RECIPES OF THE EXPERIENCE.

I will work this morning some hypotheses that refer to experiences lived in my professional career, and that I find they can be explanatory of many of the incomprehensible reactions of our politicians and ruling that the society neither he understands neither it accepts. 

During several stages of my life I have governed companies formed by several partners, we could say that of certain soaked one, in fact much more important that the resulting society, I believe without a doubt some that the scene resembles the European Union a lot and I will use my experiences like examples of the situation, and the reactions that you happens. 

The first resemblance is that several partners unite to create an objective; in our case they unite nations to create the Europe of the euro.  

Second none of the partners is owner of the contributed capital, all are in representation of a capital that most is ignored, because it is in hands of the stock market and shown by shareholders in the European Union they are the residents of the countries members.  

Third so in fact nobody is free of making what wants or think, consequence of it, all trust in that are you in this case the own common objective, the one that makes the decisions, the partners are this way free of direct responsibilities in front of their shareholders and in this case in front of their citizenship. 

And the adventure begins this way of being able to join several interests in a common objective that all expect from benefits and few problems, the first thing that you have to make is to show a great one I encourage and a great decision in your actions, the project has to have a clear road, not only and in movable, projected in the time and calculated with its possible inconveniences and deviations, to reflect at the end of the study a result that naturally of benefits, me this study usually made it with a triennium vision and it detailed it month per month the first year and annually both following in these numbers of it reflected the performance plan and the results that if everything came out well they should be gotten. 

The partners received the information monthly from the real advance of him in dear principle of the detailed exercise yearly as well as the detail landslide so that there is always a vision triennial a day but or less.
