EUROPE: A SINGLE WORD EXCHANGE THE WORLD

I want to continue deepening about the necessity of reactivating Europe, of making it definitively strong, sure, and politically governable once and for all, I believe that the bad experiences that we are living are the excuse to approach a topic that it seems taboo in the minds of the politicians, and possibly in some national societies. I mean as to deepen and to argue in pro of a new Europe. 

A single word, a single word is necessary to change the world, and I don't exaggerate, if we change Europe the world in general it changes, because the geopolitical, social, and economic balances, you re equilibration in another way and according to my approach they would give Europe another time, the importance of being the cradle of the modern civilization. To that word is referring then to the FEDERAL word with all that means and it bears, alone it is necessary to change and I title, the current EUROPEAN" "UNION for that of EUROPEAN FEDERAL UNION, parodying another last circumstance would say that: This small change, would be a great change for the humanity. 

The experience that we are living with the solution of the debt crisis teaches us the road, an and another time the decisions of importance they relapse finally, in an or two heads, the other ones to remain silent and to follow the dictated instructions, well I intend to officialize the reality once and for all, Europe cannot be an Union because there is not such, now it is more as a social club, where friends meet to treat small big matters that more or less they affect all, but in the bottom, each one later when leaving the club, he makes and it undoes to its free will. In the club there is a director of the establishment, a metre that assists the clients etc. but he doesn't go further on.  

Europe cannot continue being the Europe of the Nations like it is sought, it is no longer possible for several reasons, one the rest of the world, when born the European Union there for half of the century 20 the things were very different, and alone an union of six nations, I represent a historical landmark that began to change the economic balances of that moment, putting in guard among other, to the selfsame USA and the USSR. He wanted to stress that those first six countries were much more homogeneous that those that now they form the Union, and the world was then Europe and the USA, the rest danced to the they are that these two blocks marked, I say this because he should not take off the importance to the things but anything is eternal, not even the world.

It cannot continue existing and Europe of Nations, it is necessary to already pass the Federal and only Europe, or to close the Club of friends and that each one leaves to their house to see the television to cry or to have a good time, it is necessary to change the concept nation for of federation which is very hard to admit, they will already see how not, we will develop it in some basic ideas. 

Is it to give up my nationality? Not in no way, rather on the contrary it is to acquire a new and bigger nationality, the European, let us see an example, how it is that it doesn't scare anybody that the national team of soccer of Germany of France etc. owes to the guidelines and organization of the UEFA, truth that doesn't pass anything, continues to the general norms of the European federation of soccer, they play championships like German or French, and they arrive like in this occasion Spain, to show the I title of champion from Europe, and they have stopped to be Spanish or German or French, not at all. Because of this it is necessary to change the essential political shade of the idea, it cannot be a Europe of Nations, but if they can be some Nations of Europe, the thing seems a game of words but by no means, it is very important the order in that they figure the high-priority aspects of the meanings. 

It is also that the structures are made, alone it is question of to give them a superior shade and to apply the federal political norms of those that numerous examples are already had that he would be necessary to make. To constitute the European federal government, with which attributions, all those that have the current governments of a nation, and the federal governments as they would be, because the same as up to now, with the following exceptions: the ministries foreign matters would disappear of that secretaries of relationships would become among federations, and the ministries of the armed forces I since it would happen this made the central federal government, and nothing else, each federation would maintain its president and their government structure with the clear mission of developing in its territory the laws and guidelines that the central politics marks.  

Each federation will follow a process of lightening of functions and public positions, but not for the structure change, but for pure logic and budgetary saving, they will follow the elections of presidents and deputies and other government positions as up to now, some for the national and other federation for president's election and positions ministerial and other members of the federal Government from Europe, the how the elections settle down, if they will be at the same time or alternative, if lists open or closed etc. etc. this is a mechanical thing that alone it is question of establishing a system and I list, it is not necessary to invent anything.
