IN SPAIN, LAW AND ORDER = POLITICS.

In the first place I want to show in the sense that although this blog writes it the day after the acceptance on the part of the Constitutional Tribunal of a much questioned Basque party, for the Spanish politicians it is not to criticize or to praise this decision like such. 

What wanted to put above the paper is the effect of disorder that has taken possession of our country in government's environments or of being able to like prefer to call it, it is to worry the verification of the politics of the whole juridical, legal and police lattice of this country. It cannot be more incongruous the performance of the judicial powers that they should attend us and to protect with all independence that their institutions are hard by the own Constitution. 

But it is not this way, to the sultry show that was seen in the Supreme Tribunal, when the politicians interest them that doesn't change their members, to be able to destroy the Catalan Statute approved by the courts, but for the other political tendency, he/she united the attack later on to one of their judges but brilliant of the modern jurisprudence, I refer to the judge Garzón, remote of their functions because it didn't simply obey to who had to obey.   

Let us unite these problems of liberating some prisoners prematurely, eternal trials, I marry Gurtel, and others for the style where you leave clearly that if the affected political party wants it appeals its judges and everything is paralyzed. But this of today is already the last thing, like it can be that a Supreme Tribunal of a country, don't know its own law, that is to say its Constitution, because it is clear that if the Constitutional Tribunal has amended the sentence of the Supreme Tribunal, it is that this it has failed in the application of the justice, because I want to suppose that in Spain, alone there are a justice and a constitution, or I make a mistake and there are two justice that of the PSOE and that of the PP. 

The case is happening on tiptoe and more importance is giving to the electoral and political topic, as repercussion of the fact, but I don't want to let that this is this way, it cannot be that he/she is amended the page TO THE SUPREME TRIBUNAL DE SPAIN, it is as much as saying that they make trap, then that protection has the Spaniards in front of the other powers, the police, the office, country property, etc. If our maximum to be able to legal he/she doesn't know the law, like I could judge myself some judge of tribunal of first instance, poor of me, luck that I am good small and I have not had necessity of it, but God stays of the Spanish justice.
