Ya no se puede ocultar mas, España se rompe irremediablemente y la sociedad tiene que tomar conciencia de ello, porque es evidente que el gobierno de España no lo piensa arreglar ni explicar sino todo lo contrario seguir enmarañando las cosas, sencillamente porque es el propio causante del estropicio, las cifras de todo lo que se mire son escalofriantes incluso la cantidad de defraudadores, no sé si lo es tanto la cantidad defraudada porque como nunca lo aclaran vaya usted a saber, y ya les digo yo que esto es irrecuperable de no variar nuestro sistema económico, de estado y de honradez general. Pero esta vez no voy a hacer hincapié únicamente en la economía sino en la política en la sociedad del estado y en la democrática política de España.

Hoy seguimos asombrándonos de la corrupción política y es como si de golpe nos enterásemos de que esto existe, dios mío que nos pasa, esto es el pan nuestro de cada día desde hace ya años en la política Española, desde siempre diría yo, y no son solo las CCAA el caldo de cultivo de la corrupción, porque esto es un invento de hace solo unos 35 años, pero en qué país vivimos, que nos pasa, en la época de Franco la corrupción era muy superior, quizás menos popular porque entre otras cosas era selectiva, consentida y protegida de la vista pública, de hecho no se escapaba de la estructura política de la dictadura.

Las CCAA no son el caldo de cultivo de corruptos estos ya estaban en España, son eso si una buena  herramienta para prevaricar y corromper pero el caldo de cultivo de corruptos y prevaricadores, no son otros que los partidos políticos, la política nacional  y sobre todo el mundo empresarial, que proviene de una cultura del amiguismo político  más que de la inventiva y la iniciativa popular.

España no podrá arreglar esta situación hasta que la reconozca y la cambie, pero no solo en su economía sino en su propia estructura de estado, su sistema político y para ello debe reformar de arriba abajo su Constitución. Y esto precisamente es lo que desde hace ya unos años intenta evitar el PP el PSOE y sus gobiernos, y lo peor es que no les faltan apoyos de otros partidos, y organizaciones públicas y privadas porque la corrupción en España, es casi como un derecho adquirido por parte de los gobiernos, políticos, latifundistas, y oligarcas.

En España sucede con respecto a la corrupción una situación muy curiosa y es que no le sabemos ver el mal que ocasiona y creo que esto justifica mi teoría en este país se esconden beneficios a la fiscalía se trabaja en negro se llevan contabilidades dobles se paga sin IVA, se hacen horas y trabajos extras sin declarar, etc. etc. como mínimo desde que yo tengo memoria y tengo más de 70 años, y esto se hace a todos los niveles desde gobernantes, políticos, empresarios, autónomos, tenderos, trabajadores, etc. y esto no puede ser nada más que por un hecho que se ha convertido en costumbre, y que no lo duden se considera un acto común el que hoy se esté hablando de ello tanto, no es por el acto en si ni por la intención de cambiar las cosas, sino porque se está utilizando para un fin político no nos engañemos.

He venido esta mañana ha dicho Montoro, a refrendar que la posición del Gobierno va a ir mucho más allá que expresar ningún juicio de valor. Va a actuar con todos sus instrumentos para llegar al final y clarificar este proceso y todos aquellos procesos que perjudiquen a la calidad de nuestras instituciones democráticas, a buenas horas mangas verdes amigo ministro, por lo que reflejan sus palabras, ni hoy usted sabe que hay de cierto de delito o no en este asunto, después de treinta años quienes más se han y están repartiéndose dinero y tapandoselo todos ustedes señores del gobierno de España.
 
Si es cierto Pujol, de 84 años, confesó públicamente en julio que desde 1980 tenía en el extranjero fondos sin especificar que, según él, percibió de la herencia que le dejó su padre. Tras esta asombrosa revelación inesperada y todavía hoy inexplicable para muchos catalanes y creo que españoles, el gobierno catalán y su partido político le desposeyó inmediatamente de todos sus cargos honoríficos de sus retribuciones como ex presidente del Ejecutivo catalán y le fue pedida la devolución de condecoraciones recibidas, cosa que Pujol ha hecho.
 
Yo diría que la situación es esperpéntica porque una vez pasada la sorpresa, la realidad es que quien está quedando en evidencia es el propio ministerio de hacienda porque pasado ya más de un mes, hacienda no tiene ni idea de que ha pasado con Pujol, ni de cuánto dinero se está hablando, ni si existe o no una herencia, de si hay o habrá delito alguno, vamos a ver porque cree usted que el congreso le ha pedido a usted que compareciese hoy, pues para que aclarase las cosas y usted que ha aclarado …… eso nada en absoluto, usted o sabe mucho o no saben nada y no tienen nada en concreto, no se estarán metiendo en un barrizal.
 
La confesión del veterano mandatario, padre político del actual presidente de la Generalitat Artur Mas, se ha producido en un momento delicado para éste. Mas pretende celebrar una consulta independentista el 9 de noviembre y el 11 de septiembre se celebra la festividad catalana de la Diada, que en años anteriores ha tenido un marcado carácter independentista. El Gobierno del Partido Popular ha mostrado repetidamente su oposición a la consulta sobre la independencia catalana, considerándola fuera de la legalidad. Y esto me da que pensar que ustedes se han lanzado a tumba abierta a dañar a Pujol pensando que así dañan a la sociedad catalana y por tanto desactivan la consulta.
 
Y no les falta razón aquí entre los catalanes independentistas como el que escribe, le aseguro que la tontería de Pujol diciendo lo que nadie le pedía nos hizo mucho daño moral y nos produjo un desasosiego profundo, porque no entendemos ni el porqué ni él para qué, pero esto solo duro una semana hoy ya estamos todos pensando en nuestra independencia y pensando que Pujol se ha cavado el mismo su tumba en la historia……. Salvo que ustedes con todo su poder y sus inspectores y sus policías y tribunales no consigan demostrar e imputar "uno o dos" delitos como usted ha dicho hoy que podía haber cometido el ex president Pujol.
 
Porque Sr. Montoro, usted que ha definido el caso Pujol como uno de los más graves de fraude fiscal en España, dice que la confesión del ex presidente catalán no fue fruto de la casualidad, sino del trabajo de las investigaciones desde hace años de diferentes instituciones del Estado, y usted dice "Quiero expresar mi convencimiento de que el señor Pujol ha reaccionado cuando se ha visto acorralado", entonces mi pregunta es, acorralado por quien y sobre qué, porque usted hoy no sabía de que iba el asunto y lo que ha hecho ha sido un mitin político a los asistentes a su comparecencia, evidentemente les ha encantado su actuación, pero me temo que puede ser solo esto una actuación teatral porque me da la impresión que no tienen ni la más remota idea de lo que ha hecho Pujol durante estos 30 años.
 
Pujol, dijo en su confesión que había regularizado el dinero con Hacienda a través de la amnistía decretada por el Gobierno español en noviembre de 2012 y que estaba dispuesto a comparecer ante las autoridades. Usted ha dicho que la declaración del ex presidente no era suficiente y pide que Pujol explique ante la administración tributaria y, en su caso, ante los tribunales su declaración. Esto es un vodevil o una broma no es el "reo" el que tiene que auto condenarse, es la justicia y en este caso hacienda que tiene que demostrar que hay un delito.
 
"De qué vale la confesión si no hay voluntad de enderezar el rumbo", ha dicho usted, de que estamos hablando de un confesionario o de un ministerio de hacienda. "Si alguien como el señor Pujol creía que pidiendo perdón públicamente hacía borrón y cuenta nueva, se equivoca de pleno", La confesión del veterano político catalán se produjo en un momento en el que dos de sus hijos están implicados en presuntos delitos de corrupción. Y quizás esto si justificaría una operación de confusión muy bien orquestada, porque tras varios años no haya conseguido hacienda imputar nada a ningún hijo de Pujol, mas el lio que ahora monta el padre, en mi opinión después de pasada la sorpresa, la impresión que me queda es que hacienda no tiene ni idea de lo que está pasando.
 
La fiscalía Anticorrupción ha pedido a Suiza y Andorra datos bancarios del ex presidente catalán y de su mujer y sus siete hijos, supuestos beneficiarios de la herencia que, según el propio Pujol, está en el origen del dinero depositado en el extranjero. Usted Sr. Montoro ha dicho que había investigaciones de negocios vinculados con miembros de la familia Pujol Ferrusola desde el año 2000, y que la Agencia Tributaria ha pedido desde 2012 información tanto a personas físicas como entidades de crédito para averiguar la situación de determinadas operaciones financieras realizadas en EEUU, Suiza, Reino Unido, Holanda, Argentina, México y Luxemburgo mucho tiempo paso desde el 2000 al 2012 porque ahora salen las prisas.
 
Oigan me resultan ustedes un poco lentos o ciertamente lo que están es levantando polvo para ver si nos ciegan los ojos a los independentistas catalanes, y esto lo malo es que tienen menos de 70 días para concretar delitos porque si no lo logran, a los independentistas catalanes nos dará igual, pero a los españoles que dudan sobre votar independencia o no a estos les van a poner el "SI" en las manos y a los que no votan en Catalunya pero son habitantes de España y por lo tanto españoles, no les hará ninguna gracia el ridículo de su hacienda pública.

Creo que es un error mantener la consulta programada para el 9.N por parte de nuestras fuerzas políticas y civiles, las cosas como siempre digo, son como son y no siempre como uno quiere que sean, y esta vez la sucesión de acontecimientos y la situación general en europa son de tal complejidad, que en mi opinión, sería un suicidio mantener en pie cualquier movimiento político o popular dirigido a la reivindicación de la tan deseada independencia catalana, mantener vivo este plan es a mi modo de ver MATARLA PARA SIEMPRE. Estratégicamente creo que aunque le coja un infarto al Sr. Junqueras, hay que detener y retirar cualquier movimiento o acción tanto civil como política orientada a este fin.

No estoy pretendiendo decir con esto que hayamos fracasado, nada más lejos de ello, lo que estoy diciendo, es que si mantenemos nuestra más que justificada intención de votar sobre los deseos de los catalanes, será lo mismo que quemar una falla valenciana, un esfuerzo que no tendrá repercusión alguna, ni en España ni en europa ni en el mundo. La situación política en la UE está absolutamente fuera de control, por consiguiente imagínense ustedes como esta en España, aquí no está fuera de control aquí ya no hay ni tan siquiera política (definiendo política como democracia parlamentaria).

Ante esta situación antidemocrática, rayando casi la dictadura de partido, es y sería inútil gastar pólvora humana y realizar cualquier acto de reivindicación, porque aquí en nuestro actual país no va a servir de nada, y el efecto imagen, el deseo de mostrar a europa que aquí somos una sociedad que esta reivindicando su libertad, está hoy destinado al más rotundo fracaso, porque lo que de verdad preocupa a europa y nos debe preocupar a nosotros los catalanes, es que la UE se desmorona y que posiblemente estamos a las puertas de la tercera guerra europea.

Pensemos con frialdad a quien le va a importar que los catalanes formemos una V enorme en Barcelona si quizás en aquella fecha toda europa occidental está planteándose intervenir o no militarmente en Ucrania frente al avance de los ejércitos rusos, o quizás no estemos ahí todavía, pero quizás estemos con media europa pensando en que el invierno esta encima y corren el riesgo de quedarse sin suministro de gas, a quien le va a importar si un millón o cien mil catalanes se ponen a hacer una V, o si no les dejan en su país ejercer un voto de consulta el 9N.

Porque supongo que todos mis lectores tienen claro que España no va a hacer ni caso de ambos acontecimientos, y que la intención de hacerlos es más cara al exterior que no para convencer aquí a nadie, por esta razón, yo creo que sería más efectivo y descolocaría mas al gobierno español, anular y suspender hasta nueva oportunidad todo lo previsto anunciarlo rápido  y explicando el porqué, dando las razones que he expuesto y diciendo que Catalunya que siempre ha sido parte de la europa occidental, entiende que las cosas en europa hoy no están para desviar la atención de los problemas acuciantes que nos agobian a todos, y por ello Catalunya pospone su decisión irrevocable de conseguir su independencia  de España para otros momentos o escenarios políticos menos perturbados.

Es evidente que aparte de la situación exterior, que España no va admitir ninguna consulta así que un haciéndola en contra de todo para que va a servir si no hay apoyo internacional. Así yo opino que ni la montemos, ni presentemos ninguna ley catalana, si ya está hecha se guarda en un cajón hasta nueva ocasión, yo les aseguro que un cambio tan radical y tan bien argumentado dirigido a la UE., más que a España,  causaría un efecto de desconcierto al PP que no sabría como tomárselo, para Catalunya seria un poco como proyectar un efecto de país independiente, nosotros decidimos porque podemos decidir que interesa más en estos momentos, y ahora entendemos que el problema es la UE no Catalunya, nosotros podemos esperar, ahora hay que salvar la unidad europea y tomar decisiones sobre qué papel quiere jugar europa frente al mundo.
