IN SPAIN NOT THIS IN ALONE GAME THE PRESIDENCY, IS A LOT OF MORE BEHIND

It is almost impossible not to begin today's day writing on the incredible shamelessness and a person's cowardice that still this dragging the presidency of Spain for the dirtiest mires in the political cowardice and of the human selfishness, I am not neither lawyer neither jurist, but my common sense tells me that in these moments all the Spaniards are kidnapped by a ridiculous president and for a political party that you claimed the use of the constitutional law to its profit. I believe sincerely that from yesterday we are I don't lower the protection of the law but in hands of a possible “law fraud”. 

I prefix the condition of "possible" to the illegal act of exercising a law fraud, because the Spanish constitution possibly allows to make what has made Rajoy and not to contemplate it with this graveness. But so much if it is this way or not, the reality is that a law fraud is making the Spaniards, I repeat legal or not, it is not acceptable the jeer that Rajoy has made to all Spain and that it even reaches the king Felipe VI.

 

I cannot understand that a candidate to the reelection of president of the state before the king's offer of offering him the debate of such investiture and like it sends the constitution this it underrates it (but it doesn't reject it) because he has the security that it won't get it. As he said before this it is a sample of abuse of power and to even use the law in favor of your particular interests knowingly that it is impossible that the situation changes Rajoy that is to say it is braking Spain to the Spaniards and its King. 

 

Because another thing would be that there was a probability that some of the elected parties for the Spanish town can vary the necessary result so that finally Rajoy can govern this it is numerically impossible, unless there was of for half a blackmail or worse still a threat suddenly of state that advises some changes of attitude of some political party for the good of the country and of the King to avoid this way an experience that Spain already lived 80 years ago. 

I believe that we are being object of an it deceives or a legal kidnapping because the objective that as he says Rajoy it pursues it could get it (if was probable) without necessity of breaking the outline that contemplates the law for president's election Rajoy perfectly could undergo their investiture and to present in her their future proposals and even knowing that it would not be accepted, has won that time that he says to need and has fulfilled Spain and with the King. If Rajoy really waits that with one week he obtains a formula that allows him to be invested president the has had to confront the second investiture, and it is he stiller has left a third for if it was necessary to polish something. 

This has been the politically correct thing the valiant thing has been to tell to their majesty the King that in the face of the impossibility of being invested that jumps the order and nominates another candidate with more possibilities, but non Rajoy he is another time entity the same situation that watched him when I reject the rescue of the Spanish economy on the part of the UE and he preferred a Bank rescue solely fact that has put under an obligation to all the Spaniards to go back more than 10 years in the past while the big banks and bankers continue so happy and happy this was not made because benefits to Spain but because it avoided this way the intervention of the experts of the UE and the IMF in the official economy of the state avoiding so discovers the enormous graft of funds that the government had taken to term.

 And this is the true and it is what the Spaniards should fear because we are not alone in a play of political defense, but in a defense to avoid some circumstances that can cost many the jail and their fortunes and this is very dangerous. So much that they could even put in danger to the King, they already understand me.
