THE G-20 HAS READ HIM THE NOTE TO RAJOY ON THE CATALAN PROBLEM

I will speak of the economic situation, of employment, of generation of well-being and wealth and of all those topics that worry the citizens of Catalonia.

So the only thing that one can make to me to understand is that you begins to conform a system of political and economic alliance between two "new" European states that are Spain and Catalonia, I explain to myself: Spain should consent to that Catalonia becomes in Sovereign State because he cannot make another thing since if he offers other alternatives it won't admit it to him the rest of Spain this is that brutal, but that certain. Spain cannot offer a form of different financing neither some wider attribution because the following day he will offer them to Madrid, to Andalusia…. etc. 

I believe that the solution is surprisingly the conventional independence of Catalonia, so that eta situation it allows some agreements of basically economic collaboration, among both nations that it allows to free the Catalan economy and at the same time not to allow to fall the economy of Spain, that is to say one way or another europa has to be sure that between the new Spain and the new Catalonia, the debt didn't change that the resulting GDP among the sum of both it will be not very more or less the current of Spain.
