independencia que exigíamos, o porque pensábamos ilusoriamente que esta revolución no nos iba a costar nada que se iba a hacer en los palacios de congresos y sedes de los partidos implicados.

Jamás España dejara que Catalunya se independice es que sería tonta es que se juega el ser o no ser, que los españoles no lo vean así es lógico, pero sus políticos si lo ven y nosotros los catalanes deberíamos verlo también y por lo tanto obrar en consecuencia. No nos van dejar irnos nunca, nos tenemos que ir nosotros y apechugar con lo que se nos venga encima y si no estamos dispuestos a ello pues punto y se terminó, porque en las circunstancias en que nos hemos colocados además de idiotas estamos quedando como unos cobardes  que a las primeras escaramuzas nos hemos ido todos a casa y hemos dejado solos a los políticos que como es natural ellos no se la van a jugar si no ven detrás al pueblo.

El presidente de la Generalitat el político, no puede hacer nada no tiene contrapartida alguna no tiene ni soldados ni armas para contra atacar y  sólo hay una salida: la independencia. Pero cuando llama a su “ejercito” este no está, unos no solo no le apoyan sino que quieren echarlo, para ponerse ellos y el pueblo no está en la calle no está dispuesto a desobedecer y luchar. Y ahora también ve como se queda sin armas porque no le van a dejar ni distribuir sus gastos ni que los que por ley le corresponden

Tras el último chantaje económico de España sobre la generalidad de Catalunya y por lo tanto sobre la sociedad catalán, propuse hace unos días lo que debe hacer la generalidad ante todo es denunciar al TC español y al tribunal de la Haya la situación de abuso y mala fe que el gobierno del PP pretende aplicar saltándose todas las leyes y normas de la constitución española, tergiversando la realidad o al menos sin demostrar que en mi opinión es lo mismo o más grave.

Creo que ante esta acción hay que corresponde con otra de la misma fuerza y esta no es otra que Catalunya se excluya de estas condiciones y no pida ninguna financiación del FLA así que el gobierno del PP en plena campaña electoral tenga que distraerse en gobernar las finanzas de Catalunya deba de destinar funcionarios aquí para venir a pagar nóminas de funcionarios gastos sociales pensiones etc. Hay que contrarrestar los abusos de autoridad con otros abusos a  cumplirla con más empeño de lo que el gobierno central espera.

En fin yo propongo hacer una especie de huelga a la japonesa, que el gobierno cree que nos gastamos NUESTRO DINERO en lo que no toca sin prueba alguna, pues a partir de esta falta confianza ahora no nos vamos a gastar nada, ni vamos a pagar nada y si se colapsa Catalunya ya vendrán ellos  a gestionar las cuentas o retiran la amenaza.

Paralelamente a esta acción yo propongo que por medio de alguna de las asociaciones civiles se cree otra como una empresa de carácter social, que actué como un ministerios de hacienda pero no para recoger impuestos sino para montar una empresa u organización de Micromecenazgo (en ingles crowdfunding), también denominado  financiación masiva, financiación en masa o por suscripción, cuestación popular, financiación colectiva y micro financiación colectiva, es la cooperación colectiva llevada a cabo por personas que realizan una red para conseguir dinero u otros recursos.

Evidentemente la aportación de micro pagos será voluntaria es evidente que no vamos a pretender que los no independentistas aporten nada peo yo soy el primero que como independentista convencido destinaria una pequeña cantidad mensual o semanal como se decida para dar una financiación independiente de la que España tiene la obligación de retornarnos mientras no nos eche o nos vayamos nosotros. Pero yo he hecho cuentas y la cosa puede salir bien si recordamos que fuimos a votar aquel 9-S unos 2,3 millones y suponemos que como mínimo 2 millones fuimos convencidos de que queremos ser catalanes con estado solo que destinemos 50 Euros al mes podríamos recoger 100 millones de euros al mes en tres meses ya casi habríamos pagado a las farmacias cuando menos.

El asunto que ya publique tienen visos de realidad y posibilidad hay que montarlo como un pesado negocio es decir los participantes en el proyecto “Nación Catalana” por ejemplo deberían recibir algún beneficio de sus aportaciones hablo de un pequeño beneficio y si la empresa llega a su fin incluso el retorno del capital aportado que podría ser devuelto entonces si por el nuevo país por medio de rebaja en el pago de impuestos por ejemplo esto es posible porque las aportaciones deben estar perfectamente registradas y nominadas a nombre de los partícipes en el proyecto. Lo más interesante es que en este proyecto podrían participar incluso entidades y personas de fuera de Catalunya y de España  simplemente es cuestión de montar un plan de negocio del proyecto y créanme montar unas estructuras de estado es un buen negocio.

En términos generales, el micro mecenazgo consiste en la difusión pública, por parte de la persona, institución, proyecto etc., que busca financiamiento, para la causa proyecto o negocio por el que trabaja, y la financiación mancomunada por parte de prestamistas independientes que simplemente simpatizan con la causa, o persiguen un crédito ofrecido por el prestatario. Dado que gran parte del éxito de esta forma de financiación descansa en la publicidad que se da al proyecto, las plataformas de financiación colectiva más importantes en la actualidad tienen soporte en Internet, por su alcance multitudinario y su bajo costo comparativo. Además de lo obtenido de financiación hay que tener en cuenta la publicidad mundial que esto representaría para Catalunya y los catalanes. El tema está claro solo necesito ayuda para hacerlo realidad.

El govern d'Espanya ara s'ha inventat que ens pot ofegar econòmicament amb l'excusa que Catalunya es gasta els seus diners (els de Catalunya) en costos relacionats amb la independència que aquesta fora de la llei el bo del cas és que sense poder-ho demostrar resulta que Catalunya tampoc pot rebatre'ls, i això és el mur que ara cal saltar per això seria convenient que es creés una organització civil sense ànim de lucre que es dediqués a preparar tots els estudis i organitzacions necessàries per fer la desconnexió en el moment polític que sigui considerat oportú i possible amb Espanya.

Però això és evident que no es pot fer des de la Generalitat perquè com bé diu el govern de Madrid això està fora de la llei bàsicament si es consumeixen fons nacionals que no estan destinats a aquest menester. Serà tot l'absurd i deslleial que es vulgui perquè en el fons els diners que rep la Generalitat són es els catalans no de la resta d'Espanya, però també és veritat que són per a tots els que viuen a Catalunya i aquí hi ha molta gent que no és catalana fins al punt d'acceptar la independència d'Espanya, i que consti que no vull dir que s'excloguin ni de bon tros és a dir si Catalunya arriba a la independència moltíssims seguiran a Catalunya però d'això a pagar o sacrificar per això va un abisme.

Mentre a Catalunya i molts catalans seguim confosos, la independència no és cosa només dels polítics, la independència d'un poble l'aconsegueix el poble i després aquest poble elegeix els seus representants perquè l'organitzi i governi això els catalans estem volent que es faci a l'inrevés i per això avui no funciona ni funcionarà. Ho he dit moltíssimes vegades, el poble més o menys agrupat en organitzacions civils ha empès al conjunt de ciutadans a demanar i després exigir la independència del seu país, de Catalunya.

Però quan ha aconseguit que s'arribessin a mobilitzar les forces polítiques que el governen i quan s'han fet unes eleccions això si una mica confuses però amb uns resultats majoritaris a favor de la independència, incomprensiblement el poble ha desaparegut del front revolucionari, perquè una independència no és res més que una revolució no s'enganyin. Així que vulguin sentir-ho o no, ara ens trobem que Catalunya s'ha quedat sense "soldats" i el pitjor sense "armes" per fer la revolució.

S'han quedat al front de la batalla uns polítics que no tenen darrere a l'exèrcit que se suposava els recolzaria, on estan l'ANC i Òmnium cultural, no em diguin que estan inclosos en "Junts pel Si", ERC i la CUP, perquè ja veuen que no és veritat, tots aquells milions de revolucionaris que ens manifestàvem en les grans i espectaculars i festives mobilitzacions dels passats 11-S hem desaparegut, no sé si espantats pel que de veritat ens tocaria patir i sacrificar per obtenir la independència que exigíem, o perquè pensàvem il·lusòriament que aquesta revolució no ens costaria res que s'anava a fer en els palaus de congressos i seus dels partits implicats.

Mai Espanya deixés que Catalunya s'independitzi és que seria ximple és que es juga el ser o no ser, que els espanyols no ho vegin així és lògic, però els seus polítics si ho veuen i nosaltres els catalans hauríem veure-ho també i per tant obrar en conseqüència. No ens van deixar anar-nos mai, ens hem d'anar nosaltres i carregar amb el que se'ns vingui a sobre i si no estem disposats a això doncs punt i es va acabar, perquè en les circumstàncies en què ens hem col·locats a més d'idiotes estem quedant com uns covards que a les primeres escaramusses ens hem anat tots a casa i hem deixat sols als polítics que com és natural ells no la van a jugar si no veuen darrere al poble.

El president de la Generalitat el polític, no pot fer res no té cap contrapartida no té ni soldats ni armes per contra atacar i només hi ha una sortida: la independència. Però quan diu al seu "exèrcit" aquest no hi és, uns no només no li donen suport sinó que volen fer-lo fora, per posar-se ells i el poble no està al carrer no està disposat a desobeir i lluitar. I ara també veu com es queda sense armes perquè no li deixaran ni distribuir els seus despeses ni que els que per llei li corresponen

Després de l'últim xantatge econòmic d'Espanya sobre la generalitat de Catalunya i per tant sobre la societat català, vaig proposar fa uns dies el que ha de fer la Generalitat abans de res és denunciar al TC espanyol i al tribunal de l'Haia la situació d'abús i mala fe que el govern del PP pretén aplicar saltant-se totes les lleis i normes de la constitució espanyola, tergiversant la realitat o almenys sense demostrar que al meu entendre és el mateix o més greu.

Crec que davant d'aquesta acció cal correspon amb una altra de la mateixa força i aquesta no és altra que Catalunya s'exclogui d'aquestes condicions i no demani cap finançament del FLA així que el govern del PP en plena campanya electoral hagi de distreure a governar les finances de Catalunya hagi de destinar funcionaris aquí per venir a pagar nòmines de funcionaris despeses socials pensions etc. Cal contrarestar els abusos d'autoritat amb altres abusos a complir amb més afany del que el govern central espera.

En fi jo proposo fer una mena de vaga a la japonesa, que el govern creu que ens gastem els nostres diners en el que no toca sense cap prova, ja que a partir d'aquesta falta confiança ara no ens gastarem res, ni pagarem res i si es col·lapsa Catalunya ja vindran ells a gestionar els comptes o retiren l'amenaça.

Paral·lelament a aquesta acció jo proposo que per mitjà d'alguna de les associacions civils es creu una altra com una empresa de caràcter social, que vaig actuar com un ministeris d'hisenda però no per recollir impostos sinó per muntar una empresa o organització de micró mecenatge (en anglès crowdfunding ), també anomenat finançament massiva, finançament en massa o per subscripció, col·lecta popular, finançament col·lectiu i micró finançament col·lectiu, és la cooperació col·lectiva duta a terme per persones que realitzen una xarxa per aconseguir diners o altres recursos.

Evidentment l'aportació de micró pagaments serà voluntària és evident que no anem a pretendre que els no independentistes aportin res peu jo sóc el primer que com a independentista convençut destinaria una petita quantitat mensual o setmanal com es decideixi per donar un finançament independent de la qual Espanya té l'obligació de retornar-mentre no ens doni o ens anem nosaltres. Però jo he fet comptes i la cosa pot sortir bé si recordem que vam anar a votar aquell 9-S uns 2,3 milions i suposem que com a mínim 2 milions vam ser convençuts que volem ser catalans amb estat només que destinem 50 Euros al mes podríem recollir 100 milions d'euros al mes en tres mesos ja gairebé hauríem pagat a les farmàcies si més no.

L'assumpte que ja publiqui tenen aspectes de realitat i possibilitat cal muntar com un pesat negoci és a dir els participants en el projecte "Nació Catalana" ara haurien de rebre algun benefici de les seves aportacions parlo d'un petit benefici i si l'empresa arriba a la seva fi fins i tot el retorn del capital aportat que podria ser retornat llavors si pel nou país per mitjà de rebaixa en el pagament d'impostos per exemple això és possible perquè les aportacions han d'estar perfectament registrades i nominades a nom dels partícips en el projecte. El més interessant és que en aquest projecte podrien participar fins i tot entitats i persones de fora de Catalunya i d'Espanya simplement és qüestió de muntar un pla de negoci del projecte i creguin-me muntar unes estructures d'estat és un bon negoci.

En termes generals, el micró mecenatge consisteix en la difusió pública, per part de la persona, institució, projecte etc., que busca finançament, per a la causa projecte o negoci pel qual treballa, i el finançament mancomunada per part de prestadors independents que simplement simpatitzen amb la causa, o persegueixen un crèdit ofert pel prestatari. Atès que gran part de l'èxit d'aquesta forma de finançament descansa en la publicitat que es dóna al projecte, les plataformes de finançament col·lectiu més importants en l'actualitat tenen suport a Internet, pel seu abast multitudinari i el seu baix cost comparatiu. A més de l'obtingut de finançament cal tenir en compte la publicitat mundial que això representaria per a Catalunya i els catalans. El tema està clar només necessito ajuda per fer-ho realitat.

LA INDEPENDENCIA DE CATALUÑA NO LA CONSEGUIRAN LOS POLITICOS

Catalunya y muchos catalanes seguimos confundidos, la independencia no es cosa de los políticos, la independencia de un pueblo la consigue el pueblo y luego este pueblo elige a sus representantes para que la organice y gobierne esto los catalanes estamos queriendo que se haga al revés y por esto no funciona ni funcionará.

No sé cómo ha pasado pero lo cierto es que ha pasado, primero el pueblo más o menos agrupado en organizaciones civiles ha empujado al conjunto de ciudadanos a pedir y luego exigir la independencia de su país, de Catalunya, cuando ha conseguido que se llegasen a movilizar las fuerzas políticas que lo gobiernan y cuando se han hecho unas elecciones eso si un tanto confusas pero con unos resultados mayoritarios a favor de la independencia, incomprensiblemente el pueblo ha desaparecido del frente revolucionario, porque una independencia no es nada más que una revolución no se engañen.

Así que quieran oírlo o no, ahora nos encontramos que Catalunya se ha quedado sin “soldados” para hacer la revolución y se han quedado al frente de batalla unos políticos que no tienen detrás al ejército que se suponía les apoyaría, donde están la ANC y Ómnium cultural, no me digan que están incluidos en “Junts pel Si”, ERC y la CUP, porque ya ven que no es verdad, todos aquellos millones de revolucionarios que nos manifestábamos en las grandes y espectaculares y festivas  movilizaciones de los pasados 11-S hemos desaparecido, no sé si asustados por lo que de verdad nos tocaría sufrir y sacrificar para obtener la independencia que exigíamos, o porque pensábamos ilusoriamente que esta revolución no nos iba a costar nada que se iba a hacer en los palacios de congresos y sedes de los partidos implicados.

Sea lo que sea craso error compatriotas, cómo es posible que no se den cuenta lo he dicho más de diez veces creo yo en mis artículos, LA INDEPENDENCIA NO LA GANAN LO POLITICOS, la conquistan los ciudadanos y luego la gobiernan los políticos esto siempre ha sido así, no se puede confundir la conquista con la independencia en la conquista de un territorio o de un pueblo, si actúan y la consiguen los políticos con los ejércitos o las presiones que sean, para logra que el oponente se rinda y se entregue, pero es que lo que Catalunya quiere (o quería) es lo contrario es librarse de una nación y unos políticos que la dominan esto es y se hace de forma distinta a como pretendemos que se haga.

Jamás España dejara que Catalunya se independice es que sería tonta es que se juega el ser o no ser, que los españoles no lo vean así es lógico, pero sus políticos si lo ven y nosotros los catalanes deberíamos verlo también y por lo tanto obrar en consecuencia. No nos van dejar irnos nunca, nos tenemos que ir nosotros y apechugar con lo que se nos venga encima y si no estamos dispuestos a ello pues punto y se terminó, porque en las circunstancias en que nos hemos colocados además de idiotas estamos quedando como unos cobardes  que a las primeras escaramuzas nos hemos ido todos a casa y hemos dejado solos a los políticos que como es natural ellos no se la van a jugar si no ven detrás al pueblo.

Esto está clarísimo en el caso de la CUP, ellos saben que en la situación actual son los reyes, son los valientes estúpidos que pelean contra los molinos de viento creyéndose que son gigantes y ellos poco menos que Tirant Lo Blanc (ya no les digo Quijotes para no ofender su mal entendida catalanidad) ustedes mis lectores creen sinceramente que la CUP está haciendo lo que hace por Catalunya ni hablar lo está haciendo porque sabe que si Catalunya consigue la independencia ellos desaparecen del mapa político, porque todo lo que ahora le da fuerza a sus protestas sus rebeldías todas estas en una Catalunya nación no las tendría porque tendría la suficiente fuerza estructural y económica como para solucionarlas así que donde iría a parar la CUP.

Y esto amigos míos es lo que conocen de sobras el “enemigo” sobre todo el PP. Ante las embestidas del Gobierno central, con la justicia a medida con los tribunales parciales y esta vez con el punto final  el endurecimiento de las condiciones para que Catalunya pueda pagar las nóminas y los servicios esenciales nos ha derrotado a la primera, el president de la Generalitat el político, no puede hacer nada no tiene contrapartida alguna no tiene armas para contra atacar y  sólo ve una salida: la independencia. Pero cuando llama a su “ejercito” este no está, unos no solo no le apoyan sino que quieren echarlo, para ponerse ellos y el pueblo no está en la calle no está dispuesto a desobedecer y luchar.

Esto  se nota y se nota porque hay una parte de la sociedad catalana que es como los políticos, me refiero al mundo empresarial a las fuerzas económicas  a las que de verdad mueven el día a día del país  si estas fuerzas y el pueblo estuviesen unidas en el mismo objetivo, sería muy fácil hacer una contra ofensiva económica simplemente dejando de pagar los impuestos a Madrid y dejarlos ingresados en unas cuentas de la Generalidad, se imaginan que pasaría si Madrid no recibe las liquidaciones del IVA de Catalunya ni las cotizaciones a la SS  si se pone en riesgo que España reciba los impuestos de los balances de este año de las empresas catalanas etc.

Si la sociedad catalana estuviese dispuesta a pasar un tiempo de desequilibrio hasta que se reajuste todo esto, si no nos dan dinero desde Madrid, porque no buscamos financiación en otros lugares aunque de momento sea más costosa, ahora ya nos es más costosa porque nadie se da cuenta que tenemos un PIB de 200,000 millones de euros y nuestros presupuestos de gastos no superan los 80.000 y una deuda de 60,000 millones, luego podemos durante un tiempo lo más corto posible, pagar unos intereses más elevados e irlos ajustando a medida de que vayamos dando confianza al mercado y se vayan haciendo acuerdos con España, porque no lo duden si nos independizamos no nos vamos a “separar” de España, ambos estamos en la península Ibérica
