THE UN TELLS TO SPAIN THAT LOOKS AT CATALUNYA. BUT THIS HE INTERPRETS IT ON THE CONTRARY

The general secretary of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, he has pled in Madrid for a solution “of consensus" of the conflict between Catalonia and the Spanish Government. And it clarified that, to their understand Catalonia doesn't figure in the "category" of territories to those that the UN recognizes the self-determination right. Nevertheless, I wait that there is a solution consented, based on the dialogue and on-line with the democratic tradition.     

The United Nations work on some lines teachers, as the territorial integrity, the sovereignty or the democratic rules. I know that it is very serious matters for a lot of people in Catalonia. What I request to the leaders and people in the region is that they commit in the dialogue. The problem Mr. Ban Ki Moon is that Catalonia if he commits but he/she doesn't find any I dialogue in in front of his.    

Spain has stayed as a sovereign State in itself, including Catalonia, taking advantage of some reasons of historical conquest this doesn't impede or it disables that Catalonia now wants to separate. Catalonia has not always been Spain no matter how much the Spaniards insist, and it is that they neither were Spanish they were formed as such after the reconquers’ of the Iberian Peninsula that was low the Arab domain during more than 7 centuries.
