I believe that it should not be left he stops later leaving that the national parties the PP and the PSOE are wanted to take out the blames of above, because it is clear that the Spanish political centralism after destroying for decades the Spanish economy, now wants to fix it with the help of reunifying all the efforts of the Spanish society to pay their outrages, and to rebound all the blames from the eternal mismanagement to the periphery, and the worst thing is not alone that, is that it will also toss us the blame that we are like we are, and that I cannot admit it. 

I believe that to the conclusions to those that it is necessary to arrive urgently, are those of beginning to analyze that it would mean for Spain and Catalonia, the turn stops to after the current constitution, returning the state configuration to the form of unique state and centralized as era in 1975, because if not, we will never know if one must go for this road that today the PP wants, or for that of the independence that is the one that Catalonia wants.

These nationalisms were clear and they were able to take autonomous government's form, so much for their productive capacity, as politics, and of administration.  

The national politicians saw it so undoubtedly he scared them, they were not able to neither to deny the petition, neither to grant it, because this would force them to govern Spain like an open, modern country, with political different, and with a competitiveness difficult to maintain in all the territories of their nation. This could not be, Spain is "One Big and Free" they had taught them during so many years that now could not solve the magic triangle, transforming Spain into a nation with space stops more than an idea instead of an only and global.  

The solution already knows it the exit he/she went to transform Spain into the chaotic map of the autonomous communities, certainly I am for sure nobody thought of the atrocity and the disaster that he/she has become the governability of Spain, but the blame of it against what the central government seeks to inculcate, it is not of the CCAA it is of the political parties that have been alternated in the power during these years, because these parties the PP and the PSOE in short, they have been using his CCAA like element of confusion in front of the central government in validity in each moment. 

The CCAA has been used to foment their ideas and projects of political in the party that the government of the nation didn't show, they have used them as cemetery of elephants or of hatchery for their politicians, and this knows because, because alone in two autonomies of all the 17, their people governed according to their ideas and nationalist feelings, in the other ones it didn't happen this way, there they governed I repeat the same parties Spanish nationalists, and his end single era a feeling of the opponent's politics sat down in the Moncloa combating. 

This complex and absurd situation, is the one that has caused the whole disaster of bad habits, waste, expenses without coordinating, and without control some, because what was of demonstrating it is that the central government was a disaster that they would make it better, - they Come I eat airports here they are made, they come I eat here we have more subsidies, they come I eat here we have more credits with our boxes, they already come it subject when the national elections arrive votes us - This has been the terrible function of the created CCAA so alone to brake the identity different from single two Spanish societies.
