Sea lo que fuere la cuestión es que Rusia se está metiendo en una II guerra fría (esperemos que sea así y no se caliente) que yo creo que no le interesa en absoluto porque lo debilitara enormemente ante sus “dos enemigos” Occidente y Asia concretamente China

Ya pesar que Ucrania hoy no es un país con una legalidad democrática en sus gobernantes  esto es innegable, también lo es que no es Ucrania quien se mete con Rusia, sino lo contrario, porque verán si hay rusos en Ucrania no es culpa de Ucrania sino del desmantelamiento de la URSS, la cuestión es de fácil arreglo si Putin quiere a los rusos, solo tiene que darles pasaporte ruso y el que quiera que se vuelva Rusia pero no parece que también quiere la parte de Ucrania que no le pertenece  y esto hace que Estados Unidos y sus aliados de la OTAN aumentan su presencia militar en sus fronteras orientales con tropas y cazas como contrapartida a la misma postura rusa..

Los países que integran el G7 acordaron ayer imponer "urgentemente" nuevas sanciones a Rusia por no cesar en su apoyo a las milicias pro rusas sublevadas en el este de Ucrania y para garantizar unas elecciones pacíficas en ese país el próximo 25 de mayo, El presidente interino de Ucrania, Alexandr Turchínov, acusó a Rusia de estar detrás del secuestro de los siete inspectores militares occidentales capturados ayer en la ciudad de Slaviansk, bastión de la sublevación pro rusa en el sureste del país. "Este delito no pudo haberse cometido sin autorización u orden directa del Gobierno de Rusia, que coordina y apoya a terroristas que ocupan edificio, toman rehenes, torturan y matan a la gente", dijo Turchínov, citado por su oficina de prensa.

Fuerzas de seguridad y tropas de asalto ucranianas cercaron ayer esa ciudad, de casi 120.000 habitantes, en la segunda fase de la "operación antiterrorista" lanzada por Kiev contra las milicias pro rusas. Sin embargo, el Gobierno de Kiev ha descartado un asalto en toda regla a la ciudad, por el riesgo que supondría para sus habitantes. La cancillería ucraniana ha rechazado de plano las acusaciones de Moscú de que Kiev emplea el ejército contra la población civil.

Ante todo este lio es evidente que hay que seguir tendiendo una mano a Rusia pero hay que coger el palo con la otra para atizarle un bastonazo si persiste en su actitud beligerante. El Departamento de Defensa estadounidense informó de que aeronaves rusas han entrado en el espacio aéreo de Ucrania en varias ocasiones en las últimas 24 horas. El episodio se produce en un momento de creciente tensión en la zona fronteriza entre ese país y Rusia, con miles de tropas al mando de Moscú concentradas en las proximidades de las regiones de mayoría ruso hablante en Ucrania.

El Ejército ruso ha comenzado a mover infantería, artillería y elementos de ataque aéreo cerca de Ucrania, algo que el Pentágono consideró esta mañana como parte de maniobras militares, pero que no ayuda a rebajar la tensión en la zona. CATALUNYA NO LE DES MAS VUELTAS NO TE VAN A PERMITIR NI QUE PREGUNTES SI QUIERES SER ESPAÑA

Los diferentes gobiernos españoles no consideran el “Estado” de España más allá de Madrid, desde esta posición de capitalidad central y centralista cuidan sus propios intereses, económicos y de poder, acusarlos de centralistas no es nada más que reflejar la realidad de siglos de historia, en España un político, un noble, un militar, un banco, todo aquello o aquel que quiere sentirse o ser importante en el estado español, no tiene más remedio que situarse en Madrid capital de la centralidad total de España.

Por todo eso es difícil sustraerse de usar la nomenclatura genérica de España para revelarse desde Catalunya contra una situación de injusticia e incomprensión, que probablemente no es general en la sociedad española, pero que si lo es y de qué manera en la sociedad y los políticos de derechas, y también sin duda los de izquierdas aunque sea obrera.

Todos los reproches que desde la política central española se vierten contra el sentimiento catalán, tienen su misma contrapartida en sentido contrario. Dicho de otra manera más entendible, tanta antipatía produce el ser y sentir catalán a la política Española, como el absolutismo y la imposición del centralismo político nacional español venga del lado que venga, produce en el sentimiento catalán.

Es inútil seguir el camino de la política de la buena educación y la negociación, Catalunya debe tomar conciencia de que debe enfrentarse de una vez a su destino final, no hay otra alternativa, no se debe continuar enmascarando una situación tan real como irreversible en ambos sentidos. El problema principal es que la acción a tomar debe de surgir del débil, es decir de Catalunya, España tiene todo el tiempo y toda la fuerza legal incluso la que todavía no está escrita, y que le permite hacer lo que quiera y le proporciona todo el tiempo a su favor. Intentar desde Catalunya hacer una política educada cuidadosa evitando al máximo conflictos políticos o incluso sociales es dar la guerra por perdida por pura inanición.

Sea lo que fuere, lo que está claro es que no será España la que tome la decisión de echarnos de su imperio por antipáticos y mal agradecidos. Esto es así y debería entenderlo toda la clase política catalana. Y yo pediría que lo hiciese su sociedad con más fuerza si cabe. Hay que hacer algo ya, si hay que plantar cara a España, si hay que decir basta, o todo lo contrario, es una cuestión que primero debe decidir Catalunya y su gente, y esto no se puede prorrogar mas, pues el daño que nos estamos haciendo es mucho y muy profundo, y no lo duden ante esta duda siempre sale perdiendo el más débil es decir Catalunya.

Ahora en el momento actual con la situación de precariedad que se apunta cada vez más en España, y desde la misma Europa continental, en la que se tambalean todas las uniones relativas, debido a que afloran las grandes diferencias económicas y políticas entre los países europeos, es el momento de tomar una decisión, porque en estos momentos la afectación de España sobre Catalunya es enorme.

Estamos a punto de ser barridos del mapa engullidos por la ruina económica española, y si esto ocurre definitivamente, nunca más Catalunya será diferenciada del resto de España, ni por el resto de europa, ni por nadie en el mundo entero, habremos sucumbido como los Kurdos o los Apaches americanos aunque en nuestro caso no ante un ejército, sino en medio de una economía tercermundista y una política ejercida por políticos de poco talante democrático, que nos anularan para siempre porque nunca más tendremos la mas mínima fuerza que nos permita emprender un camino independiente.

Para el conjunto de la nación española dicho claramente, ni siquiera contamos ni les importamos un comino. Pero es que el problema no está en la sociedad española, si no en la ente política y económica española, que si sabe que no puede prescindir de esa parte de PIB, que surge año tras año desde este extremo de la geografía ibérica, y lo que es peor encima se burlan de nosotros, a ver si lo entendemos de una vez, España no nos va a dejar preguntarnos si queremos solo catalanes es que ni siquiera nos dejaran preguntarnos si queremos ser españoles porque para ellos es nuestra obligación y el que no lo siente así esta en un error.

No podemos seguir así, no es justo, ni para los que nos sentimos catalanes, ni para los que se sienten españoles, lo dije una vez y lo repito, a mi no me molesta ser español, lo que me molesta es que me desprecien, me usen y abusen, y me quieran anular el ser catalán por el simple hecho de pensar, hablar, y no sentir lo mismo que una parte de España. Por eso reclamo de mis gobernantes que es hora de tomar una decisión final y definitiva.

O abandonamos el hecho nacional catalán y tomamos conciencia absoluta de ser solo españoles, o todo lo contrario, planteemos oficialmente y ante las autoridades españolas, quieran o no, la firme decisión de iniciar el proceso de secesión de nuestra pequeña nación sin más preámbulos, y si no están conformes, que sean ellos los que recurran a los estamentos internacionales, y expliquen sus motivos y lo malos que somos, y a ver si les hacen caso, esto debe enfocarse así y no desde Catalunya. Con educación, cuidado, y parlamentos, jamás llegaremos ni siquiera a preguntarnos, como decía antes, si queremos ser españoles.

Buena parte del PP le pide firmeza frente a Cataluña, y ese es el discurso que Rajoy practica en Madrid, Pero a la vez muchos de sus interlocutores, en especial los empresarios catalanes, le reclaman que modere el discurso, que busque seducir a Cataluña. Y ese, el segundo, es el tono que eligió este jueves Rajoy en Barcelona.

Rajoy, que tuvo que ver las decenas de banderas independentistas en los balcones de Barcelona en su camino desde el aeropuerto, desgranó datos económicos positivos de que presume España y frente a ellos alertó de los riesgos del camino a la independencia lamentablemente se olvido que si España presenta los datos económicos que presume es gracias a la economía catalana que absorbe ella sola más del 35% del PIB real de España.

Barcelona es un gran escaparate de Cataluña y de España, dijo un gran espejo de nuestro país. Encerrarse en sí mismo y permanecer inmóvil es garantía de fracaso. Ganar tamaño y abrirse al exterior es la clave del éxito. Esto es lo que estamos haciendo juntos y nadie debería obstruir esta senda sin explicar los costes de caminar en sentido contrario no es así Sr. Rajoy, si es cierto que Barcelona y Catalunya se está abriendo al exterior y por eso domina la exportación de España y por eso España tiene buenos resultados económicos y aumenta el PIB en un 0.4% pero España el resto no está abriendo nada sino todo lo contrario se está vendiendo todo y sus empresas bandera  están estableciendo su actividad fuera del país.

El mensaje a los empresarios era manipulado y falso: dentro de España, llega la recuperación y la “posibilidad única de situarse entre las grandes naciones del mundo”. El presidente aseguró que las exportaciones han logrado un nuevo dato récord desde que hay registros, en 1971, se han superado los 60 millones de turistas, además de crecer un 36% la inversión extranjera pero no dijo que todos estos resultados son gracias a que: Catalunya es el 27% de las exportaciones que Barcelona es la capital numero uno por turismo y por diferencia. Para Rajoy, todo son riesgos. “Para ir rápido puede ser mejor andar solo pero para llegar lejos es mejor ir bien acompañado, nuestro futuro juntos no conoce fronteras”.

No es así Sr. Rajoy no es ese el sentido de su frase sino otro muy diferente mire usted España está frenando el desarrollo de Catalunya ahí usted tiene razón “para ir rápido es mejor andar solo, pero no tiene razón al decir que para ir lejos es mejor hacerlo en compañía, si este compañero es una mochila completamente desequilibrada económicamente, demográficamente, y por supuesto políticamente, en estas condiciones no lo dude es mejor seguir solo por los siglos de los siglos.

La estrategia de La Moncloa en esto es clara, aunque de momento no ha logrado tener éxito: rodear a Mas y a CiU de una gran presión empresarial, ahora utilizando además los datos económicos mejores que los de 2013, para forzarlos a buscar un acuerdo. Rajoy y los suyos, y el PP catalán, presionan a los empresarios para que a su vez trasladen el mensaje a Artur Mas. Estos, según diversas fuentes del Ejecutivo, o al menos la mayoría, trasladan que están muy preocupados por la tensión independentista pero a la vez piden al Gobierno, y ese el mensaje que recibió este jueves Rajoy, que sea él quien busque una salida.

Mas que también se trasladó al encuentro empresarial, hizo un discurso opuesto al de Rajoy: si el presidente Rajoy se centró después en la importancia de permanecer en España para la pujanza de la economía, Artur Mas repitió los tres argumentos que esgrime su Ejecutivo para justificar que la economía catalana es autosuficiente y que no se ha visto mermada por el proceso soberanista. El presidente de la Generalitat sacó pecho de la internacionalización de la economía catalana: expuso que las exportaciones al extranjero han superado en los últimos dos años a las ventas al resto de España; que Cataluña es una de las regiones europeas que más inversiones atraen; y el turismo, que supone el 25% de los visitantes a España. Dando un mensaje muy claro en la línea de que Cataluña es un territorio atractivo.

Los empresarios están seriamente preocupados y es su deber pero ellos mismos si se escuchan verán que no hay motivo Entre los discursos de los dos presidentes se celebró un coloquio sobre la internacionalización de las marcas españolas en el que participaron directivos de las empresas Puig, Borges, Simón, Gaes y Armand Basi, todas de origen catalán. Los ejecutivos no hicieron ni una sola referencia al debate soberanista. Pero defendieron que las marcas representan el 33% del empleo en España, el 40% del PIB, el 45% de las exportaciones y 55% del I+D,.

Por la noche en TV3 Artur Mas intervino en un nuevo programa de entrevista coloquio y dejo ir una nueva opinión al respecto del proceso catalán y dijo que en la resolución de este no deberían de haber ni vencedores ni vencidos, es decir al final debería haber unas negociaciones que llevasen a un final donde todos ganasen es decir un proceso “Win to Win” sistema muy anglosajón para llevar a cabo cualquier tipo de negociación, pero creo Sr.Mas que para que esto ocurra deben ser dos que lo quieran y si bien los catalanes no tenemos ningún inconveniente en no “vencer a España” creo sinceramente que “España quiere derrotar a Catalunya”.

IT IS THE UE A CORRAL OF OSTRICHES, OR AN UNION OF SOVEREIGN COUNTRIES

As she said at the beginning we leave today the economy and do let us pass to the politics in UPPERCASE the first thing that I am happened it is to wonder how political on the whole we have thought to make in front of a warlike conflict to the doors of our frontiers? Because a non alone association of states lives off money, he should give security, he should give protection it should assure the goods of its inhabitants, he should defend and to defend them of possible external attacks is of the type that they are. 

But today I can no longer wait more and before the inaction and inefficacy of the UE in front of the conflict that leaves to destabilize in Ukraine if the UE doesn't intervene directly, he makes me begin to write on her, to which I no longer know how to call it if friends' club, of neighbors, or of ostriches (I say this because at the moment the posture of all the components of the UE is to hide the head I lower earth).
