EL G20 PIDE REFLEXION A LOS MINISTROS DE EXTERIORES DE LA UE PORQUE ESTA SE DERRUMBA

El peligro de que la Unión Europea se derrumbe ha llegado ya al G20 es decir ya es una apreciación mundial no solo localista, de hecho mis lectores habrán leído en mis blogs esta opinión muchas veces manifestada y basada en mi criterio y observación de las distintas estupideces con que nuestra Unión nos obsequia año tras año como dice un antiguo proverbio español, “tanto va el cántaro a la fuente que al final se rompe” esto es así en casi todas las cosas de la vida, cuando uno repite una y otra vez las mismas cosas o hechos al final se cumplen.

La Unión Europea ya ha estado en peligro innumerables ocasiones y los motivos siempre han sido básicamente económicos y quizás por eso se han ido salvando porque todo lo que con dinero se puede arreglar se arregla, pero ahora la cosa ya se ha salido del ámbito económico y aunque este sigue vivo y sin solución lo cierto es que los males de europa se han extendido a la política y los políticos y esto ya es otra cosa porque hoy concurre una  circunstancia insalvable como es que ya no hay dinero para hacerlos contentos.

Ahora ya no estamos jugando a deudas soberanas o a hundir o rescatar bancos de otra nación o estado ahora están jugando a que la sociedad ya no se los cree y los acusa abiertamente de ser los causantes de la situación y esto como decía en la situación actual no hay recursos económicos para solventarlo haciendo regalos en subvenciones para que el ciudadano calle.

Estamos pasando de la conflictividad económica a la política y social que se está expandiendo a marchas forzadas la situación ha ido de la mano de la desastrosa solución de los recortes económicos que lo único que han hecho ha sido hacer su función es decir han recortado las economías y con ello las posibilidades de vida de las sociedades europeas principalmente las del Sur. Ahora la situación de crisis ha llegado hasta los políticos europeos ya no solo son los obreros que caen en el terrible pozo del desempleo ahora ya las sociedades empujan y piden también el “desempleo político” porque se han dado cuenta de que no sirve para solucionar los problemas de la sociedad y de los países.

Grecia está prácticamente en huelga permanente, Italia está en realidad sin gobierno aunque lo disimulen, gracias a que Italia tiene una facultad admirable que es que conviven dos sistemas de gobierno el oficial que no funciona nunca y el del los italianos que este si funciona. Portugal también se ha quedado huérfana de gobierno y ahí está en el limbo gracias a su pequeño tamaño, Bélgica a partir de hoy tiene un nuevo rey que no goza del beneplácito de todo el pueblo belga  que como todos sabemos está dividida en dos comunidades la  flamenca de reminiscencias germanas y la valona de reminiscencias francesas, y finalmente me referiré a España en donde ni hay gobierno, ni vergüenza, ni dinero, ni honra.

España va a romperse en poco tiempo parece inevitable la rotura no se sabe todavía como será si será mediante un acto político democrático y pactado o incluso existe el peligro cada vez más vivo, del golpe de estado más o menos violento, como arreglara esto europa porque si recapitulamos, parece claro que solo Alemania y Francia tienen una estabilidad tanto política como estructural y territorial, pero precisamente esto crea un desequilibrio que hace que políticamente europa sea ingobernable.

Porque como se irá solucionando el puzle políticos y nacional europeo, porque el camino parece estar encaminándose a pequeñas sociedades: Portugal, Grecia, Francófonos, Valones, Catalanes, Italianos den norte, Italia del Sur, Holanda, Dinamarca, Luxemburgo, Austria, Croacia, Hungría, Lituania, Chequia, Eslovenia, etc.., este es el camino por lo que está pasando y por lo que esta planteado por la propia UE. Esto es imposible de gobernar no puede configurarse leyes y economías para dos macro naciones de 80 millones cada una de habitantes y poseedora del 50% del PIB con las demás naciones pequeñas que no les sirve ninguna de las estartegias de las otras dos.

Este es el reto que tiene que hacer la EU seguir en la confusión actual que ira en aumento o decidir de una vez terminar con las naciones y convertirse en una sola estructura política económica y naciobal es decir convertirse en la “Republica Europea Unificada” es la única salida al sueno del euro y la UE y hay que pensarlo rápido porque si no se quiere ir por este camino, lo que hay que hacer es desmontar todo lo que ahora no funciona es decir la “Desunión Europea del Euro”, y que cada sociedad se establezca con independencia y acople su economía y su sociedad a su tamaño y posibilidad, pretender que sigan cumpliendo las normas creadas para Alemania y Francia siendo una decima parte de cada una es imposible.

THE POLITICIANS SHOULD MAKE A NEW CONSTITUTION OR THERE IS NOT POSSIBLE EXIT

Today all Spain is destroyed by the governments' that have gone from 1978, blame and I also eat it is finally denounced, for the whole elite of characters and person attributed to the national court.  

The politicians of the PSOE and of the PP they have never been political, but merely ambitious and taken advantage of characters that were devoted to exploit the benefits of the entrance of Spain in the European circuits, after Franco's death. Almost the whole fabric industrial and economic Spanish is false, neither in the banks there is the money that they need, neither the industrial fabric can be sustained in Spain because there is not base some of production, neither market, neither of export, all these companies today they hold back because with what there is despoiled in Spain, making highways that were not needed, airports without airplanes, and high-speed trains without travelers, they will have invested it abroad where they build or they negotiate while its country collapses, and that they didn't also occupy neither a single manpower Spanish unemployed, I roast if it will make a money that neither we will see neither it will be good us here for anything.

LOS POLITICOS DEBEN HACER UNA NUEVA CONSTITUCION O NO HAY SALIDA POSIBLE

Estamos instalados en unas arenas movedizas impregnadas de excrementos de políticos y tal parece que nuestro final será ser absorbidos y ahogados por esta traidora base de arena putrefacta que nos va tragando cada vez mas sin que podamos hacer nada ya que cada vez que nos movemos nos hundimos mas todavía este es nuestra situación hoy.  Para la política española, y para la economía española, las repetidas corrupciones personales, políticas, reales y judiciales no dejan de crecer hoy se añaden un juez y una secretaria de partido político más y lo peor como decía es que no parece verse el final de todo esto.

Más bien todo lo contrario parece el principio de un fin, solo falta saber si será el fin de la política viciada o de la democracia para volver a la dictadura sistema que no termina con esto pero si lo tapa y los regula dentro de un orden, este final sería una vergüenza, insalvable para España  pero el fin de estos problemas inacabables y repetidos en la política, la economía, la banca, de España. Hoy toda España está destrozada por culpa de los gobiernos que nos han dirigido desde 1978, y también como por fin se denuncia, por toda la elite de personajes y personajillos adscritos a la corte nacional.

Los políticos del PSOE y del PP jamás han sido políticos, sino meramente personajes ambiciosos y aprovechados, que se dedicaron a explotar los beneficios de la entrada de España en los circuitos europeos, tras la muerte de Franco. Esto lo han podido hacer porque junto a ellos ha existido una multitud de personajes, que les han dado cobertura desde la cara amable de empresarios, que se llenaban y les llenaban los bolsillos de dinero más o menos, negro, azul, rojo, y de todos los colores.

La culpa es reciproca, si el empresariado, el mundo empresarial y comercial, y la banca, no hubiesen sacado tajada en forma de beneficios abusivos por no hacer ni crear nada, como lo demuestra el estado de derribo en que han quedado el tejido empresarial, el bancario, y el financiero de este país, ustedes creen que los sucesivos gobiernos podrían haber hecho las barbaridades que han hecho, ni hablar, si las fuerzas económicas del país se hubiesen sublevado y les hubiesen puesto coto como pasa en Alemania, Francia etc. no se hubiese llegado a esta situación.

Casi todo el tejido industrial y económico español es falso, ni en los bancos hay el dinero que necesitan, ni el tejido industrial puede sostenerse en España porque no hay base alguna de producción, ni mercado, ni de exportación, todas estas empresas hoy se aguantan porque con lo que han desbalijado en España, haciendo carreteras que no se necesitaban, aeropuertos sin aviones, y trenes de alta velocidad sin viajeros, se han ido a invertirlo en el extranjero donde construyen o gestionan mientras su país se hunde, y que además no ocuparan ni una sola mano de obra desempleada española, aso si ganará un dinero que ni veremos ni nos va a servir aquí para nada.

Esta es la realidad de España esa realidad que no gusta que se descubra, y por eso el gobiernos de turno, y toda la clase política hacen lo imposible para ocultarlo, hasta que todo explota, esta es la realidad, ahora ya no hay  capacidad de pelotazo (que también ha explotado), esto era lo que sostenía la falsa grandeza del ejercicio político y eso es lo que intenta esconder Rajoy y el PP y el PSOE y no quieren pedir la limpieza de todo lo concerniente a la política española, porque no quieren empezar por el principio por la revisión del primer problema de nuestra política. La Constitución Española, que se hizo con demasiadas presiones y con una urgencia que una vez alejados de aquellos tiempos, se demuestra poco democrática e ineficaz para una nueva España.

No lo duden esta situación tremendamente real y desalentadora, no se hubiese producido sin la convivencia de los poderes políticos y económicos del país, es decir “tan estafador es el que da como el que toma” y aquí se está viéndose día sí y día también, das y te dan, mientras al pueblo se le quita todo lo que se puede, porque ahora ya no hay fondos de compensación europeos, así de duro y así de sencillo.

The confusion that the PP is organizing to save and to try to clean all that stains, is taking to a heap of illegalities that alone they indicate that the own party is a hole of mafias and powers of those that Spain should take off of above as soon as possible, I am already tired of having to write every day of the same dogs although they go with different necklaces, today the president of the Constitutional Court, Francisco Pérez de Cobos, character that one has seen overdraft of being former militant active of the PP up to the 2011 and now fervent follower of his politics, thing that they put on like put on him he prevents to be a judge, or said otherwise, to impart constitutional justice because his justice will always be not that of the PP the plural of the Spanish constitution. 

It has admitted before the Full of the high tribunal that paid quotas like militant to the PP among the years 2008 and 2011 although he has specified that starting from that year he stopped to make it. But in any case he has stopped to be a man of the popular party, the most incredible thing of everything is that after listening their explanations, none of the 11 magistrates that they compose the tribunal has requested their renouncement neither it has emitted complaint some during the meeting, taken place starting from eleven thirty of the morning of this Thursday. Fact that makes me suppose that the remaining magistrates neither make disgusts to the politics of the Popular Party 

The Constitutional one has explained in an informative note that the published information this Thursday for The Country it doesn't constitute reason of incompatibility with the position of Pérez de Cobos. The TC points that neither the tribunal neither its magistrates are part of the Judicial Power for what the incompatibilities of their members are regulated by the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court and the own Constitution and not for the Organic Law of the Judicial Power. 

I am not expert in jurisprudence and much less in constitutions but if you that it is necessary to be a person and to belong to a totally independent institution of any other power or influence moral or social politics to judge and to impart justice. The own Spanish Constitutional Tribunal has just told well us that neither it is neuter, neither he has because to be it, but rather it is the tribunal to the government's service or governments that send in the state. 

The things are this way evident that this tribunal is not such, but rather we should consider it an advisory entity that is not authorized legally to impose as law their decisions, because according to themselves they manifest, they will always be directed opinions and not judged by free and independent members. It is one it authenticates surprise now we discover that an organization that should look after the purity and observation of the maximum law of a state its constitution is a cheat it is an institution that veils so that the political party that governs can make serve the law of laws like he gives him the fantastic desire!! 

Then way they annulled important articles of the statute of autonomy of Catalonia that had been approved by the Catalan and Spanish parliaments until invalidating it almost completely. It is clear truth   

The PP should brake it should center because he is seeing too much its intentions this party governing Spain is not he is simply trying to kidnap her for its idea of political absolutism and to annul the democratic freedom that have tried to consolidate scarcely for 35 years, I repeat again that or this ends and he returns to the constitutional democracy or we are to two steps of a possible violent confrontation of the two Spain another time.    

EL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL. SOLO ES UN ORGANO CONSULTIVO SIN AUTORIDAD EJECUTIVA

La confusión que el PP está organizando para salvar e intentar limpiar  todo lo que mancha, le está llevando a un cumulo de ilegalidades que solo indican que el propio partido es un antro de mafias y poderes de las que España debería quitarse  de encima cuanto antes, ya estoy cansado de tener que escribir cada día de los mismos perros aunque vayan con diferentes collares, hoy toca el presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, Francisco Pérez de los Cobos, personaje que se ha visto descubierto de ser ex militante activo del PP hasta el 2011 y ahora ferviente seguidor de su política, cosa que se pongan como se pongan le impide ser juez, o dicho de otra manera, impartir justicia constitucional porque su justicia siempre será la del PP no la plural de la constitución española.

Ha admitido ante el Pleno del alto tribunal que pagó cuotas como militante al PP entre los años 2008 y 2011 aunque ha precisado que a partir de ese año dejó de hacerlo. Pero en ningún caso ha dejado de ser un hombre del partido popular, lo más increíble de todo es que tras escuchar sus explicaciones, ninguno de los 11 magistrados que componen el tribunal ha solicitado su renuncia ni ha emitido queja alguna durante la reunión, celebrada a partir de las once y media de la mañana de este jueves. Hecho que me hace suponer que los restantes magistrados tampoco le hacen ascos a la política del Partido Popular

El Constitucional ha explicado en una nota informativa que la información publicada este jueves por El País no constituye motivo de incompatibilidad con el cargo de Pérez de los Cobos. El TC apunta que ni el tribunal ni sus magistrados forman parte del Poder Judicial por lo que las incompatibilidades de sus miembros se regulan por la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Constitucional y la propia Constitución y no por la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial.

Yo no soy experto en jurisprudencia y mucho menos en constituciones pero si se que para juzgar e impartir justicia hay que ser una persona y pertenecer a una institución completamente independiente de cualquier otro poder o influencia política moral o social. Bien el propio Tribunal Constitucional español nos acaba de decir que ni es neutral, ni tiene porque serlo, sino que es el tribunal al servicio del gobierno o gobiernos que mandan en el estado.

Así las cosas es evidente que este tribunal no es tal, sino más bien debemos de considerarlo un ente consultivo que no está autorizado jurídicamente para imponer como ley sus decisiones, porque según ellos mismos manifiestan, siempre serán opiniones dirigidas y no juzgadas por miembros libres e independientes. Es una autentica sorpresa ahora descubrimos que una organización que debe velar por la pureza y observación de la ley máxima de un estado su constitución es un timo es una institución que vela para que el partido político que gobierne pueda hacer servir la ley de leyes como le dé la gana ¡¡fantástico!!

Entonces porque anularon artículos importantes del estatuto de autonomía de Catalunya, que había sido aprobado por los parlamentos catalán y español hasta invalidarlo casi por completo. Quien o quienes les dirigió, porque ellos, no eran imparciales ni libres, siempre lo habíamos sospechado, pero hasta hoy no nos lo han dejado claro, y todas las demás opiniones que han emitido con el rango de SENTENCIAS, unas personas que no están adscritas al Poder Judicial  español, o son jueces, o son especialistas consultivos, si son lo primero no pueden ser políticos ni sindicalistas ni nada de nada, y si son lo segundo sus decisiones son simplemente interpretaciones, pero no son de ninguna manera de obligado cumplimiento como lo es una sentencia judicial. Queda claro verdad  

El PP debe de frenar debe de centrarse porque se le está viendo demasiado sus intenciones este partido no está simplemente gobernando España está intentando secuestrarla para su idea de absolutismo político y para anular la libertad democrática que hace escasamente 35 años intentamos consolidar, vuelvo a repetir que o esto se termina y se vuelve a la democracia constitucional o estamos a dos pasos de una posible confrontación violenta de las dos Españas otra vez.

ESTAMOS TODOS ATRAPADOS EN UNA INMENSA Y PEGAJOSA TELA DE ARAÑA POLITICA

España está atrapada en una tremenda tela de araña que la va envolviendo cada vez mas lo que produce un ahogamiento irremediable a no ser que alguien corte la maraña de la tela pegajosa tejida por esta supuesta araña política, lo curioso de la situación es que tanto la tela que nos atenaza como el valiente liberador son la misma araña, este arácnido que nos ha liado entre su propia red no es otro que el Partido Popular y el problema es que tejiendo su red no se ha dado cuenta que se quedaba el mismo enredado en ella.

Ahora resulta que el PP tiene miedo, y dudas, no de cómo ha podido pasar sino de cómo puede salirse del lio pegajoso que ha creado sin morir en el intento ahogado por sí mismo. En un debate interno que concluirá la semana que viene intentarán ver si hay alguna forma más o menos digna de escaparse, pero lo tienen muy difícil porque no tienen la seguridad de que la tela tejida este ampliándose sola sin que ellos puedan parar  porque todavía tejen la red las posibles cartas que guarde debajo de su manga el ex tesorero del partido.

Hay miedo a que Mariano Rajoy y todo el gobierno y el PP pueda quedar en ridículo y en evidencia por la posible existencia de nuevas pruebas que profundicen en sus responsabilidades frente a todos los escándalos, existen temores a que Bárcenas tenga en su poder nuevos papeles, e incluso pruebas más amplias (fotografías o similares) que pasará si se revisa la prisión preventiva está próxima semana que pasa con Blesa, con Euro Vegas, con gürtel, con la infanta y con toda Catalunya pidiendo votar. Son hechos sin resolver y que comprometen más y más al gobierno y al país y por supuesto a Rajoy y a miembros destacados del Gobierno y el PP.

De ahí que la disyuntiva sea complicada de resolver. Un sector de Génova 13 apostaría por el cambio de Rajoy para despejar cualquier tipo de duda e impulsar la imagen de otro presidente con la contundencia que se echó de menos en su apresurada conferencia de prensa de principios de semana. Sin embargo, esta alternativa podría dejar al presidente preso de sus propias palabras, yo creo que esta situación ya está vigente y si Rajoy no corta esta maraña de una vez esta claro para todos los españoles y para todo el mundo, (lo que es peor) que el PP y sus políticos son unos impresentables tramposos que se intentan apropiarse del estado español, usando métodos absolutamente mafiosos y fuera de la ley y la constitución que juraron acatar.

Esto hay que aclararlo urgentemente por el bien de todos y solo lo puede arreglar el propio presunto delincuente demostrando que no lo es no hay otra alternativa, la posibilidad de dejar que el PSOE lanzara una moción de censura en la que Rajoy no tendría porque intervenir protegiéndose así de sus pésimas condiciones de comunicador, pondría todavía más en riesgo la estabilidad política del país, amén de dejar de nuevo en entredicho la figura del jefe del Ejecutivo, en caso de que no tomase la palabra.

Sé que expresarse en estos términos desde Catalunya y por un catalán puede parecer unos comentarios interesados por eso quiero terminar este blog con la siguiente coletilla. No me hagan caso amigos lectores españoles olvídense de mi nombre no se fijen en quien escribe fíjense solo en lo escrito y tras leerlo de nuevo si es preciso háganse la pregunta es solo la visión de un catalán que le va bien para sus intereses independentistas, o esto que termino de leer es a mí, español convencido, a quien le perjudica, ustedes tienen la palabra.
