DIFFERENT BUT NOT SO MUCH

The Tribunal of Justice of the European Union has declared illegal the last two measures of the acquaintances as Basque" fiscal "vacations, some helps granted to companies of new creation in the years 90. The three Basque delegations (not the state) they appealed that decision before the Tribunal of Primer Instance of the UE (now General Tribunal) that gave the reason to the CE. 

The sentence of this Thursday responds to the cassation resources that the authorities of Álava, Guipúzcoa and Biscay interposed. After declaring illegal these two measures, the Tribunal of Justice only has left to decide on if it maintains the ticket to Spain that requested the Commission.  

Good because different yes, but not so much, because it is that they work fiscally like they want, and however the responsible one is Spain, so like he gets ready this another debt but it has more than enough our backs, not if he already tells it the popular knowledge, "to thin dog everything is fleas" the dog it is Spain clearing. 

Damned years 90 of those powders our current and future moods come, they have been 20 disastrous years we have not known how to create a Nation, neither an efficient state and with a white he devises of future, now we don't have exit, we have had 5 legislatures for which they have happened left and right, during which have melted thousands of millions of Eurus that the UE gave us in development plans and several grants, and at the end that we have left, house thousands empty and without paying, Km. of deficit train AVE, useless airports, parks of attractions that don't attract anybody, 21% unemployment, an incalculable sovereign debt, and we could already say misery, go career ours. 

It is not that it is the Basque fiscal the culprit of our general disaster, but if it is good me to denounce the absurd Constitutional Legislation of Spain, that that the centralist masters modeled to their convenience with the firm purpose that Spain didn't stop to be, ONE, BIG AND FREE, like he said in the shield of Spain that the same constitution revoked.  

I have never understood, because you accepts when constituting the new law of laws of Spain, such a brutal singularity as the maintenance of the Basque and Navarre Jurisdictions, one is still missed more when he reads that of jurisdictions there were dozens of them they are a relic of the half age that you use like form and auto governors, way during the reconquest of Spain to the Arab, basically because the towns were scattered and without a certain King that represents the power and the order. The jurisdictions were disappearing as in Spain they went consolidating Kingdom and finally in the Spain that arose after the reconquest. 

Incomprehensibly all disappeared less those mentioned Basque and Navarre, only the Basque territories and the Kingdom of Navarre (faithful to Felipe V), in fact of Navarre’s origin, they continued maintaining their statutory particularity (own fiscal and monetary régime, customs, excuse of the military service, etc.) that raised conflicts in the contemporary age again, as consequence of the Carlist wars and they stayed with different alternative, until their reformulation like autonomies according to the Constitution of 1978 that they were renamed as Statutory Community of Navarre and the Basque Country. 

But their particularity was sustained by the same government that I destroy the peculiarities of other Spanish counties, destroying the historical rights fenced by some, and forcing to accept them to those who didn't have any interest in changing national structure.
