DEL PANICO A LO ABSURDO, PASANDO POR LA INSEGURIDAD DEL PP

 

La Abogacía del Estado ha presentado esta mañana la impugnación ante el Tribunal Constitucional de la declaración soberanista aprobada por el Parlamento de Cataluña el pasado 23 de enero, una semana después de que lo acordase el Consejo de Ministros, según han informado fuentes gubernamentales. No entiendo que impugnan porque no existe tal declaración Soberanista, les aseguro que por muchas ganas que tengamos de serlo, los catalanes seguimos soportando los mismos inútiles, falsos, y estafadores gobernantes que el resto de los españoles.

 

El Parlamento catalán solo ha aprobado una simple e inútil declaración de intenciones para realizar una consulta al pueblo catalán para palpar que grado de aceptación e interés habría en que Catalunya plantease dentro de la legalidad un proceso de soberanía y con ello la segregación o no de España. Si esto para el asustado e inseguro gobierno de España significa que Catalunya es soberana ambos nos estamos equivocando unos porque creemos que no estamos haciendo más que el papel de mosca cojonera y los otros porque el miedo a lo que pudiera ser les atenaza la inteligencia y ven en una simple acta de un parlamento una declaración de soberanía.

 

El pasado viernes el consejo de ministros acordó impugnar ante el alto tribunal algo en contra de Catalunya, pero no sabía ni que ni porque, así que puso a trabajar a sus abogados al consejo de estado etc., al final hartos de no encontrar nada en ella porque es solo es una declaración sin valor jurídico alguno, han convertido esa declaración en “Una declaración de Soberanía de Catalunya” y nosotros sin enterarnos pero el gobierno que es vidente y asustado por su propia debilidad ha manipulado la simple declaración por entender que su contenido "no sólo no es compatible" con la Carta Magna sino que "produce efectos", al plantear el inicio de un proceso "para el que mandata a poderes públicos y ciudadanos", según dijo la vicepresidenta del Gobierno, en definitiva sin saberlo los catalanes hemos empezado un proceso de soberanía

 

Sáenz de Santamaría ha explicado hoy que si el Constitucional admite a trámite la impugnación presentada por el Gobierno, se producirá la "suspensión" de la misma porque tiene "carácter automático". O sea que dentro de unos meses nos dirá el constitucional que podemos tirar a la basura el acta del parlament de Catalunya y nos dará la razón porque nosotros ya sabemos que no hemos hecho ninguna Declaración de Soberanía. Yo creo dice Sorayita de Santa María y la divina trinidad que  todos los cargos públicos tienen la obligación de respetar los procesos y las decisiones, en este caso parece claro que el gobierno y sus cargos públicos tienen ganas de guerra sucia, y transforman una simple acta de consulta con un acto de soberanía si todos actuásemos en consecuencia con sus manifestación podríamos decir que ya no somos españoles hasta que nos despierte el Tribunal Constitucional

ESPAÑA ES UN PROBLEMA PARA LA PROPIA ESPAÑA ESTO COMO SE ARREGLA.

La realidad económica y social que nos envuelve es realmente preocupante, los acontecimientos que se suceden nos llevan a la sensación de que se nos está hundiendo el país a nuestros pies, y es así, no creo que haga falta remarcar de nuevo los problemas: el desempleo, los recortes de nuestro modo de vida, etc. todos estamos conscientes de ello. El drama que quiero exponer es que estamos completamente sin recursos, ni materiales, ni políticos, para poder salirnos de esta situación.

España está abandonada ya a su suerte, que no es otra que la decadencia más absoluta, Europa nos abandonará a nuestra suerte, porque no hay a la vista nada que demuestre seriedad, seguridad, y dignidad, en la que apoyar una ayuda o una colaboración eficaz. Como queremos que europa nos tenga en consideración  si está viendo que en 12 meses, no solo no tenemos claro dónde estamos, sino que ya la hemos engañado no sé cuantas veces que nuestros números no mejoran y que nuestra política y politicos tampoco.

Hago referencia a Europa pero es que aquí en nuestra economía en nuestro país, nos pasa igual, de quien nos tenemos que fiar, la actuación del gobierno es completamente errática, mentirosa, y lo peor falsa, nos falseo los presupuestos nacionales, nos los escatimo por su conveniencia dejando que España cayera al foso del desconcierto durante trece meses, entre tanto Europa nos ha ido perdiendo la confianza, y en España los bancos han perdido la credibilidad y el dinero a espuertas. Recortes, leyes absurdas y conflictivas que no venían a cuento, regulación laboral que no sirve de nada excepto para organizar de tanto en tanto huelga general.

El gobierno cada día que pasa,  está más desbordado por las circunstancias, y recurre en vez de concretar soluciones, a la amenaza y al terrorismo económico financiero, nos baja los sueldos, nos sube los impuestos, nos amenaza con intervencionismo fiscal, si no somos conscientes y honrados en nuestras cuentas, y en nuestros sacrificios, y nosotros pensamos que si hace esto, es porque ellos si son honrados y limpios, y saben por dónde hay que tirar, un mes, dos meses, tres meses, cuatro meses,… y al año salta todo por los aires.

Todo lo bien que decían estaba la economía, todos los acuerdos que se estaban fraguando para su posible recuperación y restructuración, saltan por los aires cuando revienta la honradez del estado del PP, el caso Bárcenas, tira por los suelos toda la credibilidad del equipo del gobierno y del PP que lo soporta , y automáticamente queda desautoriza moralmente el que este gobierno nos dé lecciones de cómo ahorrar, de cómo apretarnos el cinturón, de cómo prescindir de nuestros derechos, porque vemos asombrados que sus trampas y sus desmanes no tienen justificación alguna.

Todavía con el escándalo de la banca en plena efervescencia, vemos como por cuarta vez los números del estado no sirven, nos han vuelto a engañar ya no estamos en un déficit controlado, sino que estamos en un déficit expansivo. Y ahora que como afrontamos esto, pregunto a mis lectores y a mí mismo,  esto no puede ser ni seguir así, yo no puedo seguir a un gobierno que me engaña o que es tonto e incapaz, es lo mismo no deja de ser un engaño, pero lo peor es que no es ni tonto ni incapaz, es que es un tirano,  es un vulgar presunto estafador de feria, que me esconde la bolita entre los cubiletes  día tras día, para que caiga en la trampa de contribuir con mi esfuerzo a su dispendio propio, que me lo hace pagar de mi trabajo.

Qué clase de gobierno es este, que en poco más de un año ha perdido toda credibilidad de su pueblo y la internacional, desde donde se juzga a España hoy como una autentica y gran mentira y esto no lo duden nos arrastra a todos.

Estamos como vulgarmente se dice bien jodidos, nos han destrozado la economía, la industria, la banca, el empleo, la sanidad, la educación, las autonomías, los servicios de atención a discapacitados, y por último la honorabilidad, y somos tan inútiles que nosotros mismos nos los hemos impuesto, de tal manera, que pueden seguir haciendo los que les dé la gana durante el tiempo que les dé la gana, si se lo que digo, porque si miran hacia atrás verán que en realidad, estén unos u otros mandando en el gobierno, los problemas son los mismos, trampas, inconcreciones, mentiras y sacar provecho propio de la situación. Y a la sociedad que le den…… morcillas

Qué circunstancias hacen que los políticos estén fuera de tono: ¿La mala situación de la economía mundial? No, esto es una consecuencia de sus nervios. ¿La inestabilidad social? No, tampoco esto es otra de sus consecuencias, ¿Su propia inestabilidad? Esta si es la autentica razón, ya la hemos encontrado, bueno pues localizado el problema sigamos analizando.

Porque los políticos sienten tanta  inestabilidad, que les hace perder los nervios y con ellos la cordura, la razón, y las facultades para ejercer como guías de la sociedad que deben representar y defender. Ya hemos dicho que no son los problemas de la economía mundial, de la deuda soberana, ni nada de eso, es que  ven como su mundo, lleno de prebendas, vicios, sobornos, falsos honores, egolatrías, lujos, reconocimientos y poder sobre todo “PODER” se les ha venido abajo.

No lo duden, lo escribo en tiempo pasado, porque ellos, en la situación en que se desenvuelven, ya lo saben que su sistema de vida y de hacer política, ya no sirve, las sociedades del bien estar que ellos mismos crearon, e hincharon una y otra vez para que les siguieran adorando como dioses, les han sobrepasado, y aun viéndolo venir, se han aferrado todos a la ilusión, de que algo ocurriría que haría girar la rueda 180 grados.

Este es el análisis de la situación, de la democracia en todo el mundo Occidental y en concreto en España, pero no se escapan países líderes como Alemania, Francia, o los EEUU, son todos los políticos, y todos los gobiernos los que están igual, solo así se puede explicar porque no saben ni pueden terminar con los problemas de la deuda y del déficit , del desequilibrio financiero, de la caída de la productividad,  problemas que evidentemente, han creado entes y gentes, que no están nerviosos, si no todo lo contrario están perfectamente organizados y coordinados, construyen estrategias a corto, medio y largo plazo, mientras los responsables políticos están pensando como salvar su culo hoy , lo que hay que entender, es que la labor de los personajes llamados genéricamente los mercados, es perfectamente licita, en el fondo,  no hacen nada más que su trabajo que es ganar dinero.

Y no estafan más que otros profesionales o políticos, quizás menos si me apuran, solo usan en su provecho las leyes y formas establecidas por los mercados financieros y que están en vigor desde tiempos atrás muy atrás, leyes que correspondería a la clase gobernante y política haber reformado y controlado desde hace ya bastante tiempo, pero no fue así, era más bonito y reconfortante para sus intereses, dejar hacer y elevar como un globo los costes la deuda de los estados, y de la sociedad, para que los alabase día tras día. Hasta que llego el día que el globo que elevaba sus egos y sus sociedades exploto y aquí estamos.

Todo esto hace mucho daño a todo el resto de España estos artículos en los que se apunta tanta sobreexposición negativa en los medios de comunicación puede afectar al turismo, la actividad más sensible a una reputación adversa, y un sector clave de la economía valenciana y española.

Bien hasta aquí la exposición de de la prensa internacional que indudablemente, no se puede negar que refleja la tremenda realidad que convierte a toda una comunidad española, no solo en la imagen del despilfarro y la inconsciencia de su propia región y sus políticos, sino que por añadidura comunica al mundo que el resto de España no puede andar muy lejos de esta realidad. Ahora cuando se terminaron los favores del PP obligados por Bruselas, el mundo político y empresarial valenciano es un clamor contra el sistema de financiación autonómica, después de conocerse que el déficit de la Comunidad en 2012 -3.460 millones de euros, el 3,45 por ciento del PIB, superando con mucho el objetivo marcado por el gobierno y duplicó la media de las comunidades autónomas, a pesar de los recortes aplicados y las subidas de impuestos.

Los partidos de la oposición no ahorran críticas a la "ineficacia" del Gobierno de Alberto Fabra, pero reconocen que, como alega el consejero de Hacienda, Juan Carlos Moragues, parte de este mal resultado se debe a la financiación que recibe la Generalitat del Estado, una de las más bajas desde el año 2002 si se mide en euros por habitante es curioso porque desde esta fecha Valencia fue la comunidad que más deslumbro por sus grandes obras, sus eventos marítimos y automovilísticos, etc., donde estaban entonces los prohombres valencianos que no veian que eso era insostenible para su economía  

Ahora en estos tiempos de crisis y según explica Moragues, el 75 por ciento de los ingresos que recibe la Generalitat provienen del Estado y financian principalmente sanidad y educación. Dos departamentos que suponen tres cuartas partes del gasto y a los que la Generalitat destina menos recursos por habitante que la media de las comunidades. "Somos eficientes en el gasto", asegura. El hecho de recibir cada año unos 200 euros por habitante menos que la media equivale a unos 1.000 millones anuales de desventaja. De hecho, la financiación recibida en 2012 fue de 8.321 millones cuando el presupuesto de sanidad y educación era de 9.541, a lo que hay que sumar 1.000 millones de Bienestar Social.

Con datos de 2010, último año liquidado del sistema de financiación autonómica, el consejero hace tres supuestos: "Si tuviéramos la financiación per cápita de Extremadura, que se situó en 2.873,25 euros por habitante, es decir, una diferencia de 563,23 euros, habríamos recibido 2.816 millones más y casi habríamos alcanzado nuestro objetivo de déficit; en el caso de tener la de Cataluña, habríamos recibido 1.893 millones más y cumplido el citado objetivo; y tener la de Cantabria habría supuesto ingresar 4.230 millones más y, por lo tanto, tendríamos superávit". Amigo mío cuando la política del PP y del estado cambia porque no la puede sostener, afloran las vergüenzas.

Porque lo que no explica y tampoco explicara el PP y sus gobiernos, es el porqué Valencia es hoy vista como el paradigma de la mala praxis económica, política, y la cumbre del despilfarro y la corrupción política y de todo tipo. Como surgió todo esto, como se ha llegado a destruir toda una región, y a su sociedad más bien tranquila de costumbres y tradiciones sencillas, orientada a la agricultura, al turismo de sol y playa, y sobre todo sus fiestas falleras.

Pues la realidad es que fue la política de derechas centralista del PP básicamente, pero de España en definitiva, la que ha llevado a la comunidad valenciana, al desprestigio y su ruina moral y ética, al decidir en su día convertir a la comunidad valenciana en el instrumento para desplazar de su vecina Catalunya, el poder económico de esta, y llevárselo por efecto contrapeso hacia otra comunidad de parecidas condiciones de localización y clima, pero sin la intensidad nacionalista de la primera potencia industrial, turística, e internacional, de España como es Catalunya.

Los políticos y la sociedad nacional española está harta y sabe, que tarde o temprano no podrá mantener la sumisión catalana, si este pequeño país que se siente nación, sigue creciendo y creciendo en todos los aspectos económico, industrial, turístico, deportivo, investigación, sanitario, todo ello acompañado de un gran prestigio internacional.

Así que la política nacional iniciada fundamentalmente por Aznar y mantenida por el PP, (que continua aun hoy el gobierno de la Comunidad Valenciana) y con la indiferencia o conveniencia de la etapa de gobierno nacional del PSOE, se planeo una estrategia que consistía en: A.- frenar la expansión de Catalunya, y B.- hacer crecer sin razón ni orden alguno la Comunidad Valenciana en los mismos aspectos que podían según ellos hacer la competencia a Catalunya.

Que exagero, no en absoluto verán porque lo digo, el puerto de Barcelona es el primero del sur de Europa en carga y viajeros, este puerto necesita la conexión ferroviaria con Europa, (el corredor mediterráneo) infraestructura que está aprobada y con financiación por parte de la UE, bien España no solo no la ha emprendido todavía, sino que empezó a montar en el puerto de Valencia una instalación logística copia de la ya existente en Barcelona, es decide lo que se llama la ZAL (zona de actividades logísticas) abarato los cánones y tramites de despacho de aduanas en el puerto de Valencia, todo ello para intentar que dicho puerto fuese la salida y entrada principal de las cargas de Madrid y centro peninsular y absorbiera la mayor cantidad posible de destinos al de Barcelona hecho este ultimo que no ha ocurrido.

Como esto no funcionaba se monta un circuito para la F1 semi urbano usando parte del puerto de valencia creando y pagando un nuevo gran premio en Valencia, hartos de que el circuito de F1 de Catalunya fuese año tras año mejorando público y utilización de servicios del circuito de Montmelo durante todo el año, resultado enormes pérdidas que nunca sabremos la cuantía real. Ahora España tiene que yo sepa cuatro circuitos y el único que funciona bien es el de Montmelo.

En Catalunya, el parque de atracciones de Villa Seca - Salou “Port Aventura”, aumenta año a lo su éxito turístico tanto nacional como internacional, la comunidad valenciana crea el desastre económico y de publico denominado “Terra Mítica” que como se ha visto ha sido un pozo sin fondos de perdidas y un instrumento de repartir comisiones escandaloso y no hace más que aumentar el prestigio de la instalación lúdica catalana.

Las enormes urbanizaciones turísticas realizadas en la costa levantina, también han sido un autentico desastre para el país, y un gran beneficio para la oligarquía y muchos políticos de España, el objetivo que lo justificaba era también quitar turismo a la Costa Brava y la Costa Dorada ambas del litoral de Catalunya, urbanizaciones que se han llevado por delante al Banco de Valencia a la CAM y otras instituciones y ya puestos en este ámbito, solo queda mencionar el aeropuerto de Castellón.

Respecto a la gran tradición cultural de Catalunya y de Barcelona en primer lugar, con sus obras monumentales de Gaudí y toda su arquitectura modernista, su románico único en el mundo, sus congresos, ferias, y convenciones internacionales, sus olimpiadas del 1992, etc. llevaron también la idea de competir con todo ello y se creó sin venir a cuento, la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias en Valencia, y ya lo ven resultado unos monumentos que son deficitarios y que tarde o temprano no se podrán mantener.

La costa Valenciana fue nombrada tácitamente, la playa de Madrid y fue invadida por la cultura castellana, eliminando todo lo posible la cultura valenciana hija mayor de la catalana, ahogando su habla y uso, negando incluso la llegada de la TV catalana para que no contaminase los maquiavélicos deseos de la cultura centralista española, creo que con lo expuesto, ya es suficiente para demostrar que ha pasado con Valencia, España la ha utilizado y la ha hundido como todo lo que hace, porque lo que hace la política española, es mirar solo por su parte de España, para mantenerla suficiente rica, aunque sea como así es, esquilmando a sus para ellos conquistados súbditos.

Qué más da que Valencia sea el paradigma de la vergüenza, de la mala gestión, del mal político, España se va a desentender de ello, va a ser Valencia sola la mala no el gobierno de España, ellos no tienen la culpa que los valencianos se volvieran locos y hundieran bancos, estafaran a la sociedad, sobornaran políticos, etc., en el fondo ahora los volverán a utilizar para hacer ver que es la muestra de que las Autonomías son las malas, las que han hundido España, y así funciona este dichoso país.
