DOES GERMANY CONSIDER TO THE REST OF EUROPEAN STUPID?

Frankly I cannot understand the German government's declarations I say it in plural and in generic, because once she is The Chancellor, other their minister of economy, other that of finances, yesterday I play him the shift of saying imbecilities or of feeling imbeciles to the other ones, to foreign matters  minister Guido's Westerwelle.
