THE REFERENDUM IN SCOTLAND IS A BAD INFLUENCE FOR THE CATALAN INDEPENDENCE

The candidate of CiU to the European elections, Ramón Tremosa, it has predicted today that the "speech of the fear, of the economic ruin and of the eternal" expulsions of the European Union he will "fall as a castle of cards" if the next one September 18 win the 'YES' to the independence in Scotland. The candidate of CiU has assured that that scenario would give to the fret with the Government's arguments and of the PP and the PSOE, since the United Kingdom would recognize the result of the referendum and behind him "the rest of European" governments. Tremosa has commented that that victory in Scotland would open step to a negotiation "to cost zero" on the assets and passive to distribute and to a "peaceful and orderly" negotiation process.  

I don't agree with this appreciation, neither with none that refers to the similarity or parallelism between the Catalan consultation and the Scottish referendum, and my reason is not Scotland it is the United Kingdom that doesn't have anything to do with the temperament and the democracy of Spain. My opinion in these moments is that Scotland won't choose the YES in its referendum for its independence, and he won't choose it for the simple reason that its position to request it is not as complete and so necessary as the one that has Catalonia in front of Spain. 

They will see my theory it is the following one: Scotland is fully recognized by the United Kingdom, as nation, he has its representativeness like such in things so simple as in having its own soccer selection, or other sports, for an English of London, it is he perfectly understandable that a Scotsman is a Scottish one and not an English, that is to say both are members from the Great Britain but neither one belongs to the other one and vice versa, the question is bounded so alone in the economic aspect and/or of search of more government autonomy. 

I believe that such and like he thinks about this referendum the answer it will be very adjusted but in favor of continuing being part of the such United Kingdom and like it is now, maybe with the possibility of carrying out some adjustment in nature questions tame or economic, but in my opinion the sentimental aspect of being recognized as nation, the Scottish being, this already has it and this point and the language and the culture of course, are a question that independent or they not already have it under the same conditions both nations, it is for that reason that I differ of Tremosa and I believe that the "NON" Scotsman in fact spurred Spain to combat and to deny with more force if it fits his rejection to admit the Catalan consultation. 

And this will be serious because he forced between both Catalonia and Spain to very hard positions, because it is evident that Spain will never recognize to Catalonia like nation, this fallacy that Madrid always says that Catalonia is more autonomous that Scotland is a coarse lie, if was it, they would not impose us the language, the educational system, the possibility to be presented in the world like Catalan, etc. The current autonomy of Scotland is a lot of adult from the national point of view that the Catalan because they in the United Kingdom, can and they are Scottish and however the Catalan cannot be it neither in Spain and let us no longer say in the world. 

And I don't want to enter much more in the economic topic that is the second and great reason that he moves to the Catalan, but here I would say that until those that are not it, many want the independence of a Spain that collapses hopelessly in the firmest social misery. Catalonia because he has two big reasons to fight for their future, one to be herself and the other one to avoid that the Spain without so much economy of present as of future, put us in a dead end of which we can never come out more, the things like they come, they are very different for Catalonia of what they are it for Scotland.
