I BELIEVE THAT THE “NATIONAL AUDIENCE” TO CRUSADER THE LAST ONE LINES RED THAT WAS

 

There is no longer justice for Catalonia this it is the consequence that comes off of the sentence of the National Audience on the retention act, and physical and verbal threats that one carries out against the consellers of the Generalitat of Catalunya, in a day of June of 2011 when they were prevented to arrive to their government positions in the hemicycle of the Parlament of Catalunya. 

The not guilty sentence maintained by the Spanish national audience, leaves well to the white that Spain stops the government of Catalonia it doesn't exist as such, because it can be attacked, to revile, and to threaten to avoid the exercise of its administration that implies the government and the order of more than seven million Catalan. 

It is not necessary to take out the place things their lordships they will have thought, it is evident that it had not hurt physical, but yes moral damages, it is not comprehensible this performance of this Spanish tribunal, among other things, because the Generalitat of Catalunya in their context and in their institutions, he is also government from Spain, or it is that they have already forgotten it, or worse, they don't consider this way it that is what comes off of this sentence. That has happened if a group of demonstrators in Madrid has attempted the same thing to the deputies of the Spanish, alone courts responds me somebody to this that the Mr. Rajoy has had to enter in helicopter to avoid bigger wrongs that a group of deputies has had to remain in a police van, to avoid its pursuit, and that to minister Gallardón to give an example, has stained him the suit with painting. 

And I don't want to enter in the precedent that this sentence means, because I am not man of laws and I cannot gauge it like he deserves, but it is something irrational starting from now any alone group of irritated hotheads has to cover his face and to not already cause all the clap that comes him in desire, alone against political personalities or not, because this tribunal has disapproved the anthropological methods that the policemen of the world use civilized to recognize hotheads with the covered face or it hides, besides other incredible facts that come off so much of the reading of the sentence that is of chill, that one goes clearly that this is not a judicial sentence but an act more than the attacks threats and reprisals without barracks that they are exercised from the government from Spain against Catalonia  

I believe that now with this sentence one has crossed it authenticates red line, without spirit of putting more firewood to the fire, this sentence is almost a presumed guarantee to any action of urban terrorism that somebody wants to cause against Catalonia its rulers and its people, because after this already all voucher against us or it is not this way. 

The conseller of Interior, Ramón Espadaler, this Tuesday that the Generalitat accepts the sentence of the National Audience that acquits of crimes against the high institutions of the State, attack and illicit association to the 19 accused of besieging the Parlament has assured and to its parliamentarian in June of 2011, but it has admitted that this has generated "certain surprise" since this was an act in that several energumens. They "altered the operation and dignity of the Parlament."  

He has underlined that he worries about that it can come off of the sentence that "almost it is responsibility" of the police that the incidents took place, and it has stressed that it cannot share that the device can be seen as the causing of the same ones. The conseller has remembered that any police device is made with an objective double: to allow the free expression of the protest and to avoid that that protest derives in incidents. Espadaler has assured that the juridical services of the Generalitat will value "accurately artificial" the possibility to appeal the sentence in cassation before the Supreme Tribunal, and he has explained that they have five days for it. 

I would not lose but the time, this is not a made isolated I repeat, this is part of the buried war that the Spanish government has in march against Catalonia, and to seek to continue with good ways for you stop Catalan, it is a loss of time, of force, and of dignity, it is necessary to take this sentence to the tribunal of Strasbourg and to request the revision of the facts there and that that is seen that is happening here.
