HE GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT DOESN'T SEND NOBODY NEITHER THE SAME KING IN SPAIN

The leader of the Party Socialist Spanish Worker (PSOE), Pedro Sánchez, received yesterday the king's responsibility from trying to form Government and to put an end this way to the political blockade that Spain almost lives month and half after the celebration of the elections. I announce "them solemnly that the socialist parliamentary group and myself will assume that responsibility and we will try to form government (...) All the forces of the change are called to understand each other so that that change is made reality", Sánchez said in a press wheel in the Congress after receiving the responsibility of the king of the presidents of the congress mouth. 

The socialist leader said that starting from today he would contact all the political forces to begin some negotiations that would last "at least one month", and he insisted in that would subject the militants of his party any eventual agreement. Complicated truth, I cannot believe myself that their majesty the King takes charge government's formation almost for the lottery system to see if he plays the flute by chance. 

So that they serve the real interviews if at the end the first candidate doesn't want to assume the intent of achieving the investiture, but it doesn't give up a right of the one that   it rejects for twice, it is not justification not having the security of not obtaining the investiture to reject it, and less to complain and to claim it as if has stolen him, the impression that I take out of the posture of Rajoy yesterday after its second "renouncement" is that the one understood inwardly that the King should force Spain to support his presidency because his party is the most voted one forgetting that the democracy is not governed by the majorities by the majority minorities.  

The crossed vetoes between the parties and the necessity of adding several formations to reach majorities in a very broken into fragments Congress announce some difficult negotiations for Sánchez that only obtained 90 deputies of a total of 350 in the elections of December, in front of the 123 of the Popular Party. The president of the Low Camera, Patxi López, said that the full of investiture could take place inside "between three weeks and one month" and it trusted in that this concluded with a government and not with some terms for some new elections. 

Sánchez offered some very convincing words, practically he made a rehearsal of his future investiture speech, he said that his priority in the negotiations (and I suppose he meant in his government if it gets it) it would be to create employment, as well as to control the deficit and the public debt, for what would attack with a new reformation of the fiscal system and the elimination of the superfluous expenses. 

The socialist leader had offered this morning to the king his disposition to lead an alternative Government to Mariano's Popular Party Rajoy that has tried unfruitfully to make a pact with the socialists and it recognized for late after meeting with the king that didn't have supports to be reelected. Sánchez that has rejected any alliance flatly with the PP and he has above the table a proposal of Government of coalition of Pablo Iglesias party We Can, he won't only have to gather the necessary votes for the investiture, but to give government's stability to their eventual Executive. 

Sánchez has shown his disposition to speak so much with We Can and his territorial alliances, like with Citizens, emergent forces that have been declared incompatible to each other, although it has rejected to look for the support of forces Catalan independent to his investiture. The PSOE will outline its proposal of a federal reformation of the Constitution to counteract the demand of a self-determination consultation in Catalonia that rejects of plane but that they outline We Can. Fact that is impossible and here we already begin with the lies to change the constitution they are required a majority of ¾ parts of the courts thing that with the foregone alliances that it can be able to be invested Pedro Sanchez they didn't add enough to change Spain. 

In short like he said before I hope not to make a mistake when I have said that the King knows that he makes because it is evident that it has been to my way of seeing valiant when being jumped by his initiative the order settled down by the popular voting in the elections and not to admit more the coarse blackmail of the PP and Rajoy that sought clearly to stay in the government's presidency in functions until this with the pass of the time one not gives for good government's situation contemplated by the Spanish constitution neither for any constitution of the world that I know as soon as possible. 

I congratulate their majesty for that it has acted as boss of the state and it has changed the order of the candidates stopping this way the immobility that sought and almost Rajoy and the PP y demand this he scares me because the PP knew it and it has placed all the official powers (the senate, the tribunals the constitutional one and the superior) the BdE and many more structures of power in hands of the PP and not alone it is that but rather the PP continues maintaining the speech that who should govern it is the one that more votes have obtained although those votes doesn't authorize to be able to govern if all the other ones don't want to obey.
