WHERE THIS THE PP AND WHERE THIS AZNAR, BOTH ARE IN ANOTHER TIME

It has already become famous the speech of Aznar offered to their unconditional ones and whole Spain in the congress or witches' sabbath or what is that the PP is carrying out in Madrid, the truth is that with this speech if somebody had the slightest illusion that the PP had changed the it has lost completely I understand that Mr. Aznar like honorary president of the PP was in his right of being made to see and to intervene in this convention preelectoral but I believe that the only thing that has made is to affirm that the PP this party in two the always and the one of more behind.  

Did Aznar reappear yesterday, after years of tensions with Mariano Rajoy, to be erected in kind of an oracle of the PP, and do I already throw those famous sentences "Where the PP is?, does it Aspire to win the elections? ", did he ask the Government's ex-president in the national convention of the party, is the truth that I don't know he asked it to him to who because I understand that the PP partly listening to him was there or did he refer to another PP that what I understand is, to the PP of the Executive's current boss, of its Government's members, and to the popular dome.
