CATALUNYA NO RENUNCIARÁ A SU PROYECTO AUNQUE MADRID QUIERA EVITARLO PARA QUE NO HAYA CONTAGIO

El camino que el gobierno ha cerrado a Catalunya ésta debe de abrirlo, con nuevas y renovadas acciones que obliguen esta vez a recapacitar a España entera, y en esta frase incluyo, sobre todo, a la sociedad española porque deben de entender que Catalunya lucha por su identidad y su prosperidad, y no contra la sociedad española. Para nosotros nos es muy difícil de comprender porque aguantan por ejemplo los andaluces, y todavía más cercanos los valencianos, las injusticias económicas y sociales a las que están sometidos por los diferentes gobiernos de España.

Como pueden aguantar los andaluces el escalofriante desempleo que supera posiblemente el 35% y que no se arregla nunca, porque creo que los ERES no son la solución sino otro problema, y porque los valencianos tienen que aguantar ser la comunidad más castigada por la corrupción de la familia política del PP. Y esos ejemplos pueden ser multiplicados por tres o más comunidades españolas. En definitiva por sociedades españolas que siguen estancadas  tanto en su economía como en su desarrollo. Todo esto pasa porque la cultura política española no ha cambiado, sigue siendo la misma cultura que nos dejo la dictadura, o mejor dicho -Las Dictaduras- porque ahora solo nos acordamos de la de Francisco Franco, pero no fue la única, antes de él, cada uno de los reyes españoles mantenían vivos el sistema de gobierno dictatorial.

La realidad y me dirijo a los españoles, es que Andalucía es pobre desde siempre,  que Extremadura no tiene recursos ni industria también desde siempre, ya lo dice su propio nombre “la extrema dura” que quiere decir muy a las claras, que aquellas tierras eran el extremo más duro y alejado de la corte del reino de España. El levante español está igual que hace siglos, Murcia Cartagena, Alicante, suerte de su despoblación y su sol, porque la huerta que fue famosa no florece como debía haber florecido, de Valencia ya lo he comentado, y hacia el otro extremo nos encontramos con Galicia y Asturias, que  evolución ha habido allá, yo diría que ninguna siguen siendo una maravilla de paisaje, pero se despoblaron y allá se quedaron.

Bien yo hoy escribo para todos ellos y los que no menciono porque creo que cada uno puede hacer el esfuerzo de situarse en la actualidad, y ver si en el fondo a cambiado su habitad o siguen igual,  me temo que todos dirán lo mismo, España no ha cambiado ni equilibrado su territorio, es decir salvando el paso del tiempo en el fondo las economías el desarrollo de la sociedad sigue siendo el mismo, y lo peor siguen dependiendo del mismo poder “el central”, ya sea ejercido por los reyes, por dictadores, o como ahora por políticos que son puros herederos del sistema de mantener el poder y los bienes entre unos pocos.

Catalunya quiere escapar de todo esto porque nos pasa lo mismo a ustedes, quizás les parezca que no tenemos derecho a quejarnos porque les dicen que somos los más ricos, los que más exportamos, los que más turismo tenemos,  en fin Catalunya es el 20% de la riqueza de España, pero es que no es eso lo que nos mueve a querer ser independientes, es que esta realidad que pueden muchos envidiarnos y otros reprocharnos, también como lo de ustedes siempre ha sido así, es decir estamos estancados como Andalucía o Galicia etc. y no podemos salir de esta situación, porque el gobierno de España no nos deja, porque se nos lleva nuestros recursos económicos para mantener  no sabemos qué, porque ustedes españoles a los que me dirijo siguen estando mal muy mal no les ha cambiado básicamente nada.

Para que nos hacen pagar tanto a Catalunya si lo que recogen no sirve para mejorar España, donde se queda, quien se lo gasta, miren si el gobierno hiciese lo mismo que hace con Catalunya, pero Andalucía, o Murcia o Asturias  en fin todas las ccaaa prosperaran industrialmente, económicamente, laboralmente, automáticamente los catalanes estaríamos satisfechos porque con un país más rico también lo seriamos nosotros, venderíamos mas, fabricaríamos mas, nuestras empresas y bancos se expandirían por todo el territorio español, pero esto no ocurre así a Catalunya la están ahogando, y al resto de España no le llega nada, todo se queda en las mismas empresas nacionales, en las mismas fortunas, en los mismos partidos políticos, en los mismos políticos, en una palabra en Madrid capital del reino.

Y desde allí, solo se limitan a ofrecer subsidios y ayudas para poco más que el resto de España sobreviva, pero que no cambie mucho, que sigan sintiendo que dependen de Madrid de la capital, y esta es la radiografía de la situación hoy en este país, por eso Catalunya quiere escaparse de esta trampa y por eso Madrid no lo va a poner fácil, pero no podrán con la sociedad catalana, y espero que la sociedad española se esté dando cuenta de que está cautiva de unos políticos y de una oligarquía, que sigue queriendo vivir como han vivido en siglos de gobiernos sin escrúpulos, que han dado por buenas las diferencias sociales y económicas de la península, y que saben positivamente que quizás sea tarde para cambiarlo.

Pero esto la sociedad española no debe de permitirlo o conformarse, hay salida para nuestra situación pero para encontrarla tienen los políticos que dejar de mirar por ellos y dejar libres a los pueblos, comunidades, regiones, o como quieran llamarnos, para que nos gobernemos de acuerdo a nuestras ambiciones y necesidades, no a las de ellos.

Pero el camino esta vez hay que abrirlo de forma que no reciba los golpes del abuso de la ley sin miramiento alguno solo Catalunya y los catalanes, esta vez hay que hacer ver el daño que puede recibir la inmovilidad abusiva del poder español lo acuse también España.

Y como hacer esto muy fácil la sociedad catalana está hoy más que nunca en peligro de muerte civil, ante esta realidad, lo mejor que podemos hacer es terminar, es decir morir socialmente y económicamente. Abandonemos la CCAA hagamos realidad lo que parece buscar el gobierno de España, yo aconsejaría que el gobierno catalán renuncie a llevar adelante la economía y el gobierno de la comunidad, y le pase a Madrid la responsabilidad de gobernarla.

El hecho no es un acto de rebelión es un acto de lógica aplastante. Catalunya no puede funcionar en las condiciones financieras que el gobierno nos impone, estamos fuera de los mercados, “Fitch” ha anunciado hoy que rebaja la calificación de Catalunya ante la inseguridad política en que se encuentra frente al gobierno de Madrid. El ministro Montoro ahoga cada vez más la tesorería de Catalunya y la obliga a recortes que ya son insostenibles, bien pues simplemente por todo eso Catalunya debe decir basta, aquí tienen la CCAA y hagan ustedes lo que quieran.

A ver con una situación así, que hacen los mercados internacionales las empresas multinacionales, la propia UE, a ver como Madrid se hace cargo de la comunidad, porque es lo que quieren, no podrán decir que nos revelamos porque según ellos es ahora que lo estamos haciendo, pero si ponemos la comunidad en sus manos no podrán decir lo mismo creo yo, y que vengan aquí y dirijan la economía la educación la sanidad y las empresas de Catalunya, en definitiva que dirijan el 20% del PIB de España y sobre todo que expliquen por qué ha pasado esto.

Eso sí solo quiero advertir que quizás los catalanes no ayudemos mucho, porque francamente estamos muy desanimados de nuestro gobierno nacional, ya que pensamos muchos que han abusado de nuestra buena fe y educación, y que confunden el orgullo de sentirse catalán con el desprecio de ser español y no es eso pero nada si así lo quieren pues démoselo

No quiero entrar en su calificación respecto a qué orden de importancia tiene en referencia a otros conceptos y valores que la democracia conlleva, pero lo que sí está claro es que a menor economía menos democracia y por consiguiente menos libertades, y curiosamente ahora nos damos cuenta que lo mismo sucede en el otro extremo a mayor economía también hay menos democracia y libertad así que la conclusión es clara hay que estar en el punto medio.

Los valores democráticos, conllevan la obligación de atender a la sociedad en todos los aspectos de la vida humana, salud, justicia, seguridad, equilibrio social, etc. Y es evidente que todo esto comporta gastos pecuniarios a los que la sociedad democrática debe de hacer frente, y es la sociedad la que debe elegir la forma de hacerlo, de lo contrario, si no es la sociedad, si no el estado el que los elige y proporciona este deja de ser democrático, para pasar a ser autocrático o si me apuran dictatorial.

Entonces ¿Es imprescindible una buena economía para tener una buena democracia?, no necesariamente, el problema es que últimamente se ha confundido la economía con el simple hecho de hacer dinero, cuanto más y más rápido mejor, y esta desviación es la que nos ha traído hasta la debacle actual. La economía más que una ciencia es una técnica para la definición de hechos económicos valga la redundancia: comprar, vender, pagar, invertir depositar o guardar, prestar, etc. todo esto y más, se rige por unas normas o leyes que la sociedad las conoce como economía. El problema como decía ha venido cuando la economía básica y general, paso a ser secuestrada por una de sus ramas de aplicación la financiera.

Esta parte de la economía, conlleva consigo la des humanización de la gestión de la propia economía, hecho que la convierte en un elemento perturbador para el desarrollo de la sociedad democrática, la “economía” está basada en la obtención del beneficios económicos por medio de la retribución del trabajo y/o de la comercialización del mismo, basándose en productos y servicios proporcionados y retribuidos por la propia sociedad a la vez consumidora y productora. Sin embargo la “economía financiera” pasa a ser una economía que solo emplea el dinero como elemento de transacción y negociación, sin que este traiga consigo ningún elemento tangible ni de creación de riqueza adicional, ya que el dinero ni fabrica ni reproduce nada material, simplemente cifras sobre un papel.

Ahora nos hemos dado cuenta por fin del desastre que hemos ocasionado a la sociedad occidental al desprendernos de las raíces productoras de bienes de consumo, para pasar a realizar únicamente gestiones e iniciativas financieras, que hoy se ven ya como posibles ilegalidades sociales. Ahora hay que volver hacia atrás lo más rápidamente posible, de lo contrario la economía financiera hará explotar como ya casi lo está haciendo, la convivencia social y llevara a la democracia a sucumbir en manos del primer demagogo que proponga destruir la democracia capitalista que es en definitiva la nuestra pero que a la vez nos ha traído la ruina.

Para conseguir esto hay que hacer pagar a la “industria financiera” su pecado, no hay otra forma, solamente desde la economía basada en el trabajo social, no se puede cambiar la situación, porque no hay recursos posibles, todos los recursos están escritos en unas cifras sobre papel o discos duros de grandes ordenadores, pero no son tangibles, estos intangibles, no pueden ponerse encima de una mesa para que alguien los coja y cree una Empresa para fabricar lo que sea, que luego se pueda vender y se pueda conseguir dinero y no números para volver a comprar, y así la sociedad con sus impuestos sobre su trabajo y su consumo, aporta el crecimiento económico a su estado quien deberá revertirlos al bien estar a toda la sociedad.

Hay que descabalgar al mundo financiero como forma de castigo por su avaricia y descontrol, de lo contrario no llegaremos a ninguna parte, es imposible que la economía del trabajo por llamarla de alguna manera concreta, pueda compensar los números ficticios e irreales que dan volumen a unas deudas y déficits insostenibles e irrecuperables, a no ser claro está, que se sigan replicando cifras sobre un papel o sobre los discos duros de los ordenadores de bancos e instituciones financieras, hasta que reventemos.

Desgraciadamente hoy se puede iniciar una revolución de gran importancia con el cambio de roles y de líderes políticos, pero desgraciadamente solo han comprendido una parte de lo que hace daño a sus naciones, el gasto que no pueden pagar, porque han des localizado sus fuentes de ingresos reales, es decir su industria básica, pero en ningún caso he leído que tengan claro que esto se ha ocasionado por culpa de la industria financiera, fabricante de nada y creadora de una enorme bola de deudas y déficits insostenibles e impagables por la o el trabajo de la sociedad.

Hay que dar un paso durísimo de hacer, al igual que la sociedad ha perdido gran parte de su bien estar y su riqueza, los estados deben obligar a cuadrar los números financieros borrando de los papeles y discos duros, todas las ingentes cantidades que se han multiplicado sin tener detrás respaldo material alguno, es decir lo que no puede ser es que la sociedad pague por algo que no existe, y que no le aporta valor alguno para su vida y que no lo ha ocasionado ella.

Hay que poner en metálico los números ficticios y especulativos, y luego poner esta ingente cantidad de dinero resultante, en manos de los gobiernos quienes deberían empezar a crear trabajo real en, obras de estructuras civiles, en arrancar de nuevo factorías y producciones que dejaron de ser rentables a la industria privada, es decir hay que volver hacia atrás, en parte hay que restablecer la industria y también la economía de rango estatal y publica, usando para ello el nuevo dinero que habrá que fabricar para cuadrar los números financieros de las economías europeas y nacionales, y transformándolo en carreteras, líneas férreas, barcos, ingeniería e investigación, desarrollo de plantas energéticas, etc.

Todo aquello que no le sea posible arrancar a la inversión privada, por su elevado coste o por sus escasos beneficios, y también procurando no generar una competencia entre ambas economías la pública y la privada. ESPAÑA ESTA ANCLADA EN UNA DEPRESION ECONOMICA Y SOCIAL DE LA QUE NO PODRA SALIR

Tiene razón no se puede seguir ocultando la realidad estamos a punto de terminar el tercer trimestre de 2014, y por mucho que nos digan bonitas palabras sobre el supuesto fin de la crisis, que la banca esta recapitalizada, que es posible que en este año se empiece a crear empleo neto, que no habrán más recortes que solo serán unos ajustes, que hay que aguantar un poco mas pero que las cosas están encarriladas, los hechos y los números nos sitúan en la situación más espantosa que una sociedad puede vivir, la depresión y la pérdida del consumo .

Estas temidas palabras, sacadas del mundo de la economía, reflejan en ellas una situación de desastre que significa el anuncio de la muerte, de una economía, de una empresa, de un producto, de una tecnología, incluso de la vida en algunos casos. Cuando algo entra en depresión, indica que su camino se ha terminado y que el final de su trayectoria es inexorable. En economía y en el mercado industrial, esto se arregla precisamente haciendo que su final sea rápido. Uno.- para que no produzca más costes y daños colaterales, y Dos.- para acometer con todos los recursos aun en pie, la renovación que produzca el relanzamiento a otra situación, otro producto, o tecnología, que lo cambie todo.

España está enfocando mal la situación, los números económicos se han situado en una cierta estabilidad porque ya no puede caer más, porque no hay más que perder, esto provoca que los diferentes fondos y mercados carroñeros empiecen a devorarnos, pero esto no es más que ir a peor, porque cuando nos demos cuenta no es que habremos frenado la caída de la economía, es que se nos la habrán devorado enterita. Y lo peor está por venir, porque hasta ahora perdíamos lo material, pero desde ahora vamos a perder lo humano, la sociedad española no aguantará mucho más, y a nosotros no vendrán los fondos buitres a comprarnos por un puñado de euros, a nosotros nos dejaran morir de inanición.

Las cosas son sencillas de ver, el paro no solo no cede sino que se agudiza y mucho, no hace falta que explique que los datos que el gobierno da, son trucados porque la gente se borra de las oficinas de empleo oficiales, porque los que dejan un trabajo cada vez son más los que ya no tienen derecho a desempleo, porque vienen de trabajos temporales o basura, por lo que no cuentan en las estadísticas, porque más de 1,5 millones de desempleados ya no cobran nada porque hace mas de 2 años que no trabajan, porque la caída de afiliación a la seguridad social ha sido clara y demostrativa de que seguimos destruyendo puestos de trabajo.

No me vale con que muchos extranjeros se vayan de España, esto es consuelo de tontos porque quiero datos para analizarlos, datos que el gobierno no da, quiero saber si se van los que no encontrarán trabajo nunca, o al revés, son los que viendo que esto se hunde se marchan, son inmigrantes que se vuelven o empleados de empresas extranjeras que se marchan porque las empresas se cierran etc., etc. donde están estas estadísticas, la realidad es que en España hay unos 7  millones de desempleados de verdad, de los que más de 1,5 millones no tiene ya un sustento económico suficiente, y no termina aquí añadan, viudas, incapacitados, y pensionistas con pensiones de hambre.

Todo esto es depresión, no solo hay que contar con los números, estos posiblemente no caen ya, pero repito, es que no hay mas números por caer, y sin embargo el gobierno no anuncia proyectos de renovación económica, todavía sigue hablando de recortes, de reajustes, de que si el cuarto trimestre del 2014 etc., pero la realidad es dura muy dura, no han arreglado nada de nada, la sociedad está recogiendo alimentos organizadamente al menos aquí en Catalunya, a las puertas de los establecimientos de alimentación.

La Generalitat va a impedir que durante el invierno se efectúen cortes de suministro eléctrico por falta de pago, se han parado por presión social los desahucios de hogares, pero esto no puede durar mucho mas, ya pronto nadie tendrá nada más que dar porque sus ingresos menguan, y porque sus gastos suben, lo que va a suceder con el coste de la electricidad será brutal, las escuelas muchas suplen al hogar con la comida a los niños, y no quiero seguir más ya creo que ustedes se hacen una idea clara de la situación. 

Entre tanto la industria, las empresas, el empresariado español, se va, aquí quedan cuatro marcas pero no hay competencia, no hay renovación, solo trabajan para cada vez menos clientes, la banca se instalada fuera y se financia también desde sus sucursales exteriores, prestando el dinero al gobierno para que este tape la cara ante europa, pero dejando morir la iniciativa en España,  y las constructoras españolas causantes de mucho de esto que nos pasa, se han ido y están  logrando contratos de obras internacionales por importe de 32.822 millones de euros en 2013, cifra "récord" dicen y que supera en un 40,2% a la de 23.400 millones registrada en todo 2012, les va muy bien pero aquí de eso ni comemos ni trabajamos.

La economía española se ha muerto, así de claro, la gran empresa se financia fuera y la nacional se está muriendo, España no podrá mejor dicho no puede ya, mantener a 47 millones de habitantes, y esto lo sabe el gobierno y el PP y su política se orienta a centralizar todo lo que pueda en Madrid, para construir como una isla de más o menos calidad de vida, con unos cuantos millones de habitantes, suficientes para que alimenten con sus impuestos y tarifas, los sueldos y demás prebendas de la clase política, pero no puede ni quiere hacer nada más. Esto nos lleva a una brutal depresión social de la que no adivino como saldremos y si lo pienso prefiero olvidarlo rápido, no nos engañemos no hay riqueza para alimentar a 47 millones de personas ni para mantener las empresas que quedan y mucho menos para crearlas. La depression y la involución están servidas.

EL PP TENDRA QUE ABRIR LA CONSTITUCION PARA NO PERDER A CATALUNYA Y LAS ELECCIONES

 

El presidente catalán, Artur Mas, no firmó el ayer el decreto de convocatoria del referéndum de autodeterminación de Cataluña, como dice Soraya de Santamaría, el Sr. Mas firmo el decreto para celebrar una consulta no vinculante el próximo 9 de noviembre. Las manifestaciones de la vicepresidenta española son pues otra falsedad más que el gobierno de España, ante la desesperación que le acorrala ante la posibilidad de que paso a paso Catalunya pueda por fin definir la realidad social de la comunidad, mediante una votación libre y democrática  

Tras la firma de Artur Mas de este decreto al amparo de la -Ley Catalana de Consultas no Vinculantes-, la vicepresidenta primera del Gobierno, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, reiteró que el Ejecutivo pondrá en marcha la maquinaria necesaria para declarar ilegal la propia ley y la consulta se olvido quizás decir que pediría que fuese declarada inconstitucional la propia Comunidad de Catalunya además repito de la consulta. 

-Cataluña quiere decidir pacífica y democráticamente su futuro político-, dijo Mas, en una comparecencia tras la firma del decreto. Pero para que eso sea así, es evidente que tanto Catalunya como España, se comporten y actúen democráticamente, de lo contrario cualquier resultado a que nos lleve la consulta será falto de democracia por alguna de las dos partes, y esta es la cuestión que yo aventuro será imposible de valorar si se mantiene la postura de España.  

A nadie que se llame demócrata puede asustarle que alguien exprese su opinión con un voto en una urna,  Cataluña quiere hablar, quiere ser escuchada, queremos votar, por amplia mayoría, la ley de consultas que da marco legal a esta nos ampara este acto democrático pero es que además según los sondeos, quieren celebrar la mayoría de los catalanes, se confirma que más de un 80% de la sociedad, esto no quiere decir en absoluto que todos quieran votar de la misma manera, es decir dar una misma respuesta, unos dirán que si y otros dirán que no, ese es el juego democrático que ofrece la demócrata Catalunya al gobierno España y que tanto asusta a España. 

Queremos votar, queremos decidir y ahora tenemos el marco adecuado para hacerlo, Artur Mas, y sus colaboradores tanto del gobierno como del amplio espectro político que apoyan al gobierno mas la sociedad catalana así lo exige y han empujado a las instituciones catalanas a construir una ley de consultas no vinculante. -Una vez Cataluña se haya manifestado democráticamente, habrá que actuar ante los resultados de una manera o de otra y sea cual sea el resultado encontremos los marcos de diálogo necesarios para construir el futuro. Un futuro mejor para todos. Este es nuestro deseo-, afirmó Artur Mas. 

El Gobierno central reitero, estaba a la espera de este paso legislativo para recurrir el decreto y la ley ante el Tribunal Constitucional. El Ejecutivo considera que el referéndum (que no es) es ilegal porque va contra la Constitución española, que establece que una convocatoria así sólo la puede hacer el Gobierno central y en todo el territorio español. 

"Ningún Gobierno está por encima de la voluntad soberana del pueblo español, ningún Gobierno puede ceder o transigir sobre lo que sólo pueden decidir el conjunto de los españoles", dijo Sáenz de Santamaría, en una comparecencia en el Palacio de la Moncloa. 

"Lamentamos profundamente y consideramos que es un error la iniciativa del presidente de la Generalitat. Fractura a la sociedad catalana, divide a los catalanes, les aleja de Europa y del sentir de los tiempos", agregó como siempre la amenaza y como yo digo la maldición gitana costumbre tan arraigada en la mentalidad centralista española. La vicepresidenta dijo que el Gobierno había puesto en marcha la primera de las actuaciones necesarias para proceder a la ilegalidad de la consulta, solicitar un informe al Consejo de Estado para que una vez emitido pueda reunirse el lunes el Consejo de Ministros, tras el cual el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, planteará los recursos ante el Tribunal Constitucional. 

Una vez presentados los recursos contra la ley de consultas y contra la convocatoria del referéndum (que no es), el alto tribunal suspendería la ley invalidando así la convocatoria, impulsada por el Gobierno catalán tras el aumento del sentimiento independentista en la región en los últimos años más claro el agua estas declaraciones confirman que el gobierno ya ha pactado con el constitucional lo que tiene este que hacer lo cual si es una ilegalidad y una falta de democracia política fragante y diría que punitiva. 

Ante esta fragante irregularidad legal el presidente catalán no ha dicho qué hará si, como es previsible, Madrid bloquea la votación.-Estamos abiertos a pactar, pero no podemos caer en un inmovilismo vestido de presunta legalidad, que contrasta con otros Estados que hablan y dejan hablar, que pactan para dejar hablar-.Mas ha pedido seguir el "ejemplo democrático" dado la semana pasada en un referéndum (que si lo fue) en el que Escocia rechazó separarse de Reino Unido. 

El gobierno español del PP mas el PSOE están empecinadas en que esto es una acción  muy personal de Artur Mas y que está bajo una fuerte presión de los independentistas de Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC) para que desafíe a Madrid y siga adelante con el referéndum, los analistas políticos dicen que es poco probable que siga esa vía ya que podría perder su credibilidad a nivel internacional. Yo creo que Madrid está confundido o mejor dicho intenta confundirse a si mismo queriendo entender como verdad lo que le gustaría que pasara pero me temo que no  va a ser así. 

El planteamiento que da por hecho el PP es que la ley catalana es inconstitucional y lo da por hecho antes que el constitucional ni siquiera la haya visto ni por supuesto leído aquí en Catalunya si la hemos leído ya y todos los juristas y constitucionalistas que la han comentado dicen que va a ser muy difícil que a derecho el constitucional la declare eso inconstitucional así que si lo hace es muy posible que sea un mandato político lo cual automáticamente desautorizaría la ley española numero uno es decir -La Constitución Española-  

Esto que es muy previsible ha hecho ya que el presidente catalán diga que de ser así podría el gobierno catalán denunciar esta situación en los tribunales europeos, asi que la situación en lugar de mejorar para el gobierno español empeoraría independientemente del resultado final porque el solo hecho de la denuncia internacional daría una ventana de información de lo que está pasando en realidad en España y Catalunya que sorprendería a muchos países de europa. Yo creo que el gobierno de España debe recapacitar antes de meterse en otro barrizal de incontrolable salida. 

Pero yo espero una sorpresa mas puede ocurrir que ante la dificultad de ilegalizar una ley legal de acuerdo al poder que la constitución española da al gobierno de la Generalitat de Catalunya el PP y el PSOE hagan lo que hasta ahora no han querido hacer es decir abrir la Constitución Española con el único propósito de imposibilitar la legalidad actual y así evitar que la sociedad catalana vote no lo descarten. Ahora bien si esto ocurriese el resultado de abrir la Constitución podría llevar a cambiar España de arriba abajo con lo que un asunto entre España y Catalunya podría convertirse en algo imposible de predecir y de detener algo así como cambiar el modelo de estado convertir España en estado federal o en republica en fin cuidado con lo que hacen señores del gobierno quizás sea mucho más sencillo pactar con Catalunya como se va que no obligarla a quedarse.
