AND THEY HAVE THE FACE HARD TO DISCUSS THE BUDGETS DE CATALONIA

Surprise in the drawers of the Generalitat. During the presentation of the Catalan budgets for this 2011, the Conceller of Economy, Andreu Mas Colell, recognized the existence of unpaid invoices for value of 1.208 million Eurus. Another of the alarming elements in the Catalan budgets for 2011 is the increment of the debt and the corresponding payment of interests. The Generalitat will pay along the exercise the gewgaw of 1.482 millions in interests, what supposes 32 percent more than the previous year. And the most serious thing is that this payment of interests will continue growing at least until the year 2012. The Catalan official debt at the end of 2010 was of 31.886 millions, 16 percent of the GDP, and the one foreseen for December of 2011 is of 37.443 millions, 18 percent of the GDP. This increase of the debt is fruit of the public deficit foreseen for 2011 (4.917 millions), more the payment of interests (1.482 millions). 

Catalonia won't fulfill the deficit objective that Mrs. Salgado demands. This is safe but it is that Mrs. Salgado, is not entitled legal neither ethical, of demanding she swims since she is therefore the representative of a government that has misappropriated the deficit results that its pals presented him, what they should make it is to be quiet and to already abandon once and for all the government from Spain to see if they don't sink it but in the time that is, one begins to understand every better time because Europe and the markets have us mania.
