EUROPA Y LOS EUROPEOS NO TENEMOS CLARO LO QUE SE NOS VIENE ENCIMA

He estado fuera unos dos días quizás lo habrán notado por la ausencia de mis blogs diarios ya he vuelto y lo primero que quiero decir es aquí estoy otra vez preparado para pasar otro año y comentarlo con todos ustedes mi viaje ha sido fuera de España y hoy tengo que escribir sobre la Europa que he visto les aseguro que lo que he visto no es la Europa occidental sino he visto una Europa árabe y africana que me ha asustado en gran manera. He paseado por calles que había más africanos que originarios del país paseando.

He visto como en plena calle un poco si ustedes quieren refugiados en las esquinas o arrimados a la pared de los edificios como a cierta hora unos transeúntes buscaban en el horizonte una dirección y plantados de cara a ella rezaban quietos mientras los pocos europeos que estábamos por allá intentábamos no molestar. En pocas palabras supongo que solo faltaba que hubiese estado en Turquía a la hora de la oración de la tarde y sentir la plegaria lanzada desde cualquier minarete de las mezquitas de una ciudad árabe.

No puedo por más que volver sobre este drama no puedo dejar pasar la triste realidad que he visto me ha parecido muy exagerado creo que la situación estaba exagerada `por la afluencia de cientos o miles de emigrantes de los últimos venidos en estos últimos tres meses de 2015 pero la verdad es que impresiona. Son los refugiados en este momento sirios o no los que llenan los titulares y reportajes de televisión y las ciudades de Europa, no es agradable ver que la humanidad somos tan manipuladores y manipulados por hechos que, en lugar de dar noticias y beneficios a los medios de información, deberían ser motivo de intervención internacional de las fuerzas armadas internacionales para terminar con esta diáspora que tarde o temprano estallara en nuestras ciudades.  

Europa no tiene la culpa de lo que está pasando, pero sí la tiene por dejar que pase, otra cosa es que no haga o no pueda hacer lo que le todavía la propia demagogia del ciudadano europeo mantiene viva dando como un acto de caridad acoger todo este desastre en lugar de coger y ponerle fin, la actitud del ciudadano europeo es de miedo contenido no tengo la menor duda lo he visto en muchas caras en las calles cambiar de acera gestos de rehuir el pasar muy cerca de unos paseantes claramente reconocibles como árabes etc. Pero los europeos todavía parece que tenemos mucho que perder y nuestra cobardía nos lleva a soportar este miedo antes que actuar y mirara de hacer lo que no pueden o no se atreven hacer los recién llegados es decir imponer la paz en sus países y haciéndoles así posible volver a restablecer sus hogares su vida y su fe.

Yo creo que debemos exigir que nuestros gobiernos se organicen y creo sinceramente que deben movilizarse unas fuerzas armadas propias europeas no fiarnos más de los bombardeos rusos, americanos, unos pocos ingleses otros tantos franceses, pero en todos los casos dejando la evidencia que sobre el terreno una vez bombardean a los que imponen el terror y otra vez a los intentan combatir contra el terror así no habrá forma de terminar con esto, y repito mi diagnostico esto terminara con revueltas en Europa porque la ingente cantidad de escapados de su tierra y de su mundo, al final exigirán lo que han perdido es decir su mundo, su dignidad, e imponer la libertad que perdieron a costa de la nuestra.

No se trata de estar en su casa viendo el drama por televisión o leyéndolo en la prensa quisiera hay que verlo. Ya lo he dicho muchas veces el problema no es acoger a los refugiados el problema es que haya más de dos millones de refugiados más los que ya teníamos o no lo ven. A nadie le gusta ser refugiado y si lo es, no puede pensar que el culpable de sus males es precisamente el siempre pensara que es en parte al que pide asilo porque para él su situación es un contrasentido su pregunta al final siempre será ¿Por qué yo no tengo el mismo derecho a vivir como vives tú? No les quepa duda piensen si pueden un momento en que son ustedes los que tienen que escapar y donde van se encuentran en las mismas condiciones que ahora les podemos dar a los que han llegado.   

Ayer escuchaba aterrorizado unas declaraciones de un refugiado sirio que decía en un perfecto inglés y con una apariencia física que daba a entender que no era un don nadie "para mí, mi país, mi tierra, ya no existe solo me queda mi fe en Ala" esto es muy fuerte si para este hombre culto bien parecido que sabía muy bien lo que decía estaba renunciando a su nación de origen, deja muy a las claras que lo que está ocurriendo allá es indescriptible e impensable para un europeo o para cualquier ser humano.

Pero esto no debe despertar solo la compasión debe despertar la rabia de lo que vemos e imaginamos que debe estar pasando allá y esto no es tolerable y aquí sí que tenemos la culpa, levantémonos del sofá y exigíamos la intervención de las fuerzas armadas de la ONU o si no quieren o no pueden, organicemos unas europeas y acabemos con los regímenes absolutistas y salvajes que hacen que su gente se vaya y que digan que su país ya no existe o es que no nos damos cuenta que este problema si no lo paramos nos alcanzará.

El acuerdo contempla la liberación de prisioneros, la apertura de los accesos al barrio, la reactivación de las instituciones gubernamentales en su interior y la entrada de ayuda humanitaria. Este pacto es similar al alcanzado en mayo de 2014 entre las autoridades y los insurgentes, por el que los rebeldes se retiraron del casco antiguo de Homs, a cambio de la liberación de 70 prisioneros capturados por los opositores en las provincias de Latakia (oeste) y Alepo (norte).

Homs, que recibió el sobrenombre de la "capital de la revolución" tras el inicio de las protestas contra el régimen de Bashar al Asad en marzo de 2011, fue en los primeros tres años de la guerra una de las poblaciones sirias más castigadas por los enfrentamientos y los bombardeos, mientras esto sucede en Siria, la oposición siria, o al menos buena parte de ella, se reúne en un hotel de Riad a gastos pagados por el Gobierno de Arabia Saudí para buscar un frente común. Se trata de un paso obligado –protocolario, casi- después de la conferencia del mes pasado en Viena donde se fijó negociar con el régimen de Bashar el Asad para constituir un gobierno de transición en Siria y celebrar elecciones al cabo de 18 meses.

Pero en Riad, aunque suman más de cien delegados, no están todos los que son. Asisten los miembros de la oposición política tolerada en Damasco y los del Consejo Nacional Sirio –que se presenta como oposición en el exilio, apoyada por los saudíes-, y acuden también responsables de 15 milicias rebeldes, pero no han sido invitadas las dos fuerzas más importantes: el Frente Al Nusra ni, sobre todo, la organización político-militar kurda PYD-YPG, que ocupa una importante franja de territorio a lo largo de la frontera turca.

El Estado Islámico, desde luego, no está invitado y, a menos que pretenda atentar contra el hotel, no se le espera. En cuanto al Frente Al Nusra, el hecho de ser la rama siria de Al Qaeda le invalida para acudir a la reunión, a pesar de que se ha beneficiado en esta guerra de los apoyos de los países del Golfo y de Turquía, empeñados en derrocar a Bashar el Asad. A Riad acuden también hombres de negocios y personajes influyentes en la región.

Con estos mimbres, cualquier decisión que se tome entre hoy y mañana no estará respaldada por lo que se suele llamar “la realidad sobre el terreno”. Las milicias rebeldes, y Al Nusra también, están sufriendo los bombardeos rusos en los territorios que ocupan, en las provincias de Alepo, Idlib, Hama, Deraa… Y que van menguando: hoy mismo, unos 2.000 combatientes se están retirando del último barrio que controlaban en la ciudad de Homs, en aplicación de un acuerdo negociado con el régimen con mediación de la ONU.

Por lo que respecta a los kurdos y unas pocas milicias árabes con las que han compuesto las Fuerzas Democráticas Sirias -con el patrocinio de Estados Unidos-, al no ser invitados han decidido reunirse por su cuenta en Hasaka (Siria) como si la cita de Riad “nunca hubiera ocurrido”, según dijeron al canal Al Yazira.

¿Qué es lo que une a las facciones árabes que buscan un frente común? Únicamente, la idea de que Bashar el Asad es el gran problema. Ahora, con más urgencia, porque la intervención de Rusia ha cambiado seriamente el panorama. Aunque ni Rusia ni Irán aman tanto a El Asad como para apuntalarlo en el poder a toda costa, la fuerza de las armas va en su favor. Es más, observadores árabes creen que Washington ha dado su beneplácito a los planes rusos porque en su agenda oculta está una división de Siria a beneficio de los kurdos.

Las potencias occidentales también agradecerían una unión de la oposición político-militar siria. Por lo menos para que el primer ministro británico, David Cameron, pudiera tener razón cuando dijo que había 70.000 combatientes “moderados”, un verdadero disparate… No los hay ni nada apunta a que vaya a haberlos. El famoso Ejército Libre Sirio es residual, tanto que algunas de sus milicias están aliadas con los kurdos y otras, al contrario, las combaten al lado de islamistas radicales como Ahrar al Sham, que colabora además con Al Nusra.

Es precisamente Ahrar al Sham, reconstituida tras el asesinato de toda su plana mayor, la organización que ahora pretende ganar más peso y apoyos. Desde hace más de un año ha ido pregonando que se ha distanciado de Al Qaeda y que su agenda es más nacionalista que islamista. Junto con el Ejército del Islam y otras formaciones, ha suscrito tres documentos, entre septiembre y octubre pasados, reivindicando los principios de la revolución siria de los primeros días, exigiendo el derrocamiento del régimen de El Asad y sus instituciones, así como la expulsión del país de rusos, iraníes, el Hizbulah y otras milicias chiíes, y defendiendo la formación de un gobierno de transición nacional… Todo ello, apelando nada menos que al Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU.

¿Suena bien? Posiblemente es lo que muchos desean oír. En vísperas de la cita de Riad, Ahrar al Sham ha insistido en que hay que derrocar el régimen de Damasco y juzgar a sus miembros. Pero también ha defendido la “identidad islámica de Siria”, algo que agradará a los financiadores árabes de la guerra, incluido el anfitrión saudí. En mayo del año pasado, el francés Mehdi Nemmouche, de 29 años que volvió de Siria, usó una AK-47, el clásico Kalashnikov del mundo soviético, para matar a cuatro personas en el Museo Judío de Bruselas.

En los ataques contra la revista Charlie Hebdo y una tienda de productos kosher en París en enero, volvieron a usarse Kalashnikov, algunos adquiridos en Bélgica, como los que llevaba el hombre acusado de intentar una masacre en el tren entre Bruselas y París en agosto.

Y luego están las armas usadas por tres asaltantes para matar a 89 personas en el teatro Bataclan durante un concierto de rock.

Pese a la resolución de la Unión Europea para aumentar el control de sus fronteras y cerrar las lagunas en las leyes que ya prohíben en la práctica la propiedad privada de armas de asalto, Nemac, Milan y un hastiado policía serbio, dudan de que se pueda poner fin al comercio. El agente serbio, que participa en operaciones contra el tráfico de armas, dijo que los investigadores descubren con suerte apenas un tercio de los envíos.

El problema es el alto número de armas, señaló, narrando la historia de un hombre que dijo a los funcionarios de la frontera de Serbia con la UE que era un músico que no tenía nada que declarar, aparte de su viejo acordeón. Es la disponibilidad de viejos arsenales militares en el mercado negro lo que fija la atención en los Balcanes. "No sabemos dónde están esas armas, quién las tiene, ni cómo están siendo usadas", dijo Ivan Zverzhanovski, de la organización Clearinghouse para el Control de Armas Pequeñas y Ligeras, con sede en Belgrado.

La facilidad con la que las armas están entrando a la UE y moviéndose después por dentro gracias al sistema de fronteras abiertas de Schengen está contribuyendo, junto con el movimiento de los mismos asesinos y de cientos de miles de inmigrantes, a los pedidos para endurecer los controles fronterizos y establecer nuevos dentro del bloque. Sin embargo, parece imposible erradicar por completo un comercio de armas ilegales que florece dentro de la misma UE. De hecho, hay cierta ironía en que Bruselas, "capital" de la UE y sede de la alianza militar de la OTAN, se haya convertido en un mercado para estos arsenales.

Un inesperado obstáculo para Estado Islámico, sobre todo después de París, es la conciencia de viejos soldados como Nemac y Milan: "Es un asunto sucio", dijo el último sobre el comercio. "Nadie en Serbia, ningún cristiano, vendería a sabiendas armas a asesinos islámicos", señaló Milan.

No obstante, la UE no cuenta con esto y busca endurecer las reglas sobre las armas de fuego este mes introduciendo un sistema de identificación para todo el bloque y nuevos estándares sobre su inutilización. Por ejemplo, una AK-47 usada para matar a los caricaturistas de Charlie Hebdo fue comprada legalmente como pieza de coleccionista en Eslovaquia, un país de la UE. Pero los retos no acaban ahí, ya que el comercio por internet en la denominada "dark net" está al alza, las armas también pueden ser ensambladas con partes compradas por separado de forma legal y hasta se pueden fabricar con impresoras en 3D, por lo que Francia pidió que la UE prohíba el software para fabricarlas.

La situación es complicada para los gobiernos europeos y, como mostraron los ataques en París, unas pocas armas pueden causar un gran impacto. Infierno  provocado por los continuos incendios raciales, religiosos, y políticos del norte de África que nos pueden llegar a arrasar nuestra cultura y “paz” sin remisión. Lo curioso de la situación es que paradójicamente algunos creen hoy en día que este infierno puede detenerlo Satanás y sus ángeles de fuego, quisiera que echasen un vistazo al mapa que adjunto, y se diesen cuenta que solo nos separa un charco de agua salada incapaz de detener las llamas que voluntariamente u organizadamente se desprenden de aquellos fuegos.

Ya deben haber comprendido que me refiero al “infierno” del Oriente Próximo y el norte de áfrica con los últimos actos de guerra abierta, revoluciones, masacres raciales, que han explotado en Siria, Libia, Egipto, y que ahora ya han saltado a Turquía y el Kurdistán, hago mención expresa a estos últimos lugares, porque aquí entra satanás en escena. Hoy hay algunos comentarios en la red que lanzan vítores contra la acción de un salvador casi inesperado, me refiero a Rusia y no lo entiendo, porque su intervención unilateral completamente, lo primero que ha hecho es extender el infierno, la intervención de Rusia que estos comentarios resaltan como decidida y salvadora lo que ha hecho es avivar el fuego.

No puedo comprender como es tan sencillo a según qué personas, lanzarse a vitorear y a juzgar unas acciones tan graves como son las guerras que como siempre se ha dicho, se sabe cuándo empiezan pero nunca cuando se terminan y hoy les puedo decir que al infierno que ardía a nuestros pies, hace una semana, se ha añadido el principal actor Satanás. No me debería de extrañar en todo infierno hay su satanás las llamas hay que provocarlas y en este caso avivarlas y extenderlas.

No les quepa la menor duda que el Satanás a que me refiero que no es otro que Putin porque tiene sus motivos para propagar el infierno que ya ardía quizás vale la pena recordar quien es Satán. Sin embargo, la Biblia nos da una clara descripción de quién es Satanás, y cómo afecta nuestras vidas. Sencillamente, la Biblia define a Satanás como un ser angélico caído de su posición en el cielo por pecar y que ahora está diametralmente opuesto a Dios y al bien, haciendo todo lo que está en su poder para desbaratar los propósitos de Dios para la humanidad.

Qué casualidad a mí me parece que coincide en todo lo que está haciendo Putin. Situémonos en los papeles adecuados, nosotros los europeos los occidentales figuramos en esta historia como los angélicos miembros que poblamos el “cielo” en una paz democrática que nos mantiene unidos y en paz entre nosotros, de pronto se crea a nuestros pies el infierno por las luchas de infieles malignos y contrapuestos a nuestras convicciones y la verdad, es que no sabemos cómo defendernos de esto sin hacer daño, sin otorgarnos la razón de la fuerza, hasta que un ángel se harta de ver tantas indecisiones pretende sacar provecho de ellas y decide entrar a hierro y fuego sobre el infierno ya creado por su cuenta y peca, ya tenemos el ángel caído y con él, el cuadro bíblico completo.

En este momento la situación ha cambiado por completo hoy Europa ya no solo tiene un infierno un tanto descontrolado a sus pies sino que tiene al jefe del mismo al frente porque no lo duden Putin no está jugándose sus rublos y sus aviones para fracasar o para salvarnos el culo a nosotros esta allá para algo es tan claro como el agua alguien desde el “cielo” le ha pedido que intervenga para castigar a los infieles, nadie lo ha decidido él y lo ha decidido para algo, no para apagar el fuego del infierno, de esto no les quepa la menor duda.

PROPOSO "CROWDFUNDING" PER ANAR PAGANT LA INDEPENDÈNCIA DE CATALUNYA

 

Després de l'últim xantatge econòmic d'Espanya sobre la generalitat de Catalunya i per tant sobre la societat català, al meu entendre el que ha de fer la Generalitat és denunciar al TC espanyol i al tribunal de l'Haia la situació d'abús i mala fe que el govern del PP pretén aplicar saltant-se totes les lleis i normes de la constitució espanyola, tergiversant la realitat o almenys sense demostrar que al meu entendre és el mateix o més greu.

Crec que davant d'aquesta acció cal correspon amb una altra de la mateixa força i aquesta no és altra que Catalunya s'exclogui d'aquestes condicions i no accepti ni demani cap finançament del FLA així que el govern del PP en plena campanya electoral hagi de distreure a governar les finances de Catalunya hagi de destinar funcionaris aquí per venir a pagar nòmines de funcionaris despeses socials pensions etc. Cal contrarestar els abusos d'autoritat amb altres abusos a complir amb més afany del que el govern central espera.

Perquè el govern sap el que està fent el xantatge econòmic que ha posat en marxa és exactament el mateix que si hagués aplicat l'article 155 i hagués anul·lat l'autonomia però amb una gran habilitat no ho ha fet ni oficialment ni en la seva totalitat jo no sé sense l'aplicació del citat article de la constitució les normes aplicades a mitges són legals és a dir és constitucional castigar fins a un punt o cal fer-ho d'acord a la totalitat de la llei.

En fi jo proposo fer una mena de vaga a la japonesa, que el govern creu que ens gastem els nostres diners en el que no toca sense cap prova, ja que a partir d'aquesta falta confiança ara no ens gastarem res, ni pagarem res i si es col·lapsa Catalunya ja vindran ells a gestionar els comptes o retiren l'amenaça.

Paral·lelament a aquesta acció jo proposo que per mitjà d'alguna de les associacions civils es creu com un ministeris d'hisenda però no per recollir impostos sinó per muntar una empresa o organització de micro mecenatge (en anglès crowdfunding), també anomenat finançament massiva, finançament en massa o per subscripció, col·lecta popular, finançament col·lectiu i micro finançament col·lectiu, és la cooperació col·lectiva duta a terme per persones que realitzen una xarxa per aconseguir diners o altres recursos.

Evidentment l'aportació de micro pagaments serà voluntària és evident que no anem a pretendre que els no independentistes aportin res peu jo sóc el primer que com a independentista convençut destinaria una petita quantitat mensual o setmanal com es decideixi per donar un finançament independent de la qual Espanya té l'obligació de retornar-mentre no ens doni o ens anem nosaltres. Però jo he fet comptes i la cosa pot sortir bé si recordem que vam anar a votar aquell 9-S uns 2,3 milions i suposem que com a mínim 2 milions vam ser convençuts que volem ser catalans amb estat només que destinem 50 Euros al mes podríem recollir 100 milions d'euros al mes en tres mesos ja gairebé hauríem pagat a les farmàcies si més no.

En termes generals, el micro mecenatge consisteix en la difusió pública, per part de la persona, institució projecte etc., que busca finançament, per a la causa projecte o negoci pel qual brega, i el finançament mancomunada per part de prestadors independents que simplement simpatitzen amb la causa, o persegueixen un crèdit ofert pel prestatari. Atès que gran part de l'èxit d'aquesta forma de finançament descansa en la publicitat que es dóna al projecte, les plataformes de finançament col·lectiu més importants en l'actualitat tenen suport a Internet, pel seu abast multitudinari i el seu baix cost comparatiu. A més de l'obtingut de finançament cal tenir en compte la publicitat mundial que això representaria per a Catalunya i els catalans

I PROPOSE "CROWDFUNDING" TO GO PAYING THE INDEPENDENCE DE CATALONIA

PROPONGO “CROWDFUNDING” PARA IR PAGANDO LA INDEPENDENCIA DE CATALUNYA

Tras el último chantaje económico de España sobre la generalidad de Catalunya y por lo tanto sobre la sociedad catalán, en mi opinión lo que debe hacer la generalidad es denunciar al TC español y al tribunal de la Haya la situación de abuso y mala fe que el gobierno del PP pretende aplicar saltándose todas las leyes y normas de la constitución española, tergiversando la realidad o al menos sin demostrar que en mi opinión es lo mismo o mas grave.

Creo que ante esta acción hay que corresponde con otra de la misma fuerza y esta no es otra que Catalunya se excluya de estas condiciones y no acepte ni pida ninguna financiación del FLA así que el gobierno del PP en plena campaña electoral tenga que distraerse en gobernar las finanzas de Catalunya deba de destinar funcionarios aquí para venir a pagar nóminas de funcionarios gastos sociales pensiones etc. Hay que contrarrestar los abusos de autoridad con otros abusos a  cumplirla con más empeño de lo que el gobierno central espera.

Porque el gobierno sabe lo que está haciendo el chantaje económico que ha puesto en marcha es exactamente lo mismo que si hubiese aplicado el artículo 155 y hubiese anulado la autonomía pero con una gran habilidad no lo ha hecho ni oficialmente ni en su totalidad yo no sé sin la aplicación del citado artículo de la constitución las normas aplicadas a medias son legales es decir es constitucional castigar hasta un punto o hay que hacerlo de acuerdo a la totalidad de la ley.

En fin yo propongo hacer una especie de huelga a la japonesa, que el gobierno cree que nos gastamos NUESTRO DINERO en lo que no toca sin prueba alguna, pues a partir de esta falta confianza ahora no nos vamos a gastar nada, ni vamos a pagar nada y si se colapsa Catalunya ya vendrán ellos  a gestionar las cuentas o retiran la amenaza.

Paralelamente a esta acción yo propongo que por medio de alguna de las asociaciones civiles se cree como un ministerios de hacienda pero no para recoger impuestos sino para montar una empresa u organización de Micromecenazgo (en ingles crowdfunding), también denominado  financiación masiva, financiación en masa o por suscripción, cuestación popular, financiación colectiva y micro financiación colectiva, es la cooperación colectiva llevada a cabo por personas que realizan una red para conseguir dinero u otros recursos.

Evidentemente la aportación de micro pagos será voluntaria es evidente que no vamos a pretender que los no independentistas aporten nada peo yo soy el primero que como independentista convencido destinaria una pequeña cantidad mensual o semanal como se decida para dar una financiación independiente de la que España tiene la obligación de retornarnos mientras no nos eche o nos vayamos nosotros. Pero yo he hecho cuentas y la cosa puede salir bien si recordamos que fuimos a votar aquel 9-S unos 2,3 millones y suponemos que como mínimo 2 millones fuimos convencidos de que queremos ser catalanes con estado solo que destinemos 50 Euros al mes podríamos recoger 100 millones de euros al mes en tres meses ya casi habríamos pagado a las farmacias cuando menos.

Además de lo obtenido de financiación hay que tener en cuenta la publicidad mundial que esto representaría para Catalunya y los catalanes.
