Bien tras este pensamiento filosófico quisiera escribir hoy sobre dos acontecimientos que a pesar de las diferencias de magnitudes son muy parecidos y me refiero concretamente a la disyuntiva de la separación del Reino Unido de la UE y de Catalunya de España.

Además, concurren en mi opinión casi las mismas causas en ambos litigios ambos tienen en común entre otros afectos la Economía, tanto GB como Catalunya tienen la idea clara de que una sin la UE y la otra sin España estarían mejor en los aspectos económicos tanto de la economía social, como de la economía estatal, en este aspecto creo que es en Catalunya donde se ve más claro porque hoy Catalunya depende de lo que el gobierno central de Madrid tenga a bien retornar en forma de inversiones públicas o del cumplimiento de la ley de estatutos autonómicos, mientras que la GB su economía depende de ellos mismos y lo que buscan en una mayor independencia a la hora de cumplir normativas y contribuciones económicas y fiscales, pero en el fondo es la economía la que inicia las inquietudes de separación en ambos casos.

Es curioso también lo que ocurre con la identidad nacional en ambos contenciosos. Los británicos no reclaman una nacionalidad todos la tienen y reconocida, los catalanes sí porque no la tienen reconocida como tal, ni por España, ni por el mundo, sin embargo, los ingleses tienen miedo que una separación de la UE lleve consigo como ejemplo a seguir en Gran Bretaña que sus nacionalidades planteen a su vez unas diferencias más autónomas a las que ahora mantienen con Londres por así decirlo, a España también le ocurre lo mismo tiene miedo de que la separación de Catalunya y su configuración como una nueva nación pueda llevar que otras nacionalidades quieran hacer lo mismo, aunque el auténtico interés de España en no perder Catalunya es puramente económico porque Catalunya representa el 20% del PIB del país.

YA NO SE QUIEN DA MAS VUELTAS SI LOS REFUGIADOS O LA PROPIA UNION EUROPEA

Es muy lamentable que la situación de la emigración procedente de loa habitantes  de siria principalmente pero de todo el oriente próximo no encuentre una solución pero es que no es posible encontrarla por mucho que se empeñen las nuevas sociedades europeas llenas de buena intención y de lógica humana nadie lo va a discutir es más ojala pudiese Europa asumir esta inmigración pero hoy no lo olviden hay muchos países europeos que están empujando a sus europeos a que emigren fuera de su país luego donde está el fiel de la balanza.

La mayoría de refugiados aspiran a ir a Alemania esto es una cuestión que a mí me confirma que no estamos ante unos refugiados que escapan del terror o del miedo de perder la vida esta condición casi unánime me indica que no son refugiados sino expulsados perfectamente orientados luego si son expulsados a la fuerza es un delito de “lesa humanidad” que debe imputarse a los gobiernos de los países que realizan esta tremenda limpieza humana ya sea por razones étnicas, religiosas o simplemente de intencionalidad política.

Duro golpe para los refugiados sirios. Esta mañana Alemania ha vuelto a restablecer la Convención de Dublín para intentar reducir el número de llegadas de ciudadanos de Siria y forzar a los nuevos exiliados a pedir asilo en el primer país de la Unión Europea (UE) al que lleguen. Como ya avanzó ayer el ministro del Interior, Thomas de Maizière, Berlín también volverá a aplicar los controles en las fronteras, un importante giro en las políticas aperturistas seguidas hasta ahora.

No podía ser de ninguna otra manera ya lo vengo diciendo no estamos ante una emigración natural es una acción perfectamente preparada por los países que pretenden vaciarse de personas non gratas a sus políticas o gobiernos o peor todavía pretenden llenar a Europa de personas conflictivas y preparadas para desequilibrar la estabilidad ya muy precaria de la sociedad europea

La decisión de Angela Merkel supone un retorno a la legalidad jurídica de Schengen y de la normativa de libre circulación europea. A mediados de agosto la cancillera suspendió la aplicación de la Convención de Dublín expresamente para facilitar la entrada de refugiados sirios, lo que justificó por “razones humanitarias”. “La acción de Alemania pudo entenderse como un gesto valiente para defender los derechos humanos y a la vez y  lo más grave daba una cierta legitimidad para criticar a los otros estados no podían asumir la avalancha de refugiados.

Desde que se acentuó la crisis migratoria Alemania se había mostrado como la líder de la UE para ayudar a los refugiados pero ante el incesante alud de personas, la falta de colaboración de otros estados del continente para asumir cuotas y la creciente presión de la derecha Merkel se ha visto obligada a rectificar. Esta rectificación es el principio de lo que Alemania tendrá que rectificar de ahora en adelante en Europa porque tengo la impresión de que las naciones del club de la UE ya se están cansando de las injusticias indirectas que se ven obligadas a soportar por la irresponsable soberbia alemana, ya lo dije otra vez no toda Europa es Alemania ni toda Alemania es Europa   

Las exigencias de los länder, los diversos Estados que forman Alemania y que pedían nuevas ayudas y la reubicación de los refugiados, ha contribuido en la elección de estas medidas contundentes para evitar nuevas entradas. En este contexto la postura alemana no podía mantenerse mucho tiempo. Y es que la solución de este drama no está en acogerlos sino en evitar que los echen de su tierra y no podemos dejar de entender desde Europa que esto no lo van a terminar ni Rusia ni los EEUU porque allá no les llega la avalancha de refugiados. Si Europa quiere terminar con esto y ayudar de verdad no hay más solución ir a derrocar a los responsable de esta situación y no castigarnos a nosotros mismos y a los refugiados que lo sean de verdad, cosa que sigo dudando.
