CREO QUE LA AUDIENCIA NACIONAL A CRUZADO LA ULTIMA LINEA ROJA QUE QUEDABA

Ya no hay justicia para Catalunya esta es la consecuencia que se desprende de la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional sobre el acto de retención, y amenazas físicas y verbales, que se realizo contra los consellers de la Generalitat de Catalunya,  en un día de junio de 2011 cuando se les impidió llegar a sus puestos de gobierno en el hemiciclo del Parlament de Catalunya.

La sentencia absolutoria mantenida por la audiencia nacional española, deja bien a las claras que para España el gobierno de Catalunya no existe como tal, porque se le puede atacar, incordiar, vilipendiar, y amenazar para evitar el ejercicio de su gestión, que implica el gobierno y el orden de más de siete millones de catalanes.

No  hay que sacar las cosas de sitio habrán pensado sus señorías, es evidente que no hubo heridos físicos, pero sí daños morales, no es comprensible esta actuación de este tribunal español,  entre otras cosas, porque la Generalitat de Catalunya en su contexto y en sus instituciones, es también gobierno de España, o es que ya lo han olvidado, o peor, no lo consideran así, que es lo que se desprende de esta sentencia. Que hubiese pasado si un grupo de manifestantes en Madrid hubiese intentado lo mismo a los diputados de las cortes españolas, solo respóndame alguien a esto, que el SR, Rajoy hubiese tenido que entrar en helicóptero para evitar males mayores, que un grupo de diputados hubiese tenido que permanecer en un furgón policial, para evitar su acoso, y que a Gallardón por poner un ejemplo, le hubiesen manchado el traje con pintura.

Y no quiero entrar en el precedente que esta sentencia significa, porque no soy hombre de leyes y no puedo calibrarla como se merece, pero es algo irracional a partir de ahora cualquier grupúsculo de irritados alborotadores solo tiene que taparse la cara y provocar todo el jaleo que le venga en gana, no ya solo contra personalidades políticas o no, pues este tribunal  ha desautorizado los métodos antropológicos que usan las policías del mundo civilizado para reconocer a alborotadores con la cara tapada u oculta, además de otros hechos increíbles que se desprenden de la lectura de la sentencia que es de escalofrío, tanto que uno ve claramente, que esto no es una sentencia judicial sino un acto más de los ataques amenazas y represalias sin cuartel que se ejercen desde el gobierno de España contra Catalunya

Creo que  ahora con esta sentencia se ha cruzado una autentica línea roja, sin ánimo de poner más leña al fuego, esta sentencia es casi un presunto aval a cualquier acción de terrorismo urbano, que alguien quiera provocar contra Catalunya sus gobernantes y sus gentes, porque después de esto ya todo vale contra nosotros o no es asi.

El conseller de Interior, Ramon Espadaler, ha asegurado este martes que la Generalitat acata la sentencia de la Audiencia Nacional  que absuelve de delitos contra las altas instituciones del Estado, atentado y asociación ilícita a los 19 acusados de asediar el Parlament y a sus parlamentarios en junio de 2011, pero ha admitido que ésta ha generado "cierta sorpresa" puesto que esto fue un acto en que varios energúmenos. "alteraron el funcionamiento y dignidad del Parlament".

Ha subrayado que le preocupa que se pueda desprender de la sentencia que "casi es responsabilidad" de la policía que se produjeran los incidentes, y ha remarcado que no puede compartir que el dispositivo pueda ser visto como el causante de los mismos. El conseller ha recordado que cualquier dispositivo policial se hace con un doble objetivo: permitir la libre expresión de la protesta y evitar que esa protesta derive en incidentes. Espadaler ha asegurado que los servicios jurídicos de la Generalitat valorarán "con precisión jurídica" la posibilidad de recurrir la sentencia en casación ante el Tribunal Supremo, y ha explicado que disponen de cinco días para ello.

Yo no perdería mas el tiempo, esto no es una hecho aislado repito, esto forma parte de la guerra soterrada que el gobierno español tiene en marcha contra Catalunya, y pretender seguir con buenos modos por párate catalana, es una pérdida de tiempo, de fuerza, y de dignidad, hay que llevar esta sentencia al tribunal de Estrasburgo y pedir allá la revisión de los hechos y que se vea lo que está pasando aquí.

Esto no puede seguir, estamos defendiendo nuestros intereses frente a los españoles esto es así no nos engañemos mas, y en España lo saben y luchan con toda la ley “Su ley”, y nosotros ofrecemos una y otra vez la otra mejilla, quizás porque no podemos hacer otra cosa, pero ya tenemos la cara hinchada y roja, ya vale, tengamos en cuenta que solo faltan cuatro meses para el 9N y de aquí a entonces creo que el gobierno y la maquinaria centralista española no va a hacer vacaciones creo que nosotros tampoco deberíamos hacerlas.

Los diferentes gobiernos españoles no consideran el “Estado” de España más allá de Madrid, desde esta posición de capitalidad central y centralista cuidan sus propios intereses, económicos y de poder, acusarlos de centralistas no es nada más que reflejar la realidad de siglos de historia, en España un político, un noble, un militar, un banco, todo aquello o aquel que quiere sentirse o ser importante en el estado español, no tiene más remedio que situarse en Madrid capital de la centralidad total de España.

Por todo eso es difícil sustraerse de usar la nomenclatura genérica de España para revelarse desde Catalunya contra una situación de injusticia e incomprensión, que probablemente no es general en la sociedad española, pero que si lo es y de qué manera en la sociedad y los políticos de derechas, y también sin duda los de izquierdas aunque sea obrera.

Todos los reproches que desde la política central española se vierten contra el sentimiento catalán, tienen su misma contrapartida en sentido contrario. Dicho de otra manera más entendible, tanta antipatía produce el ser y sentir catalán a la política Española, como el absolutismo y la imposición del centralismo político nacional español venga del lado que venga, produce en el sentimiento catalán.

Es inútil seguir el camino de la política de la buena educación y la negociación, Catalunya debe tomar conciencia de que debe enfrentarse de una vez a su destino final, no hay otra alternativa, no se debe continuar enmascarando una situación tan real como irreversible en ambos sentidos. El problema principal es que la acción a tomar debe de surgir del débil, es decir de Catalunya, España tiene todo el tiempo y toda la fuerza legal incluso la que no está escrita, y que le permite hacer lo que quiera y le proporciona todo el tiempo a su favor. Intentar desde Catalunya hacer una política educada cuidadosa evitando al máximo conflictos políticos o incluso sociales es dar la guerra por perdida por pura inanición.

Sea lo que fuere, lo que está claro es que no será España la que tome la decisión de echarnos de su imperio por antipáticos y poco agradecidos. Esto es así y debería entenderlo toda la clase política catalana. Y yo pediría que lo hiciese su sociedad con más fuerza si cabe. Si hay que hacer algo, si hay que plantar cara a España, si hay que decir basta, o todo lo contrario, es una cuestión que primero debe decidir Catalunya y su gente, y esto no se puede prorrogar mas, pues el daño que nos estamos haciendo es mucho y muy profundo, y no lo duden ante esta duda siempre sale perdiendo el más débil es decir Catalunya.

Ahora en el momento actual con la situación de precariedad que se apunta cada vez más en España, y desde la misma Europa continental, en la que se tambalean todas las uniones relativas, debido a que afloran las grandes diferencias económicas y políticas entre los países europeos, es el momento de tomar una decisión, porque en estos momentos la afectación de España sobre Catalunya es enorme.

Estamos a punto de ser barridos del mapa engullidos por la ruina política y económica española, y si esto ocurre definitivamente, nunca más Catalunya será diferenciada del resto de España, ni por el resto de europa, ni por nadie en el mundo entero, habremos sucumbido como los Kurdos o los Apaches americanos aunque en nuestro caso  no ante un ejército, sino en medio de una economía tercermundista y una política ejercida por políticos de poco talante democrático, que nos anularan para siempre porque nunca más tendremos la mas mínima fuerza que nos permita emprender un camino independiente.

Para el conjunto de la nación española dicho claramente, ni siquiera contamos ni les importamos un comino. Pero es que el problema no está en la sociedad española, si no en la ente política y económica española, que si sabe que no puede prescindir de esa parte de PIB que surge año tras año desde este extremo de la geografía ibérica, y lo que es peor se burlan de nosotros, a ver si lo entendemos de una vez, España no nos va a dejar que nos preguntemos si queremos ser independientes es que no nos permite ni preguntarnos si queremos ser españoles, porque para ellos es nuestra obligación y el que no lo sienta así está en un error.

O abandonamos el hecho nacional catalán y tomamos conciencia absoluta de ser solo españoles, o todo lo contrario, planteemos oficialmente y ante las autoridades españolas, quieran o no, la firme decisión de iniciar el proceso de secesión de nuestra pequeña nación sin más preámbulos, y si no están conformes, que sean ellos los que recurran a los estamentos internacionales, y expliquen sus motivos y lo malos que somos, y a ver si les hacen caso, esto debe enfocarse así y no desde Catalunya. Con educación, cuidado, y parlamentos, jamás llegaremos ni siquiera a preguntarnos, como decía antes, si queremos ser españoles.

Que insidia y que bajeza hay en algunos medios periodísticos que ya no tienen nada que decir, o peor todavía, que lo que tendrían que decir no lo quieren o no lo pueden decir, porque perjudicarían sus propios intereses comerciales no por nada mas, pero es muy triste ver esto, porque nos da una idea de que pasta esta hecho el que se denomina cuarto poder. No voy a entrar en si lo que relato a continuación es o no es verdad porque a mí en concreto me importa un cuerno porque si su interés es ensuciar a Catalunya no lo va a conseguir porque entre otras cosas la familia Puyol no es Catalunya así que lo que hagan es cosa de ellos solamente.

Dicho esto veamos cual es el artículo “del Mundo”: -La familia Pujol ingresó 3,4 millones en un mes en un banco de Andorra-. La familia Pujol, dinero y Andorra. Este cóctel de términos aparece cada vez más perfectamente combinado. Las investigaciones iniciadas tras las denuncias realizadas por Victoria Álvarez, ex novia de Jordi Pujol Ferrusola -hijo mayor del ex presidente de la Generalitat Jordi Pujol-, no tienen fin y siguen aportando datos sorprendentes. Las informaciones obtenidas por los investigadores siempre acaban en un mismo destino: cuentas bancarias en paraísos fiscales. Según explicaron a “EL Mundo” fuentes de la investigación, se han multiplicado los rastros de titulares de cuentas bancarias en Andorra pertenecientes a la familia del ex presidente de la Generalitat.

Esto si lo que pretende el periódico y los que les dirigen políticamente hablando es tirara mierda sobre Catalunya y los catalanes es como no hacer  nada bueno si el imbécil porque a ellos y a mí que nos importa, porque oigan yo tengo varios amigos que tiene muchos mas millones entre Andorra Suiza y Luxemburgo, ahora bien, la cosa esta clara si el “El Mundo” presupone estos hechos delictivos, sería otra cosa pero resulta que no terminan nunca frente a un juez instructor, y mira que llevan años detrás de esta familia, lo que me maravilla porque, tampoco sé para qué tanto interés periodístico se le presupone, porque hoy los Pujol son como Urdangarin y Cristina ya no pertenecen a la familia real catalana, desde el 20 de diciembre de 2003 hace pues más de 10 años.

“El Mundo” insiste que  ha tenido acceso a informes que relacionan cuentas en el país andorrano con miembros de la familia Pujol que hasta ahora no estaban relacionados con las investigaciones en el Principado. Según estos informes, al menos hasta 2011 Marta Ferrusola (esposa de Jordi Pujol) y sus hijos Marta, Mireia, Pere y Oleguer contaban con cuentas en la Banca Privada de Andorra. En ellas hicieron hasta 11 ingresos en un solo mes, en las Navidades de 2010, por valor de 3,4 millones de euros o sea en todo caso cuando ya no eran familia real.

Los ingresos realizados en Andorra por la familia Pujol se produjeron al margen de los movimientos económicos estratosféricos de Jordi Pujol júnior, el cual nunca ha tenido nada que ver con la política catalana y que la justicia española está intentando concretar algo que le sirva para acusarlo algo que al parecer no encuentra a pesar de las pesquisas iniciadas tras las denuncias de su ex novia cifran ya en 55 millones de euros.

Ahora, fruto de estas mismas investigaciones, aparecen cuentas en Andorra de sus hermanos y de su madre en las que, en apenas un mes, se ingresaron más de 3,4 millones de euros en sucesivas cantidades en dos divisas: euros y dólares. Los datos a los que ha tenido acceso este periódico describen ingresos en esas cuentas realizados entre diciembre de 2010 y enero de 2011. El primero de ellos se concretó el 9 de diciembre y el último, el 4 de enero. Mireia, una de las hijas, metió un millón de dólares en un solo día. El primero se realizó en la cuenta de Marta Pujol, el 9 de diciembre de 2010. La cantidad: 630.000 dólares (algo más de 463.000 euros). El segundo, en la misma cuenta, fue de 2.097 dólares (algo más de 1.500 euros), el 14 de diciembre de ese año.

En fin abunda el reportaje en más ingresos y bancos no dice nada no obstante de lo que llevan en las billeteras y monederos para gastos diarios en fin bromas aparte yo quiero darle un consejo a “El Mundo” no van a conseguir por ahí ensuciar a Catalunya y a los catalanes por dos cosas no ensucia el que quiere sino el que puede y ustedes no pueden porque quizás tengan tanta o más mierda de la que apuntan a otros, y como periodistas seria más profesional que en lugar de ensuciar Catalunya se preocupasen de limpiar España porque hay una cosa segura hay mas mierda en España que en Catalunya es solo cuestión de tamaño no es cosa de política.

CUANDO PIDO LA INDUSTRIALIZACION DE ESPAÑA NO ME REFIERO A ESTO

El presidente de Gowex, Jenaro García, ha asegurado en su cuenta de Twitter que ha falseado las cuentas de la compañía y que ha ido voluntariamente a los juzgados a inculparse y que está dispuesto a asumir las consecuencias, a colaborar con la justicia y a encarar las cosas. Esto me huele a que otra vez los españoles vamos a tener que pagar otra estafa nacional. El caso de Gowex va camino de replicar el escándalo de falsedad contable que ha afectado a Pescanova en los últimos meses y que la mantiene en litigio con los bancos acreedores y con los pequeños accionistas que posiblemente lo van a perder todo.

La compañía a anunciado que las cuentas de la sociedad de, al menos, los últimos cuatro años no reflejan su "imagen fiel", atribuyéndose la autoría de esta falsedad. Esta situación, ha obligado al Consejo de Administración de Gowex a solicitar el concurso voluntario de acreedores ante la previsión de que la compañía de redes wifi no pueda hacer frente a sus deudas. Tras admitir la falsedad de las cuentas, tal y como ya había destapado en un informe Gotham City Research, Jenaro García ha pedido disculpas en la red social asegurando que lo sentía de todo corazón, otra expresión impropia de un empresario porque la realidad es que debería decir “voy a intentar devolver todo lo que mis accionistas proveedores y acreedores han o van a perder.

Hace dos días, Gowex anunciaba que la firma de auditoría PwC iba a practicar un informe de investigación de la situación contable, financiera, contractual y de gestión de la compañía a 31 de diciembre de 2013. Este informe “forense”, similar al encargado en Pescanova, debería estar listo antes del próximo 31 de agosto. En ese mismo comunicado, la compañía volvía a subrayar además que tenía plena confianza de que las conclusiones de este informe iban a confirmar la falsedad de las acusaciones de Gotham City Research.

Mientras, las acciones de Gowex continúan suspendidas de cotización en el mercado alternativo bursátil (MAB), donde dejaron de negociarse el jueves, después de que su precio se desplomara el 60 %. La caída del precio de los títulos comenzó en la mañana del martes después de que la firma de análisis Gotham publicara un informe en el que aseguraba que el 90 % de los ingresos contabilizados por Gowex "no existen". Se imaginan de que estamos ablando es una manipulación increíble el 90% de una facturación que no existe es algo para mi inconcebible esto no son empresas ni empresarios son piratas eso son

En medio de la polémica, la asociación de inversores Asinver ha presentado una denuncia ante la Fiscalía General del Estado contra Gowex, su presidente Jenaro García, su auditor M&A, su asesor Ernest&Young, y BME, por falseamiento de información económica, de cuentas anuales y uso de información relevante. Por su parte, la auditora de Gowex, M&A Auditores, ha defendido que las cuentas de la compañía son "reales" y que nunca vieron "nada raro" caramba que auditores hicieron la auditoria.

La empresa de redes wifi Gowex, considerada hasta esta semana una de las joyas del mercado alternativo bursátil (MAB), se ha visto condenada al concurso de acreedores después de que su consejero delegado, Jenaro García, haya reconocido que falseó las cuentas de, al menos, los últimos 4 años, es decir, desde que la firma empezó a cotizar dicho de otro modo este señor no creo ninguna empresa si no que planifico una estafa descomunal que por suerte la han descubierto desde Nueva York.

La revelación de estas informaciones ha llevado, además, a la decisión de presentar el concurso voluntario de acreedores "ante la previsión de que la sociedad no pueda hacer frente a sus deudas corrientes a su vencimiento". En las cuentas de 2013, que serán previsiblemente reformuladas, el grupo wifi declaró deudas por préstamos ICO de 8,9 millones y por préstamos TSI -concedidos por el Ministerio de Industria-, 4,8 millones, así como por préstamos del Banco Europeo de Inversiones y del Fondo Europeo de Inversiones de 3 millones cada uno. Así que como ustedes ven casi todo oficial o semi oficial luego al final de la historia quien pagara pues eso otra vez usted y yo.

Actualmente tiene desplegadas sus redes wifi en 65 ciudades -incluidas Nueva York, Madrid, París, Dublín o Dubai- y 20 empresas de transporte público y planeaba salir a bolsa en los Estados Unidos. Desde su debut en el MAB hasta este lunes su valor se había multiplicado por cinco, desde los 3,5 euros por título de los que partía hasta los 19,91 euros. Sin embargo, en términos reales, los títulos han multiplicado su valor por treinta, ya que el pasado año dividió por cinco el valor nominal de sus acciones al tiempo que emitía nuevos títulos en igual proporción -operación conocida como "split"-, esta "burbuja" se pinchó el martes con un informe de la firma Gotham City Research LLC en el que valoraba a cero los títulos de la compañía al considerar que el 90% de sus ingresos "no existen".

La asociación de inversores Asinver -que ya presentó el viernes una denuncia contra la compañía ante la Fiscalía General del Estado por falseamiento de información económica, de cuentas anuales y uso de información relevante- señalaba hoy a EFE que esperará al lunes "para ver como se posiciona el MAB y qué documentos se publican", lo que "probablemente" llevará a una ampliación de la denuncia. Pero el caso es que ya es demasiado tarde.

Mientras tanto, el ya ex consejero delegado se ha limitado a disculparse en los siguientes términos en su cuenta de Twitter: "Pido perdón a todos. Lo siento de todo corazón". Ya lo ven casi como hizo el ex rey de España JuanCarlos  esto es así esta es la cultura civil y humana que nos enseña el sistema español ni el banco de España en su momento, ni la CNV, ni los auditores, ni la propia justicia y sus jueces, ni la fiscalía y por supuesto ni el gobierno son dignos de nuestra obediencia no podemos creerlos en nada, las cosas no van.

No estamos saliendo del túnel, todo lo contrario nos están enterrando en el, porque esto ayudará mucho a que los mercados mundiales no confíen en España nos estamos cavando nuestra propia tumba no cerramos ni un solo banco después de que nos reventaran más de cuarenta mil millones de euros ningún banquero está en la cárcel es mas la mayoría como por ejemplo Rodrigo Rato cada día tiene más cargos de “confianza”  y esto me da que pensar …… y si Rato y los demás como el no eran más que ejecutores de ordenes de más arriba, es decir los presuntos ladrones no eran ellos, sino el propio entramado de gobierno de España.
