Francia y Alemania, las dos grandes potencias de la Unión Europea, discreparon sobre si debe imperar el automatismo de que el candidato del partido que consigue más sufragios sea el primer legitimado en convertirse en presidente de la comisión europea (CE). Así que queda claro que nos han hecho votar para nada, es decir se proponen reírse de todas las sociedades que vivimos en el continente europeo, esto es una vergüenza que no deberíamos aceptar. Así que en mi opinión si los jefes políticos de las naciones de la UE, no saben lo que quieren y no saben seguir sus propias normas con un sentido lógico, CREO QUE LAS SOCIEDADES EUROPEAS, (NO LOS POLITICOS).  DEBEMOS DENUNCIARLO Y NO ADMITIR COMO BUENAS LAS DIRECTRICES QUE PRETENDEN IMPONERNOS, ASI LAS COSAS, LA REALIDAD ES QUE LA UNION EUROPEA NO ES VIABLE.

Tenemos la experiencia en el pasado de que el incumplimiento de tratados, como por ejemplo el Pacto de Estabilidad y Crecimiento (PEC), nos ha llevado la más absoluta  catástrofe política no solo de la UE sino de cada uno de nuestros países, y es una evidencia que con un fracaso político de tal envergadura es imposible recomponer las economías europeas y con ello restablecer un nivel de vida social al cual habíamos llegado hace 30 años y por supuesto tampoco es posible recomponer la economía ni la global ni la de ningún país de la UE .

El presidente francés, que ha sufrido un duro revés en las elecciones en clave nacional, ha dado cuentas de los resultados electorados en su país al conjunto del bloque, del mismo modo que ha hecho cada líder en su turno de palabra. Tras su primera cumbre europea tras el triunfo histórico del Frente Nacional francés, Hollande recordó que uno de cada cuatro electores votó a la extrema derecha en su país y añadió que "no se trata solo de un problema francés, sino de toda la UE". "Quiero que Europa cambie. Tiene que escuchar lo que ha ocurrido en Francia", declaró.

También mostraron recelos a que Juncker se convierta en el presidente de la Comisión el propio primer ministro británico y su homólogo húngaro, Víktor Orbán, ambos procedentes de países donde el euroescepticismo y el populismo han conseguido grandes resultados. Ante la falta de una visión común en torno al nombre que debe estar al frente del gobierno de la CE, los Veintiocho decidieron pactar en los próximos días una agenda de prioridades que ayude a ganar tiempo y a trazar la línea que debe seguir el sucesor de José Manuel Durao Barroso.

Ya me dirán ustedes que tiene que ver Juncker con que a Hollande la extrema derecha francesa le haya dado una bofetada en plena cara si puedo entender la postura de Cameron que no quiere un presidente muy europeísta cuando él tiene que ir preparando la salida de la Gran Bretaña del seno de la UE. Así, que ante este sorprendente descalabro, el presidente permanente del Consejo Europeo, Herman Van Rompuy, ha recibido de los líderes europeos un mandato para iniciar consultas con los grupos políticos del Parlamento Europeo de cara a diseñar las prioridades políticas de la UE para los próximos tiempos y a buscar un presidente de la CE que tenga los apoyos para convertirlas en realidad.

Pero esto no llegara a tiempo porque no solo mandan Berlín, París, y Londres hay 25 mandatarios mas y por ejemplo las palabras del primer ministro italiano demuestran que los intereses de unos y de otros no son en absoluto los mismos: -Las discusiones sobre los nombres vienen después de las discusiones sobre la agenda y sobre las cosas a hacer, y yo estoy mucho más interesado en discutir cómo poder gastar bien el dinero europeo para poder crear trabajos y ocupación, que no preocuparme simplemente sobre un asiento o un nombramiento-, dijo el primer ministro italiano, Matteo Renzi.

El ministro de Exteriores de Luxemburgo ha acusado a los líderes de la UE de ceder a las demandas británicas sobre el nombramiento del nuevo presidente de la Comisión Europea, calificando de "patético" el tibio apoyo a su compatriota Jean-Claude Juncker. El ministro, Jean Asselborn, dijo a una radio alemana que el primer ministro británico, David Cameron, se negaba a aceptar el resultado de las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo, que dieron la victoria al bloque de centroderecha del Partido Popular Europeo (PPE).

Lo dije ayer aunque el PPE ganó la mayoría de los 751 escaños de la cámara europea, el bloque de centroderecha está a falta de 150 escaños para disfrutar de una mayoría, lo que implica que necesita el apoyo de otros grupos para que su candidato sea aprobado y esto no va a suceder porque como dice el primer ministro italiano a cada uno le preocupan la situación de su país y no un cargo en el CE. Así que la propia UE se ha bloqueado a sí misma porque no puede decidir ni quien manda y esto es porque allá mandan todos.

Resultados que al parecer no gustaron a nadie porque son simplemente el reflejo de lo que han estado sembrando los políticos en la UE y en sus respectivos países, y al verlos se han asustado lo que han conseguido. De hecho el conservadurismo europeo de los partidos adscritos al PPE resultó la fuerza vencedora.

El presidente del Consejo Europeo, Herman Van Rompuy, ha convocado a los líderes de los Veintiocho socios comunitarios a una cena informal a partir de las 17.00 GMT, en la reunión, además de abordar el proceso de selección del sustituto del actual presidente de la CE, José Manuel Durao Barroso, para los próximos cinco años, también tendrán que analizar el nuevo panorama político europeo con el crecimiento de los grupos anti europeístas y los euro escépticos tanto de derechas como de izquierdas. Que dicho sea de paso les han comido el espacio del que disfrutaban las dos clásicas formaciones de siempre.

Van Rompuy ya ha avanzado antes de comenzar  que "será muy pronto para decidir sobre nombres. Hablaremos del proceso que lleve al Consejo Europeo a proponer un candidato a la futura presidencia de la CE para que lo vote el Parlamento Europeo". Pero no se entiende el ganador de las elecciones a la Euro cámara ha sido el PPE y su candidato a la presidencia de la CE, el luxemburgués Jean- Claude Juncker  (que no iba en lista electoral alguna), al lograr 213 escaños, según la última actualización de los comicios hecha por el PE.

Hay más candidatos para escoger. Los socialistas presentaban a  Martin Schulz pero se hicieron con 190 escaños, claro ahora se escudaran supongo yo en que ninguno de los dos principales tiene mayoría suficiente para imponerse y ya empezamos lo decía ayer esto va a ser continuo a partir de hoy. Los europeos han acudido a las urnas para elegir directamente a sus 751 representantes en la Euro cámara y decidir el candidato a ocupar el Ejecutivo comunitario, y ha pasado lo mas lógico, la poca sociedad que ha votado ha dado un voto de castigo muy fuerte a “los conservadores y a los socialistas clásicos” que nos han traído a este descontrol ahora nadie acepta su propia suerte y serán los líderes nacionales quienes propongan al PE un candidato que podrá ser aprobado o rechazado, y en ese caso proponer un nuevo nombre.

Según los Tratados, los líderes de la UE son los encargados de proponer un candidato, para lo que deben tener en cuenta el resultado de las elecciones europeas, y que en base a los resultados del domingo tendrá que ser Juncker. Pero dado la votación los socialistas propondrán a Martin Schulz y ya la tenemos liada como no hay ni votos ni unanimidad ya tenemos como siempre la UE en suspensión de acción esperemos que no revierta en una definitiva suspensión de pagos es decir en su quiebra definitiva.

Van Rompuy, en su carta de invitación a los líderes, señaló que en la reunión de esta noche los líderes hablarán de "cómo organizar nuestro trabajo de las próximas semanas”. Fuentes diplomáticas indicaron que se prevé iniciar el debate sobre cuáles han de ser las prioridades de la Comisión Europea los próximos cinco años. Fantástico no saben quién va a ser el presidente del consejo y van a programar los próximos cinco años…. ¡Y UN CUERNO!

De momento el primer ministro británico, David Cameron, considera que el luxemburgués Jean-Claude Juncker es un candidato "totalmente inaceptable" a la presidencia de la Comisión Europea (CE), tras conocer los resultados electorales, Cameron se embarcó el pasado lunes en una ronda de llamadas telefónicas a otros seis líderes europeos -entre ellos la canciller alemana, Angela Merkel- a quienes instó a aprender las lecciones del auge populista contra Bruselas reflejado en los comicios, el político británico ha pedido a sus colegas europeos que "presten atención a los puntos de vista expresados en las urnas" y les ha urgido a rechazar los llamamientos para que Juncker presida la Comisión, de acuerdo con el citado diario.

El "premier" británico opina que Juncker es un candidato "totalmente inaceptable" y que su visión de una Europa integrada -con el euro como divisa- se encuentra alejada de la opinión pública, tal y como indica el FT. Según Downing Street -residencia y despacho oficial del jefe del Ejecutivo británico- el líder tory considera que deberían llevarse a cabo "más consultas en los próximos meses" sobre quién debería estar al frente de la Comisión. Este periódico apunta que Cameron querría al frente de la CE a una figura más afín a su postura de cara a su prometido referéndum sobre la pertenencia del Reino Unido a la Unión Europea (UE) en 2017 en caso de que los tories ganen los próximos comicios generales en este país en mayo de 2015.

Así que como decía antes ya la tenemos liada antes de empezar y mientras tanto las deudas soberanas suben, los desempleados suben, los trabajos bajan, el euro sube incomprensiblemente, el BCE no sabe por dónde tirar, y como el mundo está en paz como en Ucrania, Siria, Egipto, para que preocuparse lo dicho si la torre de babel se cae ya la volveremos a levantar dentro de otros 50 años no les parece.

El presidente de ERC, Oriol Junqueras tiene un calendario claro en su cabeza de cuándo debería proclamarse la independencia para crear la república catalana: 2016. En una entrevista con el diario El Mundo el líder del partido vencedor de las elecciones del 25M, además de defender la consolidación del proceso soberanista y la consulta, ha asegurado que si se gana ese referéndum previsto para el día 9 de noviembre, "será cosa de año y medio", que "es el tempo que se ha dado en otros casos". Según el líder republicano "entre Catalunya y España, las negociaciones sobre lo fundamental no tendrían por qué durar más", de manera que "como muy tarde, en 2016 podríamos proclamar la República Catalana".

Junqueras no ve alternativas a esta independencia y tampoco admite la posibilidad de que la constitución del nuevo Estado no sea reconocida en el escenario internacional: "Todo el mundo la reconocerá, aunque digan lo contrario", garantiza. De la misma forma que no deja margen para la fisura a la hora de considerar que "en una Catalunya independiente viviremos mejor, seguro". Pese a aventurarse a dar fecha y plazo para la constitución del nuevo Estado, el dirigente rechaza "la especulación sobre escenarios improbables" cuando se le pregunta por el hecho de si sería independentista en caso si fuera para vivir peor: "(Esas especulaciones) corresponde a poetas y novelistas. Yo soy político y no puedo permitírmelo", declara.

Yo estoy en principio de acuerdo con Junqueras en cuanto al fondo de sus manifestaciones, pero me temo que no son compartidas con el otro gran partido, que es además el que ahora gobierna la futura Republica Catalana, es mas creo que Junqueras no debe seguir imponiendo velocidad al proceso sino solidez, y para ello hay que conseguir dos cosas. Una que el PSC o se disuelva de una vez  o se separe efectivamente del PSOE, y se una a la consulta, de hecho parece que esto va por buen camino, no porque cambien de idea los actuales dirigentes del PSC, sino porque a este paso, se quedaran solos, hoy por ejemplo los rebeldes del PSC, anuncian que van a crear un nuevo partido político, así que entre los que lo han abandonado calladamente y los que ya lo anuncian, poco va a quedar del PSC no independentista.

El otro problema es más grave y difícil de plantear pero debe hacerse ya sin más dilación, y es nada menos que obligar a CIU a decidirse si es Convergencia o es Unió, porque está claro que ambas cosas tal como están hoy no puede ser. Es evidente que la pérdida de la condición de primera fuerza política catalana por parte de CIU, lo es por la postura indefinida de Duran y Lleida, la duda es si se debe deshacer la confederación o solo es cuestión de deshacerse de Duran y Lleida, ya sea una cosa o la otra es evidente que eso debe ponerlo sobre la mesa Oriol Junqueras y su partido ERC. Este asunto es de vital importancia porque la postura de Unió Democrática hoy es una espada de Damocles sobre la cabeza del president de la generalitat  Artur Mas.

Unió democrática está en una tesitura parecida al PSC en cuanto a la indefinición sobre el proceso de independencia de Catalunya ambos partidos buscan salidas inexistentes y fantásticas que son mas inviables que la propia votación del 9N y la posterior declaración de independencia en caso que la consulta salga positiva en su resultado, pero bajo mi punto de vista creo que es mucho más fácil arreglar el caso de Unió que el del PSC, porque entiendo que dentro de Unió debe de predominar mucho más claramente el deseo de independencia entre sus militantes, que no en los del PSC, dicho de otra manera la solución para UD es simplemente cuestión de hacer cambiar a su presidente y seguir tal como están en coalición con Convergencia pero con la total unificación de criterios y objetivo único e inconfundible la independencia.

Esto es urgente porque la situación que se ha producido de desequilibrios en la política española, va a durar más tiempo que lo que parece, el PSOE no puede estar ya meneando la perdiz federal, porque bastante trabajo van a tener con reconfigurarse ahora como partido. Cuando lo hagan el partido socialista quedara en manos de andaluces y extremeños, esto es más que evidente y recordemos que ni los unos ni los otros, van a estar de acuerdo ni con federaciones y mucho menos con independencias, las cosas pasan cuando pasan Sr Junqueras y Sr. Mas, y o se aprovechan o se pasan son como el arroz.
