Moscow. "This believes serious risks for the traffic toward Europe", Miller added, in declarations picked up by the Russian agency Novosti he Laughs. 

On the other hand, Naftogaz has accused Gazprom the contract when having only sent 47 millions of cubic meters of gas of the 114 million paid in advance. According to a spokesman of Gazprom mentioned by Reuters, the Russian company would have given gas to the regions of Ukraine faced to the power of low Kiev a contract undersigned with Naftogaz.
