The agency of Standard qualification & Poor's reduced on Friday the rating from Catalonia to "BB - ", with negative perspective, for the growing political tensions with the central Government before the independent challenge in the region of the northeast of Spain. 

The slope of a step of the rating of S&P that non foresee an unilateral declaration of independence after the autonomous elections of passed September, is reflected for the budgetary weakness of Catalonia and its level of indebtedness, according to the report. 

The reflective negative perspective our expectation that the biggest tensions politicians between the new Catalan Government and the Spanish Government, they could end up interfering in the continuation of the agreement with the central Government that allows Catalonia to fulfill their debt.  

However, in spite of the tensions, S&P hopes the Spanish Government continues endowing to Catalonia of liquidity and financial help. The elections of the 27S, summoned by way of plebiscite, they have given place to a Parliament with sovereignty majority with which the movement independent seeks to advance in a route leaf toward the secession of Spain.  

It is not necessary to add nothing else, we are before a country that was said in other times EMPIRE and that today it continues still maintaining the forms like inheritance of that history maintained by many that continue without seeing today's reality.  A new reality not already of Spain but of Europe and of the western world that I substitute the tyranny of the power for the freedom of the democracy. 

The time of the tyrannies with which the empires persisted they ended, like he should end those of the Spanish empire, although apparently here didn't end, the essences of the same ones not follow interiorized in the ruling class and the privileged elites that support them, because they respect them, but because they need them so that they follow them feeding of goods and honors obtained with the help of maintaining the tyranny of the power, obtained today more or less legally but used with abuse that the own legality made to measure allows them. 

Spain doesn't negotiate, it doesn't admit that the historical circumstances change, I suppose that partly it is because when it was seen in the tessitura of making it for the force, neither he knew how to make it, by no means intent to maintain a political form and of collaboration among the new nations that were liberated.
