Lo malo de esto es que esta partición es de doble dirección me explico hay una de las partes del mundo que se autodenomina civilizada y por lo tanto califica a la otra parte de incivilizada, esto yo diría que hasta ahora era  lo normal siempre el mundo se ha dividido en dos, los civilizados y los incivilizados y siempre los civilizados dominaban a los incivilizados hasta que la civilización de los civilizados entraba en descomposición y pasaba a ser la parte incivilizada de la anterior incivilización que pasaba a tomar el lugar de la nueva civilización, y así una y otra vez . 

Pero poco a poco siglo tras siglo esta situación ha ido cambiando y ya no hay dos civilizaciones claras sino que hay varias y cada una considera en muchos casos a las otras incivilizadas por el hecho de que no piensan igual que ellos ahora los parámetros de civilización o incivilización no están claros como en épocas pasadas ahora este concepto no es fácil de valorar las distancias entre la evolución de ambas partes de la civilización ya no están claras ya no dependen de la fuerza o de la inteligencia del orden o del desorden ahora hay muchos más conceptos que para unos son civilización y para otros barbarismos, ambos conceptos varían según del lado desde donde sean vistos. 

Esto me ha quedado claro viendo estos dos días las dispares opiniones sobre un mismo suceso me refiero a los atentados sucedidos en París que se han vertido en la red y de ellos se desprende que para unos el acto criminal que podríamos considerar incívico no lo es sino que es como un acto de defensa o de castigo a la incivilización del que los que lo hemos sufrido porque somos los culpables de haberlo propiciado con nuestra incivilización de proveer de armas a los que han ejecutado a cientos de personas que no les habían facilitado posiblemente ningún arma es increíble la actitud de las personas ante un mismo hecho supongo que no solo seré yo el que se ha percatado de esta reacción social. 

Bashar el Assad  ha dicho hoy que occidente ha vivido hoy lo que los sirios viven desde hace tres años cada día y tiene razón  pero no acepto que con esta evidencia  quiera justificar que el acto de terrorismo salvaje ocurrido en parís sea justificable porque los sirios los eritreos los libios los kurdos, esto lo vivan día sí y día también. Es cierto que como he leído en numerosos tuits que la culpa es de los EEUU incluso de la propia Francia porque suministran armas a las diferentes naciones  árabes y que occidente es culpable del nacimiento del Estado Islámico hoy la cuna de todo el infierno del medio oriente y que ya lo tenemos aquí. 

Pues es verdad occidente ha facilitado armas a los pueblos en conflicto hoy en el próximo oriente los países occidentales cada uno de los suministradores de armas lo ha hecho a una de las naciones de las que entendía debían defenderse de otra que les atacaba que yo sepa nadie ha vendido conscientemente armas para que una nación iniciase las guerras del islam. Luego es cierto que unos han armados a Siria otros a los rebeldes sirios otros a los kurdos otros a Irán y a Irak y parece claro que quien ha pagado todo este arsenal es Arabia Saudí y su petróleo. 

Bien ahora que hacemos porque estas armas no se facilitaron para que viniesen aquí a Europa a masacrarnos en principio era para que se pararan en estas zonas en conflicto sus matanzas la idea supongo de los políticos que autorizaron estas ventas de armas era que igualando las fuerzas de cada contendiente se parasen los abusos de unos contra los otros y posiblemente como siempre la mayoría de opinión tiene razón la culpa de que estos salvajes tengan la posibilidad y los medios para ejecutar atentados tan salvajes como el de parís sea nuestra pero que lo llevaran a cabo esto no lo facilitamos ni lo preparamos ni lo ejecutamos vaya creo yo. 

Lo cual me lleva a decir que no se puede poner en duda de quién es la responsabilidad y la culpa de lo sucedido, no es occidente el terrorista, es la víctima, si ustedes quieren de sus propios errores,  pero es la victima al fin. Y esta situación no puede servir de paliativo a lo sucedido, ni de conformismo por parte de occidente hasta el punto de sentirse culpable, como he leído en numerosas opiniones. 

Occidente es la victima entre otras cosas porque equivocados o no el uso que se le da a las armas que egoístamente e inconscientemente se facilitaron, no eran para ser usadas para este propósito y otra cosa más, las armas usadas concretamente en este atentado eran todas de procedencia rusa, eran fusiles de asalto Kalashnikov concretamente el AK47 y curiosamente nadie se ha metido con Rusia de donde es procede esta arma y que es la más usada y extendida en los actos terroristas.

  
Que nos ocurre porque estamos buscando tres pies al gato que me importa a mí con que me maten si me matan lo que me importa es que no me maten y dejémonos de cuestiones filosóficas la cuestión es que estamos en guerra total todavía no de trincheras pero si de muertos y de esto yo y la sociedad occidental en general no es culpable de nada es la víctima. Así que mi exigencia es clara, quiero que mi país me proteja, no que se pregunte con que armas me matan y es más, también quiero que dejen de matarse en los lugares que propician esta situación, porque ellos no lo van a hacer, así que  la solución al problema no está en complicarme la libertad en mi vida cotidiana en mi país, sino en terminar con las guerras salvajes del próximo oriente para que estas no se extiendan por el mundo.

"Si todo el mundo cumple con su deber le aseguro que no hará falta ningún tipo de actuación como la que usted está planteando", ha dicho en una entrevista en RNE, recogida por Europa Press, al ser preguntado sobre qué papel podrían tener las Fuerzas Armadas en caso de una declaración unilateral de independencia en Cataluña.

Oigan más claro el agua, según esto, el cumplimiento del deber cual debe ser para el ministro Morenes es importante que lo defina y no lo deje en la ambigüedad, porque tal y como lo expresa, igual un voto a junts pel SI depositado en una urna el próximo 27S, él lo puede considerar que es un acto de rebeldía y por lo tanto de incumplimiento del deber y bombardearme como si fuese un terrorista del ISIS. Morenes ha remarcado que las Fuerzas Armadas conocen perfectamente su papel y ha expresado su seguridad de que son "absoluta y perfectamente democráticas" y están "sujetas al Estado de Derecho" y como todas las instituciones y las personas. "Tienen establecidas cuáles son sus obligaciones en las leyes y las cumplirán estrictamente" la pregunta es ¿el derecho de quién?, porque todos tenemos derechos y obligaciones, lo que me da miedo es que pueden no ser confluentes los derechos de Morenes con los míos.

Además, ha recalcado que en el Estado de Derecho cada uno tiene una responsabilidad, y que los gobernantes, los de España y los de Cataluña, han jurado cumplir y hacer cumplir la Constitución. "Cada uno tiene que cumplir con su deber, las Fuerzas Armadas, los gobernantes y los gobernados", es decir yo y si no lo entiendo mal, las bombas pueden caer encima mío, porque por lo que parece, yo tengo que cumplir un deber que nadie me específica, es decir para el Sr. Morenes yo no soy un ciudadano libre de hacer lo que me parezca, debo cumplir con mi deber…. Cual es Sr. Morenes: No votar, no querer ser independiente, o afiliarme al PP...

Preguntado entonces si es partidario de que se aplique el artículo 155 de la Constitución, que permite al Gobierno obligar a una comunidad al "cumplimiento forzoso" de sus obligaciones, ha dejado claro que él está a favor de "la aplicación de la ley cuando ésta se incumple". Todo queda así más claro, el Sr Morenes está a la espera de que alguien de superior rango, le dé instrucciones de qué hacer si alguien incumple la ley, lo malo es que tampoco especifica que es concretamente incumplir la ley, y lo que no me parece valido es que sin especificarlo claramente, después del 27S ante unos hechos consumados, que no le gusten al ser de superior rango, decida decir al Sr. Morenes que se ha incumplido la ley o el derecho y que adelante con los faroles

A donde nos llevo este sistema no creo necesario remarcarlo más porque la mayoría de los que estamos viviendo hoy en el mundo lo hemos vivido y disfrutado  aunque unos más que otros y por más tiempo. Hoy podemos saber que  el 10,8% de los españoles no llega a fin de mes y tienen que recurrir a préstamos de manera habitual. La mayor parte recurren primero a sus familiares, pero manifiestan también pedir tarjetas de crédito o préstamos personales para poder pagar todos sus gastos pagando por ello unos costes que muchas veces les llevan a perder su tranquilidad sus derechos y su tranquilidad.

Según denuncia un estudio sobre la 'Situación de los consumidores de los colectivos especialmente desprotegidos y de los consumidores de mayor edad' elaborado por Adicae, el 40,2% de los españoles no tiene capacidad de ahorro alguna y otro 13,8% presenta ahorro ocasional de menos de cien euros mensuales.

De todos estos, un 31,6% atestiguan no llegar a fin de mes de manera ocasional o de manera permanente. El estudio revela además que un 17% de los ciudadanos está en riesgo de tener que recurrir al endeudamiento de manera habitual.

El mismo informe revela que sólo una cuarta parte de la población puede considerar que tiene una capacidad de ahorro estable y garantizado. Otro 57,8% reconoce que si tiene que afrontar algún gasto extra o alguna compra no ordinaria, aplaza ese pago y ahorra hasta que puede hacerlo, recurriendo al crédito financiero solo si es imprescindible. 

Según Adicae, el 65% de los menores de 35 años no ahorra nada, porcentaje que se eleva al 84% entre los desempleados. Entre el colectivo inmigrante, el 35% de los encuestados no tiene capacidad de ahorro, mientras que un destacable 50% consigue apartar hasta cien euros mensuales.

El estudio revela que los hábitos de ahorro de las personas mayores se ven altamente influenciados por las responsabilidades familiares de las que deben hacerse cargo. Un 35% de los mayores de 60 años confirma que no puede ahorrar a fin de mes, y otro 12% aparta menos de cien euros, pero este colectivo es el que consigue destinar más parte de sus ingresos al ahorro ya que el 40% de todos ellos consiguen apartar entre 300 y 600 euros al mes.

Creo que la democracia no planteaba esta situación creo que la democracia se formo para evitar estas situaciones de miseria de dependencia de desequilibrios sociales en fin creo que estamos confundiendo los términos la política, el estado, las leyes y los derechos, no están para favorecer a la economía a la política y a los políticos.
