MAYBE THE SOLUTION FOR EUROPE WOULD BE AN ORGANIZED DISAGREEMENT

Between today and tomorrow it is necessary to find a viable solution for the continuity of the euro and the European Union, today the reality indicates that he won't be any solution. Well I also believe this way it, then this indicates that on Saturday day 10 won't already have neither European union neither euro, and that they want that he tells them, I don't like future after this hecatomb, because the bad things always bring behind the necessity to find a culprit that has propitiated them, and that is what will spend starting from the day 10, and I will also tell them that the culprit all half europa already has it clearing it is Germany for some, and France for others. 

If this is what we are come above, what we should make it is to look of organizing it so that nobody has the blame of a division of opinions that can even take us to a warlike confrontation among in favor of one and of another decree in few months.  Before this alternative my serious proposal that if there is not agreement in this last meeting, have an organized disagreement, I explain to myself, given the supposition that neither the 27 neither those (17 euro countries) they will be able to agree or to accept the plan of Germany, neither they will be able to get that Germany accepts a mixture of ideas and recipes between his and the one of those of France, and vice versa, maybe the best thing serious to leave the European Union in two groups, the Germanic ones and the francophone ones, some would follow the German theses, and the other ones the theses of the French, but this way he would stay the base of the European Union, since if this solution is admitted there is not fight, but single two points of view, on oneself topic, as leaving the economic crisis that by the way have not created none of us. 

The later development for the operation of the two economies would be verified on the bases and the recipes that both tendencies would carry out with all normality, and with the agreement among all the components of each tendency. Imagine as to facilitate the explanation of the development of this proposal that the division takes place with an I unbalance accented in favor of the French theses, I would even dare to say that in the first place the first disagreement, will be between the 17 euro countries and the 10 remaining, that already gives it for fact, then it would owe the group of the 17, to choose what type of recommendations for the exit of the crisis he is its elect and to join in a felt or other, that is to say in the German recipes or the French, the proportion of some and other I calculate that they would be respectively from 7 to 10, spinning finer they would be on the part of the German thesis: (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Estonia, Finland, Holland) and on the part of the French thesis (France, Luxemburg, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malt, Portugal).

The only thing that if it is unquestionable, is that both tendencies should assure the solvency and survival of the Euro and of the BCE, conditions these without possible alternative. I am not outlining anything extraordinary although it seems him, I am simply proposing as exit to the stagnation that we are come above, the creation of a Federal European Economy that I assure them it would be the first step to go toward a definitive European Federal Union that is to me to understand, the only road that is possible to configure today in day, before the diversity of cultures and history that it accumulates the European continent. 

I am convinced that this alternative solution, would open the doors to that under these conditions, they were added the applicants little by little to form part of the new one and refunded European Federal Union, because maybe it is very demanding the term "UNION", I believe that the possibility of European Union is still very far, because in the bottom this means to give up the national individuality, so that it is clear it is not in feeling of the political and urban society of the European nations.
