Curioso artículo del Wall Street Journal hace unos días la prensa económica americana alertaba de los riesgos de la quiebra de Grecia y apuntalaba este comentario comparándolo con el desastre mundial que ocasiono la caída de Lehman brothers apuntando que se dejó caer porque pensaban que era un banco pequeño en su momento ya co0ntrarreste este ejemplo haciendo notar que el problema no fue el tamaño del banco sino la porquería financiera  que había extendido por todos los demás bancos del mundo.

Algo parecido está a punto de ocurrir en Europa pero al contrario, es decir si Grecia no cede rendida o derrotada, como quieran ustedes y la UE la sostiene ocurrirá lo de Lehman, extenderá por toda Europa la idea clara de que la economía capitalista al uso occidental, está podrida y esto llevara a un cambio radical de políticas económicas y sociales, que son todavía peores, a gran parte del continente y si esto ocurre seguirá contaminando al mundo occidental

Esto no es sólo una táctica de negociación. Públicamente, Madrid y Lisboa dicen que esperan que Grecia permanezca en la zona euro, pero los altos cargos en Madrid y Lisboa en privado tienen claro que ellos creen que sería mejor para Grecia abandonar la región que arriesgarse al caos de romper las reglas de la eurozona", comenta el artículo del Wall Street Journal. Por supuesto, esto refleja en parte más que  a la economía  a la política nacional: Madrid y Lisboa son muy conscientes de que conceder demasiado a Atenas alentaría a su propia oposición de izquierda radical.

Pero a la vez también refleja una creciente confianza de que la economía gracias a los propios esfuerzos sobre todo desde la sociedad de ambos países y los de la eurozona, es ahora lo suficientemente resistente como para soportar el impacto económico de una quiebra griega pero no lo son para encarar una victoria política de claro carácter socialista comunista.

De hecho, esta semana el Gobierno del PP un poco empujado por el hecho de tener que hacer campaña para las próximas elecciones locales y autonómicas elevó su pronóstico de crecimiento para este año hasta el 2,9% desde el 2,4%. Y hoy el Instituto Nacional de Estadística ha publicado que el PIB del primer trimestre creció un 0,9% en tasa intertrimestral y un 2,6% en interanual. Pero lo cierto es que tanto en la economía verdadera, española y portuguesa todavía sufren de debilidades significativas. En España, la mayor debilidad es el muy alto stock de activos financieros en manos de inversores internacionales, lo que equivale al 96% del producto interno bruto, un legado de la marea de dinero que fluyó en el país durante los años de la burbuja así como el desempleo.

El mayor riesgo en ambos países es, por tanto, político. La capacidad de recuperación de España depende de seguir atrayendo capital extranjero mientras aumenta sus exportaciones para reducir su dependencia de los préstamos del exterior". The Wall Street Journal explica que hasta hace poco, el mercado estaba temeroso de que las elecciones previstas para finales de este año podrían sacar a ambos países del camino emprendido. Pero esos temores están retrocediendo rápidamente por lo que denomina "el efecto Syriza" que de momento está demostrando que no puede alterar la postura firme de la UE. La cuestión es podrá la UE aguantar la presión de Grecia durante mucho tiempo o la propia disparidad de políticas y de economías en su seno romperán la unidad de la euro zona.

LA GLOBALIZACION VA DANDO LA VUELTA AL MUNDO Y EUROPA Y RUSIA ESTAMOS FUERA

Siempre he dicho que la globalización es el mal de nuestro tiempo yo la compararía en parte con la Máquina de Vapor o incluso con la Dinamita es decir ambos productos cambiaron el mundo allá por los finales del siglo XVIII el primero y en el IXX el segundo, aunque de distinta manera y en distinto tiempo, trajeron a la sociedad occidental la industrialización y el desarrollo hacia la modernidad, de hecho cambiaron el mundo completamente dando paso a una aceleración que si miramos hacia atrás es enorme los avances tecnológicos desde sus respectivas apariciones se aceleran cambiándolo todo en una parte para bien y en otra para mal pero es evidente que debía ser así.

Bien la globalización es la máquina de vapor y la dinamita juntas y a la vez, en un siglo tan solo occidente cambio por entero las fábricas, las carreteras, el ferrocarril, la extracción de petróleo, son imposibles de imaginar sin la intervención de ambos descubrimientos y su aplicación. Bien la globalización no hizo otra cosa que traspasar todo lo conseguido en una parte del mundo a la otra el problema ha sido como pasa en todas las evoluciones primero son lentas, después son productivas para quienes las dirigen y finalmente se saturan y como ahora se convierten en un problema en lugar de una solución.

La globalización convirtió a China en 'la fábrica del mundo', fundamentalmente, por los bajos costes de producción que ofrecía y a la aportación de la tecnología que el mundo rico occidental le transmitió para hacer negocio no china sino occidente. Gracias a ello durante bastante tiempo (pero esta vez ya no llega ni a un siglo). Las empresas han podido ampliar sus márgenes de beneficio gracias a lo barato que les salía fabricar en las plantas de este país y vender estos productos carísimos en su mundo rico. Pero la situación está cambiando ya. Los trabajadores chinos empiezan a obtener una mejora de sueldos y condiciones de vida que está llevando a las compañías a buscar de nuevo ese diferencial en la mano de obra van otra vez a cambiar de lugar la globalización.

Lo malo ahora es que ya somos más a globalizar ya no vamos a sacar provecho de ello los occidentales ahora el movimiento globalizador se va a hacer sin salir de Asia, este trasvase de carga de trabajo se va a mover hacia lugares con menores costes laborales y aquí entran en escena Vietnam, Camboya, Myanmar o Laos, con una elevada base de población joven y una clase media no tan pujante como China. Los expertos ya ven una "transformación" en la región que forma parte del desarrollo de la Asociación de Naciones del Sudeste Asiático (ANSA) como "tercer pilar" del crecimiento, tras el surgimiento de China y la India.

En su análisis, identifican como factor ganador la conjunción de tres características específicas de la región. Por una parte, el ya citado bajo coste de los trabajadores en países como Myanmar, Camboya y Laos. Por otras, las fábricas altamente eficientes de Tailandia, Vietnam, Indonesia y Filipinas. Y, por último, el segmento de productores más sofisticados en Singapur y Malasia. A esto se suma la medida que entrará en vigor a finales de este año para unificar el mercado del área ANSA. Los diez países que la forman (Indonesia, Malasia, Filipinas, Singapur, Tailandia, Brunei, Camboya, Laos, Myanmar y Vietnam) permitirán desde diciembre de 2015 la libre circulación de bienes, servicios, capital y trabajo entre los estados miembro, que suman más de 600 millones de habitantes.

Y llegado a este punto vuelvo a mi razonamiento de siempre que vamos a hacer los europeos solo somos 340 millones estamos saturados de todo y ya no podremos ir a vender a Asia dentro de poco porque nos pasaran por delante sus productos al paso que vamos acabaremos o trabajando para ellos o sirviéndoles de camareros futbolistas e incluso como inmigrantes como mano de obra barata. ¿Dónde está nuestro futuro? es este el que acabo de dibujar no tenemos otro estamos hipotéticamente en el centro del mundo por un lado tenemos loe EE.UU. al sur África al  este Asia, China, la India, que nos queda quedarnos como estamos y esperar que nos subvencionen comprándonos nuestra deuda y todo nuestra historia para que a la vez podamos ser sus consumidores triste final a la cuna de la civilización occidental no les parece.

Yo sinceramente creo que simplemente ha pasado el tiempo y el rodillo de la derecha tradicional española que ha llegado el momento en que ha sido consciente que PODEMOS podía pasar a ser PODER y esto es algo que la derecha de siempre, no puede perder por dos motivos: uno porque el poder es aditivo de por sí y otro porque dejar al descubierto lo hecho por su poder es más peligroso que su perdida, una vez esto claro al PP le fue fácil ver que detrás del PODEMOS realmente solo había una ilusión. Más de la mitad de los españoles aseguraban que hacía falta un partido que diera respuesta a la crisis. Venimos de una crisis muy profunda y muy larga y los ciudadanos querían algo nuevo.

Justo en ese mismo momento de desesperación social, nacía Podemos como partido y Pablo Iglesias se convertía en el líder de la formación después de ser el tertuliano estrella de varios programas de televisión. En quince meses. Las elecciones europeas de mayo de 2014 fueron la tarjeta de presentación de algunos partidos y la reconfirmación de otros. De hecho aunque parezcan importantes se trataba de unas elecciones menores porque la gente no tiene muy claro lo que se juega. En España destacó Podemos con sus cinco eurodiputados. Lo que definió el punto de inflación que dio la señal de alarma a la derecha española.

La larga crisis económica ha modificado el mapa político de Europa. Todos los países han tenido movimientos populistas que han crecido por la recesión y España no iba a ser menos, en este sentido, aquí surgió  Podemos y cogió fuerza al calor del descontento social, más el cansancio y el hastío de la crisis por la corrupción que indudablemente ha sido una pesada losa para los partidos políticos tradicionales tanto para la derecha es decir el PP como para la izquierda el PSOE  en este marco político en que los extremos tradicionales el PP derechas y el PSOE izquierdas estaban quedando en evidencia Podemos se situó en el punto medio que no quiere decir el centro político a mi entender.

Pero el tiempo y la acción de la derecha curiosamente ha ido arrinconando a Podemos hacia la izquierda y efectivamente Podemos ha destruido completamente al PSOE. Hoy para los españoles Podemos se sitúa como una formación política escorada hacia la izquierda radical. Tanto Pablo Iglesias como otros líderes destacados del partido han estado muy vinculados a movimientos de izquierdas tanto en España como en otros países. Pese a ello, el discurso público de los últimos meses se ha moderado y ya se habla de un partido que “no es de derechas, in de izquierdas”.

Ya conocen ustedes mi opinión Podemos efectivamente no es de derechas y de izquierdas españolas Podemos es un partido de política absoluta y neo comunista en su política no caben ni la derecha ni la izquierda clásica, Podemos lo es todo pero como esto no es entendido por la sociedad española está de momento lo sitúa en el “limbo” una especie de centro político nuevo del que no tiene ninguna experiencia ni conocimiento de lo que puede ser y por eso como no entiende muy bien que es podemos pues lo sitúa un tanto indefinido.

A este fenómeno ayuda también que la crisis, el paro y la corrupción, es común a la derecha y a la izquierda, por lo tanto es lógico que la sociedad vea en Podemos la solución y en la sociedad afectada por los problemas de España, están las dos tendencias la derecha y la izquierda. En este punto la habilidad de la derecha mucho más consolidada en España que la izquierda, ha encontrado un posible antídoto ante la inevitable caída del Partido Popular y para evitarla ha apuntalado su derecha más dura y ha preparado un nuevo partido para recoger a las posibles fugas de sus miembros de derechas más suaves o liberales como quieran ustedes definirlos y para conseguir esto ha disparado como un cohete a un partido prácticamente regional como Ciudadanos.

La jugada es maestra la derecha española se ha partido en dos una la más dura seguirá teniendo el PP y la más moderna la más suave (de momento) tendrá su nuevo PP encarnado por Ciudadanos. Esta jugada ha tenido como primer y claro efecto el frenazo de la explosión de Podemos, porque este se ha quedado huérfano de toda la nueva derecha que había visto solo en Podemos la salida de la situación insostenible de la política tradicional española.

Tanto PP y PSOE como Podemos y Ciudadanos luchan ahora mismo por intentar ganar votos en un mismo espectro político aunque aparentemente las cuatro formaciones juren que no tienen nada en común lo cierto es que tienen mucho que ver. Podemos ha visto que tiene que superar el discurso de izquierda radical. Una vez pasado el boom, cuando estás en un extremo político, es muy fácil subir en popularidad per a la vez es muy difícil llegar a ganar el Gobierno, sobre todo en un país tan viejo y tradicional como España. En las últimas semanas, y a la espera de la presentación oficial del programa electoral, Podemos ha rebajado sus expectativas y ha moderado sus discursos y las apariciones de sus líderes políticos incluso algunos como Errejón y Monedero han desaparecido.

La principal razón de la caída de Podemos no se encuentra en los escándalos vinculados a Íñigo Errejón con su beca y los pagos a Hacienda de la empresa de Juan Carlos Monedero. Esos incidentes han supuesto un punto de inflexión en las gráficas de estimación de voto y podría ir a más. Pero la verdadera causa es la jugada maestra de la derecha que ha introducido su relevo  “Ciudadanos” que está capitalizando los votos del descontento del PP y  parte del PSOE, Pese a todo, y con cuatro partidos, dos nuevos y dos viejos, luchando por captar el voto de centro, desde la Transición, nunca había habido tanta emoción en la política española”.

La degradación de la situación de vida de nuestra sociedad es total y abarca todos los estratos sociales aunque no se lo crean, no se salvan ni los políticos, los poseedores de fortunas incontables esos sí, pero todos los demás, trabajadores, autónomos, pequeños empresarios, licenciados y profesionales, todos hemos dado el giro de la desaceleración económica, y que en nuestra vida ya no volveremos a recomponer, por medios legales se entiende.

Y lo malo es que no se ve todavía el fondo de la caída, lo cual asusta todavía más,  llevamos más de cinco años cayendo y cayendo sin ninguna previsión de cambio de ciclo alguno, poco a poco las contestaciones sociales a este hecho se apagan, fíjense que ya no queda ni la huelga general, se llegó a la terrible cifra de 4,5 millones de desempleados y se supera, y ya no causa casi ni titulares en la prensa, solo una vez al mes para anunciar sus bajadas y subidas pero en definitiva siempre se queda igual. Los bancos siguen sin dar créditos solo que ahora dicen que no es que no los den sino que no se los piden, en lugar de beneficios que sería lo suyo a los accionistas les dan acciones, y la economía europea no reacciona sino todo lo contrario ni ante la perspectiva de que empiece a perder países caso de Grecia .

No me lo tomo a broma a pesar de la ironía que empleo en este comentario, creo sinceramente que los políticos en general, nos están llevando hacia atrás con prisas y sin pausas, para que vayamos asimilando la nueva escala de pobreza en la que nos están situando, el problema que ahora tengo, como decía al principio, es que no acierto todavía a adivinar dónde está situado el último escalón, de momento en España hemos llegado ya a la estabilización de creación de parados, y más o menos también hemos llegado a una estabilidad en los desahucios parece también que los almacenes de alimentos recogidos por la caridad de la sociedad, van dando de comer  a los que ya han terminado con todo hasta con los contenedores de basura en fin hay ya un cierto grado de pobreza razonable según el gobierno español.

Por otro lado el gobierno de España y los gobiernos de la UE, no dan ninguna respuesta a nada, aquí en nuestro país lo único que está reforzando el gobierno del PP es precisamente el desempleo, que se alarga y alarga como una goma de mascar. Se ha empezado a imputar políticos estafadores pero han conseguido que los efectos de sus escándalos tapen por completo toda la red de la mala praxis económica de la política española, no se ha cambiado nada de la reforma financiera ni se habla , lo que se ha hecho y nada es lo mismo, bueno últimamente ha habido de presentar el DNI actualizado en el banco, francamente tremendo dos años más sin orden ni concierto en nuestra economía, y lo peor sin créditos para la posible reactivación que tanto necesitaríamos.

Claro que como ejercicio práctico para aprender a ser pobres ha sido extraordinariamente didáctico, es seguro que a finales del 2015 ya estaremos en el segundo master por lo menos, lo malo insisto es que sigo sin ver cuántos niveles más hemos de estudiar para conseguir el aprobado final, de todas formas voy a aventurarme, en España vamos a estar aprendiendo hasta que quedemos en un  nivel de salarios que será el justo y necesario para reiniciar la contratación laboral, por las pocas empresas que quedarán en suelo nacional, y que se acercara a los 600 € al mes, cifra que ya podrá competir con los salarios de la Europa tercermundista, porque es lo que estamos montando , y este sueldo no lo disfracen de salario de aprendizaje ni cosas raras, será el sueldo estándar con que las empresas españolas podrán competir con los costes de producción del Este y Asia. Y así intentar recomponer la pequeña y mediana empresa española para que pueda fabricar y emplear aquí.

Con estos salarios en España tendrá que trabajar toda la familia Padre Madre y Abuelos, todos para pagar un pisito, posiblemente en régimen de alquiler, la escuela de los niños, y el copago sanitario, y poca cosa más, la familia, volverá a ser la familia unida e indisoluble que tanto preconizo Franco y la santa madre iglesia, en los buenos tiempos de 1950. Posiblemente cuando las cosas vayan mejor volverán las horas extras, pagadas en negro claro, (o dios mío que recuerdos se me agolpan en mi mente) nunca pensé en volver a vivir aquella situación.

Hemos vuelto a la Europa anterior al tratado de Roma, la unión oficial europea posiblemente se mantenga, pero la real, la unión, el equilibrio europeo, social y económico, y de modelo de vida se ha roto por completo, y creo que es irreparable porque las diferencias se han vuelto abismales, nunca más Grecia, Portugal, y España podrán volver a ser europeas de clase A, verán porque, cuando los ratios económicos caen desde la altura en que han caído, el camino de retorno es mucho más largo que el de bajada, fíjense en este cálculo: si yo tengo un nivel 100 y caigo como está pasando un 25, me sitúo en un nivel 75 pero es que para volver otra vez al 100 no lo consigo recuperando un 25, necesito más necesito un 33.33 % de esfuerzo, pero es que cuando llegue a mi antiguo nivel 100, me daré cuenta que este nivel ya se ha sobrepasado y que sigo estando por debajo, que quiero decir con esto pues que caer es muy fácil pero levantarse no tanto.

A los griegos ya les trae sin cuidado, a mí me parece que ellos ya han decidido ser unos europeos diferentes, se conforman con su ritmo de vida con su sol su turismo y no creo que les interese nada más, a sus políticos no sé, pero me da la impresión que Grecia se ha salido ya de la Europa rica, y se ha situado o mejor dicho la han situado donde les ha convenido.

Ahora si Grecia decide de una vez dejar el euro y vivir su vida verán ustedes como florece con el turismo de los ricos del norte yendo a gastar sus euros al sur. Las cosas van por este lado, no lo duden y cuanto antes nos lo aprendamos antes dejaremos de sufrir, porque no me negaran ustedes que el no saber que está ocurriendo y no comprender la situación en que te encuentras, es un tanto angustioso, por eso he querido presentarles este ejercicio de sinceridad, con el fin de que todos comprendamos que pasa, que pasara y hasta cuando pasara.

El problema está en que la situación se va a prolongar hasta primeros de 2016 más o menos. Supongo yo que en el primer trimestre cuando del 2016, si realmente Rajoy ha proclamado elecciones generales a fin de este año 2015, como ayer manifestó habrán terminado las políticas de engaño y truco que en todos los ámbitos  hoy se están llevando a término saldrán a flote toda una cantidad de datos e índices que pueden ocasionar una autentica debacle nacional.

No solo es la precariedad laboral de los trabajadores lo son también los llamados trabajadores pobres es decir todos aquellos que “trabajan” ni se sabe en que para poder ser menos pobre que los pobres y además otro gran drama que se avecina es la burbuja de autónomos que el PP está creando casi a la fuerza las ofertas para que los parados dejen de serlo para pasarse al mundo de los empresarios es una barbaridad de tal calibre que cuando finalicen las ofertas de rebajas de impuestos o capitalizaciones de desempleos va a explotar una bolsa de parados descomunal.

Es tanta la presión del gobierno al  respecto, que la última oferta que he leído es que Los empresarios autónomos que sean víctimas del terrorismo disfrutarán durante 5 años de una cotización reducida en el Régimen Especial del Trabajadores Autónomos, según recogerá el Estatuto del Trabajador autónomo, cuyo informe fue presentado en el Consejo de Ministros, ha informado el Ministerio del Interior. Se trata pues de una iniciativa impulsada por el Ministerio del Interior y que se enmarca dentro de la gestión desarrollada por la Dirección General de Apoyo a Víctimas del Terrorismo de atención integral a las personas que han sufrido la violencia terrorista.

Esto es una buena acción no lo pongo en duda pero a mí me parece que es otra estratagema para que quien se acoja a esto, dejara de cobrar “aquello” que no sé qué es pero seguro que algo se queda a expensas de que el afectado por terrorismo se las apañe solo si sale bien estupendo y si sale mal posiblemente se habrá perdido todo. Yo lo he dicho más de una vez el autónomo, (yo he sido muchos años) es o bien un profesional colegiado es decir abogado medico arquitecto etc. O es simplemente un paso intermedio al ser empresario es decir aquel profesional que domina muy bien su profesión y en un mercado de trabajo estable y normal deja su empleo y se lanza a crear su propia y nueva PIME.

Pero esto es solo posible si hay una economía que mantenga un nivel laboral normal lo que conlleva consumo y oportunidades para todos pero cuando esto no es así el autónomo corre el riesgo de ser un parado auto subvencionado con mucha suerte porque para que un autónomo trabaje es necesario que haya demanda de su especialidad y si el contexto económico general es de no consumo el autónomo no trabaja y no obtiene recursos y sin embargo si produce gastos tratando de buscar trabajos.

No se puede llegar al paroxismo que el equipo económico del gobierno diciendo una  y otra vez que se está saliendo de la crisis y no se puede hacer porque hay mucha gente que necesita que esto sea verdad y se lo cree y esto que no es malo, porque si puede enviar una sensación de esperanza, deja de serlo cuando esto puede inducir a tomar riesgos personales familiares, que es lo que hacen los ministerios de gobierno que hasta el de interior anima a que las victimas del terrorismo se hagan autónomos.
