The president of the Generalitat Catalane Artur Mas,
it has admitted this Thursday that the process sovereignty catalane impelled by
their government and for several Catalan parties it "generates uncertainty"
although it has attributed it to the fact that there are not precedents".
During the inauguration of the XXX meeting of the "Circle of Economy"
that takes place as always in Sitges, Mas it has considered that the Catalan
process is only because he is attempting" in a peaceful way and without
the guarantee of the State. This type of processes is "usually made or in
violent way that is not the case of Catalonia neither it will be it, nor in
accordance with the State, something that we would like but it seems that it is
not possible", he has underlined. That it has crossed out of absurd the
current "crash" between "the law and the democratic"
genuineness because "the normal thing it is to interpret the laws to give
democratic bed to the process."
These words have manifested it the President, after
the intervention of the president of the Circle, Antón Costa who it had claimed
to the president that gives a "second opportunity" to the dialogue
with the State. The Catalan president has insisted in what the Govern is
willing to even listen an offer that arrives from the State, in form of
constitutional reformation, if it is "serious and believable" and if
he undergoes referendum so that it is endorsed by the town of Catalonia.
"In the only thing in that it can be called uncompromising it is in that
believe that any offer should go by the urns", he has said Mas, because,
otherwise, the Catalan problem would close in false."
Before the manifestation of Antón Costa regarding that
this same petition would present it to Rajoy, in the session of closing of the
event, Mas it has not been shown trusted in that there is any movement from the
State in this sense. Because, he has said, he "makes lack leadership and
capacity of assuming risks". Before the non authorization of the
referendum on the part of the State, Mas it has assured that their
counterproposal is to claim the Government that allows to approve the Parlament
an own law of consultations that aids that of November 9 because it would not
be closely.
This in spite of the manifestation of Artur Mas, have
more than enough their incredulity regarding the acceptance of I dialogue on
the part of the central state, to my way of seeing an enormous door to that one
can opens up and have to be arrived to some agreement type or negotiation,
because now the peak of the world managerial Catalan already wants to
intervene, you no longer see the process independent neither so impossible
neither possibly so bad,
The president of the Cercle d'Economia, it has
considered "logical" to consult to the society in a climate of demand
of more self-government in Catalonia whenever it is in a "legal" way
and with good information on the consequences of the decisions, although he has
requested before the Catalan president, Artur Mas, "a second
opportunity" for the "dialogue". During their speech, Costa have
underlined that a Catalan" "problem should be recognized, in the
sense that wide layers of the society request "more self-government" for
Catalonia.
It is not something that the politicians have been

the option of consulting to the society. However, it has put conditions to the
consultation that the Govern promotes and it has indicated that the Circle is

information on the consequences of its vote in a sense or another. Also, Costa

and a lot to all Spain and that, parallelism to the consultation process, Spain
should confront some regeneration type that goes by a legal and constitutional reformation.
The president of the Cercle d'Economia has refused
that the institution decants in a sense or other or that it bets for a third
via because we are "a traverse" organization, however, it has claimed
before Mas "efforts" and "expressions" so that there is a
"dialogue" among institutions. "Why don't we grant ourselves a
second opportunity in the environment of the political dialogue?, has it
appealed Costa directly to the Catalan president.
I don't know that it will
leave all this but for me it is very significant that the elite economic
Catalan and that they figure many at national level, understand that this is
not a political whim but social of the Catalan and that they begin to
understand that they cannot go against the Catalan process, because they don't
harm with threats or indifference to single Catalonia, but rather an eventual
one not left negotiated of Spain on the part of Catalonia would put in many
problems to Spain, and of course to their business there.
