TOO MUCH GOOD FAITH

The “Consell Assessor per to the National Transition (CATN) of Catalonia it has proposed today the creation of a Catalan-Spanish advice, inspired by the pattern of the Benelux, to maintain and to impel the relationships between an eventual Catalan State and Spain. 

The proposal figures in one of the four reports that has presented today the this advisory Council of the "Govern" for the preparation of "structures of State" of an independent Catalonia and that they approach how the Tributary Administration, the cooperation would be articulated Catalonia and Spain, the internationalization of the consultation and the Technologies of the Information and the Communication.    

In a press conference in the Palau of the Generalitat, the president of the CATN, Carles Viver Pi-Sunyer, it has pointed out that the conversion of Catalonia in a State could be a "magnificent opportunity" to maintain "narrow and constructive" relationships between Catalonia and Spain, "surely better that those that exist at the present time. The adviser of the Govern has pointed out that the report on the relationships between Spain and Catalonia leaves of the idea that the transition process should be an opportunity to maintain some narrow and constructive relationships, one doesn't have as objective the rupture and the isolation of Catalonia with regarding Spain." 

Another matter that is recommended in the report is the convenience on "internationalizing" the process independent, the president of the “Consell Assessor” has pointed out that it is recommended the president of the Generalitat, Artur Mas, to look for complicities in the international community to achieve the consultation. Pi-Sunye, it has defended that the Govern should carry out an executive" "plan to defend that the Catalan can vote, but also to present Catalonia like a future international actor of weight. This way, he has requested to the Generalitat that doesn't go to the alone foreigner to claim the consultation, but to present the international list that an independent Catalonia can play, as the one of "contributing to the democratic governability of Europe" and, therefore, to reinforce the euro zone.  

These opinions are perfectly accepted by the idea of the Catalan society on the relationship with Spain after a possible independence the Catalan we don't have any problem with a relationship with the Spanish nation, the problems of coexistence come from the contrary address, the Catalan have very undoubtedly it is Spain the one that wants to annul us that wants that we don't think of our language and in our Catalan feeling that is not by no means what wants to maintain I live the government from Spain and still more the government of the PP.

In all ways I continue believing that in our internal jurisdiction, a narrow relationship between the Spanish state and the state of Catalonia would be perfectly viable, the same as the serious thing between Catalonia and the Europa rest.
