LA ABDICACION DE JUAN CARLOS ES EL ÚLTIMO RECURSO DE LA ESPAÑA FRANQUISTA

El rey Juan Carlos ha explicado que su decisión de abdicar es exclusivamente politica y que con ella pretende dar paso a una nueva generación que encarna el para afrontar los retos que tiene por delante España. Lo que no dice ni el rey y tampoco el gobierno de España y su oposición oficial (PP y PESOE) es que el reto que afronta la corona y la estructura oficial política, es salvaguardar el esquema de gobierno, la economía y los oligopolios franquistas que presionados por las normativas de la troika (BCE, FMI, y UE) están poniendo en peligro al hacerlas salir a flote y exponerlas a la vista de toda la sociedad española.

Tras 39 años la sociedad española ha visto como España no ha avanzado nada, sino que en muchos aspectos principalmente los sociales (Sanidad y educación) van a peor, por el contrario, ha visto como los políticos se han malgastado, hurtado y malversado, y repartido, todo su trabajo e impuestos, y creo también que han visto el porqué Catalunya ha decidido cambiar su camino hacia convertirse en una nación independiente, porque todo esto ya lo ha venido anunciado desde hace tiempo, siendo por ello vilipendiada por los políticos españoles que veían como no podían defender las afirmaciones catalanas.

Es evidente que el último golpe de gracia han sido los resultados de las últimas elecciones a la UE, en el gobierno (en funciones y oposición) han hecho números y han visto que no podrán mantener la pantomima de democracia que gobierna España, en las condiciones actuales, que no deja de ser la mima forma de gobernar de la dictadura franquista, es decir, siempre gobiernan los mismos que se van turnando y se van llevando todos los impuestos de los trabajadores alternativamente, eso se hacía así porque de esta manera, se cumplía la condición democrática por excelencia VOTAR, esto ha ido bien hasta que los españoles se han dado cuenta que votaban siempre a los mismos.

Por otra parte la casta política y económica española se han dado cuenta que esta situación ha salido a flote empujada por las olas de intervenciones y rescates de la UE, y han visto que ya no podrían mantener el duopolio político en las próximas elecciones a partir de ahora, así que rápidamente se han puesto a negociar el presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy y el jefe de la oposición, Alfredo Pérez Rubalcaba el momento y la forma de hace algo, que pudiese mantener el poder en sus manos mediante una jugada rápida, antes de que no pudiesen mantener vigente la constitución actual, que está prevista para que se mantenga la vieja política y la oligarquía económica franquista .

La única solución posible es restablecer una jefatura de estado nueva más limpia y con ganas y fuerza para  mantener el sistema, así el pasado jueves hubo una reunión en el Palacio de la Zarzuela en el que participaron el Rey, príncipe Felipe, Rajoy, Rubalcaba y el jefe Casa del Rey, Rafael Spottorno, y se decidió el cambio de rey urgentemente, antes de que los efectos de las elecciones pasadas terminaran con el PSOE original, y el nuevo ya no estuviese en la onda del ahora te toca a tú, ahora me toca a mí.

En los próximos días se proclamará a toda prisa una ley orgánica en el Parlamento que dará paso al relevo en la jefatura del Estado. El juramento del nuevo rey de España está previsto que se efectúe a mediados de este mes de junio. Para que correr tanto, que pasa pues lo que les he explicado, hay que intentar restablecer la línea continuista y esto se debe de hacer antes de que el PSOE se rompa definitivamente y solo quede  en pie el PP, aunque tan mermado que no tendría más en un próximo futuro la mayoría de gobierno, por lo que no podría seguir asegurando una oligarquía política y económica que no se podría sostener por más tiempo.

Así el cambio de la jefatura de estado intenta abrir una nueva confusión que desbarate  las sinergias de cambio social que está ocurriendo en la sociedad española, intentaran abrir unas esperanzas que un hombre joven procedente de una nueva generación que no ha vivido el franquismo directamente,  pueda apaciguar a los nuevos partidos políticos surgidos del desengaño de la sociedad, e intentar con ello que esta sociedad vuelva a ver que solo son de fiar los viejos partidos PP y PSOE  y que el nuevo rey pondrá las cosas en su sitio pero esto creo que no va a ocurrir.

SPAIN WILL CHANGE THE KING BUT IT IS THAT BRUSSELS REQUESTS HIM THAT IT CHANGES THE COUNTRY

Spain has to take definitive measures and to sum up the adjustments that he has foreseen to adopt to complete the objectives of deficit reduction in 2015 (4,2%) and in 2016 (2,8%). and it should "undertake new measures to reduce the segmentation of the labor market with the purpose of favoring sustainable employments and of quality, including the reduction of the number of type of contracts and guaranteeing a balanced access to the rights of discharges.   

Spain should adopt before year end a complete fiscal reformation to make the simplest tributary system and that it favors the growth and the employment creation, the preservation of the environment and the stability of the revenues, to be able to displace the revenues toward taxes that distort less, as those that burden the consumption, the environmental ones (for example on the fuels for cars) and those that burden the property. 

Mariano Rajoy’s Government has to "accelerate the modernization of the public services of employment" and to "guarantee the effective application, before final of 2014, of the cooperation initiatives among the public sector and deprived in the placement" services. And to start the juvenile guarantee to provide to those smaller than 25 years in unemployment or that they conclude its education an employment, practical or additional formation in a term of four months.     

The fiscal reformation also should eliminate the "inefficient" deductions in the tax of societies and the tax on the rent, as well as to "consider the possibility to reduce the managerial rates to the social security, in particular in the case of the employments with reduced" wages. Finally, Spain has to "take measures to avoid that the taxes’ blocks the harmonious operation of the Spanish" interior market.  

It is also demanded to the Spanish authorities to "guarantee the effective elimination of the deficit of the electric sector starting from 2014, taking, in their case, the necessary" additional structural measures. It also recommends to "approach the problem of the insolvent toll freeways so the costs are minimized for the State", as well as to "settle down, before final of 2014, an independent observatory that contributes to the evaluation of the big future projects of infrastructure". Spain should apply the reformation of the public administrations, as well as to reinforce the control mechanisms and to increase the transparency of the administrative decisions, in particular at local and regional" level, as well as to "complete and to supervise the measures carefully in course to fight against the submerged economy and the not declared" work.    

The Commission also claims to "complete the reformation of the sector of the saving" boxes and to "conclude the restructuring of the boxes of saving of public ownership, with the purpose of to accelerate its full recovery and to facilitate its turn to private" hands. The Government should "foment the efforts deployed by the banks to maintain solid ratios of capital and to supervise the activity of the “Sareb Bank” to guarantee that the assets are alienated in the established terms, minimizing the cost simultaneously for the taxpayer."    

Brussels claims finally to "eliminate the remaining obstacles in the mark of the managerial insolvency - in particular improving the specialized knowledge of the administrators competes them and the capacity of the judicial system to process the matters of insolvency - and to develop a permanent mark for the personal" insolvency.    

As regards fight against the social exclusion, comely Brussels to "reinforce the administrative capacity and the coordination of the social services and of employment", to "rationalize the procedures to facilitate the incorporation to the work market from the regimens of minimum" rent and to "improve the orientation from the support programs to the families and the services of quality giving priority to the homes of low rents with children." 

In definitive all these points decrease to one to "use professionals with the appropriate preparation for each acting they are already advisory, auditors and inspectors, private or public, because it is clear that all that exposed here is requesting for but of two years, but there is no way that anything moves in this country and this is for blame that in many of government's positions, of the justice, of the public country property, of workers and agents of public ministries, they are limited to obtain a square and to throw to sleep and the days pass this way the months and the years and all continuous one same or worse the inefficiencies publishes it is endless but the government and the old politics and it expires of Spain he doesn't want to see it he already goes him it is very this way the form of not having to give explanations, pity that now he requests them to him Brussels but I believe that it is already late.  

ESPAÑA VA A CAMBIAR EL REY PERO ES QUE BRUSELAS LE PIDE QUE CAMBIE EL PAIS

Además de la sorpresa de la abdicación de Don Juan Carlos I España ha tenido hoy más motivos para preocuparse. La Comisión Europea ha pedido este lunes a España "nuevas medidas" para acabar con la segmentación en el mercado laboral, entre ellas la reducción del número de contratos, así como rebajar las cotizaciones sociales y compensar la pérdida de ingresos con subidas del IVA y de impuestos medioambientales es decir poner en práctica una devaluación fiscal con el fin de ser más competitiva y rehacer mas su productividad, estas recomendaciones no es ni la primera ni la segunda vez que se le dice al gobierno español pero este no se atreve a hacerlo porque teme y con razón que le estalle una revolución social en toda regla.

España tiene que tomar medidas definitivas y concretar los ajustes que tiene previsto adoptar para cumplir los objetivos de reducción de déficit en 2015 (4,2%) y en 2016 (2,8%). y debe "emprender nuevas medidas para reducir la segmentación del mercado laboral con el fin de favorecer empleos sostenibles y de calidad, incluyendo la reducción del número de tipo de contratos y garantizando un acceso equilibrado a los derechos de despidos.

España debería adoptar antes de fin de año una reforma fiscal completa para hacer el sistema tributario más simple y que favorezca el crecimiento y la creación de empleo, la preservación del medio ambiente y la estabilidad de los ingresos, para conseguir desplazar los ingresos hacia impuestos que distorsionan menos, como los que gravan el consumo, los medioambientales (por ejemplo sobre los carburantes para coches) y los que gravan la propiedad.

El Gobierno de Mariano Rajoy tiene que "acelerar la modernización de los servicios públicos de empleo" y "garantizar la aplicación eficaz, antes de finales de 2014, de las iniciativas de cooperación entre los sectores público y privado en los servicios de colocación". Y poner en marcha la garantía juvenil para proporcionar a los menores de 25 años en paro o que finalizan su educación un empleo, prácticas o formación adicional en un plazo de cuatro meses.

La reforma fiscal debe asimismo eliminar las deducciones "ineficientes" en el impuesto de sociedades y el impuesto sobre la renta, así como "considerar la posibilidad de reducir las cotizaciones empresariales a la seguridad social, en particular en el caso de los empleos con salarios reducidos". Finalmente, España tiene que "tomar medidas para evitar que la fiscalidad obstaculice el funcionamiento armonioso del mercado interior español".

Se exige además a las autoridades españolas "garantizar la eliminación efectiva del déficit del sector eléctrico a partir de 2014, tomando, en su caso, las medidas estructurales adicionales necesarias". También recomienda "abordar el problema de las autopistas de peaje insolventes de modo que se minimicen los costes para el Estado", así como "establecer, antes de finales de 2014, un observatorio independiente que contribuya a la evaluación de los grandes proyectos futuros de infraestructura". España debe aplicar la reforma de las administraciones públicas, así como reforzar los mecanismos de control e incrementar la transparencia de las decisiones administrativas, en particular a nivel local y regional", así como "completar y supervisar cuidadosamente las medidas en curso para luchar contra la economía sumergida y el trabajo no declarado".

La Comisión también reclama "completar la reforma del sector de las cajas de ahorro" y "finalizar la reestructuración de las cajas de ahorro de titularidad pública, con el fin de acelerar su plena recuperación y facilitar su vuelta a manos privadas". El Gobierno debería "fomentar los esfuerzos desplegados por los bancos para mantener ratios sólidas de capital y supervisar la actividad de la Sareb para garantizar que los activos se enajenen en los plazos establecidos, minimizando simultáneamente el coste para el contribuyente".

Bruselas reclama finalmente "eliminar los obstáculos restantes en el marco de la insolvencia empresarial -en particular mejorando los conocimientos especializados de los administradores concursales y la capacidad del sistema judicial para tramitar los asuntos de insolvencia- y desarrollar un marco permanente para la insolvencia personal".

En materia de lucha contra la exclusión social, Bruselas apuesta por "reforzar la capacidad administrativa y la coordinación de los servicios sociales y de empleo", "racionalizar los procedimientos para facilitar la incorporación al mercado de trabajo desde los regímenes de renta mínima" y "mejorar la orientación de los programas de apoyo a las familias y los servicios de calidad dando prioridad a los hogares de rentas bajas con hijos".

En definitiva todos estos puntos se reducen a uno “emplear a profesionales con la preparación adecuada para cada desempeño ya sean asesores, auditores e inspectores, privados o funcionarios públicos, porque está clarísimo que todo lo expuesto aquí se está pidiendo desde hace mas de dos años, pero no hay manera de que se mueva nada en este país y esto es por culpa de que en muchos de los puestos de gobierno, de la justicia, de la hacienda pública, de trabajadores y agentes de  ministerios públicos, se limitan a obtener una plaza y echarse a dormir y así pasan los días los meses y los años y todo continua igual o peor la ineficiencia publica es inacabable pero el gobierno y la política vieja y caduca de España no quiere verlo ya le va bien así es la forma de no tener que dar explicaciones, lástima que ahora se las pida Bruselas pero creo que ya es tarde.

The society should understand that with Don Juan Carlos resignation it breaks up with a time that they want to recognize or not, the Spanish politicians have been stretching it as a chewing gum from 1975, that is to say Spain is not a natural Kingdom, but rather it is a special régime that started an aided general and paid by the Spanish oligarchy, facing and defeating to a republican town legally constituted by means of a totally cruel and unbalanced civil war. 

The fact that after the official dictator's death, the fear, the pressure, of the political elements and of state they promoted a king so that serves as bridge between the military dictatorship and the democratic politics it doesn't confer any succession right because it was not the town who conferred it to him, but some concerned politicians why is not imposed a new military régime again. The current situation of crumbling of the country so much political as economic they require a new statutory revision of this country, today that there is no longer fear from a reversion to a military state the democratic state it should not prolong more that ago 39 year-old situation.

ESPAÑA SE VA OTRA VEZ AL PASADO PRETENDIENDO HACERNOS CREER QUE ES EL FUTURO

La abdicación de un rey impuesto por una dictadura no puede perpetuar su sucesión por la gracia de dios como pretende hacerse, esta prácticas son de otra época hoy la sociedad civil en estado democrático no puede admitir una práctica o imposición de este calibre no hay  derecho de sucesión que quede justificado a no ser que lo ratifique unánimemente esta propia sociedad que admita y acepte como valido el ser súbdita de alguien, ya no es admisible que nadie se perpetúe por la gracia de dios o por la gracia de unos políticos que son mucho menos que dios.

Si el rey tiene o quiere dimitir está en su derecho, pero en mi opinión, esto libera a España de una época que abarca el periodo militar de la guerra civil, y la posterior dictadura que fue militar primero durante unos cuarenta años, y de carácter continuista y prácticamente impuesta durante estos últimos 39 años. La sociedad debe entender que con la dimisión de Don Juan Carlos se rompe con una época que quieran reconocer o no, los políticos españoles la ha estado estirando como un chicle desde 1975, es decir España no es un reino natural, sino que es un régimen especial que puso en marcha un general amparado y pagado por la oligarquía española, enfrentándose y derrotando a un pueblo republicano legalmente constituido mediante una guerra civil completamente cruel y desequilibrada.

El hecho que tras la muerte del dictador oficial, el miedo, la presión, de los elementos políticos y de estado promocionaran un rey para que sirviese de puente entre la dictadura militar y la política democrática no confiere ningún derecho de sucesión porque no fue el pueblo quien se lo confirió, sino unos políticos preocupados por qué no volviese a imponerse un nuevo régimen militar. La situación actual de desmoronamiento del país tanto política como económica requieren una nueva revisión estatutaria de este país, hoy que ya no hay miedo de una reversión a un estado militar el estado democrático no debe prolongar más aquella situación de hace 39 años.

El estado debería proponer la ratificación de la constitución esta vez en libertad y sin presión militar ninguna si no se hace ahora los desacuerdos y las desconfianzas entre todos y no se entenderá que a estas alturas se esté actuando como en la edad media no podemos aceptar unos derechos no ganados sino otorgados por una dictadura militar y que incomprensiblemente la actual democracia pretende perpetuar no dando o pidiendo la voz del pueblo sino manteniendo y perpetuando las ideas y los hechos de una dictadura militar que ya creía están muerta y enterrada para siempre.

THE SOCIETY TO OF FIGHTING FOR A FUTURE OF WORK AND WELL TO BE, NOT TO DEFEND THEIR COLLAPSE

After a marked Saturday day for the reconstruction tasks and the incidents in the support marches to “Can Vies”, neighbors and members of the community of the neighborhood of “Sants”  have returned to the work to try to lift the construction again, partially had demolished for some days, the community responsible for the center Can Vies has put on hands to the work and the work has continued of removing brashest of the demolished part and of assuring the habitability of the rest of the building.

The tasks are developed in spite of the warning of two inspectors of Firemen from Barcelona about the danger and inevitability of the building, some warnings in those that the first lieutenant of mayor of the City council of Barcelona, Joaquim Forn has insisted who has requested in a vehement way that who wants to dialogue on Can Vies "of the face”. 

It is a situation for my incomprehensible one, I cannot understand that it happens to us to the society, on one hand they are taking off, the politicians, the banks and the speculators, all that we had gotten during years, many children pass hunger, more than 1 of each 4 workers he doesn't have work, many have lost their house, but the society tolerates and if he makes more than a peaceful manifestation, wanting to insinuate that it is mad but what he has not gotten lost the hope and the social education that he is gone he is still necessary to make.  

However these days in Barcelona all already know the atrocity of destructions and the rage that he spreads in the streets, because the city council gives course to a judicial order that alone it affects to some inconsiderate anti systems that its only end is to pass of the established order and to destabilize to the society that is being already subject of the injustices of the own system. The selfishness that these people are showing this to my way of seeing outside of place, that that well or wrong was making in the place that you must overthrow, it can recover in any other place, because that is not neither its house, neither its work place, is simply its place of lechery that not of freedom, don't made a mistake. 

It can be that somebody thinks that the authority has made a mistake well for the time or for the inopportuneness of carrying out the action dictated by the justice, but be this way or not, I don't understand how they can move these in socials hotheads to a great part of the society, this that is losing its work, its salaries that cannot maintain like he owes to its children that we are being object of pressures and cuttings of all type, and that we tolerate because we even have left some respect to the law and our fellow citizens.  

What society type it is able to see raze common goods, to destroy fellow citizens' establishments, and to support these actors that are enjoying making that makes, and seeing like they are able to move a part of the society like lambs that above they applaud them, and they defend them. As it can be this that these man and women that make sound their pans encouraging the act not civic that they know that finished happening, believe because they make it, for a building that their function can become better in another alternative place, or because in the bottom they lose its rage against the general situation, hiding behind those that move them, sad very sad. 

I don't end up understanding it, you look if I understand the hotheads, it is their function, it is their reason of life, and they have all the democratic genuineness of being this way if they want, and while they leave them, but I don't understand that it leaves the society he moves to their favor and allow to crawl for them for anything that punishes and that fear should pass in the neighborhood, to begin to work in favor of some hotheads, instead of to isolate them and to worry about its problems that unfortunately are the same ones that today harasses us to all, or to most of the normal society that we fight for a work for a family for a poor pension’s. 

It is not to a thing that collapses for inadequate, for what the society should fight, it is for the right to be dignified another time, to get work, to fight legally against the established abusive power and that it is not able to give us what should give us, but it stops that we don't move, we don't deceive ourselves but, to defend Can Vies obstinately is not to defend nothing else that the way of life of the hotheads anti system, it is not to defend the social justice that we all deserve to go recovering 

LA SOCIEDAD A DE LUCHAR POR UN FUTURO DE TRABAJO Y BIEN ESTAR, NO DEFENDER SU DERRUMBE

Tras una jornada de sábado marcada por las tareas de reconstrucción y los incidentes en las marchas de apoyo a Can Vies, vecinos y miembros del colectivo del barrio de Sants han vuelto al trabajo para tratar de levantar de nuevo la edificación, parcialmente derruida hace unos días, el colectivo responsable del centro Can Vies se ha puesto manos a la obra y ha proseguido la labor de quitar escombros de la parte derruida y de asegurar la habitabilidad del resto del edificio.

La novedad con respecto a ayer es que muchos vecinos de Sants ajenos al movimiento social de signo alternativo, revolucionario y libertario que siempre ha predominado en Can Vies, se han incorporado a los trabajos de reconstrucción. Una cincuentena de personas trabaja en la zona de obras y se van turnando en la difícil tarea de reducir y quitar los escombros sin disponer de maquinaria pesada que les ayude. Las tareas se desarrollan pese a la advertencia de dos inspectores de Bomberos de Barcelona sobre la peligrosidad e inevitabilidad del edificio. Unas advertencias en las que ha insistido el primer teniente de alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, Joaquim Forn, quien ha pedido de forma vehemente que quien quiera dialogar sobre Can Vies “de la cara.

Es una situación para mi incomprensible, no puedo entender que nos pasa a la sociedad, por un lado nos están quitando, los políticos, los bancos y los especuladores, todo lo que habíamos conseguido durante años, muchos niños pasan hambre, más de 1 de cada 4 obreros no tiene trabajo, muchos han perdido su casa, pero la sociedad aguanta y si hace más de una manifestación  pacífica, queriendo dar a entender que está enfadada pero qué no se ha perdido todavía la esperanza y la educación social, que se le va ha hacer.

Sin embargo estos días en Barcelona todos conocen ya la barbaridad de destrozos y la rabia que se propaga en las calles, porque el ayuntamiento da curso a una orden judicial que solo afecta a unos desconsiderados anti sistemas, que su único fin es pasar del orden establecido y desestabilizar a la sociedad que ya está siendo sujeto de las injusticias del propio sistema. El egoísmo que estas personas están mostrando esta a mi modo de ver fuera de lugar, lo que bien o mal estaban haciendo en el lugar que se ha de derrocar, se puede restablecer en cualquier otro sitio, porque aquello no es ni su casa, ni su lugar de trabajo, es simplemente su lugar de libertinaje que no de libertad, no se confundan.

Puede ser que alguien piense que la autoridad se ha equivocado bien por el tiempo o por la inoportunidad de llevar a cabo la acción dictada por la justicia, pero sea así o no, no comprendo cómo pueden mover estos insociales alborotadores a una gran parte de la sociedad, esta que está perdiendo su trabajo, sus sueldos, que no pueden mantener como se debe a sus hijos, que estamos siendo objeto de presiones y recortes de todo tipo, y que aguantamos porque aun nos queda un poco de respeto a la ley y a nuestros conciudadanos.

Qué tipo de sociedad es capaz de ver arrasar bienes comunes, destrozar establecimientos de conciudadanos, y apoyar a estos actores que están disfrutando haciendo lo que hacen, y viendo como son capaces de mover una parte de la sociedad como borregos, que encima les aplauden, y les defienden. Como puede ser esto, que creen estos hombre y mujeres que hacen sonar sus cazuelas  animando el acto incívico que saben sobradamente que acabara ocurriendo, porque lo hacen, por un edificio que su función puede hacerse mejor en otro lugar alternativo, o porque en el fondo sueltan su rabia contra la situación general, escondiéndose detrás de los que les mueven, triste muy triste.

No llego a comprenderlo, miren ustedes si entiendo a los alborotadores, es su función, es su motivo de vida, y tienen toda la legitimidad democrática de ser así si quieren, y mientras les dejen, pero no entiendo que parte la sociedad se mueva a su favor y se dejen arrastrar por ellos para nada, que pena y que miedo deben de pasar en el barrio, para ponerse a trabajar a favor de unos alborotadores, en lugar de aislarlos y preocuparse de sus problemas que desgraciadamente son los mismos que hoy nos acosan a todos, o a la mayoría de la sociedad normal, que luchamos por un trabajo por una familia por una pensión de mierda.

No es a una cosa que se derrumba por inadecuada, por lo que la sociedad debe de luchar, es por el derecho a dignificarse otra vez, a conseguir trabajo, a luchar contra el poder abusivo establecido legalmente y que no es capaz de darnos lo que nos debe dar, pero para eso no nos movemos, no nos engañemos mas, defender obstinadamente Can Vies  no es defender nada más que el modo de vida del los alborotadores anti sistema, no es defender la justicia social que todos nos merecemos ir recuperando
