“Y TU QUE HARIAS” NO SOLO DE DENUNCIAR VIVE EL HOMBRE, DEBE DAR SU SOLUCION AUNQUE NO LE GUSTE HACERLO

Ayer publique uno de mis blogs titulado “No podemos esperar 4 años, para enmendar unos errores que nos atrasan más de 30” bien este blog ha resultado ser uno de los mas leídos y contestados de los que he escrito últimamente, y lo peor para mí ha sido la siguiente respuesta proveniente de mis seguidores en Twitter: yo también pienso lo mismo pero, ¿cómo evitarlo? ¿Se te ocurre algo amigo? Así que aun sin ser de mi gusto porque considero no soy quien para dar lecciones de nada ni a nadie, (es la segunda vez que me ocurre) me veo en la obligación de dar mi solución a este problema político que tenemos en la gobernabilidad de España.

El planteamiento del problema recordaran todos es que el sistema político español nos obliga a sufrir malos gobiernos y malas decisiones y aguantar quejándonos sin solución como mínimo 4 años (tiempo legal que dura una legislatura) a no ser que sea el propio gobernante o que la oposición pueda y tenga la posibilidad de promover una cuestión de confianza y ganarla claro está, sin estos supuestos la sociedad está completamente expuesta a que se nos vendan el alma si quiere el gobierno de turno, y no tenemos más solución que desgañitarnos en manifestaciones callejeras o levantarnos en armas contra el gobierno establecido lo cual no es nunca recomendable.

Esta situación es perfectamente corregible con solo cambiar unos puntos muy importantes del sistema electoral por un lado y del poder político y legislativo, hoy demasiado, concentrado por otro, desde luego tras lo que expondré habría que cambiar la constitución.

Lo primero que habría que hacer es pensar que una mala elección de voto no debería ser purgada por la sociedad como he dicho durante cuatro años así el primer paso sería: La elección del presidente del gobierno y su gobierno, no debería coincidir con la elección del congreso de diputados ni del Senado, esto no lo he inventado yo se hace en casi todos los países democráticos Francia y los EEUU por ejemplo, además el período de mandato de todos estos poderes públicos debería ser de 6 años, y cada elección se realizaría a dos vueltas verán el porqué de ello.

Hoy el gobierno, en este caso más concreto, el presidente del gobierno, tiene prácticamente España en sus manos, por la aplastante mayoría absoluta legalmente otorgada por las urnas no hay un contrapeso que pueda corregir su política aunque (Dios no lo quiera nos mate de hambre) porque es mala la mayoría absoluta actual pues porque va ligada a la mayoría al gobierno y al congreso, es decir su órgano de control y además existe un senado que solo sirve para gastar dinero y aplaudir con las orejas si es necesario, esto es una aberración, que solo aparece es verdad, cuando no se sabe si el gobierno va por buen camino, o como en este caso cuando se le dio la mayoría con un programa electoral y nos mintió a todos.

Tal como yo apunto si se elige al presidente y el a su gobierno pero no al congreso ni al senado en una primera instancia es muy difícil que ostente una mayoría absoluta sin pactos, así que deberá convencer con sus ideas y actos a un congreso y lo más importante al pueblo, porque, pues porque a los dos años de su mandato se harán las elecciones al congreso y según como vaya su política tendrá mayoría o todo lo contrario con lo que en el supuesto de que la política del gobierno no funcione y no este el pueblo de acuerdo con ello el voto podría dejarlo en una minoría de soporte y por otro lado daría una mayoría capaz de hacerle cambiar o destituir por medio del voto de confianza que podría presentar el congreso.

Me dirán ustedes y el Senado la verdad es que no me gusta detallar tanto pero bueno, si el senado tiene que servir para lo que sirve ahora mejor ahorrárnoslo ahora bien si España continua siendo un estado autonómico o lo que a mí más me gustaría Federal entonces este órgano seria solo para el control y gobierno de la autonomías o de las federaciones y se elegiría en unas votaciones independientes entre el gobierno y el congreso  es decir primeo el gobierno a los dos amos el congreso a los cuatro del primero y dos del segundo el senado y tras dos años más vuelta a empezar.

Esta configuración siempre permitiría a la sociedad ir corrigiendo o apuntalando mas la acción y el poder de gobierno de la nación si no le parece que su política es la adecuada lo puede corregir dejándole sin apoyo en el congreso si puede orientar también su política más cercana eligiendo al senado dándole un color mas de acuerdo al gobierno central o al contrario dándole más oposición en fin que no es bueno jugárselo todo a una jugada de ruleta como estamos haciendo desde hace e años.

Miren si no el PP dio la Mayoría absoluta al PSOE y a Zapatero por un golpe de efecto desgraciado por un brutal atentado que el PP no supo tratar, cuando nos dimos cuenta del desastre Zapatero no pudimos hacer nada (me refiero a la sociedad) y en ocho años nos subieron al cielo primero y nos tiraron desde allí sin paracaídas. Ahora enfadados por ello la sociedad como un péndulo le dio la mayoría al PP de Rajoy y ahora nos tiramos de los pelos porque también fue un acto de rabia y de inocencia y nos engañaron como a chinos, teníamos que habernos dado cuenta que tal i como estaban las cosas aquellas promesas eran una trampa porque no se podían cumplir pero hoy ya no hay remedio.

Así que resumiendo: 1º.- Hay que votar dos veces una para ver que sale y reflexionar y la segunda para estar convencidos, 2º.- Hay que votar independientemente los poderes legislativos, un presidente no puede llevarse de entrada todos los triunfos tiene que ganárselos, 3º cuatro es poco tiempo y ocho es a veces demasiado yo me quedaría en 6 años de legislatura y ya está hasta aquí puedo contar, para decir más debería ser Presidente por lo menos y no estoy para estos trotes, espero haber dado respuesta a todos mis seguidores que me preguntaron  “Y TU QUE HARIAS”

Si Sr. Rajoy y demás políticos españoles, lo han logrado, ya nos han sacado de la Unión Europea y nos han abocado a ser del grupo de países tercermundistas, que además quiero dejar claro que ya no son los ahora llamados BRICS es decir países en desarrollo, nosotros formamos ya parte de los países en SUBDESARROLLO y se lo voy a demostrar con razones y cifras más que sobradas.

Aunque de momento no se haga oficial, porque están estudiando los gobiernos de la europa del euro, (la de verdad) y sobre todo Alemania como plantearse el anuncio oficial de la restructuración de la UE, lo que no se puede obviar es la tozudez de los números, y la realidad en que nos han metido todos ustedes, estúpidos, ineptos y burdos políticos y gobernantes españoles, no se ofendan por los adjetivos calificativos usados, son realmente benévolos.

Veamos si no: Europa nos mete dentro de la UE casi recién salidos de la dictadura, nos facilita una transición extraordinaria, nos inunda de dinero en subvenciones a fondo perdido, para que cambiemos de arriba abajo y nos convirtamos, óiganlo bien, en el cuarto país de Europa, repito en el “CUARTO PAIS DE EUROPA”, lugar que por tamaño población e historia parece claro nos podía corresponder.

Y que hemos hecho: privatizar monopolios estatales, plazas y fuentes ornamentales, autovías donde no hacían falta, aeropuertos inservibles, un AVE para pasearse desde Madrid a Sevilla, porque en todo este trayecto no ha creado expansión económica e industrial alguna,  eso sí una capital acojonante llena de cinturones y circunvalaciones que solo dan vueltas sobre sí misma, sin ir a ningún sitio, y lo mas importante nos han endeudado hasta las cejas, y casas muchas casas, en todos los sitios en ciudades y pueblos de 5,000 habitantes casas para 15,000 curioso no.

Y que no han hecho: No han hecho el corredor Mediterráneo para las mercancías que demandaba la Industria y los estamentos económicos, con el fin de ser la puerta sur de Europa, no han facilitado la creación de Industrias íntegramente españolas, no han hecho la conexión del AVE con Francia, no han reestructurado el mundo laboral, no han vigilado lo que estaban haciendo los caciques y políticos en las Cajas de Ahorros, no han ayudado a la expansión de las zonas industrializadas de España, no han acabado con el terrorismo, no han equilibrado el país, en resumen se han gastado el dinero y la oportunidad de ser la cuarta potencia de europa en banalidades y operaciones ruinosas y muchas de ellas al borde de la ilegalidad.

Ahora desgraciadamente, los demás recogemos los frutos de su inconsciencia y nos colocan ustedes al borde de la ruina, como país los datos son escalofriantes: 25% de parados inflación del 4% anual PIB -0,6% aunque lo escondan con la trampa de la comparación anual, saben ustedes que venimos de una caída de más del -1.5% luego no hagan malabarismos seguimos en caída del PIB, si lo comparamos con el inicio del declive. La deuda española no me atrevo a cuantificarla, porque lo cierto es que no la saben a ciencia cierta ni ustedes mismos, pero lo que si dice la razón, es que si nuestra deuda se paga entre 500/550 puntos básicos por encima de la alemana, es que es mucha, muy difícil de sostener y casi imposible de devolver.

Saben ustedes que la inflación actual, tiene el mismo efecto que a los funcionarios y otras mayorías de trabajadores, les hayan bajado el sueldo un 20% y si añadimos el IVA nos vamos a un 23% de menos en nuestro poder adquisitivo, lo que se traduce en una caída del consumo brutal, y un aumento de la morosidad en la banca de más de 1.7% sobre la actual por lo que se situara a finales de este año, en un 8.5/9%, como consecuencia de esto, están bien a las claras las caídas en bolsa de los grandes bancos, y detrás va el paro que aumentará hasta el 25,7%, ya nos les cuento la recaudación de hacienda, vaya que ustedes no levantan el país ni queriendo.

Así que está claro, estos parámetros son del nivel de los peores países del tercer mundo en España ya hay extrema pobreza como la hay en Libia en Egipto en Marruecos, y suerte de la revueltas civiles de estos países del norte de África, que si no estaríamos a su misma altura civil. En hora buena pues Gobernantes y políticos españoles, aunque desgraciadamente, lo peor de todo por eso está por venir.

Yo no veo como se va a levantar este país está claro que no lo van a hacer ustedes, porque a ustedes no los hemos traído de otro mundo, así que ahora no los podemos echar, llevamos ya más de 75 años creando la misma clase de dirigentes políticos, democráticos o no, mas no que si, y ustedes ya han creado una estructuras inamovibles, las mismas estructuras de poder dictatorial que rigen en los países denominados del tercer mundo, no importa la forma o el nombre, si Jeques, si dictadores, si presidencialistas, si clanes religiosos, si tribus raciales, da igual.

Ustedes han construido su mundo aparte de la sociedad civil, y son capaces de arrasar con todo sin preocuparse de levantar el país y mucho menos de mirar hacia el futuro, ya lo hemos visto repito durante mas de 75 años. Necesitamos imperiosamente devolver el poder político a la sociedad civil para que cree otra clase de mandatarios y dirigentes capaces de pensar de planificar para el país para la nación para la sociedad y no solo para sus intereses porque además es que hasta esto lo hace mal.

El problema radica en  que al igual que en el tercer mundo la sociedad no tiene capacidad legal ni ningún camino para proponer una revolución, que no sea armada claro está, y ante esta posibilidad la solución ya la conocemos todos, muertos por dios y por la patria, como digo ya nos conocemos esta historia y todo para que al final todo siga igual, con otro nombre pero los mismos efectos.

Este país necesita un autentico giro de 180 grados, hay que cambiar la constitución de manera que existan poderes no ejecutivos, pero si de control, de guarda y cuidado, sobre el desarrollo de algo tan importante como el gobierno de la vida y del bien estar de millones de españoles. Hoy una sociedad no se puede equivocar y esperar cuatro años a enmendar el error, esto puede significar un retraso y una pérdida de 30 años de desarrollo y avances sociales, esto no puede continuar así piénsenlo, solo por eso yo creo que no podemos seguir formando parte de Europa, ellos no se fían ya de nosotros ni de nuestro futuro y yo sinceramente tampoco.

Ahora la teoría política y económica es que se suceden las “recesiones” esto es una solemne tontería las recesiones no se suceden señores economistas las recesiones surgen y se superan y si no sucede así es decir las recesiones se suceden como pretenden hacernos creer lo que de verdad ocurre es que hay una DEPRESION instalada en la economía de mercado y productiva que hace que no se puedan superar las “recesiones” lo entienden verdad.

Grecia, Portugal e Irlanda-el trío de países periféricos sometidos a programas de ajustes de la troika de UE, BCE e FMI- han realizado enormes esfuerzos en los últimos dos años en busca de la llamada devaluación interna, imprescindible se decía , para cerrar la brecha de competitividad con Alemania y anclar su presencia definitivamente en la unión monetaria. Pero no ha sido así lo que ha pasado es que los problemas de estos países se han agravado y con ello contaminado a otros, España e Italia, y los políticos siguen con la misma medicina y el resultado será el mismo, el siguiente país en entrar en DEPRESION será Francia y así sucesivamente.

Cada país "intervenido" hasta la fecha ha reducido sus costes laborales unitarios, tal y como se pedía. En el caso de Irlanda y Grecia, se han realizado recortes respectivos del 15% y el 17% de los salarios nominales. Portugal (al igual que España) ha mejorado su competitividad hasta la fecha sin recortes grandes de salarios gracias a aumentos de la productividad -producción por hora de trabajo-, fruto principalmente de la destrucción de empleo.

Pero existe un fallo de lógica en la estrategia europea. Si un solo país recorta salarios y recorta su demanda interna para corregir un déficit externo y crecer por la vía de las exportaciones, la jugada puede funcionar. Si lo hacen dos, quizás, también. Pero si todos lo hacen la cuestión es obvia a quien van a colocar sus productos porque su consumo mengua pero el de al lado también y además te hace la competencia en costes,  el bucle infernal esta servido, el resultado es DEPRESION.  

Esto ya se dibuja en los últimos resultados sobre la actividad económica europea. La segunda recesión europea desde el 2008 no existe, es la Gran depresión europea que se ha  establecido como consecuencia de la ineficacia de las soluciones aplicadas para salir de una simple recesión que la propia economía europea provoco para salvar unos 300 mil millones de euros de deuda soberana, hemos llegado a una situación que valorada por encima supera la necesaria movilización de unos 3 billones de euros.

Quiere esto decir que no hay salida pues miren ustedes si no se aplican medidas reales esta es la situación evidentemente ningún país podrá salir de su depresión si toda europa está en depresión eso creo que está claro y además si toda europa menos uno, Alemania, se pone  a reducir costes gastos y consumo, la cosa llegara hasta ahogar a la propia Alemania, esta es la disyuntiva a plantearse: O Europa se conciencia de que es una unidad de mercado y por lo tanto de economía, financiera, política, etc. y pone 3 billones de euros sobre la mesa del BCE. O se descompone en naciones independientes en todo: ecónomamente, financieramente, y políticamente para que cada cual se plantee su propia competitividad frente a los mercados y actúe sobre su industria su comercio su consumo y sobre todo sobre la competencia en los mercados vecinos y lejanos sin tener que guardar disciplina alguna a  una sola organización comandada por una sola economía y política, como hasta ahora.

Mi solución sería optar por la primera opción y para ello la cosa es bastante simple verán ustedes yo lo he dicho en numerosas ocasiones el PIB de la euro zona es un poco mas de 12 billones de euros y yo solo pido 3 billones lo cual quiere decir un 25% del PIB y esto quien lo tiene que poner Europa no en absoluto lo tienen que pagar los mercados especuladores.

Como dirán ustedes muy sencillo, verán es una absoluta estafa que el mercado internacional mantenga al Euro, divisa de una unión que no funciona, que está en depresión galopante, que hoy se rompe y mañana no, una divisa que no tiene capacidad por si sola de hacer lo que quiera, porque no es de nadie, ni siquiera del BCE, que es incapaz de dictar una política monetaria coherente porque está en manos de las presiones del Bundesbank y otros bancos centrales, bien pues con todo ello es la divisa más fuerte del mundo absurdo verdad concretamente el viernes cerró a 1.25 dólares por 1 euro es decir el euro sobre la divisa patrón del mundo está un 25% más valorada es como digo una autentica estafa y un freno que los especuladores y los mercados internacionales nos están manteniendo.

Así pues  si esto está claro la salida a este embrollo es que el BCE fabrique 3 billones de euros nuevecitos y por la misma razón al subir la masa monetaria devalúe el euro un 25% y se acabo el problema se recompone la deuda en euros y se establece un autentico plan de reactivación de la producción en europa a base de actuaciones bajo el control y gestión pública repitiendo con ello lo que termino con la Gran depresión del 29 con las medidas del presidente estadounidense Delano Roosevelt y su New Deal.

LA DESCONSIDERACION DE ALGUNOS MIEMBROS DEL GOBIERNO ROZA LA INTOLERANCIA

Creo que no se debe dejar de denunciar abiertamente que los políticos y partidos nacionales del PP y del PSOE, se quieren sacar las culpas de encima respecto al desastre de nación, de economía y de convivencia, a la que nos han arrastrado, porque está claro que ambos representan el mismo centralismo político español aunque uno use la mamo derecha y el otro la izquierda, la realidad es que las obras son las mismas.

Después de destruir para decenios la economía española y el bien estar de su sociedad, ahora quieren arreglarla a base de castigarla más, aprovecharse de todos los esfuerzos de esta arruinada y semi desecha España para que pague sus desmanes, y repercutir todas las culpas del desgobierno de la corte política española, a la sociedad, y lo peor no es solo eso, es que además nos echarán la culpa de que seamos como somos, y eso yo no lo puedo admitir, hasta aquí podíamos llegar.

Creo que a las conclusiones a las que hay que llegar urgentemente, son las de empezar a analizar que significaría para España, la vuelta a tras del estado, de la constitución actual, devolviéndonos la configuración de estado único y centralizado como era en 1975, porque si no lo pensamos y lo analizamos, nunca sabremos si se ha de ir por este camino que hoy quieren el PP y el PSOE , o por el de la verdadera descentralización del poder político en España, que es por ejemplo lo que quiere Catalunya, Euskadi y otras gentes y CCAA .

Volver hacia atrás representará la más clara de las demostraciones de que en su momento, los políticos españoles fracasaron y fueron como siempre demuestra la historia, cautelosos y conservadores a más no poder, y que además no tenían ni idea de que concepto de nación querían gobernar, lo único que tenían claro, es que querían gobernar lo que fuese pero gobernar, y además mantener el poder nacional en el centro del nacionalismo español. Estaba claro que sin una autoridad dictatorial esto no lo podían conseguir, porque España debía erigirse en un reino democrático y había la obligación de ejercer la democracia, había que escuchar a la sociedad.

Entonces pasó, surgieron unos grupos sociales que sin saber muy bien lo que querían  que había que hacer y que podían exigir, pensaron que se les debía un cierto reconocimiento a su nacionalismo ocultado y perseguido durante toda la etapa franquista. Estos nacionalismos estaban claros y eran capaces de tomar una forma de gobierno autónomo, tanto por su capacidad productiva, como política, y de gestión.

Los políticos nacionales lo vieron tan claro que les dio miedo, no podían ni negar la petición, ni concederla, porque esto les hubiese obligado a gobernar España como un país abierto, moderno, con políticas diferentes, y con una competitividad difícil de mantener entre todos los territorios de para ellos su única nación. Esto no podía ser, España es “Una Grande y Libre” les habían enseñado durante tantos años, que ahora no podían resolver el triangulo mágico, convirtiendo España en una nación con cabida para más de una idea en vez de una única y global.

La solución ya la conocemos la salida fue convertir a España en el caótico mapa de las comunidades autónomas, desde luego estoy seguro que nadie pensó en la barbaridad y el desastre en que se ha convertido la gobernabilidad de España, pero la culpa de ello en contra de lo que el gobierno central pretende inculcar, no es de las CCAA es de los partidos políticos nacionales que se han alternado en el poder durante estos años, porque estos partidos el PP y el PSOE en concreto, han estado utilizando sus CCAA como elemento distorsionador y de contrapoder frente al gobierno central en vigencia en cada momento.

Las CCAA se han utilizado para fomentar desde ellas sus ideas y proyectos de políticas del partido que no ostentaba el gobierno de la nación, las han utilizado como cementerio de elefantes o de criadero para sus políticos, y esto saben porque, pues porque solo en dos autonomías de todas las 17, gobernaban sus gentes de acuerdo a sus ideas y sentimientos nacionalistas, en las otras no sucedía así, allí gobernaban repito los mismos partidos nacionalistas españoles, y su fin solo era un sentimiento de combatir la política del opositor sentado en la Moncloa.

Esta situación compleja y absurda, es la que ha provocado todo el desastre de vicios, despilfarros, gastos sin coordinar, y sin freno alguno, porque lo que se trataba era de demostrar es que el gobierno central era un desastre que ellos lo harían mejor , - Ven como aquí se hacen aeropuertos ,ven como aquí tenemos más subsidios, ven como aquí tenemos más créditos con nuestras cajas, ya lo ven queridos súbditos, cuando lleguen las elecciones nacionales vótennos a nosotros - Esta ha sido la terrible función de la CCAA creadas tan solo para frenar la identidad diferente de solo dos sociedades españolas. Ahora no nos echen la culpa no cuela, la culpa de la situación de España es solo de ustedes señores del PP y del PSOE.

Hoy la vicepresidenta del gobierno Soraya Sáez de Santamaría (la SS española) ante una pregunta, desde luego tendenciosa, realizada en la rueda de prensa posterior al consejo de ministros de hoy, respecto a la posible petición de una financiación diferente y más acorde con la realidad, por parte de una comunidad autónoma española ha lanzado dardos y culebras por su boca, en su respuesta llena de indignación y falsas interpretaciones y acusaciones ha dicho  que parecía mentira que una parte de España pudiese atacar de esta manera la unidad necesaria para salvar los difíciles momentos actuales.

Sáenz de Santamaría ha llegado a vincular dicha posible petición, con el alejamiento de España de la inversión extranjera, argumentando además que en estos momentos de enorme dificultad y de crisis muy fuerte  "quienes hacen ese tipo de discursos tendrán que explicar a los ciudadanos" porqué el empleo no es su principal preocupación, porqué en vez de trabajar juntos buscan elementos de confrontación, y para terminar a amenazado con: Si creen que van a confiar en sus comunidades cuando el debate no es trabajar juntos (obedecer a pies juntillas), sino generar inestabilidad, pues mire usted, parece que las inversiones, los investigadores internacionales, la universidades y universitarios, y los turistas y muchos más si creen en Catalunya

Muy Sra. Mía De usted gracias a Dios de que por lo que respecta a Catalunya estemos todos, gobierno y sociedad, pensando en crear trabajo para salirnos de esta, y para que ustedes los gobiernos centrales puedan vivir y subvencionar el desequilibrio del país que desgobiernan. Y claro que combatiremos y debatiremos nuestros derechos porque en ellos va nuestro futuro y nuestro estado del bien estar, pero que se ha creído usted que es, usted solo es una empleada del pueblo, un pueblo que en parte y desgraciadamente la voto, pensando en que usted y sus colegas salvarían el estado de la ruina económica en que sus anteriores compinches le metieron, y no para que ahora nos estén vendiendo por cuatro migajas a los mercados financieros y a ser la vergüenza de la CE.
