THE DIRTY WAR THAT SPAIN LAUNCHES AGAINST CATALUNYA IS RETURNED AGAINST HERSELF

If there is something more Spanish and more official after the Official Bulletin of the State, it is the newspaper ABC, because well, today this newspaper publishes that a journalist of investigation of the this daily one, Javier Chicote, two weeks ago, a police source told him that an information had arrived in Spain on bills of Xavier Trias, Mayor of Barcelona, and his family in Switzerland that they had gone to Andorra and that it could have another implied country, but that it was an information no judicial and that it didn't belong to any rogatory commission. 

To the view this journalist begins to investigate and he meets with a double version that he is surprised, an important source of the police it confirms him that the information had arrived, but another source similar of having qualified that the previous one tells him that he can that it is not certain and he advises him that it doesn't publish it. As the journalist relates, at the end, from the Ministry of Interior they warn them that they are careful and that if it is published it will be self-employed. 

In declarations to RAC1, Chicote admits that a policeman told him that he was careful with the mayor's last names, so that it could have confusion. In fact, when the journalist is working the information, they warn him that it could leave soon after the rogatory commissions that were requested by the case Palau, where it was related the "Foundation Trias Fargas" that doesn't have anything to do with the mayor from Barcelona except in the word Trias. 

Of this information it can come off that the information published by the newspaper “El Mundo”  on the mayor's supposed bills abroad could be due to a suicidal action on the part of El Mundo or for an indication of the a part of the political police of Spain to create discourages and frustration to the society from Barcelona and Catalan to few days of the 9N because it is clear that it is not a confusion of the newspaper "El Mundo"  with the last name of the boss of the council of Barcelona, since the same as the ABC could not confirm anything except for the own confusion among the political police of Spain.  

Anyway, that that if it is clear it is that the dirty war with which Spain tries to discredit to all the Catalan one it has arrived to unsuspected limits it is clear since the Spanish state has created a Political Police to the style of the Gestapo or of the KGB Soviet, this reality to my I find that it is absolutely unconstitutional the fact that they are carried out false investigations or that it is simply investigated without judicial knowledge I believe that you could consider in state crime all this without considering the fact of filtering it to journalists without scruples you tune to the power that they impose them. 

How sad it is all this, the government of Spain to losing the papers, it is harassed by cases of graft, of escape, of bribes, and I don't know how many things more we have left them to discover, and above all this above is devoted to create bodies or policemen's secret and hidden departments dedicated to falsify reports with the single end of destroying the honorability of people that can cause bad to whole societies to mine the social esteem to break down and to face to each other to the society, and the worst thing is that we cannot make anything there is not legal road some that the society can use to denounce this situation  

The constitution didn't keep it in mind, because today is clear that the legislative and judicial powers, today they are working elbow with elbow, it is clear that the politics dominates to the justice and it uses it to its whole convenience, so much to hide presumed crimes, like to uncover false accusations, or to suspend refuting democratic acts that the Popular Party doesn't like they, it is evident that this party doesn't have anything of democratic and therefore he doesn't understand like you ago should work.
