El decreto ley de medidas económicas, financieras y presupuestarias para la contención del déficit público que hoy ha aprobado el Consejo de Ministros pretende reducir gastos en 8.900 millones de euros y recaudar otros 6.000 aproximadamente mediante la subida temporal y progresiva de algunos impuestos. El problema es que no hay en estas medidas razonamiento alguno se han limitado a establecer unos números que lo más probable es que no se consigan.

Este salto de caballo que han presentado hoy el gobierno viene mas por ofrecer de antemano una imagen de dureza hacia los mercados internacionales y a la jerarquía de la unión europea que a la realidad presupuestaria y fiscal del país que tienen que gobernar, de lo anunciado  hoy, no se puede sacar más que la triste imagen de la precipitación y la ambigüedad que ofrece un gobierno que no gobierna, sino que obedece las directrices que le llegan de ya sabemos dónde.

Visto este primer acto me quedo francamente preocupado y atónito porque 8.900 millones, porque no 16.000 de reducción porque la verdad es que 8.900 millones es una pequeñísima parte porcentual del presupuesto, que alguna vez confeccionaran, la pregunta es, cuando nos digan que el presupuesto español asciende a x cantidad podremos valorar si la reducción es interesante, es mucho o no es nada, entre tanto solo sirve para escenificar miedo y dureza sin medida, al propio ciudadano español.

SINCERAMENTE ¿MERECE LA PENA COMPROMETER MAS RECURSOS?

Me sigo planteando hoy a la vista de los desastrosos resultados de la economía europea, si realmente vale la pena seguir invirtiendo y comprometiendo más recursos económicos para apuntalar un derrumbe que ya ha sucedido, me parece una solemne perdida de esfuerzos económicos, seguir impulsando fondos de garantías, rescates y quitas  de deudas, no se pero me parece que ya no queda nada por apuntalar ni rescatar.

Los importes empleados y perdidos por la economía europea en general, para tratar de evitar lo que ha resultado inevitable, han proporcionado el efecto contrario al propósito para el que se destinaron, no solo no han mermado las deudas soberanas ni han aportado tranquilidad a los mercados, si no que lo han empeorado todo, estamos más endeudados, estamos más inquietos, estamos siendo más atacados, y si no paramos acabaremos completamente arruinados.

Dadas las cifras actuales es absurdo rescatar nada, porque díganme ustedes que vamos a rescatar, unas deudas impagables de Grecia, de Portugal, de España y de Italia, sus economías completamente hundidas y destrozadas,  no podemos hacerlo sin correr el riesgo de que esto signifique el estancamiento o la recesión de la economía europea al completo, para más de diez años, hemos tardado demasiado en solucionar lo que en principio hace un par de años, solo era cuestión de 300.000 millones de euros y que hoy no se cubre por menos de un billón de euros.

Y no solo es la cantidad de recursos  que quedarían estancados en unos fondos de  garantías, ya han visto que ha pasado con el casi medio billón de euros es que no servirán para acabar con el problema, porque el camino abierto a los mercados es una espiral de chantajes uno tras otro, sin embargo estos recursos, empleados en el mercado interno europeo en paliar los déficits de las economías nacionales, y en recapitalizar bancos e industrias y el consumo, darían la vuelta al problema y la recuperación podría ser un hecho, con lo que entonces sí que  las cosas volverían a su cauce del que nunca debieron salir.

Para que vamos a defender o garantizar a los mercados la realidad europea de hoy, miremos las cifras y la situación en que estamos, las pérdidas de las economías nacionales europeas este año, están rondando el 35% a día de hoy, la situación político-económica está fuera de la consideración de los mercados, acordémonos de los resultados del pasado G20, las economías y países allí asistentes, nos dejaron de lado de la manera más denigrante y clara con que jamás se había tratado a ninguno de sus componentes, luego que esperamos hacer, poner encima de todo lo perdido, (y que como dicen los cálculos lo que hemos perdido ellos lo han ganado) el resto que nos quede, creo que esto sería de estúpidos.

Ya sé que políticamente lo que voy a decir es un sacrilegio a oídos de la comisión europea, pero es lo que yo haría. En estos momentos en que toda la economía euro  está sin valor en el mercado internacional, en que la triple A va a ser rebajada a Francia, y solo va a quedar a Alemania hasta que los ataques financieros que no se detendrán, se vuelquen sobre ella, hasta hundirla también, deberíamos decir basta y declararnos abiertamente en una especie de rebeldía financiera y actuar exclusivamente para realizar acciones internas que nos lleven a la recuperación económica y no a la sangría financiera y bloqueo de la productividad de la zona euro.

Ya lo he especificado en otros artículos, devaluemos el Euro por lo menos un 15% antes de que nos lo devalúen los demás, hagámoslo a base de proporcionar liquidez al mercado interno, es decir fabriquemos más euros y pongámoslos en la corriente crediticia y al consumo, y controlar la inflación hasta un máximo de punta del 6%. Con esto la recuperación de la economía de la euro zona se conseguiría en unos 2 ó 3 años, a partir de los cuales, la situación frente a los mercados internacionales se corregiría, no ya por nosotros solamente, sino por ellos porque un mercado en marcha de 350 millones de habitantes o de 520 millones  si se ampliase a los 27 miembros de la Unión Europea es muy goloso.

Los beneficios que hemos regalado a los especuladores y mercados internacionales durante la mala gestión que estamos llevado a cabo durante estos dos últimos años, a mi entender nos dan la fuerza moral para decir basta, cerrar como vulgarmente se dice la caja, y dedicarnos a trabajar y ahorrar para nosotros y nuestras maltrechas economías, y si salimos de esta, les aseguro que los G20, volverán a llamarnos muy contentos,  piensen que los beneficios que el mundo financiero a obtenido y sigue obteniendo, gracias a las deudas y la mala gestión de nuestra economía, es muy superior que la perdida contable que representaría la reestructuración de la deuda global y la recuperación de la economía de  la zona euro. Dicho de otro modo no hay que sentirse culpables nos han robado nuestra riqueza, así que ahora creo que tenemos todo el derecho de devolverles la jugada.

Ya no es solo una de mis teorías para explicar la estrepitosa caída de la economía occidental, ahora a partir de hoy es una realidad física y manifiesta, parecerá petulante por mi parte pero no lo es, simplemente quiero remarcarlo para todos aquellos que me siguen en mis artículos, darles así una prueba de que intento siempre emitir juicios ponderados y lo mas racionalizados que pueda sobre las situaciones y circunstancias que nos tocan vivir.

Vengo diciendo que no hay crisis mundial como los gobiernos, políticos, y economistas occidentales, y sobre todo anglosajones nos quieren hacer creer, y mi versión es que hay solo una crisis de funcionalidad en la economía occidental, que ha dejado de ser la única economía mundial, para ser la economía de una parte vieja y anacrónica del mundo, esta circunstancia no la hemos sabido prever, y ahora pagamos las consecuencias hasta que nos revelemos a las propias circunstancias que nos han traído hasta aquí.

Samoa ya lo ha hecho, Samoa podía haber decidido ser occidental u oriental y decidió ser occidental hasta hoy, en que  a la vista de la nueva realidad ha decidido cambiar y acoplarse al futuro, es decir girarse hacia el sol naciente, en lugar de estar en el último reducto del sol poniente. El equilibrio de poder en el Pacífico cambia con rapidez. Si las pequeñas islas del sur miraban hasta ahora hacia la costa de California en EE UU como punto de guía, ahora su referencia es China. Es otro ejemplo más yo diría que el definitivo, puesto que por razones físicas es quizás la única porción del mundo que puede hacerlo, de cómo EE UU está perdiendo influencia en el mundo. Qué pena que nosotros los españoles no podamos hacer lo mismo, nuestra situación geográfica nos lo impide, pero quizás valdría la pena estudiarlo seriamente desde el punto de vista político-económico, yo creo que estamos tan mal y tan descolgados de un sistema moribundo, que no merece la pena luchar por mantenerse, sino mejor sería luchar por separarse, lo digo sinceramente, si europa no comprende lo que está pasando y no reacciona, no creo sensato pasar por lo vamos a tener que sufrir para no llegar a ninguna parte, que es el destino que espera a la perdida economía occidental.

Insisto una vez más, no podemos seguir la teoría de la recuperación por la reducción y los recortes, es todo lo contrario, la única alternativa esta en rehacer nuestra productividad, nuestra inventiva, nuestro buen hacer, y nuestro buen comercio, pretender mantener nuestro estatus de vida a base de productos financieros y deudas soberanas y de todo tipo no es posible. Debemos desmarcarnos del falso espejismo  de que las cosas materiales fabricadas fuera son más baratas, y dan mas beneficios eso solo es eso un espejismo en el que se ha caído y de donde no sabemos salir, sería conveniente que interviniesen incluso los políticos para parar esta práctica mortal incluso por ley.

Debemos consumir lo que fabriquemos en nuestro ámbito territorial y social otra vez, hay que autoabastecerse lo máximo posible, hay que hacer girar la rueda de los negocios en el marco de nuestra economía, para eso se creó la unión europea para tener un mercado mayor para el consumo y la producción, y no para consumir lo que otros fabrican y tener que crear deuda para pagarlo. El hecho de que por ceguera fomentamos que se des localizara la producción para hacer mas beneficio ha producido el efecto del refrán “la avaricia rompe el saco” y aquí estamos, desubicados mirando hacia la puesta del sol y el sol nos da la espalda, porque sale por el otro lado o giramos de una vez, o en su puesta nos cegara al darnos de lleno en los ojos abiertos y atónitos por la realidad.

Mientras las condiciones de continuidad y convivencia han sido relativamente fáciles, todo ha ido bien, todo han sido alegrías felicitaciones y “exuberancia irracional”. Pero amigos míos, cuando los tiempos se giran, y las aguas fecales empiezan a subir descontroladamente amenazando sobrepasar nuestras cabezas, empezamos a subirnos unos encima de los otros para evitar ahogarnos en ellas sin ningún tipo de miramientos, no se nos ocurre unirnos y ayudarnos haciéndonos la escalera con nuestras manos unos a otros para ir escapando saliendo a flote del terrible fin que nos aguarda.

Cada miembro de la unión opina que la culpa es del otro, y que por lo tanto es ese otro el que tiene que hundirse, y soportar sobre sus hombros a los que se creen con el derecho a salvarse porque ellos no han hecho nada, y así se crea la lucha fratricida, el miedo a que te toque a ti quedarte debajo de la fosa, y se producen actuaciones inconcebibles, desorden e impotencia general, y salen a relucir las más bajas intenciones de cada uno de nosotros. Alemania: actúa con el sentido del derecho  absoluto, porque es la más grande, la más fuerte, y la más poderosa, y ya ha demostrado que es capaz de dominar Europa si la intentan perjudicar o desobedecer, perdió dos guerras, la partieron en dos, salió de todo se reunifico y aquí está  la primera, luego ella tiene que salvarse primero.

Francia: la cuna de la libertad, la igualdad y la fraternidad, la forjadora de la nueva forma social europea, la republica, eso sí conseguidas a base de cortar cabezas y a cañonazos con Napoleón, pero si Europa existe es gracias a la “grandeur” francesa, luego está claro tiene todo el derecho se salir a flote a la par que Alemania.

Italia: cuna y base de Europa el primer imperio de carácter y dimensiones extranacionales, el nacimiento del Imperio viene precedido por la expansión de su capital, Roma, que extendió su control en torno al Mediterráneo norte y sur. Domino España a Francia a Inglaterra, estableció el derecho romano cuna de las leyes occidentales, como se puede osar dudar de su derecho a sobrevivir, y lo que es peor como se puede dudar de su bien hacer, que se ahoguen otros.

Este es el final que nos espera, si no cambiamos el destino si no nos olvidamos de quien somos cada uno, y nos dedicamos a luchar por el objetivo común el que intentábamos crear cuando se inicio esta aventura, una EUROPA UNIDA una UNION EUROPEA con un objetico único, con una moneda única, con una sociedad UNICA, aunque con varias historias magnificas y viejas para contar a los nuevos europeos que vayan naciendo.  

TOO MUCH POLITICS, TOO MANY PROBLEMS

Esta máxima es lo que está pasando en nuestro mundo, mis lectores conocen mi opinión de que la Democracia está desbordada o desfasada como quieran, lo he escrito ya en varias citas al respecto, diciendo que la democracia que elevo a la ciudadanía a techos impensables allá por los siglos 18,19 y 20 ha quedado sobrepasada, es como todo en la vida los excesos y la longevidad son maravillosos, pero son perjudiciales para la salud.

La acumulación de poderes, la multiplicación de organizaciones reguladoras, la multiplicación de gobernantes, el exagerado número de políticos, todo esto necesita problemas para justificarse, y si no los hay deben de crearlos, esto es así en estos momentos de crisis. Quiero decir con ello que lo que pasa es culpa de los estamentos gubernamentales y de poder político y económico, pues si, esto es lo que digo y sostengo.

Vamos a ver, no hay justificación lógica para que en un momento en que la humanidad está más adelantada, que domina mas tecnología que nunca, que la educación es prácticamente generalizada, que la posibilidad de crear bienestar este más abierta a todos, va y ocurre lo contrario, el mundo se vuelve loco y se da la vuelta, esto no es así el mundo gira en la misma dirección de siempre, en las mismas coordenadas de siempre, con la misma velocidad de siempre, solo son la economía y la política las que se han salido de lugar.

Y está claro el porqué ha pasado, los que deberían tener la misión de dirigir de orientar de controlar de reforzar a la sociedad, no lo saben hacer. La cuestión es analizar porque están superados y desorientados por las circunstancias, analicemos las posibles alternativas: Son tontos, o demasiado listos. Tienen pocos instrumentos a su disposición, o por el contrario demasiados. Obtienen poco beneficio por su gran esfuerzo, o demasiado beneficio por su escaso esfuerzo. Son demasiado arriesgados, o por el contrario demasiado acomodaticios. Se sacrifican por los intereses de su pueblo, o al revés sacrifican a su pueblo por sus intereses. Son pocos y no pueden con los problemas, o son muchos y necesitan muchos problemas. No sé qué resultado les dará a ustedes, pero a mí el resultado a todas estas cuestiones siempre me da como respuesta la segunda alternativa.

Es así no lo duden  yo estoy por decir que hay mas, gobernantes, políticos, policías, militares, funcionarios públicos, y desempleados, en el mundo, que trabajadores en activo. Así es comprensible que no funcione  nada bien, porque la democracia no se creó sobre estas bases y por eso digo que o cambiamos unas o las otras, pero igual como eran y son no podemos sostenerlas.

La sociedad y sus gobernantes tienen una reflexión que hacer, y es la siguiente: la humanidad debe seguir hacia adelante siempre, y hoy todos tenemos que aprender a vivir en la abundancia, cosa que no es fácil aunque lo parezca, y no se puede pretender administrar a una sociedad a base de recortes y privaciones, como pretenden nuestros gobernantes hacer, hoy está claro que nuestros gobernantes no sabe asimilar que otras sociedades hayan podido llegar a su altura, y no saben qué hacer, si deben pelear, si deben rendirse a su suerte, o qué hacer, este es el problema, la solución muy fácil hay que pelear pero no precisamente en contra de nadie, sino a favor de nuestra sociedad y los demás que nos sigan si pueden.

Ayer el artículo que publique bajo el enunciado LA BANCA SABE QUE LA EURO-ZONA SE COLAPSARA EN 2012, ocasiono un alud de preguntas a mi dirigidas preguntándome y preguntándose, que había que hacer, que acciones habría que tomar al respecto, supongo para evitar lo ya inevitable, mi respuesta es: Que más quisiera yo que saber que hay que hacer, y todavía más importante poder hacerlo.

Según mi criterio el asunto no tiene ya solución, como se dice la suerte está echada, porque el desastre al que nos enfrentamos no es cosa de uno o dos años, lo que ha pasado se viene gestando desde hace más de veinte, tampoco está claro de quien es la culpa, me explico: desde luego hay dos elementos principales en ella “La economía de la globalización de mercados” y “Los políticos ciegos y conformados que la aplaudieron”.

A lo que ahora nos enfrentamos es a un desplazamiento  de las estructuras económico financieras que dominan el mundo, lo que hasta hace 20 años era la base de la riqueza universal y el motor de la economía global, a la que manejaba a su libre albedrio, y que lo componíamos las naciones occidentales básicamente, han sido sobrepasadas y por lo tanto sustituidas, por las economía y sociedades Asiáticas e Islámicas,  además de otros polos no tan reconocibles como grupo social determinado por ejemplo Brasil, India, y Rusia.

El giro es brutal y no nos podemos enfrentar  de ninguna de las maneras con las medidas y normas actuales, piensen que la economía occidental está sostenida por poco más de 1000 millones de seres, que podemos consumir y trabajar. Frente a nosotros tenemos más de 6000 millones de personas que pueden y ya hacen, lo mismo que hacíamos hasta ahora nosotros, con un agravante añadido, y es que las fuentes energéticas (el Petróleo y el Gas) están en su poder, así que la situación es la siguiente: Dominan la energía, Tienen más mercado interno y por lo tanto cautivo que nosotros, del orden de 5 veces más,  así que su fuerza de consumo y trabajo y por lo tanto creación de riqueza (PIB) es inalcanzable por nuestra parte.

La situación es como pueden comprender, irreversible, porque se cometió un error de principio, error posiblemente provocado por el egoísmo y el sentimiento de superioridad de que hicieron gala nuestras estructuras políticas y económicas, cuando empezaron a ver, qué la dependencia de aquel tercer mundo al que dominábamos se esfumaba, básicamente porque tenían la fuente de la energía necesaria para nuestra riqueza, y sus sistemas políticos estaban cambiando. Así que les estábamos alimentando de recursos económicos y empezaban a crecer, entonces en lugar de utilizar esta reacción desde nuestras economías, se prefirió acoplar nuestra economía a sus economías, pensando erróneamente aprovecharnos más todavía de la situación, así pasamos de depender solo de la energía, a depender de casi todo, porque fue lo que hicimos, les entregamos toda nuestra fuerza industrial y tecnológica quedándonos vacios y sin respuesta a su avasallador avance.

Esto es así y no hay nada más que  esperar el final de esta debacle, que no es otro que el igualamiento social general en las cotas que nos impongan los nuevos amos del mundo, salvo que las economías occidentales, se uniesen para dar un salto cualitativo enorme, ya que cuantitativo no nos proporcionaría ventaja alguna, somos demasiado pocos, deberíamos desprendernos de la dependencia energética, deshacer las políticas de globalización comercial, volver a poner todas las trabas posibles al libre comercio, de forma que se comercialice por competencia y no por acuerdos políticos o macro económicos, porque siempre tendremos las de perder. Es una cuestión de pura lógica un automóvil no puede arrastrar por mucho tiempo a un camión de 17 toneladas por muy lujoso y rápido que sea, al final se le quema el motor.

I nada mas puedo decirles yo no soy más que un analista observador al que le gusta intentar entender el porqué de las cosas, y que no quiere dejarse engañar por la demagogia y el interés de camuflar los problemas por parte de los lobbies interesados en mantener las cosas como están, por sus intereses particulares, piensen que lo que les acabo de contar nos afecta a todos, pero a los millones digo bien millones de financieros, inversores, y políticos, que viven a costa de ello todavía más.

SER CORAZON ES INALCANZABLE PARA LAS EXTREMIDADES

Alemania relajará sus controles de visados el año que viene, indicó hoy su ministro de Exteriores, en una decisión que se espera ayude a miles de personas y empresas de Rusia y China que quieren hacer negocios en la mayor economía de la Unión Europea. "Voy a impulsar una política liberal de visados que refleje el papel de Alemania en el mundo globalizado", dijo a Reuters Guido Westerwelle.

Las nuevas normas están diseñadas para simplificar y acelerar la emisión de visados al pedir menos documentos, poner los formularios disponibles en Internet y asegurar que las decisiones se toman en 72 horas. Parte de la administración se externalizará y ya no se pedirá a los interesados, en especial a la gente de negocios, que comparezcan en persona ante las autoridades alemanas.

Esto es de especial importancia en países grandes como Rusia, donde la gente tiene que recorrer largas distancias con un coste considerable para presentarse ante un consulado alemán. China y Rusia se han quejado durante años de que las normas alemanas de visado, que según los expertos son más estrictas que las de otros estados de la Unión Europea. El comercio entre Alemania y Rusia podría alcanzar un récord de 70.000 millones de dólares, indicó Medvedev en noviembre.

Según un estudio del Comité, los controles de visados entre la UE y sus vecinos del este como Ucrania y Rusia le cuestan a la economía europea y a los contribuyentes cientos de millones de euros.

Es evidente que no hay posibilidad ni ganas de reequilibrio en la zona euro y o la Unión Europa, La principal artífice de la creación de la Unión Europea, sabía lo que hacía cuando la propuso, hasta entonces el corazón de Europa era Francia, ella estaba en el medio de todo porque Europa terminaba en el telón de acero.  Para los jóvenes eso era la frontera entre la denominada Europa del este, bajo dominio Soviético y la occidental y democrática digamos la nuestra.

Pero las cosas se veía que tenían que cambiar y ya han cambiado, consecuencia ahora el corazón de Europa es Alemania, pero es que además de este símil podríamos decir que es el centro de gravedad,  y si mucho me apuran el agujero negro donde todo es absorbido con una fuerza inimaginable para las naciones satélites que se quedan a años luz de esta fuerza de gravedad imparable.

No puede ser que esta situación se prolongue por si sola, tiene que haber una razón bien calculada y planificada, o es que los demás europeos somos tontos, estamos todos con el agua al cuello, es inviable sostenerse así. Y no hace falta seguir hablando del futuro que nos espera en España, mientras Alemania se va, se aleja más y más, y en mi opinión ya lo he manifestado antes, hay que acabar con esta pantomima de unión que solo es unión para uno y desunión para todos los demás.

LA BANCA SABE QUE LA EURO-ZONA SE COLAPSARA EN 2012

El Banco Central Europeo  propone, pero al final son los bancos los que disponen. La semana pasada, la institución presidida por Mario Draghi suministró al sector financiero 489.200 millones de euros, la mayor inyección que ha proporcionado nunca, mediante un préstamo a tres años, la operación a más largo plazo de su historia. Su pretensión, confesada el 8 de diciembre, era doble: por un lado, "asegurar el acceso a liquidez de la banca"; y por otro, "apoyar la provisión de crédito a los hogares y las empresas". Pues bien, lo primero lo ha conseguido, pero lo segundo no.

Según los datos conocidos en los dos últimos días, los bancos han cogido el importe facilitado y a pesar de un coste lo han depositado de nuevo en el BCE. La situación y el porqué de esta acción, tiene su explicación lógica aunque realmente no lo parezca. ¿Porque los bancos pierden dinero con esta maniobra, puesto que en la actualidad el BCE sólo remunera el dinero que recibe en depósito al 0,25%, cuando lo presta al 1% -o incluso al 1,75%?. Porque en medio de la desconfianza imperante en el sector bancario y en la economía, la banca prefiere tomar todo el dinero que puede en la barra libre de financiación del BCE y atesorarlo, aunque pierda así algo de dinero, antes que exponerse a prestarlo, un negocio que le reportaría más réditos, pero que también soporta más riesgos tales como perderlo todo.

Entonces, ¿para qué tomaron prestado tanto dinero los bancos la semana pasada si ahora no le sacan rendimiento? Para cubrirse las espaldas. La banca internacional europea tiene tan claro, que la economía de la zona euro está tan absolutamente muerta, que no ven la manera de financiar el próximo año 2012, los bancos europeos han realizado una operación de financiación adelantada para los vencimientos de la deuda que deben afrontar en 2012, los expertos de Barclays, calculan que durante el próximo año, las entidades europeas afrontarán vencimientos por valor de 650.000 millones de euros, un volumen que los bancos ya saben que no podrán financiar por los cauces normales, es decir buscando la financiación en los mercados de capitales, ante la sequía que padece el mercado de emisiones, como consecuencia del empeoramiento de la crisis de la deuda soberana, y por la recesión galopante que sufre la economía europea. Con la inyección de dinero proporcionada por el BCE, los bancos recogen un 75% de las deudas a amortizar y se lo guardan, para ir soltándolo cuando la economía de mercado este absolutamente quebrada.

Todo esto está muy bien y puede decirse que es muy profesional, pero como está pasando últimamente, esta solución no tiene salida, aquí cada uno se cubre su culo sin darse cuenta que la mierda le caerá del culo del vecino, y perdónenme lo escatológico del ejemplo, pero es que estoy que me subo por las paredes de ver el desconcierto que presentan las autoridades económicas y políticas de la zona–euro, de la Unión Europea, y de las naciones que la forman, porque es evidente que si los bancos no ponen en circulación los 500,000 millones de euros del BCE, la economía europea quiebra el próximo trimestre, en todos los estados europeos (excepto Alemania) no queda ni un solo euro en la caja, y no es esto lo peor, es que no queda capacidad industrial ni comercial para producir entradas de capitales procedentes de otras economías.

Por lo tanto si los bancos se guardan lo que teóricamente se les ofrece para que suplan las carencias de efectivo a la sociedad industrial y a la economía de consumo para que la mueva, el colapso es un hecho. Todo esto es un plan perfectamente orquestado, porque si yo lo veo como no lo van a ver los bancos y los equipos económicos del BCE y de los gobiernos europeos, así que llego a la conclusión que este es el objetivo que se persigue, es decir el colapso de la euro-zona y su posterior desintegración y pase a la configuración anterior al 2002.

Esto pasara ya en el primer trimestre de 2012, no hay dinero en los estados para aguantar más, a primeros de año los tres corsarios bajaran los ratios de todos los países de Europa, excepto Alemania, eso provocara la caída de los mercados de valores a límites insospechados, porque el poco dinero que hay huirá como alma que lleva el diablo, esto junto a la recesión industrial y económica de los países europeos, obligara a declarar el estado de quiebra a toda la economía del euro.

Aquí entraran en juego los depósitos que los bancos tendrán guardados en el BCE, la quiebra de la euro-zona llevara consigo la liquidación de las deudas soberanas por el procedimiento de la suspensión de pagos por insolvencia manifiesta de los deudores, excepto uno, Alemania, así que solucionado el problema de la deuda global, Alemania que ya no tendrá que ayudar ni sufragar deuda ajena, se hará responsable del euro y de esta manera los bancos europeos podrán disponer de euros los que hoy guardan en el BCE, que para más señas está ubicado en Alemania,  para reconvertir su capital en las divisas que se restablezcan, para que cada país reemprenda su economía y entonces sí que este capital fluirá al mercado interno de cada país junto con las nuevas divisas oficiales y de fabricación propia.

Este es el inmediato futuro que todos ocultan, pero que todos los interesados conocen y van haciendo el teatro correspondiente para tener el tiempo suficiente de preparar lo que ya está decidido, la explosión con fuegos de artificio incluidos del sueño de una noche de verano es decir de la Unión monetaria Europea. Así las cosas tranquilos Sres. Rajoy, de Guindos, y Montoro, han llegado tarde para cubrirse de gloria pero quién sabe si les alcanzara todavía la mie…..a

MAYBE THERE IS NOT MORE SOLUTION THAN TO MAKE THE OPPOSITE

We need the society that somebody explains to us at least that has happened because it seems clear that nobody knows what happens and less what happened, and that they are stopped to lie, neither Greek debt, neither sovereign debt, neither qualification discounts, neither budgetary demanders, neither recessions, neither cuttings of expenses, neither injection of dollars and Eurus to trillions, neither purchase of debt of Italy and Spain on the part of the BCE, neither it reduces of interests of the money, neither G-8 neither G-20, neither the Dollar, neither the Euro, neither Sarkozy, neither the Merkel. Nobody anything knows what it has passed that it happens and that it will happen.

Necesitamos la sociedad, que alguien nos explique al menos, que ha pasado porque parece claro que nadie sabe lo que pasa y menos lo que pasara, y que se dejen de mentir, ni deuda griega, ni deuda soberana, ni rebajas de calificación, ni desmadres presupuestarios, ni recesiones, ni recortes de gastos, ni inyección de dólares y euros a billones, ni compra de deuda de Italia y España por parte del BCE, ni rebaja de intereses del dinero, ni G-8 ni G-20, ni el Dólar, ni el Euro, ni Sarkozy, ni la Merkel. Nadie ni nada sabe qué ha pasado que pasa y que pasará.

No me quieren hacer caso, cuando escribo que esto no es un problema de economía normal, esto se escapa de la lógica y la normalidad, cuando las cosas son malas, lo son por ciertos parámetros que así las califican, se sabe porque es malo, y se desecha o se arregla, pero nada absolutamente nada, de lo que se ha iniciado como recurso para solucionar la caída de la economía Occidental en su conjunto, ha dado resultado. Así que mi recomendación es dejar de hacer lo que nos inducen desde no sé donde, nada ni caso de nada ni de nadie, anarquía total, la sociedad al frente de la sociedad, no nos sirven los políticos ni sus políticas, lo han probado todo y no solo no ha funcionado nada, sino que lo han empeorado, de que nos van a servir los recortes en sanidad, en educación, en gasto público, caminos que los grandes gurús políticos y económicos, han ido imponiendo, de que le sirve a la economía europea, las revueltas de Grecia y su deuda, por poner un ejemplo, ya es lo de menos, ha perdido más en los últimos tres meses cualquier banco europeo, que todo el montante de la deuda griega.

No es lógico, y las cosas sin lógica me molestan sobremanera, entendería que fallasen algunas medidas, pero todas y cada una de las puestas en marcha esto no es natural tiene que haber algo mas, y en principio me niego a pensar que todos somos tontos, algo o alguien nos está haciendo ir por donde quiere, y ya no es solo en la economía, hace meses ha empezado por la política de bloques y la están modificando a marchas forzadas, o es que esto tampoco nuestros políticos lo quieren ver, todo está organizado en un plan para acabar con la primacía de la sociedad occidental, (considerando como tal Europa y los EEUU) y si esto no lo ven, no encontraremos jamás solución alguna a nuestra debacle socio-económica.

Qué hacer ante esto. Lo primero reconocer que nos han ganado la batalla, nos han derrotado con todas las de la ley, segundo cerrar nuestras fronteras a cualquier tipo de inmigración (no porque los inmigrantes sean los culpables directos), pero no nos engañemos, son el arma perfecta que están usando contra nosotros, y estoy seguro que  en muchos casos sin ellos saberlo, no estoy proponiendo un estado de Xenofobia general, simplemente el riguroso control de nuestras fronteras. Solo permitir el libre movimiento de quienes  posean nacionalidades estables y claras y sus movimientos sean también por causas concretas como negocios, o trabajo, o turismo, sean del origen racial que sean, y por el contrario la expulsión forzosa de todo aquel que este ilegalmente en nuestros países.

Intentar reducir al máximo la dependencia del petróleo y gas, ahora esto es cuestión de vida o muerte, no solo de Ecología,  explotar al máximo la energía nuclear y las alternativas no contaminantes, Eólica, Fotovoltaica, acelerar la obtención de hidrogeno a partir del agua, ya se ha conseguido en laboratorios. Hacernos fuertes en nuestra propia fuerza, empezar a fabricar desde un calcetín hasta un cohete interplanetario en nuestro suelo, somos 1000 millones, no importar nada que no sea necesario y siempre controlado, y solo exportar lo que se pueda controlar que no de , al menos durante unos años, conocimientos técnicos o bélicos que se vuelvan contra nosotros mismos.

En una palabra matar la “Globalización” de una vez, esta es el arma que junto a la inmigración incontrolada por nosotros, y planificada por los interesados, nos ha destruido, esperemos que no del todo todavía y estemos a tiempo de reaccionar.
