A AQUESTA VENTAFOCS NO LA DEIXEN SER PRINCESA

Hi havia una vegada una nació que vivia en un regne al que en un temps el seu pare la va portar amb en contreure matrimoni amb una altra reina la princesa es va trobar que el seu pare i la seva nova reina no van arribar a entendre molt bé i aquesta unió simplement quedo a una unió d'interessos nacionals però no d'amor la reina que tenia altres filles pròpies mai va veure bé a la petita princesa tot i ser la més treballadora la que més ajudava a la família sempre se la veia com una estranya a la cort.

ESPAÑA UN PAIS CENTRALISTA QUE SE VA HA DESBORDAR POR LA DERECHA Y POR LA IZQUIERDA

España desde el punto de vista político. Según mi opinión ya expresada en numerosas ocasiones España es un país centralista en todos sus aspectos lo ha sido a lo largo de la historia y lo ha mantenido hasta la actualidad, nuestro centralismo va en todas direcciones lo es desde la propia configuración geográfica hasta y como un reflejo de ello de la geopolítica, todos conocemos que el kilómetro cero está en Madrid y que desde allá parten y por supuesto llegan en forma radial todos los caminos ya sean viales férreos e incluso aéreos.

Esto es indudable que es reflejo de algo esto no se ha hecho por si solo ni porque si,  parece ser que la historia lo atribuye al hecho de situar la corte real en el centro de la meseta, en Toledo primero y Madrid después y que definitivamente es designada como sede de la corte por Felipe II en 1561. Bien por esta circunstancia era lógico que debía partir todo y terminar todo en donde estaba la cabeza del reino y así ha sido al igual que se dice que todos los caminos conducen a Roma todas las carreteras trenes aviones (menos barcos en España conducen a Madrid porque este era el camino nunca se hizo pensando en este sentido de dirección nunca se pensó en que España era radial para que fuese la corte o el gobierno el que pudiese irse de Madrid hacia otras ciudades.

Pero bueno no escribo hoy para una clase de historia ni de geografía sino de política; ya sea por esta cuestión que acabo de plantear o por loa que fuese la realidad es que la política de la nación también se ha hizo centralista, es evidente que en la actualidad hay una derecha y una izquierda pero ambas tienen  los centros de decisión ubicados (como casi todo en España) en el centro es decir en Madrid y como hablo de política creo que puedo decir que ambas tendencias en su gran mayoría son a su vez centralistas, es decir no hay una extrema derecha ni una extrema izquierda significativas.

 

Pero esto parece que está en peligro de cambio y no me refiero a su establecimiento geográfico sino en sus extremos políticos y me da la impresión que la sociedad española lo está empujando con fuerza y sin saber muy bien que están haciendo y por otro lado las formaciones políticas tradicionales no se lo creen, pero la suerte está echada amigos lectores, no sé si la culpa es de la crisis si es de la descarada malversación del uso que del poder han hecho ambas tendencias políticas clásicas hasta ahora o si ha sido la conjunción de ambos fenómenos pero la cuestión es que España se va a abrir hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha.

El caso es que tal y como yo lo veo este fenómeno no va a ocurrir porque se añadan partidos políticos a los lados de los actuales no ni mucho menos lo que está ocurriendo y va a ocurrir es que dos partidos nuevos se van a situar en el centro del poder y los actuales y viejos partidos de derechas y de izquierdas PP y PSOE respectivamente se van a tener que apartar uno hacia un lado y el otro al inverso esto va a ser  un cambio que la propia sociedad actual que lo va a propiciar no tiene ni idea de sus posibles consecuencias.

Me estoy refiriendo a la irrupción de los partidos políticos representados por las marcas PODEMOS y CIUDADANOS ambas organizaciones políticas tienen un común denominador muy definitorio de lo que va a pasar en España ambos están presididos por dos jóvenes muy jóvenes, lo que me indica que además de su dialéctica nueva y atrayente cuentan con el hartazgo de la sociedad española que parece que está diciendo basta ya a la política secular que hasta ahora hemos estado aguantando se acabó lo viejo conocido, queremos algo nuevo por conocer y este es el momento, porque por las causas de la crisis económica España ha perdido como otros muchos pueblos de Europa todo su sistema de vida, su sociedad ha perdido su estabilidad económica y con ello su bien estar y lo peor no ve futuro ni salida a esta situación.

Con estos condicionantes España va a preferir que para volver a avanzar no lo van a hacer los mismos que nos han traído hasta aquí, así que quieren un cambio radical yo les diría que esta vez no haría falta que se monten elecciones el resultado está ya cantado la España del 2016 va a ser una España comandada por PODEMOS y por CIUDADANOS, esto no quiere decir que estén juntos sino que PODEMOS será el partido mayoritario (que no con mayoría absoluta) y CIUDADANOS posiblemente pueda ser su partido de oposición para gobernar ambos el cambio político generacional y lo peor es lo que la sociedad no quiere saber con PODEMOS su sistema de vida cambiara de forma bastante radical en general.

Así que en 2016 el PP si estará en la derecha y el PSOE en la izquierda y en el centro de mando y de gobierno de España estarán PODEMOS y CIUDADANOS, entonces sí que por fin tendremos derecha izquierda, aunque me temo que no servirá de nada y… ¿centro?.... no lo sé de verdad no sé si será así y me refiero a la estricta definición política de “centro” porque al centro casi siempre se le acompaña de una tendencia derecha o izquierda y esto es lo que no se definir todavía ni a PODEMOS ni a CIUDADANOS yo creo hoy que PODEMOS es izquierda y CIUDADANOS es derecha, pero así como el primero es muy pero que muy de izquierdas el segundo no es muy de derechas es simplemente un tanto oportunista conservador.

Les aseguro que la cosa va a ser divertida de verdad están siguiendo lo que pasa en Grecia pues más o menos igual pero mucho peor porque aquí España mueve 50 millones de habitantes y más de un billón  de deuda y PIB  y esto en manos de algo tan nuevo puede causar una explosión superior alas de Nagasaki e Hiroshima juntas.

Estamos creando una crisis económica y financiera a Rusia que puede desequilibrar peligrosamente a su presidente,  Putin en realidad está desviando la atención de la sociedad rusa, no me cabe ninguna duda es la misma historia de siempre, Rusia no quiere aceptar que no es un continente aislado, sino que depende de Europa para que su economía se desenvuelva.

Verán la economía Rusa está colapsada, porque solo se basa en la comercialización de sus riquezas energéticas, en el momento que estas se han caído a Rusia no le queda otro tipo de comercio, no tiene industria no tiene productos digamos de consumo, se limitan a la industria de la defensa y la guerra, pero esto no da dinero porque la mayoría de las operaciones que Rusia efectúa con esta industria, son prácticamente donaciones para armar a insurgentes del tercer mundo para poder fastidiar al primer mundo, su enemigo imaginario occidente, Rusia ha dejado pasar la economía real, la que se construye con productos y servicios facturables y creadores de riqueza, para pasar a ser una mono- economía de petróleo y armas.

Ahora Putin amenaza con volver a la guerra fría pero él sabe que no fue la URSS quien monto la guerra fría esta idea la inculco el politburó soviético a su pueblo para justificar porque los rusos no se hacían ricos como se hacían los europeos y americanos, la verdadera guerra fría la montaron los EEUU y los países de Europa con su propaganda institucional y por supuesto su economía productiva. Yo les explicare como se hizo porque lo viví de cerca, en aquel entonces yo era el responsable del mercado para el este de Europa de una multinacional europea dedicada al mundo de la sanidad, y por lo tanto mi campo de batalla era la Unión Soviética (solo la parte occidental) la otra de detrás de los Urales ni existía ni existirá, mas todos los países satélites de la Europa denominada del este.

Pero no el peligro de que el socialismo comunista soviético, se extendiese por el mundo occidental, dio la señal de alarma y se creó la Guerra fría  la sociedad rusa sigue creyendo que la creo la URSS y fue una amenaza que atenazaba a occidente se equivocan, fuimos nosotros los occidentales en una estrategia fantástica, hay que reconocerlo, hicimos creer a la URSS que siempre estábamos a punto de conquistarlos y ellos se lo creyeron totalmente.

Vaya contrasentido pensaran algunos de mis lectores, pues no, es desgraciadamente muy claro el sentido de la anterior frase, verán: El Político, en mayúsculas, debe ser una persona (hombre o mujer) que guiado por su afán de vocación de servicio a sus vecinos, congéneres, ciudadanos y en definitiva a la sociedad, decida bien por iniciativa propia, o por consenso de otras personas, situarse al frente de una parte de la sociedad para guiarlos en bien, hacia logros de diferente calado social y humano, sin recibir favor ni recompensa material alguna, solo eso si el reconocimiento de sus conciudadanos y sabiendo que su servicio no será indefinido ni impuesto, este tipo de personajes fueron los que implantaron la democracia.

Es evidente que a medida que fueron cambiando las circunstancias de la sociedad al político se le tuvo que sumar una remuneración lógica que le permitiese dedicarse en exclusiva a su cargo y trabajo durante el tiempo que estuviese desempeñando su “gestión pública”. Que no hay que confundir con la “función pública”, esto es otra cosa. La función pública recae en los funcionarios públicos los cuales, si son trabajadores con sueldo y trabajo indefinido, obtenido y ganado por oposición. Esto hoy se ha confundido hasta extremos inviables. Hoy hombres y mujeres han descubierto que hacer de políticos, es una forma de empleo, muy bien remunerado e indefinido, y a su amparo se han creado innumerables factorías de políticos llamadas PARTIDOS POLITICOS.

Así las cosas lo que ocurre, es que la gestión pública, la política en una palabra, ha pasado a ser un producto manufacturado por los partidos políticos, con el fin de emplear a sus políticos y obtener como toda empresa beneficios. Así podemos ver las incongruencias que se inventan los partidos y sus trabajadores, para crear productos facturables y pagados por la sociedad en donde ejercen su mercado (Impuestos absurdos, planes ineficaces, gastos astronómicos y sobre todo comisiones etc.). Y cargos muchos cargos que si diputado que si senador, que si director general y uno muy importante el de ex de lo que sea.

La sociedad debe exigir o intentar cuando menos que esto termine, de lo contrario todo acabara mal, la carrera por la creación de partidos políticos al amparo de tendencias varias que no tienen por qué ser independizadas de la base política natural que podríamos catalogar como conservadora socialista y centrista se ha ido ampliando en matices que lo único que hacen es dar más cabida a políticos incrementando y así justificando su coste, la prueba de ello es que siempre son los mismos los que están en el frente de la política real los otros luchan y gastan para tener un nombre una posición que no les lleva a ninguna parte efectiva.

Cuanto tiempo lleva el Sr. Rajoy haciendo política, o el Sr. Duran, más de veinte años, que plantilla de políticos debe tener el PP o el PSOE o CIU, les juro que me gustaría saberlo, y no estoy hablando de militantes, estoy refiriéndome a empleados políticos con sueldo incluido. Posiblemente por eso hay muchas más personas que piensan, porque yo no puedo ser político.

Pero claro como parece que los políticos son eternos y siempre los mismos, me tengo que buscar un lugar hacerme “autónomo político” como quien dice, para poder también participar del pastel y empiezan las variables que si ecologistas, que si más de un lado o de otro, ahora en España que si nacionalistas de aquí y de allá etc. luego se añaden a esto los enfadados, no se lo tomen a broma, que en mi partido no me hacen caso pues en lugar de ser demócrata, y aceptar la decisión de la mayoría, me creo otra variable de la misma tendencia y política pero ahí mandare yo, le pongo una letra mas o le quito una menos y ya vale, otra estructura que se añade al mundo de la empresa política.

No termina aquí el fenómeno de la multiplicación de políticos, es que hay una segunda parte de la vida de laboral de un político que es el ir y venir por las escalas funcionariales del estado, el político sabe que una vez ha entrado en el circulo no tiene que temer restructuraciones, crisis, reajustes, etc. siempre estará allí más arriba o más abajo pero allí en el corazón del ajo. Hay que desvincular la Función Política, de la Función Pública, lo más deprisa posible y esto no es difícil, hay simplemente que marcar hasta que nivel de gobierno del estado es Función Política, y desde donde es Función Pública.

Una vez esto claro, las cosas se definen espléndidamente, los primeros es decir los políticos marcan, líneas, ideas, cambios, proponen iniciativas, regulan leyes, aprueban los presupuestos en una palabra gobiernan, de acuerdo a sus ideas e ideales, dirigen la política de la sociedad durante el periodo que el pueblo decida y les permita con sus votos , y cuando termina ese mandato se acabo , ha seguir con su vida , pero no incrustado y mantenido en la función pública salvo que provenga de ella y tuviera su puesto adquirido por el sistema de oposición a funcionario de carrera.

Ponen palos en las rueda de la gestión de los que están ejerciendo la política, en estos momentos, cizañaran y emponzoñaran, con él fin, para ellos licito, de volver a subir otra vez a primera línea, y mientras siguen viviendo del gasto público y así cada vez son más y peor va la sociedad, a la que en teoría debieron servir sin esperar más allá que el reconocimiento público.

Quizás se debería contemplar un mecanismo que contemplara evitar la casi perpetuidad de la permanencia de los políticos, porque no es lógica la situación que se crea una y otra vez, hoy tenemos como presidente de gobierno un hombre que lleva más de veinte años arriba y abajo, en la oposición se prepara la misma situación se va a luchar por parte de unos profesionales de la política, para estar ahí en segundo término haber si en la próxima o la otra oportunidad asaltan el poder otra vez.

Vera usted, en Catalunya no le voy a negar que se implantase un “impuesto Pujol” consistente en sacar provecho de los proyectos de obras de infraestructuras y demás que se realizaban en la época del gobierno Pujol, pero la cosa es que se cobraba sobre unos proyectos reales y que servían y han servido para que las infraestructuras catalanas sean un ejemplo de eficacia económica y real resulta que además son rentabilísimos hoy en día, hablamos del sistema de aparcamientos urbanos, Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat, Puerto de Barcelona, nuevo recinto de ferias y congresos, y sobre todo la red de autopistas y carreteras de la Generalitat.

Mire usted si no hubiese habido este “impuesto un tanto especial” y se hubiese tenido que esperar que España hubiese hecho todo esto quizás hoy en Catalunya todavía iríamos en “carros tirados por  caballos” quiero con esto decir que la financiación de todo lo que hoy disfrutamos aquí estoy seguro que tiene dos aspectos uno lo malo del trapicheo y otro lo peor que el gobierno de España lo admitió y lo protegió con el fin de que Catalunya se espabilase por si sola dejando mucho dinero para repartírselo en Madrid por ejemplo o dígame usted de donde salió el dinero y lo que es peor para que se hicieron las radiales de Madrid la autopista a Toledo el aeropuerto de ciudad real la autopista a Guadalajara todas ellas hoy quebradas, y no digamos el tema del AVE cuantos tres por cientos se han cobrado de esto y no ha sido Pujol.

Quizás si el enseño el sistema puede ser pero como no lo sabremos nunca vamos a dejarlo así mire usted, el que esté libre de culpa que tire la primera piedra, y estos no lo dude no es ni usted ni el PP ni el PSOE, mire yo le contare un cuento que refleja lo que le estoy queriendo explicar.
