THE JUDGE RUZ HAS IN ITS HANDS THE CREDIBILITY AND THE FUTURE OF THE SPANISH DEMOCRACY

Rajoy admitted to have made an error since it transcended in January that Bárcenas, to which the president gave his support until passed March, had multimillionaire bills in Switzerland and era the presumed author of a hand written accounting with supposed bonuses to members of the PP, included Rajoy, between 1991 and 2008. It is a curious defense because a state man that makes a mistake in such a way that trusts the address and economic survival of the most important party in the country, doesn't have the moral capacity to continue maintaining the responsibility of directing the State government, because based on that knowledge and trusts chose the human elements that are seated today in the current government from Spain.  

Rajoy assured that the accusations of Bárcenas that they have erosion strongly the Executive's image, are a "astonishing and imaginative collection of falsehoods". In the Popular Party, neither a double accounting has been taken neither he hides any crime, it sustained in a speech that their deputed partners and minister applauded to rage from their seats, and it recognized that complementary remunerations existed to some positions of the party. Have salaries been paid? Yes. Have complementary remunerations been paid by reason of the position? Yes (...) This is not sustained rather on the contrary it demonstrates that Bárcenas is right when he declared before the judge that a hidden accounting existed in the PP that implied managers' of the construction payments and payments to leaders of the formation, included the Executive's boss. The ex treasurer and ex gerent that it directed the finances of the PP during two decades, now are in accused prison of crimes against the Administration and the Public Treasury, I whiten of capitals, it swindles procedural in tentative grade and of falsehood in mercantile document inside the case of corruption Gürtel, a managerial net that would have entertained to political in exchange for the concession of contracts for their companies etc. etc. but or chance doesn't have position some for the fact of giving remunerations without justification to people with political positions and of government this is not something similar to intent bribe because for something they would be paid. 

The growing distrust before the political class and the cases of corruption that have shaken the life public Spaniard has taken to the PP to fall vertiginously in the polls of vote intention. But this fears myself that it is not anything in front of the bad reputation of the own Spanish nation that is today in day the astonishment and the terror of the European governments because they come that in this country all are some embezzlers and blackmailers, because if the government makes this that they won't make the other ones, and they are still surprised but when seeing that anything that nobody doesn't resign that the justice doesn't act that the office hinders the investigations that filter procedural summaries in short that in Spain the time of the “Laxarillo de Tormes” continues in full validity doesn't happen. 

Rajoy manifested that he wanted with its intervention to break that erosion of the image of Spain that some cultivate that wanted to stop the damage to the Spaniards, so that its future doesn't continue falling in an irresponsible way. The Government's president reiterated that the Government will collaborate with the Justice and he added that it will present a reformation of the organic law that regulates the Tribunal of Bills - that takes charge of controlling the accounting of the political parties - and that it will harden the penal code for cases of corruption.
