MI ELECTORAL ROAD (REDUCTIONS OF EXPENSES)

I continue with my magic story of going making electoral campaign, as if will introduce me to the government's president, I began with one of the most burning problems as it is the unemployment, and today I will aim ideas to reduce costs of the state and to help to square the deficits.  

My theory and my actions if chooses me president, they would always go guided to reduce expenses that doesn't affect to the productivity and that can be reversible automatically low the influence of the figures of deficit percentage or of increase of GDP, in definitive that in spite of the displeasure that they cause always to the society, at least has the virtue that the measure for very painful that was, is not forever or indefinite in their final objective that should be to obtain the budgetary balance between expenses and revenues of the state. 

First reduction:  

To eliminate 60% of the current professional army, reducing and eliminating proportionally so much in the control scales, as the troop. The rest of I number of eliminated elements they would pass to the Civic System of Passive Volunteers, I explain to myself, all citizen in age of among 20y 30 years, it would be subject to be voluntary passive of the Spanish army, in such a way that if there is necessity (god doesn't want it) it could be activated and recruited immediately. With the type of weapons and current wars, that practically immediate serious activation, that that I lived off three months of instruction and 21 of quartering doesn't have sense, but today in day to maintain numerous armies to make police functions and to pay it, less still, with 40 mobilized current% it is enough. 

Second reduction:

Third reduction:  

Establish the payment for the services of the SS. But not symbolic but of a certain value for example 10 Eurus the medical visit of any type. This measure will reproduce in the autonomous governments, substituting the ministries of external and Information, tourism and autonomous relationships for the consejerías of Sanity and Education, functions that almost all the autonomies have transferred. 

Good per today I have already thought quite total it is a science fiction exercise because to the end neither me I will be a president, neither the one that is it will pay me any attention, but at least I keep the satisfaction of demonstrating that there are many things to make, instead of to complain and to toss the blame to the last government and the adverse circumstances, don't worry that I will continue fixing Spain, until another day.
