NO EXCULPO PERO SI EXCUSO

No debo rehuir de comentar el hecho critico de la confesión de Jordi Pujol respecto a sus asuntos fiscales, aunque no me guste hacerlo, la confesión auto culpabilizándose de un hecho sobre una herencia familiar no declarada a tiempo ha resultado un verdadero escándalo mediático propagandístico y ha generado "un problema de confianza entre la ciudadanía" según los medios políticos y periodísticos. No obstante, yo creo que es más el ruido que interesa hacer que las nueces movidas y que se debe diferenciar entre las herencias políticas y económicas de Jordi Pujol y en este momento este hecho que se pregona con vergüenza por unos y con alegría por otros se circunscribe al ámbito familiar y personal.

Su herencia política es intachable y nos ha conducido a tener un país de calidad que aspira a todo, esto yo quisiera ponerlo en el fiel de la balanza del hecho o los hechos no voy a justificar nada pero si quiero decir que para Jordi Pujol hombre político perseguido por el franquismo y encarcelado por el mismo régimen no se podía esperar que tuviese ninguna confianza en tener la herencia de su padre de su familia en España, indudablemente que esto también le reporto algún que otro beneficio pero no fue un hecho diría yo que buscado egoístamente creo que la acción de esconder la herencia familiar estaba dentro del imaginario del hombre Jordi Pujol por lo que pudiese pasar.

Yo como catalán y ferviente admirador del personaje y su obra política no lo exculpo pero si le excuso posiblemente por su trayectoria política por sus ideas repito yo también hubiese pensado que mejor guardar parte del futuro de la familia lejos del politiqueo español, otra cosa es lo que al final se pueda descubrir sobre los comportamientos de sus hijos, de lo que no puedo hablar porque lo desconozco, pero para eso están casi todos encausados así que la justicia dirá si hay delitos o no.

Ahora bien esta acción de Jordi Pujol no debe de alarmar a nadie porque no representa ninguna vergüenza nacional el que así lo vea es porque intenta hacerlo servir para que Catalunya se sienta mal moralmente y no debe ser asi Catalunya sigue siendo una gran nación y sus gentes una muy buena gente no se puede hacer un juicio de valor tan duro a un hombre que su mochila está cargada de política de de juicios y cárcel por luchar por sus ideas básicamente catalanas. Perdonen si les parece inexcusable y vergonzoso este hecho y al que escarbe simplemente le parece un hecho humano de una persona que debía pensar en un futuro incierto que no debía de padecer su familia.

Quiero también manifestar que estoy refiriéndome concretamente a este hecho es decir un hombre que ha pasado lo que ha pasado recibe la herencia de su padre destinada a sus hijos (nietos) y decide esconderla por si acaso la verdad de casos como este habrá a cientos créanme. Casi tantos como fortunas hechas gracias a la desgracia de una guerra civil y a las situaciones peculiares posteriores vividas por los españoles.

País Vasco y Navarra son las comunidades autónomas más beneficiadas gracias al Cupo. Andalucía, Canarias, Extremadura, las dos Castillas o Asturias reciben también mucho más de lo que recaudan. Se entiende así la alegría con la que gasta el presidente extremeño, José Antonio Monago, capaz de adelantar una rebaja del IRPF con el dinero de los contribuyentes del resto del Estado. O por qué la presidenta andaluza, Susana Díaz, mantiene la sangría de los cursos de formación fraudulentos sin investigarlo siquiera.

Así con estos dos párrafos comienza su exposición el director del diario económico “EL ECONOMISTA” que se refiere al maldito café para todos vicio inculcado por el miedo a perder votos por parte de los políticos españoles y como consecuencia el poder y sus beneficios, los que estén interesados en leer el artículo completo que es extraordinario lo pueden buscar en dicho diario económico que lo publica por internet. Yo solo lo he recogido estos dos párrafos porque mi propio desarrollo sobre esta cuestión va por otros caminos que es lo que quiero exponer.

El café para todos es y ha sido el freno del desarrollo de España y quizás nunca podamos rehacernos por la cantidad de tiempo perdido haciendo eso “tomando café…… gratis” el café para todos ha sido una herramienta injusta para todos incluso para los que crean que no es así, verán la cuestión es que los políticos españoles han confundido las ayudas con la caridad, y algo muy grave han pretendido la igualdad territorial pretendiendo hacer en cada lugar lo mismo que en otro sin tener en cuenta ni su posibilidad de éxito ni su necesidad de uso y lo peor es que repitiendo o repartiendo café como quieran han frenado a toda España y lamento decirlo menos a Madrid.

Sin embargo este reproche no es envidia es una reafirmación de lo malo que es el café que nos reparten me da la impresión que los políticos españoles solo comprenden la grandeza de España en base a la grandeza de su capital no sé porque pero es así no se han dado cuenta todavía que en muchas naciones la capital no es ni mucho menos la ciudad ni más grande ni más poblada ni mas de todo, sino simplemente el lugar en que se desarrolla el gobierno de la nación  este es el primer sorbo amargo del café que nos tenemos que beber los españoles.

La grandeza enorme de Madrid ha desequilibrado y desequilibra cuando menos las dos Castillas, Extremadura, Galicia, Cantabria y mucha parte de Andalucía de hecho casi toda España excepto Catalunya que sin ser capital, también ejerce de polo de atracción a todo el territorio nacional excepto Madrid, y esto es en parte culpa del café para todos porque en realidad este café para todos que se da al pueblo supuestamente de forma gratuita en la realidad se reparte en Madrid y en Catalunya, y hacia allá van muchos españoles a tomarlo con lo que la primera consecuencia es el desequilibrio demográfico nacional.

El café para todos ha conseguido en muchos casos arruinar comunidades enteras el ejemplo más claro y más reciente Valencia, al primer gobierno de Aznar le sentó como un patada en el culo que tuviese que ayudarse de los políticos catalanes para gobernar recuérdenlo y decidió que no le pasaría mas así que decidió repartir café en Valencia a raudales para conseguir así una fiel clientela de votantes al PP y rebajar la fortaleza de Catalunya concretamente de Barcelona así que se gasto allá miles de millones de euros para replicar una capital que no era su forma de vida igual a la de  Barcelona ni de Catalunya

Amplio un puerto para que fuese el puerto de Madrid no de Valencia con la sola intención de que Madrid no dependiese de recibir mercancías desde Barcelona hoy ya lo ven el gobierno pretende que los beneficios del puerto de Barcelona paguen los déficits de muchos de los puertos españoles valencia incluido pero los millones perdidos estos no se recuperaran y no se han podido emplear para hacer otras cosas más rentables o necesarias en Valencia o en otro lugar de España.

La gran joya de la corona  el tren de alta velocidad otra taza de café que nos tenemos que beber queramos o no porque España tiene más trenes de alta velocidad que cualquier nación de europa y desde luego que los mismísimos EEUU es absurdo con los millones que se han gastado en estas infraestructuras deficitarias aunque lo nieguen podían haber subvencionado empresas proyectos agrícolas industrias del textil etc. etc. en muchas autonomías consiguiendo puestos de trabajo en ellas para sus oriundos y así no tener que emigrar a Madrid o a Barcelona para trabajar y crear una familia.

Otro ejemplo fácil para que se entienda Catalunya hace las primeras autopistas de pago con ayuda de la UE y con capital privado y o maravilla funcionan los catalanes pagamos y las usamos porque nuestro territorio está lleno de empresas y comercio al que muchos trabajadores deben acudir lo más rápidamente posible y que ocurre pues si Catalunya tiene autopistas café para todos Madrid también y aquí las tiene todas hechas con dinero español y en quiebra, para que las querían  como no sea para que de Madrid se llegase antes  a las playas del litoral valenciano alicantino o para pasar el día en Toledo.

Otro ejemplo Catalunya crea el parque de atracciones de “Port Aventura” y es un éxito pues nada rápidamente se crean parques por doquier “Tierra Mítica” y otros que al final han sido un desastre económico, solo perdura el parque Warner de Madrid que si tiene la clientela cerca y así paso lo mismo con urbanizaciones perdidas pensando que toda las costas españolas son como la costa brava que desde Francia se llega en coche y que dicha costa abraza una tierra llena de arte románico, de montañas con pistas de esquí, de ciudades importantes como Gerona Figueras y por supuesto Barcelona que se conoce en el mundo casi tanto o más que Madrid como ciudad y lugar turístico.

Esto solo es una muestra del mal que nos ha hecho el café para todos el café no puede repartirse desde Madrid cada región o cada comunidad debe hacerse su propio café el que necesita y el que le guste no hay que repetir esquemas de otras cafeterías porque no funcionan ya sea por el agua más dura o mas alcalina lo que sea y sobre todo no se puede casi obligar a ir a tomar el café casi a la fuerza a una sola y gran cafetería porque ala esta el  centro de España hay que repartir las posibilidades de hacer café no el café y esto a groso modo es el desastre de la economía y los desequilibrios de España.

Esta medida bélica seria junto con las sanciones político-económicas impuestas por occidente a Rusia provocará el bloqueo de la economía rusa no les quepa la menor duda y esto provocara un gran malestar en los oligarcas rusos que hoy en día son sin duda el segundo poder en Rusia la estrategia es sencilla porque Rusia es enorme y no puede mantener todos los huevos en un solo cesto un conflicto fuerte en occidente pone en peligro todas sus fronteras con el mundo islámico y con Asia, ambos grupos estarían encantados con el debilitamiento de Rusia porque es curioso la situación estratégica en que se encuentran las riquezas energéticas de Rusia la mayoría de ellas están por detrás de los Urales.   

Hasta ahora Washington acusaba a Moscú de atizar el con el entrenamiento y la ayuda militar a los insurgentes pro rusos disconformes con la orientación pro europea de los actuales líderes de Ucrania. LA UE Y LA ECONOMIA CLOBAL DEL EURO ESTA QUEDANDO EN EVIDENCIA FRENTE AL PROBLEMA DE UCRANIA

Con los 28 miembros que tienen intereses económicos y diplomáticos a menudo muy divergentes parece que  muchos de ellos están probablemente dispuestos a pagar unos y ahorrase otros los costes  de una acción colectiva - incluso un acuerdo sobre las propias reglas de juego internas para tomar sanciones sectoriales podrían requerir una cumbre adicional de los líderes europeos en Bruselas la próxima semana.

De acuerdo a sus últimos datos, la Unión Europea es la mayor socio comercial de Rusia, mientras que Rusia se ubica como la tercera más grande de la unión. Una red de acuerdos comerciales entre países de la Unión Europea y Rusia, abarca todo, desde máquinas herramientas y autos alemanes, al lujo marroquinería italiana y el compromiso francés en disputa para abastecer a la armada rusa con dos buques de guerra de la clase Mistral avanzados. Los bancos franceses y británicos han prestado sumas sustanciales para las compañías rusas. Y, como los funcionarios franceses han llevado a señalar en los últimos días, muchos oligarcas rusos súper ricos tienen casas e incluso los equipos de fútbol en Gran Bretaña.

Bien el diagnostico está claro, que es la UE:, una poderosa unión de naciones o un interesado mercado comercial financiero y de conveniencias dispares, yo creo que es esto último y no deberíamos engañarnos más, seguir creyendo en la UE y en el euro es ir derechos al fracaso económico político y social de la hasta ahora europa occidental, no solo lo digo yo sino que lo ven en los EEUU que empiezan a estar hartos de nosotros, al igual que los ingleses, lo mismo que los franceses, los italianos, y desde luego Alemania que está este año con su economía totalmente parada, su índice DAX está en valores de fin de 2013, todo esto demuestra que no hay condiciones de unidad para seguir manteniendo un sueño, a en cuanto España nosotros no tenemos ni voz ni voto, haremos lo que el ultimo que nos alabe nos diga.
