ESPAÑA: DONDE VAS TRISTE DE TI, QUIZAS MUCHOS NO QUIEREN ACOMPAÑARTE

Hoy que la crisis económica esta siendo utilizada por el gobierno de España para apretar las mordazas que atenazan a la sociedad catalana, y a la propia española, hasta no poder mas, habría que tomar una clara determinación porque las grietas que se están abriendo en el estado del bienestar, el afloramiento de la corrupción, son problemas que perjudican el avance del derecho a decidir. Además, se van cortando instrumentos jurídicos y legales necesarios para hacer frente a esta situación desde Catalunya, y tampoco podemos contar con las herramientas diplomáticas españolas ni con la opinión mediática  para crear opinión en Europa.

Es decir nada de nada, pero a mí no me amedrenta esta realidad, lo que no hay son ganas de hacer las cosas, es cierto que la realidad esta como esta, pero yo lo veo como muy positivo, el descontrol, el desastre, que se avecina para España, hace fácil el decidir “aquí te quedas”, y si quieres ve a llorar al Consejo de Europa a ver si te hacen caso, anda que no estarían más que contentos los del Euro, que España se desmontara, les encantaría, tener una excusa para poder dejarla de lado con cualquier excusa, y que no se engañen, esta la segregación unilateral de su 20% del PIB seria la excusa definitiva.

El Gobierno central se limita a legislar desde despachos cerrados o a través de pantallas de plasma, de forma intervencionista y burócrata, y se vanagloria de que Cataluña no cuenta con las herramientas que necesita, a nivel presupuestario, de diplomacia, y de capacidad de crear opinión en el conjunto de Europa, pero también que para hacer frente a los tres problemas identificados, los instrumentos necesarios no los tendremos si de ellos depende, y los pocos que tenemos nos los discuten a cada minuto y nos los intentan quitar continuamente.

En este sentido, se preocupa España en que la Generalitat no solo tenga menos competencias de las que debería, sino que además está sometida a una operación por parte del Estado para re centralizar aspectos que laminen todavía más su capacidad de decisión, lo que va en contra de aquello que aprobó la propia constitución. Cuando los gobiernos españoles legislan, legislan desde despachos cerrados a la realidad, con mentalidad no solo intervencionista, sino absolutamente burócrata, y que además siempre van en la misma línea, y ello, aunque se intente desvincular de una hipotética mala fe, sí que apunta a un gran desasosiego por parte de aquellos que marcan las leyes.

Que mas quieren señores del gobierno catalán, lo tienen perfectamente evaluado, pero esto ya lo sabían antes de empezar, no se dé que se extrañan, toda la corrupción, todo el des gobierno, puede ser lo contrario de lo que parece, puede ser todo ello un perfecto plan para que la sociedad española y catalana se agobie mas, y dejen unos de pensar en irse y otros en pensar si hay o no que dejarlos ir, es así de sencillo por el amor de dios, esta situación va dirigida a pudrir la poca democracia que queda en esta España, cuando lo consigan que será pronto, la involución nacionalista volverá de igual manera que lo hizo en 1939, no será (o si Vaya usted a saber) un general pero les aseguro que será un gallego.

Ustedes saben que España no puede solucionar su problema de déficit y deuda, le estarán dando todas las vueltas que quieran, pero los números son los números y estos no hay manera de cambiarlos, el Estado Central representa el 51% del gasto público frente al 34% de las autonomías y el 14% de los ayuntamientos, pero pese a ello se queda con el 85% de aumento del déficit que autoriza Europa, y solo deja para las autonomías un 15% y nada a la administración local. Esto no es así porque son tontos y no saben de números, esto es un plan perfectamente estructurado con el fin de que el gobierno central, vaya absorbiendo todos los ingresos de las comunidades y entidades menores, los de los trabajadores, y de todo el estado, y a pesar de eso no podrá terminar ni con el déficit ni con la deuda, pero si con el estado descentralizado, señores más claro el agua.

Y esta situación no se engañen tal como pintan las cosas no aguantan pasar de 2014, así que tienen ustedes un año para hacer saltar la banca, no hay otra estrategia si esperan convencer al gobierno, a España, lo tienen ya perdido de antemano y no porque ellos ganen y nosotros perdamos, es que es al revés ellos perderán el país y nosotros con ellos, quedaremos atrapados en la más absoluta de las miserias sociales y económicas, exactamente igual como la que algunos vivimos en los 40, no soy un visionario soy un veterano que ya vivió todo esto.

Y es muy cierta, supongo que siempre ha existido este carácter tan español de sentirse el único, el que todo lo sabe, el que siempre tiene razón, el que está convencido que los demás están en un error, y lo peor, que si opinan otra cosa es solo por ir en contra de sus intereses, nunca porque ofrezcan una alternativa mejor, ahora la crítica situación en que se encuentra España y su sociedad en general, creo que agudiza este hecho y sobre todo en el mundo de la política, tanto es así que parece que todos vamos a construir una nueva España, pero no la única España, sino la España de cada cual.

Es intolerable ver que un gobierno, que ante sus ojos ve como se diluye su credibilidad y el bien estar de la sociedad, se dedique a empeorar las cosas creando leyes conflictivas e inútiles para la situación actual, que refuerce su poder político, hasta tal punto, que lo extienda hasta otros poderes que según la constitución deben ser independientes, neutros y libres, que falsee la acción de la fiscalía del estado para alterar procesos judiciales, para distorsionar la acción de la justicia cuando no le favorece, que mantiene agujeros económicos y fiscales, que durante su acción pasada como oposición, planifico y vivió de ellos, ocasionando un daño que ya es y será irreparable para más de una generación de españoles, y como final colocando un miembro del partido gobernante como presidente del Tribunal Constitucional para asegurar así que puede hacer lo que le venga en gana.

Esta realidad durísima para todos uno se da cuenta que es también consecuencia de la misma imbecilidad de los otros políticos gobernantes en aquéllas momentos, que también estaban dedicados a su propio enriquecimiento y enaltecimiento social y sinceramente creo que pensaron lo mismo “vaya yo caliente y ríase la gente” dicho de otra manera más directa España da para más de un “ALI-BABA” y sus tropecientos mil ladrones. Y esta es la triste realidad, aquí señores míos cada uno quiere su España y su gobierno y va y la coge cuando puede y hace de ella su cortijo pasando por encima de leyes constituciones y derechos, y el que no lo quiera ver, es que es uno de los que también quiere su propia España.

Así las cosas he llegado a la conclusión que España debe independizarse de la España única nacional e indivisible por la gracia de dios, y la única duda es que no se en cuantas independencias debe de hacerlo pero vamos a analizar un poco este fenómeno, veamos: Una seria la España de la derecha, otra la de la izquierda, otra la Catalana que ya lo está intentando, o sea como mínimo me salen tres independencias claras, luego estarían de por medio la posible España Vasco Navarra, y yo personalmente no veo más, pero dejo a la libertad de mis lectores plantearse más o menos alternativas independentistas.

La razón nunca he podido saber de cierto si fue por casualidad o por planificación política, personalmente creo que fue resultado de ambas pero que tuvo más influencia la casualidad que la planificación, occidente terminaba de ganar una guerra de verdad (la II guerra mundial) pero siendo vencedores la realidad era que estaba económicamente destruida porque todo el esfuerzo de la guerra dejos las arcas de los estados llenas de olor a pólvora y nada más.

Pero he aquí que de golpe y porrazo cuando parecía que las fabricas de armamento aviones barcos etc. ya no tenían sentido aparece el comunismo soviético que sumido en una nube irreal se cree en condiciones de llevar la contraria al occidente democrático, y le declara la “guerra fría” y fue fría porque ni los soviéticos ni los occidentales tenían dinero para mantener los costes brutales de la guerra caliente. Así que se empezó el juego de guerra pero solo de palabra amenazas y posturas y esto salvo la economía occidental y termino por hundir del todo la soviética.

Ahora se nos presenta otra vez una ocasión para crear un enemigo o enemigos contra quien luchar EEUU está enfadado porque Rusia se ha reído de su fuerza amparando a Snowden y dejándolo en consecuencia en evidencia, esto hay que potenciarlo y aprovecharlo, hay que declarar la “guerra fría” a Rusia y a todo país que apoye esta traición, y esto porque y con qué fin. Pues para que lo que fue un tanto casual el siglo pasado sea una estrategia en el siglo 21 que consiga reactivar a occidente y lo sitúe otra vez al frente de la economía política y social del planeta tierra.

Como se consigue esto pues muy fácil hay que enfadarse mucho, amenazar mucho y acompañar esto con acciones punitivas de tipo comercial, así hay que reemprender  de nuevo  el plan de defensa antimisiles balísticos (el famoso escudo) en europa encarándolos hacia Rusia y su retaguardia empezar a no facilitar productos hacia allá y no comprar más que lo mínimo para que no lleguen a colapsar sus economías porque ante la amenaza de occidente su reacción será la misma que ya vivimos el siglo pasado, para no quedar a tras para mantener una situación de igualdad tendrán que hacer lo mismo que occidente proponer escudos de defensa carísimos, que frenaran sus economías en gastos de defensa crecerán los militares que no producen nada con lo que sus industrias se atrasaran.

Esto porque sucede así pues muy sencillo aunque Rusia ya no diga que es comunista, lo sigue siendo en sus estructuras económicas, todo está en manos del gobierno o sus clanes ex militares, no existe en serio una economía libre y de carácter privado como en occidente mantenemos, así que lo que para occidente es un negocio del que se lucran todos: capitalistas, bancos, y obreros, allí solo son gastos, y esto fue lo que paso el siglo pasado y que se repetiría en este otra vez.

Occidente necesita reactivar su industria, y desde luego en una paz total como ahora, tiene todas las de perder, no podemos competir contra obreros que trabajan a mitad de salarios, no podemos seguir pagando el crecimiento de las economías ajenas, hasta tal punto que nos dejan fuera de juego de manera casi absoluta, perdemos los automóviles, los barcos, la electrónica de consumo, la manufactura del textil, y encima les pagamos el petróleo a precios que sirven solamente, para que nos sigan comprando lo poco que todavía les vendemos, porque seguimos por delante tecnológicamente pero a esto, o le ponemos freno, o queda poco tiempo para que sea así y no de la vuelta.

Hay que volver hacia atrás, hay que comparte rizar el mundo otra vez, o de lo contrario tenemos las de perder sencillamente porque somos menos, y porque no nos hemos ganado muchos agradecimientos que digamos, es así de sencillo, tenemos un siglo por delante del que solo han pasado 13 años y el resultado cual es: más de media europa esta arruinada y a punto de saltar socialmente por los aires, y el mundo anglosajón esta aguantándose con alfileres, al Reino Unido solo le queda la coordinación de las trampas financieras del capital mundial, y a los EEUU le empiezan a quebrar hasta las ciudades, no les quiero decir que pasaría si a los orientales les da por no comprar más deuda, y no quiero ni pensar si se ponen a vender la que poseen.

El presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, ha admitido abiertamente que se equivocó al confiar en el extesorero de su partido Luis Bárcenas imputado y encarcelado, en el centro de un escándalo de corrupción, pagos ilícitos y evasión de capitales, pero negó la existencia de una presunta contabilidad ilegal dentro del partido en el poder y aseguró que no dimitirá.

Rajoy admitió haber cometido un error desde que trascendió en enero que Bárcenas, al que el presidente dio su apoyo hasta marzo pasado, tenía cuentas multimillonarias en Suiza y era el presunto autor de una contabilidad manuscrita con supuestos sobresueldos a miembros del PP, incluido Rajoy, entre 1991 y 2008. Es una defensa curiosa porque un hombre de estado, que se equivoca de tal manera que confía la dirección y supervivencia económica del partido más importante del país, no tiene la capacidad moral para seguir manteniendo la responsabilidad de dirigir el gobierno del estado, porque en base a que conocimientos y confianzas escogió los elementos humanos que están asentados hoy en el gobierno actual de España.

Rajoy aseguró que las denuncias de Bárcenas, que han erosionado fuertemente la imagen del Ejecutivo, son una "asombrosa e imaginativa colección de falsedades". En el Partido Popular, ni se ha llevado una doble contabilidad ni se oculta ningún delito, sostuvo en un discurso que sus compañeros diputados y ministros  aplaudían a rabiar desde sus asientos, y  reconoció que existieron remuneraciones complementarias a algunos cargos del partido. "¿Se han pagado sueldos? Sí. ¿Se han pagado remuneraciones complementarias por razón del cargo? Sí (...) como en todas partes", añadió Rajoy, lo que dejaba muy claro que en la política española se pagan remuneraciones complementarias.

Para terminar de arreglarlo sentencio "Declarar los ingresos privados a Hacienda ya es una responsabilidad individual. Lo cual se puede interpretar que si hacienda se entera, como es que no investiga de donde salen estos ingresos extras de un partido político, que en teoría no tiene ingresos extras, eso quiere decir que hacienda su ministro y sus órganos de intervención también deben de tener presuntamente dineros que son indeclarables y añadió: Por lo que a mí respecta, “yo les aseguro que siempre he declarado todos mis ingresos", así que hacienda que cruza todos los ingresos oficiales de un contribuyente, ve que declara unos emolumentos extra que no los paga el Partido ni empresa alguna y no lo investiga curioso verdad.

Esto no se sostiene más bien al contrario demuestra que Bárcenas tiene razón cuando declaró ante el juez que existía una contabilidad oculta en el PP que implicaba pagos de empresarios de la construcción y abonos a líderes de la formación, incluido el jefe del Ejecutivo. El extesorero y exgerente, que dirigió las finanzas del PP durante dos décadas, ahora está en prisión acusado de delitos contra la Administración y la Hacienda Públicas, blanqueo de capitales, estafa procesal en grado de tentativa y de falsedad en documento mercantil dentro del caso de corrupción Gürtel, una red empresarial que habría agasajado a políticos a cambio de la concesión de contratos para sus empresas etc. etc. pero o casualidad no tiene cargo alguno por el hecho de entregar remuneraciones sin justificación a personas con cargos políticos y de gobierno esto no es algo parecido a intento soborno porque por algo se pagarían.

La desconfianza creciente ante la clase política y los casos de corrupción que han sacudido la vida pública española han llevado al PP a caer vertiginosamente en los sondeos de intención de voto. Pero esto me temo que no es nada frente al descredito de la propia nación española que es hoy en día el asombro y el terror de los gobiernos europeos porque ven que en este país todos son unos malversadores y chantajistas, porque si el gobierno hace esto, que no harán los demás, y todavía se asombran mas al ver que no pasa nada, que no dimite nadie, que la justicia no actúa, que la fiscalía entorpece las investigaciones, que se filtran sumarios procesales, en fin que en España la época del Lazarillo de Tormes sigue en plena vigencia.

Rajoy manifestó que quería con su intervención frenar esa erosión de la imagen de España que algunos cultivan, que quería parar el daño a los españoles, para que su futuro no siga cayendo de manera irresponsable. En este sentido, el presidente del Gobierno aseguró que no se modificará el rumbo de las reformas políticas y económicas planteadas por el gobierno, como siempre en España todo llega tarde y mal, porque esto ya no tiene remedio, porque las mismas personas que están en evidencia no pueden legislar sobre tal evidencia, solo seria creíble si se presentase la posibilidad de unas nuevas elecciones generales y con nuevos individuos políticos.

El presidente del Gobierno reiteró que el Gobierno colaborará con la Justicia y añadió que presentará una reforma de la ley orgánica que regule el Tribunal de Cuentas -que se encarga de controlar la contabilidad de los partidos políticos- y que endurecerá el código penal para casos de corrupción. Esto es en el fondo añadir otro problema, todo esto retrasara mas las investigaciones y la resolución de este hecho que pone en duda toda la credibilidad de España, la justicia es la única que hoy debería estar trabajando para terminar los sumarios abiertos que son casi innumerables, pero sobre todo hay uno el que enfrenta al gobierno con Barcenas y que debe dirimir cuanto antes el juez Ruz, personaje que hoy en día esta claro, que en sus manos esta en gran parte el futuro de España
