El secretario general de las Naciones Unidas, Ban Ki Mun, ha abogado en Madrid por una solución "consensuada" del conflicto entre Catalunya y el Gobierno español. Y aclaró que, a su entender, Catalunya no figura en la "categoría" de territorios a los que la ONU reconoce el derecho de autodeterminación. Pero ojo esto no quiere decir que no lo pueda tener que es lo que interpreta España ya toda unida al parecer tras las entrevistas de los líderes de los partidos políticos con Rajoy

hay que tener en cuenta que Ban Ki Mun no conoce todo, lo que pasa en España y es muy lógico su trabajo no es controlar todo el día a día de un país esto se ve claramente cuando en una entrevista dice que : Una importante y positiva característica de España es su respeto por las diversidades culturales, lingüísticas e históricas. Está claro que no conoce la ley Wert, y que no sabe que un diputado catalán no se puede expresar en su lengua en el congreso español mientras que un diputado español si puede hacerlo con toda libertad en castellano en el “Parlament Catalán” ni tampoco conoce cuantas sentencias judiciales se redactan en catalán frente a las que se hacen en castellano.

Pero repito es lógico no tiene la culpa Ban Ki Mun la culpa es que España esconde su realidad al mundo España ha sido durante muchos años una rareza dentro de la democracia europea y ahora que pertenecemos a ella todavía lo hacemos a medias solo son treinta años todavía quienes llevan y apoyan el gobierno de España están educados con la dictadura de Franco de esto no está al tanto Ban Ki Mun , si puede conocer una síntesis del problema Catalunya España pero no pasara de aquí, el mismo lo dice. Como puede suponer, como secretario general de las Naciones Unidas no estoy en posición de comentar la cuestión, puesto que se trata de una materia puramente interna. No obstante, espero que haya una solución consensuada, basada en el diálogo y en línea con la tradición democrática.

Las Naciones Unidas trabajan sobre unas líneas maestras, como la integridad territorial, la soberanía o las reglas democráticas. Sé que se trata de asuntos muy serios para mucha gente en Catalunya. Lo que pido a los líderes y a la gente en la región es que se comprometan en el diálogo. El problema Sr. Ban Ki Mun es que Catalunya si se compromete pero no encuentra ningún dialogo en frente al suyo.

España se ha mantenido como un Estado soberano en sí mismo, incluyendo a Catalunya, aprovechando unas razones de conquista histórica esto no impide o imposibilita que Catalunya ahora quiera separarse. Catalunya no ha sido siempre  España por mucho que se empeñen los españoles, y es que ellos tampoco eran españoles se formaron como tales tras la reconquista de la península ibérica que estaba bajo el dominio árabe durante más de 7 siglos.

Luego si lo miramos desde este punto de vista, España no podía haber hecho esta reconquista porque tras 7 siglos deberíamos ser y sentirnos orgullosos de ser  árabes, tengamos en cuenta que la unidad de España se produce uniendo a los reyes católicos que eran dos la reina Isabel de castilla y el rey Fernando de Aragón, ambos católicos sucedió en el siglo XV es decir hace menos tiempo que España es católica que lo fue musulmana.

Escribía hace unos días un artículo en que le decía a Rajoy que el problema Catalunya –España no es problema nada más que para España y Catalunya y que ir esparciéndolo por el mundo no va a solucionarlo, todos le dirán lo mismo. Mejor que no haya problemas, pero hasta aquí llegaran, no van a hacer nada por solucionarlo ni por empeorarlo, solo intervendrán cuando el problema tenga como efecto peligro para ellos mismos, bien por un peligro de conflicto bélico, o económico o de abuso de autoridad o legalidad antidemocrática, esta es la realidad que desde Catalunya entendemos y que hace que tengamos muchos entre los que me encuentro la creencia de que las independencias no se consiguen con votos jamás. A buen entendedor con pocas palabras bastan.

Según ha circunscrito la vicepresidenta, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, la ronda de contactos de Rajoy sólo se ciñe a los partidos que, "de una u otra manera están en línea de la legalidad, igualdad y unidad" de España.

Esto es otro error de la prepotencia de España contra consigo misma, es muy difícil de explicar pero España entre ayer y hoy está reuniéndose consigo misma, para influirse a sí misma la convicción de que es una grande y libre y quien no lo crea así, no es que haya que convencerlo, en absoluto, hay que atacarlo por todos los medios hasta que como ocurría en la edad media confiese ante el sacro tribunal de la constitución, su pecado de infidelidad, y si no lo hace ser quemado por el fuego purificador.

En las reacciones de España, no sé qué veo más si la grandeza del perdón a los errores del pecador, o las ganas de hacerlo arder en la plaza mayor de Madrid. Es de todas formas un buen ejemplo lo que está pasando. Que nadie me diga que hubiesen esperado que políticos tan dispares como PP, Podemos, PSOE y Ciudadanos,  acudieran unos a la llamada de Rajoy o dicho de otra manera del PP y otros hiciesen lo imposible para que no los dejasen de lado, para afrontar todos una cierta unidad de comportamiento, para enfrentarse a una parte de la que según ellos es España, antes de que esta parte, haya hecho absolutamente nada.

Se han asustado por un borrador de un manifiesto sin otro valor que eso un manifiesto, que además lo más probable es que ni se llegue a aprobar en los estrictos términos en que está redactado, porque es evidente que cumple más el efecto que plantear un camino imposible sin el acuerdo previo de la propia España, esto es de tal evidencia que a mi modo de ver deja claro el temor que hay en España a que algo no se haya hecho bien, o mejor dicho que no se ha hecho nada ni bien ni mal, para evitar llegar al callejón sin salida en que nos encontramos.

Hoy están ambas partes completamente fuera de sitio, Catalunya esta embarrancada porque es imposible también en su política, que sean compatibles entre sí dos partidos democráticos uno de derechas y otro de izquierdas, pero además es más imposible todavía  depender de un tercero que es anarquista asambleario, es decir antidemocrático porque no tiene en cuenta las leyes de la democracia, en cuanto se refiere a las mayorías y minorías elegidas por el voto del pueblo.

Yo creo que España solo tenía que esperar  a que Catalunya se quedase bloqueada cosa que sucederá cuando no pueda investir presidente por falta de acuerdo entre ellos, pero repito algo ha conseguido la Catalunya independiente y este algo ha sido mover sacudir las conciencias políticas de España es curioso quizás es porque todas la fuerzas políticas españolas están ya en campaña electoral y esto hace que nadie quiera quedarse fuera de la obra de teatro político más importante de los últimos 37 años España está haciendo unos actos políticos increíbles para reafirmarse a sí misma que es España y que lo quiere ser por siempre jamás caramba yo pensaba que el hecho de presentar candidatura para la elección de gobierno de España era una clara evidencia de que te interesa España.

Pero al parecer no es así los partidos se presentaban no por España sino por sus intereses políticos pero he aquí que de golpe en Catalunya se presenta una moción a discutir en el primer pleno del parlamento aun sin constituir en que se pone en evidencia unas ideas revolucionarias y separatistas que ya conocían porque se están trabajando desde hace más de tres años, pero la diferencia ahora es que si realmente se las toman en serio las pueden aprobar y constituirse en una ley fuera de la legalidad propia española, y lo que no hemos conseguido los millones de catalanes que nos hemos manifestado varios años y que hemos votado de broma y ahora en serio podemos ponernos por fin a trabajar en un plan concreto para la desconexión de Catalunya de España.

Y en la política española se desata un terremoto de idas y venidas se aceleran procesos policiales, judiciales, se  intenta machacar personajes significados del catalanismo para justificar que además de separatistas, somos malos, ladrones, estafadores y hasta tenemos una banda de criminales, bien cualquier persona lógica pensaría que si los catalanes son así lo mejor es que se vayan y si lo que ocurre es que es esto francamente es una maniobra que solo afecta a una familia y que todavía está por probar me preocuparía mucho vivir en un país España que no tiene ningún miramiento a la hora de hacer daño a parte de su sociedad.

Lo curioso del caso es que de lo mismo que se acusa a unas personas emblemáticas de Catalunya España tiene muchas más en casos iguales y estos si probados y que curiosamente uno de ellos inculpa al propio partido del gobierno es que está amenazando e intentando que los demás partidos políticos españoles se unan a él en la defensa de España, una defensa ante una región que está llena de estafadores blanqueadores de dinero comisionistas ladrones y que ha hecho lo mismo que ellos pero en familia esta es la diferencia, la verdad no entiendo que miedo tiene España de que esta mala gente pretenda separarse en un refrán muy español que dice que “a enemigo que huye puente de plata”.

Pero bueno lo que estamos viendo es que los malos estamos sacudiendo a los buenos y mártires de España que ni se han movido en 30 años ni se moverán y que con este espectáculo de reuniones el PP y el PSOE que son los que las empezaron están diciendo subliminalmente a los españoles: los que de verdad mandamos somos nosotros, España es nuestra ya veis que los nuevos partidos políticos, al final ante los problemas nos vienen a apoyar incondicionalmente, no perdáis tiempo y no os la juguéis españoles votadnos como siempre a nosotros que duran te mas de 35 años os hemos gobernado en paz y sin problemas y ya lo veis en cuanto se quiere cambiar y abrir la mano lo que ocurre.

En cuanto a los próximos pasos previstos por el Gobierno en contra de la moción independentista, la vicepresidenta ha asegurado que sólo actuarán una vez esté aprobada y que será entonces cuando la lleven al Tribunal Constitucional en aplicación del artículo 162 de la Carta Magna, por el cual la moción quedará inmediatamente suspendida una vez aceptada a trámite por el Alto Tribunal. Otra vez no hay ninguna duda el Tribunal Constitucional ya le han ordenado que tiene que hacer y solo espera la orden de salida lo lógico hubiese sido decir que la llevarían al tribunal y si este la considera fuera de la norma constitucional la podría suspender, pero para que perder el tiempo y las formas.

La dirigente ha comentado que el Ejecutivo central no se plantea actuar antes puesto que ya hay algunos grupos en el Parlament que sopesan iniciativas contra la admisión a trámite de la resolución  (cosa que no harán porque el gobierno quiere la hoguera en la plaza mayor de Madrid). En fin algo es algo una Catalunya que solo con la posibilidad remota de que puede ser independiente ha movido los cimientos de España con más fuerza que la crisis del 2008.

Ahora tenemos más de dos millones de musulmanes unos yihadistas otros muyahidines otras simplemente personas humanas absolutamente mezcladas e irreconocibles quien es quien que empiezan a causar estragos en la política europea tanto la común como la de cada uno de los países en que se han ido colocando, crecen las fronteras de alambre de espinos entre países balcánicos y europeos y los recién llegados siguen subiendo hacia Alemania y ya empiezan a pensar en llegar a la Gran Bretaña, esto merece un punto y aparte porque la prensa y los políticos franceses no saben cómo ha sucedido pero resulta que ya existe una nueva ciudad completamente musulmana en unos campos de Calais.

Gabriel, líder de los socialdemócratas, socio menor en la coalición gobernante, dijo en una entrevista en Spiegel Online que los partidos conservadores estaban actuando "irresponsablemente" y creando aún más incertidumbre entre la población, al tiempo que aumentan los temores de que Alemania no pueda hacer frente a las nuevas llegadas. “Teniendo en cuenta el gran reto al que se enfrenta Alemania por la fuerte inmigración de refugiados, la disputa entre la CDU y la CSU está amenazando la capacidad del gobierno para actuar".

De momento nadie precisa de qué forma habrá que actuar es evidente que aquí está el problema pretender como parece que quiere Merkel que Alemania absorba los refugiados en su sociedad es tanto como destruir los conceptos de la sociedad alemana desestabilizar el empleo y poner en más dificultades a las economías europeas puesto que de alguna partida presupuestaria nacional y comunitaria habrán de salir los euros para mantener en paz sin levantamientos cívicos a toda una población que no se va a conformar con estar en campamentos o establecimientos de caridad, si en Calais ya están haciendo su ciudad que creen ustedes que harán en Alemania y demás países.

Al contrario de lo que muchos erróneamente piensan por haber sido adoctrinados en ideología en vez de aprender historia, España no entró a formar parte de la ONU con un gobierno democrático, sino que fue poco después de que los Estados Unidos firmaran un tratado de amistad con España. A los EEUU enfrascados en la famosa guerra fría con el comunismo soviético, le interesaba un espacio para sus bases militares y que controlase la salida del mediterráneo al atlántico, el pago a este favor fue la aceptación internacional del régimen de Franco en el año 1955, veinte años antes de su muerte, y más de veinte antes de la Constitución de 1978. 

Hoy todo esto no se ha tenido en cuenta en los discursos, España en boca de su presidente no ha recordado como España entró a formar parte de la ONU sino que ha utilizado el acto y la presencia de Ban Ki-moon, para ponerle en antecedentes de lo mal que se está portando un trozo de España, (lo pongo así porque nunca ha mencionado el nombre de Catalunya) y que al parecer Rajoy ya da por perdido porque si no para que hablar de ello con el secretario general de la ONU, en un acto de teórica celebración.

El presidente del Gobierno, Mariano Rajoy, ha advertido en su discurso al secretario general de la ONU, Ban Ki-moon, de que las "ensoñaciones" de quienes atentan contra la integridad territorial y no respetan la ley, (en alusión a las propuestas abanderadas por Artur Mas , no tienen cabida en Naciones Unidas). No tienen cabida en la Organización Internacional, como repito que nunca ha nombrado ni a Catalunya ni por supuesto a Artur Mas, supongo que se refería a la Siria de  Bashar al Assad, que está echando a su gente de su país, o a Turquía que está bombardeando y aniquilando kurdos y su territorio, quizás se refería a Gran Bretaña que mantiene una colonia aquí en España, o más flagrante todavía a China que se comió el Tíbet así por que le estorbaba su religión.

En fin Rajoy ha sido muy valiente recordando entre líneas a Ban Ki-moon todas estas anomalías y otras más, esto presupone que España y su gobierno al frente, está dispuesto a pelear por que estas naciones sean expulsadas de la ONU para paliar un tanto las injusticias tan enormes que existen en este mundo. Rajoy sin citar en ningún momento a Catalunya y dos días después de conocerse la que puede ser si se aprueba una propuesta independentista para Catalunya, ha hecho estas advertencias en su intervención en el acto conmemorativo del 60 aniversario del ingreso de España en la ONU que se ha celebrado en el Palacio Real presidido por el Rey.

El jefe del Ejecutivo se ha referido a los valores y principios de la ONU, entre los que ha destacado la igualdad soberana entre los estados, (supongo que se refería a la igualdad de los Tibetanos de los Sirios de los Kurdos los Gibraltareños), de la toma de resoluciones pacíficas de controversias y a la no injerencia en los asuntos internos. Pero de todos ellos ha dicho que hoy quería resaltar uno que considera la "clave de bóveda" del conjunto: la integridad territorial de los estados. "Sin el respeto a dicha integridad el sistema internacional se desmorona. Las mayores catástrofes del siglo XX y los más desgarradores conflictos del siglo XXI han tenido y tienen como origen o agravante la violación de dicho principio", ha subrayado.

Y sigo suponiendo que se reafirmaba en todos conflictos que ocasionan las actuaciones de las naciones y los hechos a que me he referido antes y tiene razón la verdad es que estas naciones lo que hacen no es rebajar su  integridad, sino aumentarla es decir quizás lo que estaba diciendo Rajoy es que en lugar de que Catalunya se quiera separar de España, lo que debería hacer seria conquistar España no se me parece que se ha hecho un lio, y que Ban Ki-moon no debe haber entendido nada, Pero Rajoy ha insistido en señalar que no es casualidad que "toda solución legal, razonable y duradera a esos conflictos pase siempre y en todo lugar por la reafirmación de la integridad territorial de los estados sometidos a desgarramientos internos o a injerencias externas" dios mío que poca historia sabe Rajoy.

Así que según Rajoy la ONU debe decir a China que devuelva el Tíbet a los Tibetanos que Turquía devuelva el Kurdistán ocupado a los Kurdos, que Gran Bretaña devuelva Gibraltar a España y que alguien acabe con Bashar al Assad y que restablezca la paz en Siria porque allá, no hacen nada los rusos y los americanos y los franceses etc. Estoy completamente asombrado yo que me creía que Rajoy era un pusilánime resulta que quiere ser un libertador al servicio de la ONU y así llevar a España a lo más alto de las naciones del mundo.

Rajoy ha hecho hincapié en que el acervo jurídico de la ONU es muy claro al respecto y sólo admite excepciones en casos de colonias, territorios ocupados por la fuerza o en los que no se reconozcan los derechos y libertades básicos. "Quienes desprecian o ignoran las normas por las que se rige la convivencia en los estados democráticos y de derecho, violentan también los principios básicos consagrados en la Carta de la ONU y en los que se basa la convivencia entre las naciones", nada lo dicho haber cuando empezamos a prestar tropas o vamos directamente a rescatar el Tíbet Gibraltar siria etc...

Rajoy ha destacado la transformación de España desde su entrada en la ONU hace sesenta años y ha puesto como ejemplo de ella la Constitución y la legalidad que de ella emana, que ha explicado que están imbricadas en el ordenamiento jurídico internacional, y sobre todo el ordenamiento jurídico del Tribunal Constitucional español que es: gobierno, juez y policía, en una sola cosa, como la santísima trinidad se nota que España sigue siendo muy católica. "Por ello, quienes no respetan la Constitución española han de ser conscientes de que atentan también contra los mismos fundamentos legales de la comunidad internacional", y solo le ha faltado decir y a dios.

Por su parte, Ban Ki-Moon (supongo que hecho un lio)  ha mostrado su confianza en que una "España unida" pueda trabajar en su Organización en favor de la paz, del desarrollo y contra el cambio climático. Parece que al hombre le interesa más eso que meterse donde no le llaman  Ban Ki-Moon  ha elogiado que el país sea "una cuna de culturas" caracterizado por su diversidad. El líder de la ONU ha pedido al Gobierno que se comprometa en favor de los objetivos de desarrollo de la comunidad internacional y de la alianza de civilizaciones y mantenga su labor en operaciones de paz internacionales. De la integridad del territorio de  España no ha dicho nada esto supongo habrá pensado que es cosa de España.

Pero si la organización, que competiría en influencia con Estados Unidos, la Unión Europea y Asia, sería "uno de los centros de atracción del mundo moderno, y serviría de enlace entre Europa y la dinámica región Asia-Pacífico", esta declaración para mí significa que Rusia en el fondo  ha escogido ser más occidente que oriente.

"La unión euroasiática era una idea central de Nazarbáyev (presidente de Kazajistán). Al tomarla en serio, (la élite rusa) da un paso en las buenas relaciones con Nazarbáyev, y a su vez lanza un mensaje a Ucrania: formad parte de nuestra unión, luego todo irá bien y nos podremos asociar con Europa", explica Bunin. La base de la idea es la Unión Aduanera de Rusia, Bielorrusia y Kazajistán. (Se acuerdan de la unión del acero y el carbón de la europa central). En verano estas tres ex repúblicas soviéticas levantaron sus barreras aduaneras, y en los próximos meses introducirán reglas de comercio comunes.

Detrás de este ya planificado embrión, los siguientes añadidos son claros y fáciles ya que la propia sinergia de la dependencia económica, energética, y socio política, prácticamente obliga a la adhesión de Ucrania, que era reticente a adherirse a la Unión Aduanera, si eso suponía romper los puentes hacia la UE. Pero esa posición ha cambiado ultimamente. El 19 de octubre de 2011, Rusia, Bielorrusia, la propia Ucrania, Moldavia, Armenia, Kazajistán, Kirguistán y Tayikistán firmaron un acuerdo en San Petersburgo para establecer una zona de libre comercio. Uzbekistán, Azerbaiyán y Turkmenistán, podrían hacerlo también, y posiblemente Ucrania se decantaría hacia la tesis de Moscú, dado que la situación económica y de descontrol de la Unión Europea actual, que no ofrece ninguna garantía de seguridad ni económica ni de decisión para su ampliación al este.

Esta unión incipiente pero claramente ventajosa para el desarrollo de la Rusia europea y asiática, pero evidentemente más para la Rusia blanca o europea, que es en definitiva donde está el poder económico y político de la nueva unión, en definitiva para el entramado geopolítico de la antigua URSS, es a mi modo de ver mucho más fácil que nuestra Unión Europea, las sinergias están formadas y desaparecido el problema de la tiranía política y económica comunista de la región, esta Unión Euroasiática sera un hecho en pocos años. Una idea apuntada en varios foros por los líderes rusos, es crear en el futuro una alianza comercial con la Unión Europea. La Unión Euroasiática sí estaría entonces completa: como afirman ellos, "de Lisboa a Vladivostok".

Si la actual Unión Europea no sabe aprovechar esta circunstancia, es que no nos merecemos ni existir, ni como países, ni como unión, ustedes tienen la más mínima idea de lo que representa poner en marcha, casi un nuevo continente, tiene la Europa actual idea de lo que representaría unirse a una Europa Continental es crear un nuevo concepto de bloques mundial, en donde el aprovechamiento de sinergias tanto en la vertiente económica, como de productividad, de tecnología y desarrollo, de abastecimiento de materias primas, supone que se reajusta todo el espectro económico social y geopolítico mundial. Agricultura espectacular, mano de obra para desarrollar, independencia energética, liderazgo en ciencias y técnicas de futuro, en fin, quizás soy demasiado liberal y optimista, pero para mí es “la mejor noticia y proyecto que podía surgir del frio”, (parodiando un título de novela y película famosa). Siempre y cuando la Unión Europea actual, se presente completa y estructurada, ante la nueva Euro asía que está marchando hacia el futuro.

According to a report of the European net against the poverty (EAPN) published on Thursday, the poverty has ascended from 24,7 percent of 2009 in 4,5 points, and it is located in the highest rate at national level since the EAPN settled down in 1990. 

From the beginning of the Spanish economic crisis in 2008, numerous organizations have alerted about the increase of the inequalities and the poverty in the country that continues having one of the highest rates in unemployment in the UE in spite of a relative recovery of the activity. 

Of the last edition of the study it is extracted that there has been a great increase, of 14,5 percent, of people in severe material privation, the biggest ascent from the beginning of the crisis, "for what the real conditions of life of those people have worsened vastly", said the report that the index AROPE (At Risk of Poverty or Social Exclusion) uses - a rate harmonized at European level that allows to compare the risk of poverty between different nations and regions -. 

The poverty among those smaller than 16 years suffered a substantial increase and it reaches 30,1 percent, 8 points above the rate of the population's group. A question that the study relates with the enormous vulnerability of the families mono parental. 

This way, 67,9 percent of the Spaniards has difficulties to arrive in order to month and almost two of each five people make it with difficulty or with many difficulties. In the last year the number of people that working even lives in situation of poverty also grew, 14,2 percent of the workers, three points more than in 2013, a fact that he "comes to show that not any work protects of the poverty", the EAPN pointed. 

In spite of the fact that in the last months the Government has reinforced the message that he has begun a recovery of the slow but constant employment, the unions and the opposition they denounce that great part of the positions of created work is of precarious character. 

The study is carried out at regional level, for that that equally showed a growing territorial inequality in Spain. In general, the regions of the north maintain rates smaller than poverty or social exclusion, in all the cases below the national stocking, and the south, bigger. 

In the last year, Melilla, Canaries, Galicia, Balearic and Madrid reduced its population's percentage AROPE (At Risk of Poverty or Social Exclusion), while Basque country, The Rioja, Catalonia, Castile and León, Navarrese, Extremadura and Asturias increased its population percentage AROPE of moderate. The rest of communities suffered a bigger increase that oscillates among eight and more than 11 percentage points.

El 29,2 por ciento de la población en España, un total de 13.657.232 personas, vive en riesgo de pobreza o exclusión, un indicador que subió casi dos puntos porcentuales en el último año, lo que se traduce en casi 800.000 personas más en riesgos de exclusión.

Según un informe de la red europea contra la pobreza (EAPN) publicado el jueves, la pobreza ha subido desde el 24,7 por ciento de 2009 en 4,5 puntos, y se sitúa en la tasa más alta a nivel nacional desde que se estableció la EAPN en 1990.

Desde el comienzo de la crisis económica española en 2008, numerosas organizaciones han alertado sobre el aumento de las desigualdades y la pobreza en el país, que sigue teniendo una de las tasas más altas de paro en la UE pese a una relativa recuperación de la actividad.

De la última edición del estudio se extrae que ha habido un gran aumento, del 14,5 por ciento, de las personas en privación material severa, la mayor subida desde el comienzo de la crisis, "por lo que las condiciones de vida reales de esas personas han empeorado enormemente", dijo el informe, que usa el índice AROPE -una tasa armonizada a nivel europeo que permite comparar el riesgo de pobreza entre distintas naciones y regiones-.

La pobreza entre los menores de 16 años sufrió un aumento sustancial y alcanza el 30,1 por ciento, 8 puntos por encima de la tasa del conjunto de la población. Una cuestión que el estudio relaciona con la enorme vulnerabilidad de las familias monoparentales.

Así, el 67,9 por ciento de los españoles tiene dificultades para llegar a fin de mes y casi dos de cada cinco personas lo hacen con dificultad o con muchas dificultades. En el último año también creció el número de personas que aun trabajando viven en situación de pobreza, un 14,2 por ciento de los trabajadores, tres puntos más que en 2013, un dato que "viene a mostrar que no cualquier trabajo protege de la pobreza", apuntó la EAPN.

Pese a que en los últimos meses el Gobierno ha reforzado el mensaje de que se ha iniciado una recuperación del empleo lenta pero constante, los sindicatos y la oposición denuncian que gran parte de los puestos de trabajo creado son de carácter precario.

El estudio se realiza a nivel regional, por lo que igualmente mostró una creciente desigualdad territorial en España. En general, las regiones del norte mantienen tasas menores de pobreza o exclusión social, en todos los casos por debajo de la media nacional, y el sur, mayores.

En el último año, Melilla, Canarias, Galicia, Baleares y Madrid redujeron el porcentaje de su población AROPE (At Risk of Poverty or Social Exclusion), mientras que País Vasco, La Rioja, Cataluña, Castilla y León, Navarra, Extremadura y Asturias aumentaron su porcentaje de población AROPE de moderada. El resto de comunidades  sufrieron un aumento mayor que oscila entre ocho y más de 11 puntos porcentuales.
