En línea con las medidas económicas en las que viene trabajando Podemos desde finales del año pasado, la formación liderada por Pablo Iglesias ha plasmado en este programa la creación de "un impuesto especial a la riqueza a través de las vías habilitadas actualmente -patrimonio y sucesiones- que mantenga los principios constitucionales de progresividad, que rompan con la penalización fiscal a las mujeres y que dote a la hacienda andaluza de fondos para luchar contra la desigualdad".

Verán yo empiezo a preocuparme mucho ya no sé dónde vamos a ir a parar o Podemos, está seguro de que va a estar al frente del gobierno de la nación y lo consigue, o lo que puede pasar en este país puede ser un completo desastre imaginémonos que la candidata de Podemos a la junta de Andalucía gana las elecciones y según lo propuesto en su programa sube los impuestos a los ricos ( yo supongo que sabe que solo podría subirlos a los ricos de Andalucía y si le dejan hacerlo en Madrid) imaginemos que llegado el momento Madrid no dice nada y promulga esta ley tributaria. Tan inocentes son los de Podemos que creen que los ricos andaluces pagaran más impuestos.

Francamente la cuestión asusta porque lo normal es que ante esta posibilidad los ricos se marchen de Andalucía y se vayan a vivir todos a Madrid que de hecho ahora ya está pasando no creo decir nada nuevo. Pero el caso es que lo que en realidad pasaría, si se aprueba esta ley y a su vez se aplican las mejoras sociales que apuntan los de Podemos, pues que acabaríamos pagando los catalanes y el resto de españoles, no andaluces claro está, como pueden hacer estas declaraciones en que piensa Podemos, ya lo he dicho varias veces y todo esto lo confirma “Podemos” va a por un país Social-Comunista y esto es hasta cierto punto lógico, porque “Podemos” sabe que con sus medidas el capital se marchara del país y lo que quedara será una economía de supervivencia que habrá que redistribuir.

Porque no solo es esta medida de pretender que los ricos dejen de serlo pagando de su bolsillo la pobreza de los pobres. Además, la formación pondrá en marcha mecanismo para facilitar la constitución de Comisiones de investigación en Parlamento "sin posibilidad de veto" y "a petición popular cuando sea respaldada por un número de firmas suficiente, o bien por dos quintos de la Cámara". Estas son algunas de las medidas incluidas en el denominado 'Programa para el cambio en Andalucía' que este miércoles ha presentado la formación de cara a las próximas elecciones autonómicas en Andalucía del próximo 22 de marzo, que consta de 124 páginas y un total de 433 medidas divididas en cinco bloques.

Para garantizar la vivienda, el programa con el que la cabeza de lista de “Podemos”, Teresa Rodríguez, aspira a presidir la Junta de Andalucía, prevé realizar en un primer lugar un "diagnóstico" sobre "la situación habitacional en Andalucía" para declarar a continuación el "estado de emergencia habitacional" y "la suspensión temporal de los desahucios". En concreto, “Podemos” se compromete a "priorizar todos los recursos de la Junta de Andalucía con el objeto de proceder a la suspensión temporal de todos los desahucios y garantizar los suministros básicos en Andalucía, acordes con la doctrina europea de los derechos humanos y la resoluciones de la ONU en dicha materia" y yo les pregunto: y cuando se terminen todos los recursos de Andalucía de donde van a sacar dinero para pagar los servicios sociales.

Asimismo, apuestan por "establecer de forma inmediata alojamientos temporales a las personas sin hogar en Andalucía que garanticen su dignidad e integridad, además de proceder a la dignificación de los alojamientos precarios existentes --como los casos de chabolismo, entre otros-- mientras no se logre su erradicación". En lo que a los suministros básicos se refiere, “Podemos” propone "garantizar a la ciudadanía los suministros básicos de agua, luz y gas", mediante una ley que asegure "un mínimo vital de subsistencia" de estos servicios. También se comprometen a "legislar medidas especiales de protección que prohíban el corte de suministros básicos de agua, luz y gas a los andaluces en condiciones adversas que supongan un peligro para la salud o la vida".

En fin yo les aconsejo a los andaluces y también a todos los españoles que al menos los que no hayan tenido la oportunidad de conocer el verdadero socialismo desde dentro que se compren o alquilen si todavía se hace la película “Doctor Zibago” y vayan tomando nota.

Increíble pero cierto yo estoy completamente desorientado y verán porque lo digo, cualquier persona que no sea español al leer mi párrafo anterior dará por supuesto que por fin en España la corrupción política ha bajado, que hay menos casos y por eso los españoles vuelven a anteponer el paro a la corrupción, pero no es así, en España casi cada día hay o se descubren nuevos casos flagrantes de corrupción que además son inmediatamente tratados por la policía fiscal o judicial según el caso hay mismo  se han entrado en el ayuntamiento de Lleida donde la teniente de alcalde ha denunciado al alcalde lo bueno del caso es que ambos están en funciones.

Pero es que además de esta anécdota que es un tanto ridícula es que no se ha terminado ningún juicio de los casos abiertos y en proceso desde hace ya tres años y más yo diría que incluso hoy hay menos delincuentes inculpados en prisión que hace un mes  y no quiero dar nombres. Intentar comprender esta situación especial solo me lleva a una conclusión no se pueden terminar los procesos abiertos sobre la corrupción porque España se quedaría sin políticos con quien gobernar el país.

Así que la decisión está muy clara y acorde con la forma de actuar del PP y PSOE, la decisión que parecen haber tomado los máximos responsables políticos al respecto es que todo es corrupción en España luego es un signo de normalidad España se gobierna con corruptos desde tiempos inmemoriales y sigue siendo así y no hay porque cambiarlo, y da resultado ya lo han leído el pueblo español ha vuelto a su principal problema que es el desempleo y ya no le importa que los políticos y sean corruptos

Y es que si repasamos un poco por encima la situación es corrupto desde el partido que gobierna  pasando por muchos  de sus altos cargos lo es el partido de la oposición lo son las comunidades autónomas y sus respectivos gobiernos, diría que casi todos los ayuntamientos muchísimos alcaldes y no digamos ya la elite económica y empresarial del país que en el fondo es quien les proporciona muchos de los beneficios de la corrupción, aunque lo peor del caso y es que de lo que no se dan cuenta los españoles es que quienes más pagan por la corrupción somos los trabajadores y la gente normal y esto lo pagamos con nuestros impuestos y con la ineficacia del gobierno que solo sabe crear desempleo

Pero esta razón la estadística del (CIS) lo demuestra y así nos dice que apenas remite es la percepción por el desempleo como principal problema. Lo es para el 78,6% de los encuestados, cifra similar a la de enero (79,4%). Y es así porque la realidad es que cada vez hay más desempleados, en contra de lo que dicen desde las entidades gubernamentales, porque lo que ocurre es que esta es otra de las formas de ser corruptos, la manipulación de la realidad a su favor, esta es otra forma de engañar tan nefasta como la corrupción con dinero público hoy ya en España hay más de dos millones de parados que no tienen n ningún derecho a percibir ayuda alguna creo sinceramente que pronto llegaremos a una situación social insostenible y esto nos lo están ocultando.

Llevado a cabo entre el 2 y el 11 de febrero, a través de 2.476 entrevistas, el sondeo del organismo público muestra una vez más el pesimismo económico de los ciudadanos, en contra del discurso oficial del Gobierno, que basa en la idea de la recuperación sus mensajes en este año electoral. El 75,6% de los consultados considera que la situación es mala o muy mala, un porcentaje similar, al de hace un mes, cuando era del 76,5%. Ya conocen muchos de ustedes mi frase de que las independencias no se consiguen con votos, pocas hay así y las que hay son sobrevenidas en países colonizados, no lo duden busquen en la historia y verán que las antiguas independencias las consiguen los ciudadanos normalmente y desgraciadamente vestidos y armados como soldados revolucionarios siguiendo a unos líderes surgidos del pueblo, es cierto que las más modernas ya no ha sido necesario organizar una revolución armada para conseguirlo pero en estos casos más que unas independencias ganadas han sido independencias dadas, caso de los países ex soviéticos.

Esta es la realidad si nos situamos en la actualidad verán que no hay independencias por ninguna parte ni dadas ni ganadas, el último intento democrático fue la independencia de Escocia, porque el Reino Unido acepto proponerla por medios tan democráticos como un referéndum popular escoces para que estos decidiesen su destino, y ya conocemos el resultado, más vale malo conocido que bueno por conocer. Pero yo no diría esto lo que en realidad paso es que la intención de independencia de escocia se negoció entre políticos, y en estos casos los políticos de ambos lados no les interesa a ninguno de los dos complicarse la vida.

Catalunya hoy está completamente embarrancada en su objetivo autonómico porque este está ha saltado del pueblo a la política y aquí curiosamente se terminó la democracia y  cuando todo parecía indicar que por ella se debía poner el proceso en manos de los políticos votados por el pueblo como máximos representantes del sentir y del orden repito democrático de los catalanes.

Por democracia o por miedo la cuestión es que hoy la ejecución del proyecto está en manos de los políticos y esto es lo que hace que con toda seguridad no llegaremos a ninguna parte otra cosa seria que estuviese la independencia de Catalunya en manos de UN POLITICO solo uno, pero en cuanto entran en juego las estructuras políticas no hay ninguna posibilidad, así que en mi opinión y me reafirmo en mis anteriores comentarios la independencia no se conseguirá con votos no tengan la menor duda.

Me dirán ustedes que hay unas fuerzas sociales muy fuertes y que han demostrado su eficacia pero solo hablamos de actos de exaltación social y patriótica, actos que como ha quedado claro no han servido para nada, en cuanto han entrado en juego la y los políticos. Firmeza. Esta es la consigna que se ha autoimpuesto la dirección de la Asamblea Nacional Catalana (ANC) para tratar de superar la situación actual en la que se mueve el independentismo catalán, marcada por el desconcierto y un desánimo poco disimulado.

La cúpula de la ANC ha recibido numerosas críticas por los vaivenes en relación a los planes previstos por la organización sobre la estrategia a seguir para lograr la independencia, en especial en las convulsas semanas previas al pacto entre Artur Mas y Oriol Junqueras de mediados de enero. Y estas críticas son completamente justificadas porque sin saber muy bien porque la sociedad catalana ha quedado apartada del objetivo principal; Reclamar la independencia, la sociedad nos hemos dado cuenta que no estamos reclamando nada  que no llevamos la iniciativa o que la hemos perdido como prefieran y en este preciso momento que esto sucedió morimos todos de éxito.

Un éxito banal y que no ha servido para nada, la política española sobre Catalunya sigue siendo la misma o peor, mucho peor, nos están destrozando por todos los lados, perdemos en la educación, perdemos en las infraestructuras, perdemos en la economía, y por ultimo perdemos nuestra política interna ya hoy nadie duda de que en las elecciones (si se llegan a celebrar cosa que dudo) del próximo 27S no habrá ninguna mayoría independentista porque es ya matemáticamente imposible la disgregación de voto será tal que no servirán para nada más que para hacer un Parlamento ingobernable, con el que olvidémonos de negociar ninguna independencia.

Y lo peor es que Catalunya además quedara en una situación de ingobernabilidad total porque si no cambian las cosas de aquí a entonces tal y como se puede ver hoy en un articulo del Periódico de Catalunya se presenta un escenario de lo más variado, y que será imposible de coaligar hablamos de ocho formaciones políticas para gobernar solo siete millones de habitantes, madre mía no llegan ni a millón por cabeza.

En este escenario, la entidad que preside Carme Forcadell tiene previsto fijar unos criterios exigentes ante las elecciones municipales de mayo, y también respecto a la hoja de ruta hacia las elecciones autonómicas de septiembre. Cara a los comicios locales, la ANC quiere convertirlos tanto como sea posible en una previa de la cita del 27-S y exigirá a las listas soberanistas que se comprometan a, si vencen, incorporar a los respectivos consistorios a la AMI (Associació de Municipis Independentistes) en caso de que no estén ya integrados en ella.

Estas ideas son una pérdida de tiempo, porque como decía antes en el conglomerado de la política catalana, ya nada más quedan tres partidos soberanistas y estos más los otros cinco que quedan van a jugar a la política normal, y no por una política soberanista porque saben que la disparidad política de que hablaba antes, impedirá cualquier mayoría significativa. No es este el camino las organizaciones civiles han perdido la guerra frente a las maquinarias políticas de “dos países” si me permiten la expresión la de España y la de Catalunya.

Todo ello ha desgastado los ánimos de las bases de la ANC, que además se prepara para celebrar elecciones internas en mayo y relevar entre otros cargos a su presidenta, Carme Forcadell. Un proceso que también se prevé convulso dada la existencia de sectores críticos. Las primeras concreciones de todo ello se verán en los próximos meses  cuando se celebren las elecciones locales y posteriormente se retomen, discretamente, las reuniones entre partidos y ANC, con el propósito de  tener diseñado cuanto antes un rumbo común. Esperaremos acontecimientos pero adelanto que o se cambia la actitud “tan democrática con que nos abofetean por todos los lados” o mejor dejemos que la historia haga otro intento y de otra manera de aquí a un cuantos siglos más.

Their more important companies confront enormous necessities of refinance of the debt, their reservations of foreign currencies are draining, their economy goes on the way to a deep recession and the ruble suffers new and serious depreciations. When reorienting their exports, Russia demands, in fact, to Europe that spends thousands of millions of Eurus in a new infrastructure to substitute a pipeline that is under perfect conditions. The initial reaction of Europe was the one of considering that or it was a bluster of Putin or this had lost the trial.
