THE LAW OF AUTONOMOUS FINANCING AND THE LONER'S GAME

Mariano Rajoy has opened the debate on becoming of those more than 80.000 million of debt of the autonomous communities with the State, in the breast of the Commission of Economic Matters that he informs directly to the Council of Secretaries for the adoption of decisions.

Partly, like it points out Mas-Colell, because the autonomies assume a third part of the whole public expense, but they are only entitled to a sixth part of the deficit of all the public administrations.    

Although any responsible for the Administration of the State recognizes it openly, the reality is that that debt has become in irretrievable. And it is very curious to see as Catalonia that is the community that more money owes in absolute figures to the funds of the State, about 32.600 millions, it is the one that is responsible for including the security, and it is also the second CCAA in contribution to the public treasure, the third debtor is Andalusia that is immerse in the scandals of the ERE and is the  more populated autonomy and not governed by the PP, and is Valencia, the one that heads the ranking in proportion to the size of her economy, near 20.000 millions. These communities concentrate more than 80% of the resources of the FLA.
