THE EFFECTS OF THE GLOBALIZATION ARE CHANGING THE WORLD 2nd. PART

This way today those producing of wheat of the USA suffer in their own meats the competition and the globalization. Although the crop was the less productive one in three years, the prices fall because the production has grown in almost everybody. The wheat offer beats records the same as it happens with the petroleum, the difference is that with the raw USA he saw it come and he has been that new competitor that has destabilized the prices but with the wheat it has happened the opposite they have not realized that already everybody has more wheat than them. 

In a context of great abundance, importers like China, Brazil and Nigeria they acquire less quantities of USA that is still the biggest exporter. The demand of American wheat, including the one that comes from the exterior, is the weakest in almost two decades, while a dollar that strengthens makes that the American grain is less attractive than that of other countries.  

The futures of wheat of Chicago have lowered 18% the last month. The big and productive crops of the last year from Argentina until Russia and the rest of Europe have taken to the global production to a new record, what has reduced the participation of USA in the global trade at the lowest level from 1960. The low cheaper grain the costs of the buyers of flour like Group Bimbo and Panera Bread, and it has contributed to that the prices of the foods that register the United Nations were last month the minor in four years. 

The American wheat is no longer competitive because there is abundance of reservations in the entire world.
