En estos momentos la realidad demuestra que no hay Unión Europea, no hay Gobierno Europeo, no hay política Europea, no hay economía Europea, no hay Fiscalidad Europea, no hay Presidente europeo ni nada que tenga autoridad y liderazgo alguno, no hay consenso para nada, no hay ningún país que se sienta Europeo, no hay ganas ni ideas para hacer nada por Europa, solo hay un EURO que ya no nos sirve para nada más que para especular y llevarnos a la ruina, hasta tal punto hemos llegado que hay europeos que se suicidan en las plazas públicas, hay mucha deuda muchísima deuda, y desempleados muchísimos desempleados, así que para que queremos seguir haciendo lo que nos dicta Europa si sus indicaciones nos llevan al suicidio colectivo.

Por favor un poco de calma. La Unión  Europea, no está capacitada para actuar en estos momentos como un líder de un Estado Plural que nos gobierne a todos. Europa sigue siendo un continente viejo, en donde se asientas las más viejas culturas de la civilización Occidental, sin orden, ni concierto, y que no pueden olvidar sus guerras, sus orígenes, barbaros, latinos, sajones, Galos, Balones, Vikingos, etc.

Ya está bien, la gente normal que habitamos este continente, estamos hartos de política y políticos ya no podemos aguantar más. Es que entre los políticos europeos, los de las naciones europeas, las federaciones y comunidades de cada nación europea, las alcaldías, diputaciones, condados, landres, provincias, y demás organizaciones, hay más políticos y funcionarios, que trabajadores en las empresas industriales, dicho más claro: hay más gasto que producción, hay más gasto y deuda que recaudación.

Así no se puede continuar, pretender ahora arreglar las cosas con recortes de gastos públicos y/o privados no sirve, se llega tarde, hoy anunciaba el ministro de economía español De Guindos, que la restructuración bancaria iba a solucionarse rápidamente, esto lo decía con la prima de riesgo desbocada, el IBEX hundiéndose en la miseria, y las medidas del gobierno sin ninguna credibilidad, estas declaraciones son lo mismo que ofender la inteligencia de la sociedad española, muy por encima de lo que yo esperaba de la actitud y comportamiento natural del citado ministro del gobierno español.

Las soluciones que nos vienen de la  Unión Europea y que ustedes las pretenden aplicar sin ningún conocimiento ni escrúpulos ya las conocemos, hay que recortar hay que reducir gastos, bien muy bien pero y que hacemos con la deuda que hemos creado y que estamos aumentando, reduciendo y recortando no conseguiremos más que empeorarla, yo creo que ustedes, se han lanzado a tumba abierta a legislar medidas económicas sin tener la visión completa de la situación, es como si al entrar en funciones, ya tuviese sobre la mesa la orden de hacer esto.

Yo creo que el problema de España y su déficit de gasto no viene exclusivamente  por la deuda que está en unos porcentajes mucho mejores que otros países considerados estables. El problema de España en todo caso es mucho mas dual, como parar el déficit, sin incrementar la deuda, y si cada día se reduce más y más la economía, y por consiguiente la recaudación estatal esta dualidad no se arregla,  la respuesta a esto no está solo en recortar y aumentar los impuestos, a un problema dual se requiere una solución igualmente dual y no en una sola dirección esto por pura lógica desequilibra el problema.

Cuando menos, el gobierno de España debería analizar el problema de España, y no hacer lo que desde Europa les dicen sin analizar las repercusiones, ahora después de casi 5 meses, ustedes se dan de bruces ante una realidad que les supera,  no tiene solucionado ni conoce la situación real de la Banca española,  ni pueden con el déficit de muchas CCAA, no recaudaran el IRPF que esperaban, porque estaremos todos en paro,  no se reactiva la compra de viviendas, ni de automóviles, aunque les regalen el IVA, porque no hay quien tenga dinero para consumir, porque nos han bajado los sueldos, nos han subido los impuestos, y ningún banco da un crédito o hipoteca, en fin, creo que van muy equivocados y esto se puede pagar muy caro, valga la redundancia por lo de pagar.

Las soluciones europeas han sido y son un fiasco, y cuanto antes lo pongamos sobre la mesa de negociaciones antes saldremos del pozo en que nos hemos metido, mantener la situación actual nos hará más mal que bien, remontar esta situación es matemáticamente imposible, va más deprisa la generación de costes, por las necesidades de gasto común, (aun reduciéndolo), que la obtención de recursos financieros, ya sea por recaudación impositiva, como por la productividad de los países componentes de la euro zona.

Esto es así, hay un desfase entre gastos e ingresos insostenible, pero no solo en España, y esto genera lógicamente mas desequilibrios, se acumulan unos intereses astronómicos e impagables, solo hay una manera de equilibrar los déficits presupuestarios, reducir gastos y recuperar la productividad al mismo tiempo, y si esto no se puede hacer, y España no puede, tendrá que pedir ayuda, y si, probablemente tendrá que ser rescatada. Señores políticos hay que afrontar las culpas, el país, la Nación, se les pone en sus manos y ustedes nos han traído hasta aquí.

En los países en que la productividad está en una marcha más o menos lenta, pero en marcha, los recortes y la contención de gastos es eficaz, pero en los países en recesión, esto no trae más que retroceso y aumenta el riesgo de insolvencia. Esta realidad es la que han analizado los llamados mercados, y ya podemos ponernos del derecho o del revés, ellos no confiaran ni en España ni en Europa hasta que vean que en vez de reducir, crecemos.

Ante esta realidad, lo correcto, lo honrado es admitir la situación, y abandonar la persistencia del error cometido y asumirlo, porque nosotros no podemos hacer nada, ni por nosotros, ni mucho menos por el resto de los problemas de la euro zona, hay que sentarse en una mesa los diecisiete y poner las cartas boca arriba y decirse unos a otros muy a las claras que pasa.

Y lo que pasa es que Grecia nunca podrá pagar su deuda, Portugal tampoco, Italia lo mismo, y ya está claro que España tampoco, y respecto a los demás la verdad es que no tengo suficientes datos para aventurar un resultado, pero lo que sí creo, es que si no arreglamos lo que ya conocemos, sin ocultar nada a nadie de una vez, que no esperen en Bruselas, que aguantarán esta situación mucho más tiempo.

En este sentido, el presidente de los EEUU, Barack Obama, ha afirmado que la búsqueda del crecimiento y la lucha contra el déficit deben hacerse en equilibrio.

La crisis de la deuda en la zona euro divide a los partidarios de un mayor estímulo, y a los que se decantan por el rigor en las cuentas, todo ello en medio de serias preocupaciones en torno a Grecia, donde la crisis económica se agrava con el estancamiento político, por el fracaso de la formación de un gobierno tras las elecciones generales del 6 de mayo.

Bonitas y incoherentes frases, dirigidas a hacer que todo siga igual pero pareciendo que se hace algo, la verdad es que a pesar de estas ambigüedades, entre líneas se plasma la realidad viva de la situación actual. Veamos se habla de las diferencias estratégicas de las políticas y por consecuencia de los políticos, es imposible que no sea así, como va a pensar igual Fransua Hollande socialista de pro, que la canciller Merkel absolutamente liberal y de derechas, y eso hablando solo de dos los líderes europeos en la cumbre, ya no digamos la cara que deben poner el premier japonés o el ruso, o el representante chino, que deben pensar estos europeos están locos como pueden entenderse entre 17 o 27 según se trate.

Mencionan en el comunicado final, la preocupación por Grecia me gustaría poder haber visto la cara de Monti pensando, después voy yo si esto no se arregla, pero poniendo una cara de circunstancias perfectamente estudiada, y menos mal que no  estamos los españoles con Rajoy por allí en medio, el espectáculo ya hubiera sido digno del club de la comedia, en definitiva todo sigue igual, me imagino que en estas cumbres la verdad de lo que se acuerda, ni se dice ni se puede decir, en parte es lógico secretos de estados.

Pero bueno si así lo quieren así continuaremos, perdidos en ambigüedades y completamente desilusionados, porque los problemas no de arreglan y me imagino que solo el G8 sabe porque, lo que demuestra que el verdadero problema la verdadera crisis es el mundo en paz, esto es un hecho muy crudo de exponer pero es la realidad, Europa no se arreglará porque en verdad no existe como unidad, Japón no puede por menos que navegar entre dos aguas las de China y la de los EEUU, estos últimos, han de cuidar no parecer necesitar a Europa para no parecer débiles frente al dragón chino, el cual a su vez, no puede decir que sabe que tienen la llave para ahogar a europa y a los EEUU cuando le interese, pero no ahora porque todavía necesita de sus mercados como ven, todo está interrelacionado.

Los demás no cuentan para nada,  así que tenemos crisis para rato de hecho yo creo que tenemos crisis para siempre, puesto que el mundo no tiene otra salida que orientalizarse, y hacia esta realidad vamos los europeos y los americanos, el que no lo quiera ver que no mire porque al final lo verá. Lo dije ya en otro artículo. Estamos aprendiendo, o nos están enseñando como quieran, a ser pobres, el mundo no da para tanto ni para tantos, hay que reducir consumo hasta que salga algo sorpresivo e inesperado, que salve el equilibrio de nuestro planeta, hasta ese momento la crisis está instalada de por sé.

Reconozcámoslo no podemos vivir 6000 millones de personas comiendo bacas, cerdos, pollos, pescado, verduras, trigo, arroz, y gastando comprando cosas que hay que fabricar, con materias como el petróleo, el acero, el aluminio, el cobre, el plástico, el vidrio, ahora ya hasta las tierras raras, en fin creo que queda claro  lo que quiero decir.

Esto ya no tiene arreglo a no ser que ocurra un milagro técnico o físico que traiga la materia de nunca acabar, o que pudiéramos ir a poblar y crear un nuevo continente y civilización como se hizo con América, y que salvo la primera gran crisis y depresión de Europa, o lo más probable y a la vez indeseable, que limpiemos nuestra excesiva sociedad mundial, y nuestros bienes, con una nueva gran guerra que diese paso a un nuevo renacimiento de la sociedad mundial sobreviviente replicando la solución que termino con la crisis y la depresión americana de los años 20.

Y esta es la rueda del destino, ahora gracias a la modernidad ya no se puede mantener medio mundo pobre, para que el otro medio sea rico, ahora me temo que poco a poco todo el mundo será pobre, para que unos pocos sean multimillonarios y políticos poderosísimos, que tengas suerte querido lector y te toque algún  puesto en estos dos grupos sino ya lo sabes ajo y agua.

ADEMAS DE RECOMPONER LA ECONOMIA, SERIA BUENO CREAR UNA CONCIENCIA NACIONAL EN QUE CUPIESEMOS TODOS

No es baladí este comentario que me propongo desgranar aquí hoy, es creo yo, tanto o más importante que solucionar la deuda y el déficit, habría que establecer en la sociedad española el sentido de confianza hacia su Nación, y eso solo se lograra creando la sensación de que hay una línea general de conducta y de valores nacionales, que aúnen los esfuerzos las alegrías y sobre todo el sentimiento personal y general, de que tú estado, tú país, tú tierra, te protege, y que pese a las dificultades que puedan venir no te va a dejar como vulgarmente se dice con el culo al aire.

Sin esta sensación vital será muy difícil que España pueda convivir en la Europa del Euro, la crispación general de la sociedad está aflorando por todos los sitios, y aspectos de la vida en sociedad. Un país cualquiera en la UE, puede tener problemas financieros y económicos más o menos severos, pero es que aquí, en esto que llamamos España, es que los tenemos todos, los económicos, la desconfianza política, la desconfianza institucional, la desconfianza constitucional, la desconfianza monárquica, la desconfianza regional o autonómica, y ya lo ultimo la desconfianza en la justicia, en resumen no nos fiamos de España.

Luego la pregunta es obvia, para que la queremos, es absurdo mantener unida una sociedad que no se fía de sí misma, y esto porque sucede, pues porque en el fondo nadie siente como suya propia la nación española, ya me he referido otras veces a esta complicada realidad y vuelvo a hacerlo hoy, dicen algunos que España sigue partida en dos a pesar de la cruenta guerra civil vivida, pero yo creo que no es la principal causa de esta reflexión, mi teoría es que España está compuesta por mas particiones que las de derechas e izquierdas, y esto es una realidad que deberíamos de asumir para poder asimilarlo y utilizarlo de verdad, de lo contrario será imposible mantener una unidad en nada, hecho que evidentemente complica mucho el desarrollo de la sociedad y de la Nación como país integrante de la UE.

Quizás es cuestión de tener paciencia unos años más, pero no lo creo, mi teoría es que España como unidad patria no existe, ni ha existido nunca, ni existirá, porque cada parte de las Españas que conviven en la nación, cree que la suya es la que vale y no acepta de buen grado, que las otras también sientan y entiendan las circunstancias y la sociedad de manera tan válida y tan correcta, como cada una de las otras.

Yo soy Catalán y siento esta condición como mi primera nacionalidad, pero no tengo problema en aceptar la nacionalidad española, salvo cuando me la imponen, (que es casi siempre) y porque además veo que esta nacionalidad española única, no existe nada mas tienen que ver las redes sociales, y escuchar las tertulias de las emisoras radiofónicas o televisivas, todas van llenas de opiniones contrarias a todo, luego esto demuestra que hay una situación anómala que produce una crispación general, nadie se siente confortable con lo que comporta el sentimiento nacional, porque este sentimiento no existe no se ha sabido conjugar y unificar, sino que todavía se siente como una imposición por parte de …. Aquí cada uno puede poner su oponente, y seguro que cada uno lo tenemos y dentro de nuestro propio país.

Hoy quiero analizar el porqué ocurre esto, para ello quiero referirme que nuestro caso es único en las grandes naciones europeas, cualquiera que haya viajado por europa y haya podido tener el suficiente roce con otros europeos sabrá que nadie entiende porque aquí seguimos siendo: catalanes, andaluces, gallegos, vascos y luego españoles. En Francia uno es francés de la Bretaña, en Alemania es alemán de Baviera, y en Italia es italiano del Piamonte.

Quizás no se tanta historia como para sentar cátedra en esto, pero creo que la explicación puede estar en que Francia, Alemania, e Italia, por ejemplo, que se formaron de igual manera que España uniéndose pequeños y grandes reinos y tribus y condados, al final después de infinidad de luchas internas entre ellos, las sociedades el pueblo, asumió absolutamente la nacionalidad común como fusión  de todas con orgullo y confianza, de que esa unión era la suya propia porque en ella se recogían sus valores sus creencias, junto a las de los otros pueblos tribus o reinos que la forjaban.

España no lo ha conseguido, y creo que es por esto último que he mencionado, España no intento acomodar y unir todas las expresiones particulares de los reinos o tribus o condados esparcidos por nuestra geografía, sino que lo que hizo fue imponer una idea de gobierno, de reino, de política de nobles, de prebendas etc. que estaba preconcebida por un reino y ejército conquistadores de unos territorios que de hecho era musulmanes, así que tampoco tenían muchas opciones de pactos o arreglos, se imponía la nueva ley y punto.

El Gobierno español, afronta una crisis de confianza entre los nerviosos inversores y los gobiernos europeos incluida por supuesto la propia comisión europea, tras admitir el viernes por la noche que el déficit público de 2011, fue mayor de lo que previamente se había dicho por el ajuste de las cuentas en tres autonomías, todas ellas para mas escarnio gobernadas por el partido del gobierno. España revisó el déficit público de 2011 al 8,9 por ciento del Producto Interior Bruto, desde una cifra previa del 8,5 por ciento del PIB, una cifra bastante superior al objetivo original del 6 por ciento, lo que supone un revés para el presidente del Gobierno, que ha había culpado en buena parte a los socialistas de la incapacidad para controlar las cuentas.

Eso es un desastre mayúsculo y va a dar un golpe muy serio a la credibilidad de España. No me sorprendería si vemos un nuevo salto cualitativo en la prima de riesgo el lunes. Es lo peor que podría pasarnos en este momento, el rendimiento que España paga por los bonos a diez años ha crecido hasta niveles no vistos en la última semana esta en cifras consideradas insostenibles, en medio de las preocupaciones sobre el sector bancario, y la posibilidad de que Grecia pueda verse forzada a dejar la zona euro, España puede recibir un mayor castigo todavía por parte de los mercados internacionales, máxime si estos entienden que han querido ser engañados.

El Gobierno aseguró el viernes, tras presentar los datos revisados, que el país cumplirá con sus objetivos, pero esto será imposible sin condenar a la economía a una recesión más profunda. La economía española ha estado en recesión, o estancada, desde que estalló la burbuja inmobiliaria hace cuatro años y pese a las previsiones de que el PIB se contraerá un 2 por ciento este año, el Gobierno ha aplicado profundos recortes para cumplir con los objetivos fiscales fijados por Europa, objetivos que no se están cumpliendo sino que se amplía cada vez más el déficit estructural del estado.

La credibilidad de la política fiscal ha quedado hecha añicos, no porque el Gobierno esté evadiendo sus responsabilidades, sino porque no es factible el ajuste fiscal que se está exigiendo cuando la economía está en recesión, y el gobierno es como una escopeta de feria, que hierra el tiro cada vez que dispara una propuesta o una medida económica, Rajoy ha aprobado medidas de austeridad por alrededor de 45.000 millones de euros para reducir el déficit al 5,3 por ciento del PIB este año, y se verá forzado a hacer más recortes el próximo año para alcanzar un objetivo del 3 por ciento del PIB, cifras ambas, que son imposibles de conseguir con un PIB en recesión, con un desempleo que tiene un coste anual de 50.000 millones de euros, y con un coste de deuda al 6% que seguramente subirá.

La desviación del déficit, heredada del Gobierno socialista anterior, que perdió en las urnas en noviembre pasado, el PP insiste que se debió en parte al gasto de las 17 comunidades, que representan alrededor de la mitad del total de gastos, pero esto es mentira quizás cuele en Europa porque ellos no entienden que significa eso de comunidad autónoma, pero alguien algún día les explicara que las comunidades autónomas hoy, solo son delegaciones del gobierno disfrazadas de gobiernos semi federales, pero que no llegan ni a eso. Lo que las comunidades autónomas gastan es lo que el gobierno central les da, para administrar los servicios que prestan a la sociedad, ya que exceptuando el País Vasco y Navarra ninguna mas tiene hacienda propia.

El único ahorro que significaría su supresión, seria en costes de carácter de personal y algunas de las locuras de sus dirigentes de altos puestos políticos y de algunos miles de funcionarios, pero los primeros deberían pasar a engrosar las nominas del estado o de los partidos políticos, y los segundos al desempleo, con lo que el gasto seguiría en el país, desde aquí hay ahora muchas corrientes de opinión que aducen la bondad de reconsiderar el estado autonómico, yo estoy de acuerdo pero no tanto por lo que signifique en ahorro de costes, como en la mayor facilidad de gestión y control, es una locura tener una comunidad como Álava con 200 habitantes  con el mismo complejo tratamiento que Catalunya por ejemplo con 7,7 millones de habitantes.

España está mal muy mal y el gobierno de Rajoy y su partido no saben por dónde salir, esta es la realidad, y le echan la culpa a los bancos, a las comunidades autónomas, al PSOE, a la UE y al BCE, ya solo le falta cómo hizo en su día Felipe II  darle la culpa a los elementos.
