EL CABALLO DE TROYA QUE GRECIA DEJÓ A LA UE. HA ABIERTO HOY SU TRAMPA

El Parlamento griego ha rechazado la elección de Stavros Dimas como presidente de la República, por lo que Grecia tendrá que celebra elecciones anticipadas previsiblemente el 25 de enero, como ha anunciado el primer ministro Antonis Samaras. Y los mercados occidentales no han reaccionado con fuertes caídas, excepto Atenas y naturalmente Madrid casi un 1% la bolsa de Atenas ha llegado a desplomarse más del 12% aunque al final recupero hasta un 3.9%.

 
Dimas necesitaba el apoyo de 180 parlamentarios en la tercera ronda y finalmente solo ha conseguido 168 votos, el mismo resultado de la anterior votación. De este modo, Samaras fracasa por tercera y definitiva vez a la hora de colocar a su candidato a presidente de la República. Antes de la votación, Samaras había ofrecido a los parlamentarios adelantar las elecciones hasta finales de 2015, aunque su mandato no expiraba hasta junio de 2016. 

En su primera comparecencia, el primer ministro griego ha adelantado que se reunirá este martes con el presidente actual, Karolos Papoulias, y pedirá la disolución del Parlamento. Dada la legislación helena, los comicios deberían celebrarse el 25 de enero o el 1 de febrero, pero el primer ministro se ha mostrado partidario de la primera opción. "Hicimos todo lo que pudimos para elegir un presidente y evitar elecciones anticipadas que la mayoría de los griegos no quieren", ha asegurado Samaras. 

Pues no parece que los actos le den la razón, si la mayoría de Grecia no las quisiese hubieran podido evitarlas, porque la verdad contable y cierta, la cantidad de votos del congreso daban la mayoría a los griegos que unidos podían dársela para evitar lo que según Samaras  los griegos no quieren es decir que gobierne Syriza querer negar la realidad es lo que ha llevado a no llegar a un posible acuerdo de gobierno por eso una minoría de 132 parlamentarios, incluidos los de Syriza y los de Amanecer Dorado, están empujando a Grecia a elecciones anticipadas y a la Unión Europea a jugar la penúltima batalla para su supervivencia. 

La Comisión Europea ha instado hoy a los ciudadanos y políticos griegos a mostrar un fuerte compromiso con Europa y con las reformas necesarias para mejorar el crecimiento en el país cuando acudan a las urnas en las elecciones anticipadas del 25 de enero. Mal consejo amigos creo que lo que la Unión Europea tenia de haber hecho ya hace meses era salvar el problema griego y no seguir apretando las tuercas hasta conseguir que los tornillos que sujetaban la trampa en la barriga del enorme caballo que Grecia introdujo en la UE y en el euro no se aflojasen y dejaran escapar toda la tropa de ocultos guerreros euro escépticos y desengañados ciudadanos griegos. 

Es cierto que en el parlamento griego las fuerzas en principio anti euro son solo 132 pero es que esta cifra es resultado de unas anteriores lecciones y que desde entonces a hoy Grecia ha empeorado y estas fuerzas han conseguido el favor de la sociedad. Los últimos sondeos colocan en cabeza a Syriza, la coalición de izquierdas opuesta a las políticas de austeridad impuestas por el rescate del país y que preocupa tanto a los socios europeos como a los mercados financieros. Alexis Tsipras, líder de la formación, ha asegurado que "la austeridad será historia". 

"A través de este proceso democrático, los griegos decidirán una vez más sobre su futuro", cierto solo que esta vez decidirán un poco sobre el futuro de la Union Europea la primera prueba la hemos tenido hoy mismo cuando los mercados bursátiles europeos tras la caída por la confirmación de la debacle griega han recuperado sus niveles y por ejemplo el DAX alemán y el FTSE , de Londres y el CAC de Paris  terminaban en verde todos ellos 0.05y 0.36 y 0.51 por ciento respectivamente  sin embargo España su índice perdía un 0.84 por ciento, tras llegar a una caída del 2.5% es evidente que los mercados  ayudaron a Grecia y a España  para que la debacle no fuese un hecho imparable. 

Pero lo que no pueden evitar estos mercados es la lectura política de estos hechos y esta no es otra que Grecia se va hacia la izquierda más absoluta y España va detrás y esto puede romper por completo la Unión Europea porque si gracia con su Syriza arrastra a España con su PODEMOS estamos hablando de 57 millones de europeos que van a votar el fin de las recetas alemanas la restructuración de la deuda en Euros y consecuentemente el valor del mismo. Y si esto sucede no lo duden Italia va detrás. 

Evidentemente esto no lo van a reconocer en europa pero si lo han reconocido ya en horas, El FMI que rápidamente a suspendido las negociaciones sobre la prolongación de plazos y créditos a Grecia, el Fondo Monetario Internacional ha anunciado que las conversaciones con las autoridades griegas sobre el programa de asistencia del país heleno no se reanudarán hasta la formación de un nuevo Gobierno en Grecia,  

Es evidente pues que el péndulo de la economía europea se ha detenido en seco el problema esta es saber en qué lado se ha parado si hacia la derecha en el centro o la izquierda esto se sabra el 26 de enero posiblemente y entonces veremos cuál será su movimiento que consecuentemente nos arrastrara a todos los que formamos la Union de euro primero y la UE a continuación y me atrevo a pronosticar que el péndulo debe quedarse en el centro, porque si tira hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda no lo duden le UE y el euro se parten den dos

Y SI SOMOS NOSOTROS Y NO LA CRISIS LOS CULPABLES DEL DESCONTROL ECONOMICO MUNDIAL

El mundo hasta hace dos siglos más o menos se dividía en dos escalas sociales los ricos y los pobres, esto permitía un equilibrio quizás un tanto injusto, pero equilibrio al fin, lo normal era que los ricos ordenaban y gobernaban la sociedad entera y así se mantenía un status quo que con algún que otro desorden o desequilibrio puntual, conseguía que la vida funcionase bajo unas ciertas normas vitales de convivencia, que si no otra cosa nos ha permitido pasar por la historia avanzando cada vez mas.

Estas escalas sociales nunca han sido excluyentes ni fijas, es decir se podía pasar de una a otra dependiendo de actos personales, no siempre tenían que ser lícitos, un golpe de fortuna, una gran inventiva, y sobre todo trabajo, pero estos movimientos no alteraban el equilibrio social. Pero llego un momento esplendido con la Revolución Industrial apareció lo que llamamos la clase media que  comenzaría su desarrollo a principios del siglo XIX   y se creó un tercer escalón, ya no había ricos y pobres ya se interponía una nueva sociedad  que se situó como el purgatorio, entre el cielo y el infierno.

Este escalón consiguió con el tiempo un efecto de enorme mejora para la sociedad, porque en realidad lo que consiguió es que esta volviera a situarse en dos escalas sociales acercando los menos ricos a los modelos de bien estar de la clase alta, y disminuyendo a la clase pobre que quedo prácticamente como marginación social más que como estado social.

Pero esta situación de sociedad bien estante, fue  ampliándose cada vez más en número y poder,  empezó a partirse en nuevas escalas sociales que si bien ya existían, estaban inmersas en cada uno de los grupo generales y no presentaban un estatus diferencial de comportamiento y categoría independiente. Así ahora la sociedad modernísima, es decir la de hoy se ha dividido en: Multimillonarios, Millonarios, Economistas, Políticos, funcionarios, Trabajadores, Desempleados y Marginados.

Esto ha desbordado las leyes de la convivencia y la gobernabilidad, y verán porque, hoy curiosamente los que mandan no son los de arriba, sino los del medio (resaltados en negrita) y no mandan precisamente porque lo merezcan, sino porque se han creado su escala social y a eso se dedican, los de escalas superiores es decir los Multimillonarios y los Millonarios, pasan olímpicamente de las política que mal o bien intentan implantar los políticos, ellos consideran que están fuera de obligatoriedad de cumplirlas, y es más, si se empeñan o se enfadan les  pueden quitan el poder que se han atribuido.

Los de abajo son los que más han sufrido esta diáspora de escalas sociales, trabajadores y desempleados han perdido todo su poder como clase o escala social, los que se han adueñado del poder los han convertido en instrumentos de sus experimentos político sociales, ya que no pueden con los de escala superior. Así que la sociedad hoy, se compone de cuatro escalas o grupos sociales: Una clase social que hace lo que le da la gana. Otra que impone lo que le da la gana. Otra que sostiene a las otras dos. Y una cuarta que ni hace nada ni se la considera para nada. Es evidente que para una sola clase social le es imposible sostener todo el peso de toda la sociedad en general.

Ya lo ven no es solo cuestión de economía y deudas soberanas, la mal llamada crisis no es más que el desequilibrio social  que nos hemos montado al amparo de la vieja democracia que lo permite, o que dicho de otra forma, la mal empleamos y la retorcemos amparándonos en ella, porque de la democracia lo único que entendemos, es que cada uno puede hacer lo que le dé la gana, así que con esta máxima, se han establecido decenas de partidos políticos con sus correspondientes políticas, miles de consejeros financieros y economistas cada uno con su teoría económica, cientos de miles de políticos cada uno también con su política a cuestas, millones de funcionarios públicos para servir a las políticas y gobiernos, y finalmente unos pocos millones más de trabajadores que deben cargar con el esfuerzo de crear el sostén de todos los demás, incluyendo en su carga a los desempleados y marginados de la sociedad.

Es evidente que este desequilibrio es la CRISIS, de la que ni los políticos ni los economistas encuentran la solución, es evidente que no la encuentren son ellos mismos la CRISIS, y la solución está clara hay que reconstruir la sociedad hay que ajustar los papeles sociales a desempeñar, hay que volver a las escalas sociales normales los Ricos, la Clase media y Obrera, y los marginados. Y si se hace así, el orden y la gobernabilidad social  volverá, y con ello el trabajo productivo y la prosperidad que ya vivimos, pero hay que conseguir entender que las funciones propias de la sociedad deben estar repartidas entre la amplia clase media y que la democracia, no quiere decir hacer lo que a uno le interesa o le viene en ganas, si no lo que le conviene y reclama  la mayoría de la sociedad.

QUE POLITICA ECONOMICA ESTA FUERA DE CONTEXTO, DENTRO DE LA UE.

Es evidente que hay que resolver este enigma si queremos encontrar la salida a la crisis de la economía que va afectando uno tras otro a los países de la UE. Está claro que la situación empieza a reubicar la unidad (nunca muy fuerte) de la Unión Europea es una deriva  extraña, que aparentemente va en contra de cualquier lógica mercantil y social, lo normal pongamos por ejemplo un sector en crisis cualquiera, es que ante las dificultades de ventas o de aprovisionamientos etc. tienden a unirse se agrupan crean una asociación de defensa de intereses comunes , nunca ante los problemas globales las partes afectadas, lo que se les pasa por la cabeza es separarse, y sin embargo la Unión Europea está tomando este camino.

El problema es que ahora la parte de la desunión, ya empieza a tener una cierta entidad de unión, y se están creando dos claras divergencias ya empieza a haber una unión de países europeos con el mismo problema que buscan una misma solución aunque sin encontrarla, y otro país Alemania que les dice a todos los demás que están equivocados, y no solo se lo dice a los países comunes a su doctrina económica es decir a los de la zona euro, es que se enfrenta también a la euro escéptica Gran Bretaña, ante esta compleja dualidad me pregunto porque se mantienen tan alejadas estas posturas ante un mismo problema, cuál de las dos tesis está equivocada, o al revés a quién beneficia la situación de disgregación de fuerzas.

Creo que la solución al dilema está más clara desde el punto de vista de a quien le beneficia, que no intentar verlo desde el punto de vista de los que les perjudica. Verán la cosa esta clara, es evidente que solo con recortes presupuestarios no se saldrá de esta recesión que se tenemos encima. Las medidas recesivas enmarcadas en la teoría de la reducción del diferencial del déficit presupuestario de los países, nos llevan irremediablemente a mas recesión, sin embargo no sé porque la Unión Europea no acomete en serio una operación para la recuperación industrial y del consumo, he llegado a la conclusión de que no se plantea eso, porque tampoco le interesa a la misma nación que no quiere la solución financiera de las deudas soberanas y de los déficits más laxos.

El porqué de esta conclusión, es que Alemania quiere tomar cautivo el mercado europeo en global, y lo conseguirá de dos formas, una ya la tiene, ha conseguido que los países europeos se crean que no hay solución para la deuda, y que han de convivir con ella, eso no les quepa duda significa no crecer, porque por este camino las reducciones de presupuestos nacionales, a los que la unión obliga y ya pretende incluso intervenir y rechazar, matan por completo la posibilidad de incentivos productivos y sociales, y esto nos lleva al estancamiento. Y lo mismo que en el aspecto económico nos está pasando con los sistemas de producción, y por tanto de creación de PIB y de empleo, al final de esta historia, al final de este plan, solo quedara una filosofía económica y una política de crecimiento industrial y productiva la que dicte Alemania.

No es esta la Unión Europea que  los europeos aceptamos en su momento, la Europa que todos queremos, es aquella que se equilibraría, que no solo una parte estaría en marcha, mientras las otras dos terceras partes se convierten en el tercer mundo del primer mundo europeo, porque si no lo cambiamos por ahí van las cosas, no quiero pensar en que esta situación sea realmente un plan de agresión y conquista, premeditado de antemano, quiero creer que ha venido dado por la excesiva dependencia original de la Unión Europea a las tesis alemanas.

Sea como sea lo que es cierto es que hoy no queda más remedio que tomar uno de los dos caminos que tenemos delante, uno es separamos todos de las tesis constrictivas de Alemania, y salimos al mercado a luchar por nuestra supervivencia económica, con el rearme de la industria y la reactivación cueste lo que cueste, o nos conformamos y nos convertimos en la Unión federal Alemana.

UN POCO TARDE PERO "FELIZ NAVIDAD MAJESTAD"

Vera majestad me dirijo a usted casi al terminar el día de navidad no he podido hacerlo antes porque ya sabe usted como son estas fiestas la comida la familia las visitas en fin que le voy a contar a su majestad, claro que no sé hasta qué punto su majestad se ha visto rodeado de "la familia" me refiero en plural no concretamente a su familia esposa e hijas que si habrán gozado de la fiesta más celebrada del mundo cristiano. 

Pero una vez transmitida mi felicitación el motivo de este escrito no es otro que comentar a su majestad su discurso o felicitación navideña enviada a todos los españoles. La primero que quiero decirle es que me pareció vieja y repetida es cierto que su majestad dio otra imagen a través del plasma o los led del televisor pero nada más y esto majestad no creo ni aceptable ni suficiente. Algún comentarista lo ha catalogado de más cercano y directo, yo repito lo he encontrado tan lejano e irreal como siempre. 

 Su majestad intento ser más directo para hablar, en su discurso navideño, de los tres temas que se sitúan en el centro de las preocupaciones de sus súbditos (que mal suena a estas alturas este apelativo): la corrupción, la crisis económica y Catalunya. Esta vez uso menos rodeos, y su majestad hizo un llamamiento al reencuentro entre Catalunya y España y expuso sus propios sentimientos para confesar, en clara referencia al proceso soberanista catalán que no español -"Me duele y me preocupa que se puedan producir fracturas emocionales, desafectos o rechazos entre familias, amigos o ciudadanos", para concluir que " nadie en la España de hoy es adversario de nadie".   

En anteriores discursos, su majestad  había hecho veladas referencias a la situación que vive Catalunya pero nunca había hablado tan claramente. Pero no son los argumentos por su majestad esgrimidos los que de verdad justifican su verdadera inquietud o su sincero "dolor" por la posibilidad de perder Catalunya. Su majestad empezó su referencia reconociendo que "desde Catalunya, se ha contribuido a la estabilidad política de toda España y a su progreso económico", y añadió: "es evidente que todos nos necesitamos".  

Majestad es posible que todos nos necesitemos pero las demostraciones de colaboración y amistad por parte de su estado, del que es usted el máximo exponente no lo certifican. Sabe su majestad que su gobierno quiere tanto y necesita tanto a Catalunya y a los catalanes, que les está persiguiendo con la ley, imputando nada menos a su Presidente y dos de sus Conselleras por hace un acto civil lleno de democracia pero que al parecer les ofendió moralmente. Majestad "no es sólo de economía o de intereses sino también y, sobre todo, de sentimientos" y sobre todo de nobleza y benevolencia como su majestad debería de tratar a los catalanes si de verdad siente lo que pregona.  
 
Majestad no son las querellas y las imputaciones judiciales  "lo que hará de España una nación con una fuerza única" como dijo, es la suma de nuestras diferencias que debemos comprender a respetar para que siempre nos acerquen y no nos distancien cada día más. Pero en este su estado majestad esto no es aceptado aquí no pueden haber diferencias ni de ninguna clase aquí en su estado Majestad todo debe seguir siendo uniforme y debe estar atado y bien atado por la gracia de dios. 

Ese dios que su gobierno aduce cada vez más para asegurarse el poder y cercenar la pluralidad de los pueblos y las gentes de España y que denominan "La Constitución" es la garantía de una desavenencia democrática total y no puede ya garantizar lo que su majestad pidió, seguir construyendo "un proyecto que respete la pluralidad y genere ilusión y confianza en el futuro".  
Su majestad misma lo intuye y así entre líneas lo expreso, que para seguir avanzando en la convivencia política hay que asumir cambios. "Todo tiempo político tiene sus propios retos", dijo, y los concretó en "regenerar la vida política, recuperar la confianza de los ciudadanos en sus instituciones, garantizar el Estado de bienestar y preservar la unidad desde la pluralidad".

 Y como quiere hacer todo esto majestad solo hay una manera dotarse usted y el estado de unas nuevas y más modernas reglas de gobierno y de leyes es decir de una nueva Constitución más acorde con el tiempo actual con este tiempo que ha dejado ya muy atrás aquella España única, aquella España grande y libre gobernada por el generalísimo Franco, con el beneplácito o la obligación de su excelentísimo padre. 
 
su majestad al igual que su antecesor no puede hablarnos como el jefe de estado sus majestades nunca lo han sido sus discursos no son suyos son escritos al servicio de los gobernantes que mueven los hilos de este "su estado" por eso sus discursos están llenos de falsedades y de hipocresía porque no son sus discursos son su papel al servicio de una política caduca viciada llena de malversadores de delincuentes, tantos y tan altos que hasta les llegan a salpicar a sus Majestades. No pueden excluirse de la suciedad de este país les alcanzan los mismos vicios los mismos comportamientos y aunque su majestad  aparezca hoy todavía limpio no puede ocultar que esta mas que salpicado por la podredumbre española. 
 
A su país majestad, la corrupción pública  lo desmoraliza a la opinión pública los casos de corrupción en todos los estamentos y de todas formas posibles porque no solo son las meramente económicas sino las sucias interferencias entre poderes la clara influencia del gobierno con jueces y fiscales que clase de seguridad espera que el español de a pie sienta en su propio país, y lo peor es que todos sabemos que con la actual constitución a su majestad también le tienen con las manos atadas por completo como quiere que le creamos es imposible. Majestad como va a cortar la corrupción de "raíz y sin contemplaciones".  

Majestad usted tiene a su propia familia imputada por los mismos delitos que están imputados los grandes políticos y hombres de confianza de los gobiernos de este país no nos cuente que este país es un  paladín del funcionamiento del Estado de Derecho, no es suficiente que algunos de "los responsables de las conductas irregulares están respondiendo de ellas" es que las pudieron hacer durante años en total impunidad y sabe su majestad que todos se escaparan sin pagar por sus delitos y usted callara porque la constitución de su país así lo dispone no nos haga más discursos de jefe  de estado hasta que de verdad lo sea, háganos este favor.
