SPAIN INFORMS OF THE STEPS OF THE CATALAN INDEPENDENCE THAT THE CATALAN DON'T KNOW THEM

In that sense, they subtract importance to the possibility of a permanent veto on the part of Spain to the entrance of Catalonia, since a hypothetical spirit of vengeance of the Spanish state is not a valid reason to leave Catalonia outside of the UE

Extraordinary fantastic, I repeat that I don't understand anything, clearing is Catalan and the Spanish thing is very far from my provincial knowledge, but I don't understand to that all this comes. Yes it is an extract of electoral program to get votes and voters for the next European elections, hear it will be all the comic one that it seems them, but the history tells us that any electoral program at least in Spain it is completed, or it is that they don't remember that of the PP.
