ADOLFO SUAREZ OPENED THE DOOR TOWARD THE DEMOCRACY IN SPAIN

Adolfo Suarez has arrived now at its end as man its life it begins like history is the human life it is this way finite and in most of the humans it finishes with the last sigh that exhales, but there is a class of people that they become that moment in characters that it is within reach of very few and I believe sincerely that Alfonso Suarez belongs one to them. 

Their life is an almost incredible novel it left to be a good servant of Francisco's dictatorship Franco, to become the clearer from the same dictatorship to which served, and however it was never been about traitor, it is a fact that looking back it is difficult to understand. And not alone it is difficult to understand their situation but the own dictatorship of that historical moment, it is evident that that régime was one it authenticates alone embodied personal dictatorship for the dictator, it is curious to compare this part of our history with other processes of similar transitions, in this case it is demonstrated once again that Spain is different. 

The normal thing in cases of these transfers is that to a dictator another dictator him at least however during some first years in our country the things they were not this way. Enough opinions exist regarding the dates that would mark the beginning and the finalization of the period and, consequently, the limits of the same one. Being centered in the one that usually considers for the historians like the most precise, would begin with the general Franco's death, November of 1975, 20 and one can give had concluded 1978 year-old December 6 without external fights and with a nation in March.

Finally Arias Navarro it introduced their resignation to the king the day 1de July of 1976 they had not happened more 7 months and Arias Navarro were happened in the position by Adolfo Suarez who would take charge of to begin the conversations with the main leaders of the different political parties and to agglutinate it we don't forget to the nonexistent but real left "franquista" and social forces, more or less legal or tolerated, of face to establish a democratic régime in Spain. 

The used road was the elaboration of a new Fundamental Law, the octave, that, not without tensions, it was finally approved by the Cortes and subjected to referendum the day December, 15, 1976. As consequence of their approval for the Spanish town, this law was promulgated January, 4, 1977 officially. This norm contained the tacit repeal of the system political “franquista” in only five articles and convocation of democratic elections that took place later six months. Starting from that moment the process of construction of the Democracy began in Spain and of the writing of a new constitution, the current one that I go into effect December, 29, 1978.
